341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: December 15, 2019, 02:45:43 PM
I kind of expected such a result. Since 2011. Barcelona has only managed to win at Anoeta Statium only twice and both wins also came as a result of very hard struggle. At one point it was referred as "The Curse of Anoeta"
I did not look at that history and never used to take that even while predicting the matches, sure i will look more into it from now on as you got a point and i have to sort the matches and performance in different stadiums too.

Today we have Espanyol vs Real Betis, i am expecting Real Betis to win the match
Sevilla vs Villarreal, Sevilla to win.
Valencia vs Real Madrid, both teams to score goals considering the home performance of Valencia i am expecting a draw.
342  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: December 15, 2019, 01:47:10 PM
I do not agree with the mathematical approach. That is NFL and NBA but a true team and sentiment sport like football where manager tactics, team emotion and even fan emotion and form is all together and everything is different. This is why City have a high expected goal in mathematics but when you see how they play sometimes, then you understand they create 10 chances but players not playing well cannot convert the goal.
I have no idea what you are talking about, there is nothing wrong in understanding the statistic if he is performing and what the statistics shows is the performance in a match, if you are talking about conversion rate then yes you need to score goals to win matches and even with all he stats favoring you and if you are not able to convert that into goals then there is no point and that is the case with NBA too, you need to score points.

My prediction for the day,
Wolverhampton to win or draw against Tottenham Hotspur
Manchester United to win against Everton
Arsenal vs Manchester City,  Manchester City should win.
343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin vs. Dogecoin - FML on: December 14, 2019, 05:56:49 PM
I am in this market for a long time and i have seen many coins flourish and some die off just like that, i like both these coins and the development Litecoin is planning to implement in the future, when as a pure investment perceptive i would like to invest in dogecoin when the market is right and if i have the patience to hold for a long time i am sure i will be able to make a good profit. I always invest in it whenever i goes below 20 SAT and will wait for the rally in altcoin and i always end up in a huge profit.
344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: December 14, 2019, 05:45:41 PM
Barcelona brought out all its guns but stubborn Sociedad isn't ready to give up just yet... The game is now at 70 minutes. This could mean some good news for Real Madrid
They could not score anything after that and this draw will help Real Madrid for the title run because if Real Madrid can win tomorrow against Valencia then they will be at the top of the table and whether Real Madrid can do that is another factor, it is really interesting to see a close fight between the top teams.
345  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying coffee with cryptocurrency on: December 14, 2019, 05:14:52 PM
More businesses are accepting cryptocurrency as a payment for their product especially in food and beverage section. In canada KFC are accepting Bitcoin as a payment and now there is a news about Starbucks planing to use blockchain technology and want to make their own coin that can be use to buy cup of coffee.
We are seeing maturity in the market as times goes and i am not a fan of everyone creating their own coin to trade, if we are to do that then how long will that market survive is the biggest question, we have bitcoin and if everyone starts accepting bitcoin then it is well and good but for everyone to create their own blockchain is just ridiculous.
346  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2019/20 on: December 14, 2019, 04:18:18 PM
Today we have Athletic Bilbao taking on Eibar and i am backing Athletic Bilbao to win the match, they had a set back last week but i am sure they will continue their form against a struggling Eibar as they just won match in their past 8 matches which will give you an idea how this match will go.

And in another match, Atletico Madrid is taking on Osasuna and with a struggling team like Atletico Madrid i am not sure what to expect in this match but i am not expect much goals and hence i am going with under 3.5 goals.

Real Sociedad vs Barcelona match is going on and Real Sociedad just equalized the goal line as they are 2-2 now and more than 25 minutes left and i expect more goals Grin.
347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone [JAN 2020] Discussion on: December 14, 2019, 03:53:20 PM
~snip
I'm not aware Conor help build the UFC, how?

