This doesn't look like a pump and dump. NEM will just rise and find a new floor at 2k sats
more likely 3k - 5k Hmm, 733 sat just now. NEM is now the most falling currency from Top10 cryptos...does anybody know, why ? no one knows. just daily p&D right now I know why. Unfortunately I had to sell some NEM, because I had to add to my margin. The dump was with pain in my heart, but I had to. Hopefully the BTC ETF doesn't get approved so all alts can recover and I will be able to buy a lot XEM. If ETF doesnt get approve now, this means all future altcoins who wants to have an ETF wil also be denied. ETF approval is crucial for the cryptos to be recognized as a real currency Even if there is no approval, all alts will go down because bitcoin will be down! So in both case, ETF decision will affect the whole crypto space in a negative way by falling of all alt prices Its really a hard one, it could go either way because it might give others such as NEM to demonstrate they can do better than BTC and address its flaws etc... |

How is NEM standing in resistence towards quantum computation?
Same could be asked about any cryptocurrency. Firstly, quantum computers are not anywhere near powerful yet to achieve these tasks. Secondly, the algorithms in NEM are pretty well written and are designed in such a way that would make it very difficult to crack. But I Believe the only way to make something quantum proof is if it was written on a quantum computer itself. People are exploring ways currently to make something binary quantum proof, but we will wait and see. We have many years until we need to worry about this. |

I wonder if one day they will lower the amount of XEM you need to run a supernode,3 million is super expensive now, i think for purposes of decentralization... they gotta do it.
Has been discussed before. I don't think it will happen. Increasing the number of supernodes would reduce profitability It will reduce profitability but will it not strengthen the network even more? Yes I expect so. |

NEM hit new ATH.  Not quite, we hit $130M last year for a brief period. Looks like we will be heading back that direction soon Last year ATH was $110M in CMC record. We already passed it today.  In fiat market cap, we have already get out new ATH, but for bitcoin market cap, the ATH was 2798 sat on Poloniex. If we can hit that price range again, we will surpass ETC or LTC in bitcoin market cap. A wonderful dream. Check out CMC. Our ATH (fiat) was $139M  The price of XEM in BTC was however much higher, because the value of BTC was much lower. |

I'm gonna be honest with you guys, I think the DEV team knows about technical analysis. I made my technical analysis of the chart just before this XEM pump as you can see here. https://www.tradingview.com/chart/XEMBTC/WLwGY6HT-XEMBTC/Been trading Stock cryptos and forex since too long. I think the dev team knew due to the technical analysis of the chart that xem was about to pump and they started releasing fundamentals (good news). Or this is a coincidence that good news is coming after the ending of that downtrend? Good thing that I bought down there. The thing is this news has not even been directly reported by the dev team. We have heard of it from other sources in the media and the formal announcements are only verifying what we already heard.  |

Now for dump / profit taking
I could have done that 7 months ago when that happened, but simply too risky, I could have come out with more than triple my XEM than I started with, but its simply too risky for me to do that. 1 stake of XEM is enough for anybody, being greedy could make you loose out. Suppose I dumped and then a major announcement comes the next day, shooting up the price even more? I just keep telling myself that, and I slowly accumulate more as I can over time. |

1 cent = 799 Satoshi , the Commission in bitcoin 40k-100k (neither talked about the public (social) blockchain) Satoshi, on the market - 1 Nem = 763 Satoshi ( 0.0094... $ ), in the hope that we are not talking about the 0.00xxx $ values
Blimey. Just goes to show how far up Bitcoin has risen. I wouldn't even have noticed that unless you'd pointed it out. how far will the Nem, though, bitcoin had issues in 2016 and pay the miners and anonymity, and the size of the block, and fork bitcoin classic, this pump of bitcoin is predictable and therefore does not cause any illusion of those who have not. But what's next ? I really dont know, but BTC is almost at a new ATH, and who knows how long this pump will last with BTC. Technically NEM is actually cheaper than when our marketcap was this price last year, if you tie its price to BTC, because our marketcap is reflected on the price of BTC, not USD. Our fait value is the same, but the price in sats is lower, with the high BTC price making up for it. This is not a bad thing, and i do expect BTC to drop back some time soon. This will allow more newcomers to enter NEM, and some of them may exchange their BTC profits for XEM |
