3441  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Cash BCC might be a threat against the Nash Equilibrium on: July 24, 2017, 02:32:27 PM
Are you joking? Neither one of those is a threat against anything even close to bitcoin itself. It's like trying to say that plastic soldiers may be a threat to the paper dolls that you made earlier in your childhood

Your right here, Neither one of them are anything to contend with just a bunch of jokes  and trying to compare the two of them is basically useless  Wink
They are no close to the Real bitcoins.
3442  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitrrex to handle the chain split on: July 24, 2017, 12:47:58 PM
I did not wanted to make  new thread for  this and posted it on other thread but from the look of it no one bother reading the posts . So  maybe this will work .. New thread ^^

Bitrrex stated that they will credit both chains with coins if split happen . That what they claim they will do . So i guess there is no reason to worry if you have your BTC there they will do the job for you !

Just to mention there is no split happening this august, so all these steps are meaning less. We are moving towards the softfork and there is no any danger of coin split or on to handle the two chains of bitcoin. A sign of relief not only for the users but also for the Exchanges  Wink
3443  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin split on 1th august or no? on: July 24, 2017, 09:07:22 AM
can someone tell me if btc will split on 1th of august or nah?
I hope its not possible. All the news we witnessed about hard fork in last few weeks were just FUD news deliberately spread by big whales to buy cheaper bitcoins promoting panic selling. All the dust has started to settle now and thats why we could see the bitcoin's price increasing once again.Every one has started to realize that bitcoin is not going to split and have started to rebuy bitcoins as much as possible.

The hardfork news was not FUD. It was a possibility and it could have been real if BIP91 was not locked in by the miners. Even now few people still not sure if we will get softfork or hard fork but now i believe it will be BIP91 so no chance of a split.
3444  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin in College??? on: July 24, 2017, 09:02:18 AM
Bitcoin as a course or any related currency on web.
In my country we have multiple courses in computer especially programing and web developments. My course is also information technology, but i've never heard or learn about online currency as bitcoin. In present, and future studies is there any chances for inserting about it in education. In your country is it available?
It would be better for any country to adopt bitcoin in educating new generations. Instead of playing games and wasting money in surfing xxx sites.
Same bro im computer engineering but we don't have any related subject to bitcoins. But in the future if they legalized this currency they will add some subject in creating bitcoins or earning it

Are you sure they will create a course of "Creating Bitcoins"   Grin Grin  I never heard if there is any college which teaches on "Creating  US Dollars" .  Thats simply impossible.  Bitcoin is a currency which can be included in finance subjects but it cant become a full fledged subject itself.
3445  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: July 24, 2017, 08:12:44 AM
Bitcoin can both end poverty, and make some of the population even poorer.  Grin Crypto currency is primarily a currency

Yes, bitcoin is a currency and it may not make anyone rich or poor. Whoever has the bitcoins will be rich and those who do no have will be poor. This is the same concept as with US Dollars or any other currency. You need to have some skills in order to earn the money else you will be poor.
3446  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [ICO] DIMCOIN The Future Of Equity on the Blockchain on: July 24, 2017, 07:24:31 AM
I have been following this project for quite  a few weeks now and realize it is one of the best project in the current quarter of the year. I dont see any other project recently which is more promising and trust worthy than this Dimcoin. Great work by the Mods i must say.
Yes, I am too keenly following Dimcoin once I read their whitepaper. The concepts which are based on equity really attracts me as I am looking for such management along with blockchain efficiency for longer time. That is the reason I am too believing this project will find grand success to establish similar to other big coins in more quick time itself.

The way the team is managing and promoting the ICO is outstanding but i want to know what are the plans after the ICO. After how much time can we except this DIMcoin to be listed on good exchanges ?  I would like to see it on Poloniex and bittrex as those are the biggest exchanges for trading.
3447  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's price is so volatile right now! Why should I even hold? on: July 24, 2017, 06:37:28 AM
Well every market i think the price is really volatile, but when you see it in a long term period you will see if dumping or pumping, markets are usually designed for long term purposes and i believe holding on it will surely make you a winner in the future.

Well thats the beauty of bitcoin price. Some will sell at 2700$ price now thinking that it is the best price and in few months they will regret if the price touched 4000$ or more. There is no definite certainty where the price will go, up or down and traders get benefit from this situation as they can better predict the future outcome of bitcoin prices.
3448  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: July 24, 2017, 04:40:52 AM
If you already gained enough then its okay to cash out some bitcoin but you have to see to it that you will only cash out because you need the money. And the rest of the bitcoin you have better put it in offline wallet for safety.
Sincere advice, indeed. Cashing out bitcoins completely at this time won’t be a smart move. We all know that bitcoins are going to take ride to moon in the last weeks of August. If you really need money on urgent basis, you can cash out your bitcoins but if doing it for fun, kindly hold onto your coins. It would be regretful to withdraw all coins at the moment.
Bitcoin prices will go to the moon in August because I'm sure it will be very expensive. I think we should withdraw 30% of our assets before August 1 in the event Bitcoin can be split and if you are a venture capitalist keep Bitcoin at this time. Grin

Yes, the price of bitcoin is very good. I think we should cash out half of bitcoins now and keep the rest half of them so that we can get advantage of the situation if the price goes to 5000$ after August 1.
3449  Other / Off-topic / Re: Job Vs Bitcoin on: July 23, 2017, 04:28:26 PM
I wouldn't suggest that. I don't know how old are you and what experiences you have but without steady income is hard to live. And Bitcoin is still too risky and uncertain way of earning that you sometimes can't influence on. But on the other hand if you don't have any financial obligations and still are very young you could try, nothing to lose.
Until this moment, Bitcoin has helped millions of people wealthy. However, the miracle happened only to those who invested in time, spent some time with Bitcoin and were lucky. Therefore, having a certain source of income from your career is still a safer option. I still encourage taking bitcoin to get rich quick, but do not give up your career to join Bitcoin. There will both be better.