He wasn't there from the beginning actually, I started watching MMA back 2006 I didn't hear his name. But people will be grateful to his work if what UFC had achieved is because of him. He can't blame people for treating him like a troll though, he can't just get away for all the comments he did all because he helped UFC.
If you really want to know the true meaning of this, you just need to check the pay scale of the fighters, earlier every fighter was satisfied with $20k and $40k every fight and when Conor McGregor started his career in the UFC he started a trend that the pay per views were so high that they were then gave the fighters the leverage to ask for bigger pay scales, in short Conor McGregor changed the sports for the athletes financially as now fighters are getting a million dollars per fight and it all because of Conor McGregor.
348  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your Bitcoin cash price prediction on: December 13, 2019, 06:32:37 PM
No way for BCH to go much higher. Hype is over and there is nothing that will bring more money to the market.. There is no use for it
Sadly, I agree with this. They haven't really built a community or established an ecommerce network - and they needed to do that to succeed, otherwise what's the point of the bigger blocks?
The fork happened because they had a different view of scaling and i am not sure how they are doing right now and what are the volume they are having but the only thing i see is that the valuation increase along with bitcoin and hence i do not see any huge rally in BCH as they move according to the valuation of bitcoin and i am not sure how big it can go and i do not see any hype in it right now.
349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH return to 1000 USD after hardfork? on: December 13, 2019, 05:24:02 PM
I strongly believe in ETH development and it doesn't mean the price of ETH will cross more than 1000$. It is not good for ETH to increase fastly more than 1000$ and once the activity soon the price will start dumping on the market. So it is always good to increase its price on the stability manner and it will help the ETH to cross more than 1000$.
There is nothing wrong in believing in the development team but you need to have a solid project to see the price of ETH to move higher and i do not see any and if they are able to solve that hurdle then we might see the price of ETH moving higher and for that we need to have some solid use case and till now i do not see anything to see a hype in it.
350  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: December 13, 2019, 03:22:36 PM
~He thinks he will win this easy.
Mind games. Nobody will be working hard in the gym if they think they'll win easily.
They might be looking as if they are taking the fight easily but the hard work behind the scene will be boring and hard working day in and day out and the amount of sacrifice they will be undergoing to fight in the biggest fight organization cannot be taken that slightly and every fighter after working so much hard to prepare for the fight will be confident enough to defeat the opponent Cheesy.
351  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: December 13, 2019, 02:31:58 PM
Matchweek 15 kicks off today with Hoffenheim vs Ausburg. Home team are winless in their last 3 games, while Ausburg are unbeaten in their last four...But regardless of their current form, i'm going with:
Augsburg is in great form and i do not want to go against them, either we will end up in a draw but one thing is certain that the match will be a low scoring match and under 3.5 goals will be a good bet but if you look at the points table Hoffenheim is leading the points than Ausburg.
352  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone [JAN 2020] Discussion on: December 13, 2019, 11:22:18 AM
Dana White made a statement that if Conor McGregor can beat Donald Cerrone, Conor McGregor will have a crack again to the title held by Khabib Nurmagomedov which I think is unfair to Justin Gaethje. Justin Gaethje has been active inside the octagon but according to Dana White, UFC offered him a lot of matches already but Justin declined, unlike Conor McGregor who has done a lot for UFC. Conor was out of MMA for more than a year. He last appeared inside the octagon last UFC 229 October 2018 and tapped out to Khabib Nurmagomedov.
There is no way Conor McGregor should get a rematch against Khabib right now, he was last defeated and it was no way a close fight by any standards and now Conor is fighting Donald Cerrone at 170 pounds and if he wins he would get a crack at the championship in 155 pounds  Roll Eyes.
If you take his statistics, Conor only fought twice in 155 pounds, one time he won the belt and then he got defeated against Khabib and they are only looking for money fights and not to give an opportunity for legit contenders which is a shame considering they call it a sport.
353  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone [JAN 2020] Discussion on: December 12, 2019, 03:34:21 PM
Personally I do not like the Notorious "Conor McGregor" because of how aggressive he is outside the ring as well. But, liking someone is one thing and comparing facts is something else, I personally feel like it will be a closely fought match with Conor coming on top because of the Cardio and the aggression he possesses in the ring.
Are you seriously comparing his cardio, the one thing that he lacks inside the cage, if he was having good stamina then he would be a tough tight for many but if you look at this past fights, his knockout power reduces considerably after the second round and that is because of his stamina issues, his fight style is not aggression, he is a counter puncher and he is really good at that and so is the reason he was winning all his fights.

