3241  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Corona Virus in the Philippines. on: March 16, 2020, 05:08:54 AM
3243  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Waiver form on: March 12, 2020, 03:46:22 AM

Quote
I understand that I may be exposed to risks associated with or incidental to my preferred transaction activity/product, which risks I fully understand and voluntarily assume.

Quote
Furthermore, I assume full responsibility for the consequences of the Virtual Currency transaction activity/products I have been buying/selling, and shall hold Betur Inc. and its affiliates, directors, parent, employees and officers, free and harmless from any losses that may be incurred resulting in the implementation thereof.

Other than those two, wala na ako nakikitang mali.

A good article for you to read - https://cryptomaniaks.com/best-bitcoin-lending-sites
Blockfi and Celsius were mentioned among the top three lending platforms at meron din pros and cons dun. The article also mentioned platforms to avoid.

Please note that I am only giving you as many options to choose from. The first article I shared mentioned Salt lending as one platform to avoid pero kasama naman siya sa listahan ng decentralized lending platform. It is up to you kung alin ang pipiliin mo.
3245  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Bakit hindi tinatangkilik ng Pilipinas ang Cryptocurrency on: March 08, 2020, 02:34:21 PM
There are already a lot of countries that accept bitcoin in their land, which is really good for them, they spent a lot of money just to implement it in their country,

~
some countries plant generator in their country for bitcoin mining machine purposes, they spent a huge amount of money on that but that is really worth it because they earn 50,000 Dollars everyday.
Can you site an article that supports this?

~

3246  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin was $3,871 on this day - 1 year ago on: March 08, 2020, 10:34:02 AM
Those who sold during those days and left are probably regretting right now. "Lucky" are those who bought and held on.

Wild guess for March 8, 2021, at least $13K  Grin
3247  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: PONZI SCHEME FRONTROW on: March 06, 2020, 06:06:12 PM
Multi-level marketing is a legit business model. Answer is Yes for legit MLM companies, No for pyramid/ponzi schemes. With MLM, meron pang pwede pagkakitaan at yun yung product reselling (similar model with Avon, Natasha, etc.) With Pyramid/Ponzi, nakasalalay lang sa new recruits ang buhay nila at mag-collapse yan kung wala ng bagong pasok.

Frontrow, the company, isn't a Ponzi. Other than having the necessary license from SEC to operate and solicit investments, meron din silang legit products na pwede pagkakitaan through reselling.

Pagdating naman dun sa mga sasakyan at sa mga na-hold na rewards, that is a matter between the company and their former distributor. It was unethical on the part of Frontrow management na hindi ibigay yung reward dahil kinita naman talaga yun nung tao (unless may pending liabilities pa si distributor). On the part of the distributor naman, unethical din yung pang-hype nila ng mga sasakyan nila na utang din naman pala.

3248  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Saan pwede mag-report ng scammers sa Pinas at Paano on: March 06, 2020, 04:59:21 PM
~
Here is the PNP's Anti-CyberCrime reporting page para madami pa malaman sa kanilang serbisyo.
Added to OP. Salamat.

~
It is this kind of mentality na gustong-gusto ng mga kriminal.

~
The government needs to hear our side, they should make a study and not just wait and based the complains on proper complains as there's a lot of things happening behind the picture. If they see all these, they will make a law to protect investors against the scammers, that's the way to minimize the scam online.
The President (executive department) ordered the creation of 8888 hotline to listen to complaints.
When it comes to creating laws, the Congress (legislative department) is in charge of that.

~

  • Type of scam
    - online shopping scams
    - buy and sell scams
    - investment schemes / pyramid schemes
    - jobs and employment, etc.
  • How were you contacted by the scammer
    - internet
    - e-mail
    - in person
    - text messaging
    - social networking
    - internet forums
    - Facebook buy and sell groups
  • Date of your first conversation
  • What losses did you suffer
    - financial
    - personal information
    - commercial information
    - banking details
  • Details of scammer: name, address, e-mail, Facebook link, contact number, etc.
  • Brief description of the scam (describe how you scammed)
  • Attach supporting documents or photos of your conversation

  • Address niya at nung Kumpanya

Quote
1. Investment houses and financing companies with quasi-banking (QB) license and with SEC registered securities are the only ones allowed to offer investment instruments to more than 19 investors. If anyone or any company is marketing a financial investment to the public, that is, to more than 19 people and they do not have the approved license from the SEC, then it’s most likely a scam.

