The domain has been owned by me before Apple ever announced the iPhone 4S so I assume there is no fault here  The 4S is superfluous. iPhone is a registered trademark. Any site in that domain that gets any traction whatsoever will make them notice it and take it away from you/the owner. No trial. They just do it. If you wish you can fight the decision, but you'll have to shell out $2k for it and most likely you'll not get the domain back. Trademarks on domain names are a no-no |

It makes no sense to give BFL free money for 3/4/6 months where you are paying 10%+/month on the coins. By the time your unit is ready, your interest cost will be almost double the size of the loan, and that's before you receive anything.
