3741  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum for Android on: June 23, 2012, 08:44:29 PM
I can't put it to work on my Kindle Fire with ICS. On my file manager, if I click the electrum4a.py file it asks me which program I wish to use to open the file :/
Any help?

OK guys i checked it out with 3 accounts...deposited 10, 2, 2 bitcoins....the program is really beautyfully designed and set up...so kudos to the scheme inventor...well done....

its a cool idea to get some return for just holding bitcoins and of course anonymously....but - doing the math...i got about 1 cent per 10 bitcoins invested per day as reward (10 % bonus pyramid included), which means 30 cents in a month - so in three months i may get my first payout of 1 BC to the payout adress - all in all that would put the break even out to 2 and a half years from now.....not like stated to 8 months...the huge problem is that difficulty already doubles next year so earnings will be halved.....
the hashing power is still at 7,5 MHz per BC.....  all still ok as risky investment with the chance of more participants...

but and now the scam as i understand it:

your principle is gone! once sent you canīt get it back!...its invested in the hardware and electricity may be....the illusion of getting back your hard earned and transfered bitcoins may last 2 years because some cents are popping up in your " pending rewards " account, still your money will be mostly gone!!

check it out yourself

OK, I looked at yours, now you look at mine.

Can you open source it with instructions on how we should connect it to the API using our own Walletbit.com account? Tongue

Can I charge for the instructions?  Tongue

You will charge every time someone uses it because users will pay tx fees to walletbit Tongue

Only reason one will buy a so called coffee warmer aka Jalapeno is just for LULZ, This little thing can not pay for itself if you only have one.

But you can help secure the network and warm your coffee for almost no cost. Just for the LULZ, ya know? Wink

I may even be on the wrong in this, but I think everyone who wishes to post a thread on some specific forum sub-section may aswell post it in the Newbies forum instead of just asking to be whitelisted.
If it has merit I bet it will earn you the whitelist + be moved into the correct forum Wink

Today I've learnt that since June 16, 2011, 03:38:53 PM until today Phinnaeus Gage spent 60 days, 15 hours and 27 minutes in the shitter while trolling Bitcointalk.org.

The reason why he asked for pictures of organofcorti's fecal matter in this thread is explained.

3753  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: can someone explain this transaction? on: June 22, 2012, 02:57:34 PM
i post this in newbies forum since it's probably something simple, but

https://blockchain.info/tx-index/10234706/4664a0e0662789e5db879512440a2ce4978cf172d03ce10fcd78981c3f7decb1

it shows 50 bitcoins going to 1JLNLh9Np6iCh1dxnedXQx8rTpBetdvxv1

one of the input addresses:

https://blockchain.info/address/1qT6e3nDLqUyeWRcQETWF4Yv7SbZQQTa4

shows it as sending 50 bitcoins to 1JLN*

all the input addresses show the same thing, 50 btc to that address

i'm guessing this is just a bug in blockchain.info's method of reporting transactions?

Not exactly. The input addresses sent minor amounts but the transaction output was of 50 BTC.
The 50BTC you talk is the output. The inputs are composed of smaller values. I see nothing strange in that transaction.

yeah, that's what i thought.

it's just blockchain.info showing total output to an address instead of specific output from that particular address

which to me, seems like it should be changed

ed:

for example,  this input address:

https://blockchain.info/address/1CbVKwzDqjvbjhuUHinkXCN89rBHUSxfHS

should show 1.52629968 outgoing to 1JLNLh9Np6iCh1dxnedXQx8rTpBetdvxv1

And it does. It shows it in the left side, where the inputs are listed.
Blockchain.info doesn't need to change anything.

And that BS about Gmail was retarded, they don't index or publish your mail, they just scan it for keywords to provide relevant advertising.

That and stalk teenagers...

Keep drinking the koolaid.
3756  Economy / Goods / Re: Anonymous Instant Reloadable VISA card on: June 22, 2012, 01:25:32 PM
hmm, but isn't faking a polish social security number kind of illegal?
It seems to me that these cards are only meant for polish residents...

Oh, yeah... Chill out dude. I used a valid, most likely non-existant, SS number to bypass a registration form, I didn't get a job with it Roll Eyes
Also, registration on the bank site isn't mandatory. I did it because I wanted to be able to consult the balance online.
Others are free to do as they wish. I'm not advocating you do the same, just describing my experience.

pictures please ?

Pics will be posted later as I'm not home and can't take them out of my cell right now.
Also, need to blurr them before posting.

OK, I got my prepaid VISA on the mail today.
You guys can be sure that there is no good way for DeanC to get the CVV on the card without you noticing as he would have to open the envelope and leave marks.

Also, the PIN for ATM withdrawals can be changed online. Careful, you need Polish data to register, address and valid Social Security number. Ask me one and I can make one for you from your birth date Grin

There are some fees attached with the card, for example, each ATM withdrawal will have a cost of €2.5.

DeanC, please post here or PM me a bitcoin address so I can send you the 1.9 BTC.

Nice doing business with you.

To all others: SERVICE RECOMMENDED.

3760  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for 80 BTC Loan 1 week / 10% on: June 22, 2012, 11:38:20 AM
Still looking for this loan. If it helps, i can provide a tracking number of the item i am talking about. If the member is willing, i can ask him to support the fact that i will be receiving 90 BTC in 3-4 days time which will repay the loan.

Then why not just wait the 3 or 4 days?
No need to take a $65 hit because of a 3 day wait.