I think Bitcoin is a currency and Bitcoin trading is like a forex trading, so it is not a actual job type thing. Job is something for which you  for 9 to 5 for certain company but bitcoin/altcoin trading is business where you invest and get profit / loss.
3450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Horizon 2020's Billon now on Waves Platform :O on: July 23, 2017, 01:40:38 PM
Okay, i don't know much but i know the EU just sponsored Billon the new tech startup over a week ago.
I also know Horizon's sponsored quite a lot of other projects, but i'll be keeping my eye on this one.

All the best, Tadeus.
Waves is a good choice.  Grin

I've seen a lot of services on this forum and other places and websites like this. What I think one of these Services should be is to have someone write your announcement for you and handle all of your promotional materials. Looking at the title of your thread is a perfect example.
3451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The best Altcoin to buy right now on Bittrex. Hurry!! on: July 23, 2017, 01:32:38 PM
What's your exit strategy? The biggest thing I have with bittrex is getting my money back out of there. Most of the time I find it if I found a coin on there that has a price that's jumping and I throw $100 added that hundred dollars turns it too but then I have to go through so much crap to keep from losing that money through exchanges to bitcoin and what not the hint up with a bunch of Dodge Coin in the end.
3452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Genesis Mining Presents: SGMiner-GM - now with Zawawa's GG! [Updated 17/01/2017] on: July 23, 2017, 01:24:14 PM
Only drawback I see that this piece of Hardware is the delivery time. It looks like if you go on there and Order you're waiting at least six weeks. Seems like a nice piece of Hardware seems like it's going to get to you just a little bit too late.
3453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: :::Option Token (OPTION) Pre-Launch Announcements::: on: July 23, 2017, 10:41:11 AM
The pre-launch phase is ready! Purchase your OPTION tokens and receive a 20% reward.

Based on your history and history of your accounts where's the trust coming from? It looks like you're asking people to give you money through this token and through this Ico and yet you have no trust built into anything at all.
3454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: ★★★[ANN]★★★ MVP LINEUP TOKEN CROWDSALE- Daily Fantasy Sports & Gaming on: July 23, 2017, 10:28:28 AM
Ah, the sports people. What a joke. I don't think that anybody besides you and a handful of other people on this forum are going to be involved in sports betting, fantasy football, or anything like that because most of them have an intelligence level of over 100.
3455  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best way to use Bitcoin in Trading? on: July 22, 2017, 06:07:15 PM
There are many ways to trade your bitcoins. For you what is the best?

What exactly does that question mean? Bitcoin is illegal and legal commodity. It is used in the Commodities Market. If you're using it and trading then you can perhaps use it as a medium in between Fiat and other alt coins.
3456  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Stackable Amazon AWS $200 💰Credit Code Coupon 💰 for $10 on: July 22, 2017, 05:31:20 PM
Stackable $200 AWS Credit Code:

You can open a support case in the Amazon AWS support panel & request a Service Limit Increase; i have successfully requested a 1000 server resource limit for a bunch of instance types in the past without any effort; i have been a longtime legit customer of AWS though.

you have guarantee that your credit code can be used? yesterday just bought 1 code aws and cant redeem it it's said "Security Check characters are incorrect. Please try again."

Just be careful as once one single code is found to have been used in the wrong way every single one of those hundreds of codes is revoked and people 6 Months 8 months down the road lose everything.  Shocked
3457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Terracoin 1.0 (TRC) - Est 2012 on: July 22, 2017, 05:25:13 PM
I like the fact that you put 2012 in the announcement title. Of course the thing is that that shows people that you haven't been able to take this thing anywhere in that period of time.   Sad
3458  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum unmatured balance on: July 22, 2017, 05:14:08 PM
First and foremost stay away from ath. Secondly this is one of those things in this type of wallet it's going to have to let resolve a little bit, another words you're going to have to wait. There's some things happening with eth that always create issues there's things happening with EDC that always create issues the only way that you can really get through them it's just wait see what happens and hope for the best.

You can try actually looking at the tx's and minning them yourself which sometimes works but in the end is he those who really care since it's worthless.

3459  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Snapshot on: July 22, 2017, 04:12:54 PM
Hey guys I just say Snapshot on Google play store. You might have to change your name ? So now what ? Are you going to change your name or leave it ? How will people tell the difference between the two. The snapshot on googplay came out in 2014. Just thought I should let you all know.

We spoke with the owner very early on, we are purchasing said application in order to use the name. Everything is set in place to have our name in application markets come August 10th.
Thats great dev, purchasing the application will help do away with all the would be confusion on which application to download and on which is the crypto snapshot, am waiting for august 10th for the good news.

A little bit of confusion as to what you're looking for here. Give us a little bit more of the information that you're trying to either give us or what you're asking and we can have them or clear answer for you.  Whats the good news on Aug 10 ??
3460  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Segwit and the April 1st potential split explained in simple terms on: July 17, 2017, 05:24:06 PM
Sorry, but don't you mean August 1st, not April 1st?
Thanks. I fixed that and I added a lot of new information. I've learned a lot about what's going on. I read that China has over 80% of mining and they're pushing SegWit2x but I didn't include that information since I don't know how to verify if it's accurate.

For a moment believe its a real news, but then What will 80% of the Chinese miner will benefit from this hard fork, I am  fail to understand this  Sad
For the article, it is excellent, summing up all the information a single page. Great information  compiled by OP..
