Nxt confirmation times (block times) have stabilized around 1 minute since the 1.7 hard fork. Wow nice to know, i havent had any NXT transaction since then. Now NXT has an upperhand in marketing, now that BTC is slow, and we could gain many new users. It is getting promoted via my campaign as we speak and I will use this opportunity to the maximum maybe we will need some new banners too. NXT has such great potential, people just need to spread the word, if we all do our little bit NXT will do very well in the future. Price is not too bad either, we have been lower than this over the last year, so things will play out well and distribution will be greatly helped with the cheap prices also. |

Ethereum is driven 100% by speculation and nothing more. Who currently even accepts it? How many partners do they have? There's no need to get defensive here. As i said, i hold a large chunk (top 50) of XEM so i do want it to skyrocket. I was simply stating the facts. I used to think that sharp rises were great, but slow and steady is better, we are not here to make money overnight. Give it 5 years and where will we be? |

Whats the next update? XEM is been very quite last few months which for me is abit concerning. I do own a significant amount of XEM so I do want the price to skyrocket. The only thing that is skyrocketing is Ethereum atm. Having said that, i do have a realistic point of view so i dont see the price moving anytime soon. Cannot understand the price is still steady at the high level. Does Chinese ppl have higher target? Who knows, i expect there is a pump group misleading alot of chines on some of the chinese forums. Does anyone here read chinese? The chinese pumpers/scammers posted a few things earlier in this thread when it first started to be pumped by them. Definitely not ethereum. Too much of a pump and dump. I'd say digibyte, been at the 40 sat level for ages now, just waiting for a little pump  If there is pump and dump, the price should be in the 2 dollar range now. It is still around 6 dollar now. It was around $7 on launch, then dumped back to around 70c, and then up and down like a yoyo to where it is now, expect another dump. |

I have nearly 6000 XSS but not able to convert them into XSI. No chance to get the wallet (XSS NOR XSI) connected to peers. Who can help?
Sorry the swap happened about 2 years ago. You had to send them to Bittrex and then exchange them for XSI. If anyone wants to buy my XSS-Wallet.dat send a PM. Maybe there is a hacking-way to convert the XSS to XSI.  I dont think it will ever be possible sorry, the new devs (who have since abandoned the project) rebuilt a new blockchain and got everyone to send their coins to bittrex. Then the devs premined the blockchain with the same amount of coins that were in existence to be swapped and sent them all to bittrex, where bittrex automatically swapped the XSS for XSI and burned the old wallet. I doubt many nodes are still even running for XSS but technically they are worthless. |

Too late to buy ETH, the dump has just begun, price decrease of -26% (in the last 24 h).
If you want to buy cheap and sell high, buy NXT as soon as possible. It's really underpriced.
I think you would want to buy when the price is cheaper, not higher? Anyway, I agree ETH might have some more downside to it and it would be better to get a sense of where the new bottom will be before buying in. I haven't looked into NXT much. I might check it out after typing this. NXT and NEM is where its at! |

I think it was around $7-$8 upon launch, so its value is still less than what it was on launch day.
Seems to be dropping back again, will probably hang around the $2-$3 mark again.
Good coin for speculation and buying on the lows and dumping on the highs, that seems to be what everyone is doing.
Ya but SHOULD that matter ? See the topic title ? This topic is not about "Price speculation" Besides would the price going higher some how prove it's legit ? Instead the sudden over night price jump *could* very well be proof of the opposite ! And no i can guarantee it was nowhere near $7 or $8 on launch back in early 2014 On CMC i saw it around $7 after launch and that was in 2015, Ethereum had not launched in 2014. |

I love the Japanese updates, however will NEM be a regional thing in Japan or does it still have worldwide ambitions in the long run?  Does not matter what country really, if it takes off in Japan, it will be ultimately a success everywhere if it gains enough attention. The market in Japan is huge, China will be next to grab hold of it, as most of asia, there is enough people watching NEM very closely all over the world and are probably watching how its unfolding in Japan first. I think alot of people are overlooking NEM currently, but when it takes off, you will see the panic buyers flooding to the gates to buy XEM! |

Believe me, I will not be the only one with this issue and if this new launch amounts to anything and all those wanting to swap come to do just that you will be faced with the same issue and have lots of angry people who are unable to have a working wallet to do the swap with. Then you will get accused of being dishonest and it will generate a lot of FUD from your competition. Just my thoughts as I can see this sticking out like dogs balls. Its obvious. This is an issue and it will be a problem and ignoring it will be bad for the entire project as you attached yourself to the name and the original mess of silkcoin instead of just creating a complete new coin.