2. An SEC company registration in itself DOES NOT automatically grant authority to sell investment instruments such as securities, bonds, commercial papers, etc. Check the list of companies published by the SEC that are authorized to accept investments from the public.

3. Only SEC registered persons (brokers/dealers/salesmen) may offer or sell registered securities to the public. Ask what their SEC registration number or Broker’s / Salesman License Number is and double-check this with the SEC.

4. Don’t fall for people who give you promissory notes or post-dated checks as proof of your interest earnings. These notes or checks may turn out to be fake or un-funded. Scammers typically use this trick to lure you to invest and to show that they are supposedly genuine and paying.

Lambino reportedly charges each applicant for crypto currency investments within CEZA $100,000 for principal license and another $100,000 for application fee; however, only $3,000 is recorded in the receipt, intelligence reports say.

Crypto is a growing industry all over the world at regardless kung sino nagmamando dito, lalaki pa din yan (mas babagal nga lang kung corrupt yung CEZA leadership).

I didn't bother digging more into these transactions. They are most likely airdrops and/or token swaps.

Having explained most of the above transactions, it is enough to say that we have our own wallets. We just happen to know each other personally, shared information and made some deals. I also share her sentiment that when it comes to airdrops/swaps, you will end up missing out if you don't act quickly. That was usually the case among hunters. Some instances where teams would suddenly close the swap window or the airdrop is only limited to a number of participants.

This is my short response to these topics [1][2]

We know each other personally.

As to the transactions, I cannot vividly recall all the details of each and would not want to spend more time digging right now. What I remember is that every time there is a token swap, I would inform her and then we send. There were times when we agree to pool funds when the team would require all holders to swap using the wallet they developed. I'm quite certain those were the cases for HAT, EPL, EQL, eBCH (to Coinpulse), CDD (to LitecoinWavesPlus), LALA (to COS).

edit 1: I'm locking for now until we can provide more details.

edit 2: Taking a closer look at this post, we can see that the addresses where tokens were sent to are all contract addresses of each token and not to a specific wallet.

I'm adding some info on the swaps:

For others, I'm still having difficulty finding more info on them.

edit 3: (translation)

Yung sgr is airdrop. Kaparehas lang din yan ng bitox kung saan kailangan mag-send ng (sgr was an airdrop similar to bitox where you need to send) 0 eth to a certain address to claim airdrop https://t.me/bitox_DEX/96654

Naalala ko sa cpex we were forced to withdraw kasi magsasara na sila. (I remember cpex, we were forced to withdraw because they're closing down)

Please add my thoughts on the OP,  pagdating sa airdrop at sa token swaps (when it comes to airdrops and token swaps), you need to act fast upon learning or else you will miss out. That is just common for active hunters.

Pagdating naman sa wallet (when it comes to the wallet), I don't want to dowload or install and maintain different wallets just for the swap. It is not practical.

I guess there's no point in finding more details into the other transactions because they're probably the same with what we've already presented here.

Yes, we've both joined airdrops/bounties in the past and we've had personal deals/arrangements as evident in the above.

@crwth I've seen the spreadsheet at mukhang okay naman siya. Para saan nga pala yung deposit address dun? Personal wallet mo ba?

If you don't mind, isang dahilan ba kaya ka nag-decide buksan ito ay para maka-lessen sa software/VPS cost? Hindi ako pamilyar sa mga cost nito kaya I'll depend muna sa judgement ng iba about sa 30/70 cut. Still interested to throw in a few.

I don't really keep a written record but mentally counting my previous losses was actually one of the reasons why I decided to lay low on gambling and set my priorities. We have different ways to look at our losses and some might even see it as an extra motivation to keep going until they win it all back. Others could come up with a different computation like checking net loss from gambling for the month.

On the flip side, will keeping a record of your winnings only makes you continue to gamble?  Grin

By the way, Steph Curry is expected to play on Sunday. He is surely missed by his followers. Hope no injuries for him this time.
I just read about this. I cannot blame him for wanting to play but the season is over for the Warriors and I prefer that he just rest and prepare for the next season to avoid further injuries. Kerr should just limit his minutes if the main reason to make Steph play is for fans entertainment.

Does NBA have a rule now against teams not letting their healthy players suit up for the game (i.e. load management)?

Voted yes even though I have few questions/suggestions.
  • Who will handle the funds?
  • Who will decide which coins to invest the pooled funds?

Profit distribution should always be based on amount deposited by each investor.

Anyone who would invest here should understand that there is still risk involve.

Hindi ko makuha yung "Calculating your total percentage with different number of depositors"
