What could be the reaction of that event in the market?, could that cause more panic?, and how is it gonna impact the market generally. However , That will not mean dead for Bitcoin in my opinion if that doesn't get approved ,But in the case of positive outcome and the Bitcoin ETFs got approved by SEC, I do think in my opinion that this could lead to Bitcoin to eventually bottoming out from here anytime soon or in coming months ahead and that will mean so much for the entire market and give investors more confidence. The SEC have been denying spot bitcoin etf’s for what seems like an eternity. Another rejection won’t do much because it’s already happened so many times before. Gary Gensler is definitely getting told to keep rejecting them, he’s approved bitcoin futures etf’s, even a shorting etf recently but not a spot etf. Somebody is definitely telling him not to. So to conclude, I think this one will also be rejected. The market won’t be affected by a rejection but we might get a pump if surprisingly he approves it. They’ll have to approve one eventually but I don’t think it’ll be yet. Exactly this. Gary Gensler, who btw for those that don't know taught a course on Bitcoin blockchain for MIT, is without a doubt and definitely being told to "stand down" on approving a Bitcoin spot ETF. Until he's told otherwise, we won't see a spot ETF. He'll reverse course when it suits the Wall Street elites and hedge funds. He also knows that once spot ETFs are approved, bitcoin liquidity will dry up overnight and the price will likely 10X within 12-18 months after. It'll spark a new "Bitcoin gold rush." I'm guessing they will be approved around the next halving...just in time for a new bull run. What a kawinkidink that will be.  |

The true is here in the USA she is 100% innocent until proven guilty. So he is correct and you simply are ignoring the law of the land. Personally I would like to see and hear the trial as I want to see if other weasels are going down due to this trial. And yeah she is certainly 'guilty' other than by defined by USA law. ...agreed, and, if you read, I am not actually doubting her right to be assumed innocent until proven guilty... however, in this case, it is beyond doubt, I am doubting the fact of her innocence....and I would LOVE to see her stand trial, and blab it all, the whole shebang, the clients and rubes they ensnared in their honeypots, the blackmail (going back to her father, and his media outlets) , and, most importantly, their enablers, cohorts, and masters. I hope that is clear, that is what I would most like to see. The light imo, needs to be shone on that entire situation. It would be messy.... but cleansing. Sunlight, best disinfectant and all that. Out of the darkness comes the light.
Ummm... philipma? Empowering? You can't watch the trial because she was already tried and found guilty. Maxwell faces up to 65 years in prison for the five charges she was convicted of. She was found guilty of sex trafficking, the most serious charge she faced with a maximum prison term of 40 years. She now simply awaits sentencing.  |

edit: TRIGGER WARNING yup i hate coinbase because of their history and actions. but guess which exchange i tell starting btc noobs who arent very computer literate and even less cyber security conscious? yup. coinbase. for the simple reason that they are legit from a usa law point of view. it offers yubikey security. accounts can be transferred to surviving spouse or executor if the account holder dies. ok thats it, haters may now proceed to list the myriad ways They Suck. fine by me as i might be some that im not aware of yet and ive been with them since 2013. now if a btc noob is slightly better informed i tell them gemnini. please dont forget here in the usa (land of the free) we have limited choice in a lot of things. full disclosure: coinbase is a backup exchange for me. Millions of people globally "hate Coinbase" and yet still use them every single day, week, month, and year. Myself included. So tf what? At this point I think deflationary stagflation is back on the table for next year.
The Fed will continue to tighten and increase rates as long as the CPI continues to creep north. But unfortunately once public demand destruction is complete, CPI can come down, input costs for corporations can come down, BUT it won't suddenly increase demand again. The Fed could then lower rates and still not see a pick up in demand.
Without a further increase in wages YOY, the Average Joe public will no longer care that prices have come down. It won't change their buying habits (or lack thereof).

The United States appropriated it from Texas. Obama missed his chance to create yet another divisive, bogus Federal holiday. Biden fixed that last year, because Libtard pandering.  They apparently couldn't have used the exact day of Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation (Sept 22) or the day it became legal (Jan 1st) because reasons, I guess.