354  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of bounty campaign. on: December 12, 2019, 03:06:52 PM
well, no doubt now Bounty campaign especially signature is more selective in choosing participants with certain conditions. Very different from the bounty when in early 2015-2017 where KYC was not needed, maybe because of the rise of multiple accounts, the development teams required KYC as well as with participants who were limited according to their project allocations.
I am not sure what they will gain by collecting the KYC of promoters, the projects that collects these sensitive information might be fake projects just started to source the sensitive information of the users, i have not participated in any campaigns that asked for my KYC simply because i do not trust what they will be doing with those information as anything can be done with the documents you provide including impersonation.
The bounties and projects will die off eventually and that is a fact.
355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin btc- Why will always be on top. I see BitBall Btb as the next bitcoin 🤷‍♂️ on: December 12, 2019, 02:49:08 PM
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR BITBALL TO REPLACE BITCOIN IN THE LONG RUN
Good luck hyping up the project but the wet dream of any other coin replacing bitcoin will be always a wet dream for centuries to come, i might not be surprised if a fork coin of bitcoin will come up with a better solution to scale other than that i am not going to trust any other coin that is planning to replace bitcoin because that is not going to happen, period Tongue.
356  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: AJ's next fight on: December 12, 2019, 02:26:15 PM
In the end, he will run out of alibi and excuses, I have watched one interview that Wilder badly wanted a fight with a Joshua, but they did not mention that after he won against Ruiz, because of this they are depriving boxing fans a great fight in the heavyweight that only both of them can provide.
Deontey Wilder and Tyson Fury were always calling out Anthony Joshua to fight to determine the best heavyweight in the world but his management team and  Anthony Joshua was always finding opponents to built up his brand rather than giving the fight fans what they wanted and that is what is expected this time too as you will be denied to see a epic fight in their prime, the Tyson Fury Wilder fight happened because Tyson took the initiative and the management of Wilder was reluctant but Wilder came out asking for the fight because he knew Tyson was coming back after a long lay back and it was the right opportunity to fight him but we all know what happened and i am looking for that rematch than anything else.
357  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: December 12, 2019, 12:52:33 PM
Jones vs Reyes Fight confirmed! I can't wait to watch this spectacle in 2020!!
It is going to be a spectacle but the question will be how fast Jon Jones is able to win in this fight, there is no way anyone is able to defeat him and the best in the world have tried and Reyes is another contender to test his skills against Jon Jones and if Jones wanted a real challenge he needs to move up the division where heavy hitters are stationed.

Now lets get back to UFC245 Wink
I expect interesting fight for sure.
Usman is heavy favorite if we look at odds, but I am not so sure that it will be easy win as odds suggest.
I do have the same opinion as it will not be an easy fight for both these fighters.
358  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: December 11, 2019, 04:56:09 PM
This is the smart way to gamble, when people gamble without a goal they will stop when they get busted.
When i sit on a poker table or when i start playing slots i always have a goal in my mind, if i get the goal then it is time to stop.
Gambling is a game of chances and you cannot guarantee to win all the time and even if they have a goal you cannot determine on how much you are going to loose as you cannot determine the outcome of the money you wage, i consider sports betting as the fun thing and you cannot start gambling with a target and you cannot start gambling with a target in mind as the pressure will consume you and you will end up loosing everything, consider this as a fun and wage small amounts rather than looking to settle for life Tongue.
359  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: December 11, 2019, 04:24:48 PM
Amanda Nunez and Max Holloway are both favored to win here. I am not yet seeing the odds on Usman and Covington. I think Usman is better on odds but it won't be that big of a gap. I also pick Usman to win here but I won't be shocked if Covington wins. This should be a very interesting match up. Can the winner fight Mashvidal?
I will be going for a parlay between Amanda Nunes and Max Holloway and i am waiting to see the weigh ins to make up my mind about the rest of the fights, even i wont be surprised if Covington wins as he is really skillful because a defeat here will be celebrated by everyone and hence he will be well prepared and the winner will face Jorge Masvidal as he is the rightful opponent.
360  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League Discussion Thread on: December 11, 2019, 04:01:50 PM
Today we have Dinamo Zagreb and Manchester City and i am going with City to win the match.
Leverkusen vs Juventus, going with both teams to score.
Atletico Madrid vs Lokomotiv Moscow, Atletico Madrid or draw.
Bayern Munich vs Tottenham Hotspur, going with Bayern Munich to win the match and both teams are qualified for the next round and considering the home advantage i am going with Bayern.
PSG vs Galatasaray, PSG to win easily.
