hey i don't get prize for destroying BBR's net ? Cheesy

Why would anyone want to destroy BBR?

it was by mistake
maybe the amount and kind of TX cause the bug

 great discoveries happen by mistakes..

The hashrate ramped up significantly with the increase in market capitalization.  It's all worked out now. Just a minor burp.

Hmm, has the miner changed since summer (last time I was mining)?

Using this:

There stats here are not currently updating properly: http://boolberry.com/state.html

Who is in charge of maintaining that page?

Those stats haven't been working for some time.  They were informative but I don't think many people ever looked at them.  I used the stats page mainly to see what aliases were available.  I'm very busy with my main occupation but I might have time in the next few days to recreate and host them on a crypto related website I'm setting up if you don't get a response from Crypto Zoidberg.  He is the person in control of the boolberry.com website.
I whipped something up based on what was on boolberry.com. It's at https://cncoin.farm/munin/ if you want to use it. Click on the BoolberryStats link to see graphs.

Thank You!

I feel bad for not getting something put up.  But honestly, I had some issues.  I've never used Munin and ran into some problems and didn't have the time to figure things out.

Yeah, i had some issues trying to get it working, too. Got the plugins from the boolberry repo working yesterday or the day before and didn't try to get the alias list working. I just looked at what the website was doing and figured out it was just using the output from the
Code:
get_all_alias_details
rpc call and put
Code:
curl -X POST http://host:port/json_rpc -d '{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":"0","method":"'get_all_alias_details'"}' -H 'Content-Type: application/json' -o /munin/web/path/aliases.json
into cron and adjusted what boolberry.com's javascript was doing a bit to work on my server. I guess I could make it one of the menu options in the pool code with instructions to get munin working there. That might be nice.

You did a great job!

Are you going to supplement the aliases with the rest of the munin charts?  I don't want to waste time if you're already working on them.

Edit:

I didn't click on the link boolb link and see that you had already created all the charts.  Thanks again!

How to use aliases

You can map your long address string with short nickname, and it can be used in transfer commands.
Mapping is possible when you find a block and each block can map only one alias. The valid alias characters are lower case English letters, numbers, hyphen and periodin order to protect aliases from "phishing" and cheats. .

If you do mining and want to set up your miner to add alias to blockchain, pass this command into daemon console:

make_alias luckycat 1GY1d9z41rBPUghdQaW2h62AV6z5FJ7TsCAbYQhbW6k2ZFLEfYhVV45DnqKRGPq7RLEpTsJVjpQKYWf tK7LeMfjiUq4oDYa
The alias will not be committed into blockchain if the alias is already in use.

329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] DARKNET [DNET] QRK ALGO - PoW/PoS on: February 01, 2016, 02:23:03 AM
There is now a Script available to install the Darknet wallet on you RPi2.

This has been tested on the Latest Jesse Raspbian Build and the Wheezy Raspbian Build available from the Raspberry Website Now. To avoid any issues, please use a clean fresh Raspbian Image.

Just download the script through the RPi itself then;

chmod +x Install-Darknet-RPi2

then to start the installation

./Install-Darknet-RPi2

The script will download, install all the necessary deps and git source as well as compile the binary and move it to your home directory.

When completed,

./darknet-qt

Nice!

I got an insufficient memory error installing Darknet onto a linux VPS with 768Mb memory... what could have caused this problem? It was a completely fresh instance of the VPS.

Building software on Linux requires memory.  With the base OS using somewhere around 256MB that leaves you with only 512MB to play with.  To do the build, I would recommend no less than 2GB of Ram on the VPS.  To get around this, you could just download the pre-compiled binary that they have available.

You could also just create a swap file.  You can build coin daemons from source on vps's with 768MB ram and a 2GB swap file.

332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Boolberry implement a tail emission? on: January 24, 2016, 08:41:05 AM
Boolberry has quite some time before a tail emission is even relevant.  Time would be better spent focusing on making sure Boolberry survives long enough for it to matter.

Are you still having problems finding peers?

I was never having problems finding peers to sync the blockchain.  I was unable to find any peers to download the torrent file.  The wallet syncs fine it just takes a long time which is why I wanted to download the torrent file.

Anyone got the synced blockchain available for download on the torrent link? not finding any peers. :/

I can't find any peers either.

crypto_zoidberg,

It would be nice if you stopped by more often to tell us what you are working on. I think more people here would like to help but feel like they are out of the information loop.

Best regards

Yes it would but I wouldn't hold out too much hope for any kind of sudden reappearance from crypto_zoidberg with magical keys to the kingdom.  Even if they were to return with gusto just what exactly are they going to do?  The current environment with crypto is not conducive to coins with great tech and a great dev.  The environment is still centered on vaporware, false promises, and scams.  There are few avenues for legitimate coins offering new technology to break through the quick pump and dump mentality that currently permeates the entire altcoin world.  It's a frustrating reality that isn't likely to change anytime soon.

Any updates from the bitcointalk moderators?

No answers? I thought the thread was in the right place before it was moved.

It was.  It doesn't make sense to have moved it here in the announcement section.  But it's not my forum so it doesn't have to make sense to me for them to move it.

Is anyone following the SuperNET drama lately? I guess there is some disagreement between NXT and the direction Jl777 wants to take SuperNET. There is a lot of uncertainty right now.

No, sounds like a waste of time.

Free BTM for our forum registration from TripleA http://bitmoney.i2p/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&p=80#p80. New quests will be presented soon i think.
just registred on your forum, basicly you need to pay the fee of 3 BTM to get registration Token (it took few seconds to get it) i guess Fee its kind of spam protection. everything worked well and i will be collecting Free BTM Wink thanks.
I must say you guys put a lot of work behind this project, POC confirmed, exchange works fine, mining works fine.. what worries me is ppl like me likes to know information like current supply, daily amount of mined coins to know if its worth of mining/investing/holding. What is misses is kind of block explorer, maybe next update? Whitepaper how mining algo works? And maybe on exchange (DOM) add some more Columns like total amount of coins/btc Traded. kind of makes it more user friendly, like when placing new order to directly input wished amount instead of calculating how much do you want to sell/buy. thanks & GL

I have the same concerns but apparently they see no reason to provide that information.

Client source will be available in the future, it's just messy in some places to publish now. IlSpy will help those of you who wants to be sure it's not a fraud, code (c# 6.0) is not obfuscated.

Any idea when source will be available?

Currently there is no method for people to know the emission.  When will you provide access to that data?

I'll start publish some internal libs very soon, and step by step all client code.

There was no plans to provide such information. It's under discussion but i see no actual reason except coinmarketcap rating.

I don't understand how it would be deemed appropriate not to provide a method for people to know the coin supply and emission rate.  Access to that data is essential.  It's basic information that should be provided.
