Perhaps time has come to drop Kohli? When was the last time that he scored a century in an international match? As usual the middle and lower middle order rescued India. Washington Sundar and Deepak Chahar made crucial contributions. On the other hand, the West Indies bowlers once again displayed their incompetence in cleaning up the tail. And I never had any expectations from the West Indies batsmen. They are not suitable for any format other than T20 and as expected they were bowled out in less than 40 overs.

I think the recent row between bcci and Kohli has negative impact on kohli performance. He is continuously down since that rift. I do agree with you kohli must be given some break. Sometimes giving yourself some break is good to regain form. Kohli is integral part of Indian team and I don't think bcci will drop him despite his bad performance.

Well.. I am not against that strategy. But Australia is a small country and the total population is around 1/10th of that of some of the Indian or Pakistani provinces. In order for the BBL to become financially viable, they need to attract viewership from South Asia. Indian players are banned from taking part in the BBL, so that option is tricky. But they gained a lot of viewership in Pakistan, because a number of Pak players are representing various BBL sides. A compromise can be reached, and I guess 3 is a more suitable limit instead of the current two.

Indian players are banned to take part in any league not only in BBL, this is only BCCI arrogance nothing else. Those players who can't play IPL must be allowed to go out and play other leagues to earn money.
Unmukt Chand became first indian to take part in BBL. He signs for the Melbourne Renegades. May be we see more Indian players joining BBL.

Yeah.. it was quite shocking to see Multan going down by such a big margin. Fakhar Zaman and Kamran Ghulam destroyed the Multan bowlers during the first 10 overs and after that the match slipped further from their hands. Blessing Muzarabani, who had an exceptional match against the Zalmi leaked 48 runs from his 4 overs this time. Even then the target was not out of reach. But then, then the Lahore bowlers proved to be too hot to handle (Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, Zaman Khan and Rashid Khan).

Lahore Qalandars are doing too good under the captaincy of Shaheen Shah Afridi. Hafeez and Salt made there contribution later in the inning to take the total to 182. This breaks the winning streak of Multan Sultan. Bad luck for those who made bet on MS win because of there unbeaten record.
Meanwhile team of expats aka Oman was beaten by national team of Nepal in first T20I. Nepal is emerging team and may be very soon it reaches level of Afghanistan and made there way to main ICC events.

Just hope that the series will go ahead as planned and there will be no last minute pull out similar to what happened with New Zealand. Both the Australian and Pakistani pacers are in terrific form and it is essentially going to be a battle between these two groups. No one is actually talking about the batsmen (Babar Azam, Steve Smith, Marnus Labuschagne.etc). For Pakistan, it will be a dilemma to prepare the pitches. If they make them too pace friendly, then Cummins, Starc and Boland will destroy them.

I don't think Pakistani pitches are that much supportive to pacers as Australians pitches are. Australia's have the ability to adopt to the conditions wherever they go and this thing must be kept in mind by Pakistani team.
Australia players will miss out IPL start due to this series as CA has made a policy that players will not be allowed to play league when there is international duty.

405  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Hire Crypto Trader on: February 11, 2022, 06:42:51 PM
Looking for someone to run a crypto signal group.

I thought I had already seen everything, but here is another thing that will make people lose money. If you can get that person to run your crypto signal group, do you intend to keep charging the members of the crypto group and you will also tell the members that you are not doing the technical analysis? and let's say that you can have 30 members and those 30 members pay the fee for 30 days and 15 days before the fee for those members ends, do you have no analysis guy, how will you be and how will the members be

I suppose a part of the answer to my questions is here:

I would need to understand how you trade, so what leverage, how many take-profit targets, frequency of signals etc

I wonder if it would not be better for you to take a trade course and execute your group

There are many ways to lose money in crypto and following a crypto signaling group is one of the fastest one. This guy is trying to tell people how to earn money in crypto by methods that will be told by a person he hired. This is the story of every signaling group, people with no knowledge are behind the group just earning money by giving fake signals.
406  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is A Better Option Than Fiat Money? on: February 11, 2022, 06:36:41 PM
Bitcoin can enable that as it is a truly international currency living on a decentralized network of miners. This is the reason its better than fiat money and a lot of smart people have bet their money and reputation on it. It is better than fiat but far from being a perfect replacement for it.

You concluded it very well that we need fiat for our daily living despite all odds. We must not excited about bitcoin since its not a fundamental technology and not very much are aware of it worldwide. Above all behavior of government towards bitcoin is very strict as they are in no mood of accepting it, something understandable from governments point of view.

PSL is going without any issue and many foreigners are also enjoying specially from England which is very good sign for all others and recently there were few rumours about two players that these both have some concerns about this tour, and they can pull out of this tour but after having meeting with CA authorities and good communications from Australian Cricketers Association about this tour now these both are also going for this tour atmosphere is good as few Australian legendary players are also praising about this tour because now they are feeling things are much better security is also very improved, so they all can go ahead without any issue.

Good thing Ramiz Raja PCB current Chairman and Prime Minister Imran Khan both have very good ties with few Aussies which are helping for the success of this tour.

'One or two' Australia players may opt out of Pakistan tour - ACA chief (source). Pat Cummins also confirmed that he will fully support anyone who not wanna travel to Pakistan.
First test is scheduled to begin on 4th March so Australia team will leave for Pakistan towards the end of February. Till then we will continue to hear such speculations.
Lastly, in PSL players from all test playing countries are participating and so far it's all going smoothly.

Money is always going to be a big factor for the cricket boards. But right now it seems like money is more important than cricket to the boards.  Undecided

I mean it's okay to chase money, but the obvious greed brings downfall. And the cricket boards all around the world are either reach or absolutely broke. BCCA does make money quite well but they also find young talent through IPL too.

Money was not very much into cricket since 2010 I would say but we have quality teams. Its IPL that completely changed the dynamic of cricket by bringing in huge money. But we have to admit that quality of cricket is going down in most of teams as evident from performance of West Indies, South Africa and Zimbabwe. They were once considered to be strong or reasonably strong teams.
409  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 10, 2022, 04:23:36 PM

Faulkner last played for Australia in tests 9 years ago. Only when the tour is finalized, we will get an idea about whether the players are ready to visit Pakistan or not. From what I can hear, none of them have voiced their opinion so far. The PSL has so far went without any issues and it proved to be a shot in the arm for the PCB. Dozens of foreign players are taking part in that tournament and as far as I know there was not a single security related issue. The Australian board now has no excuses, but some of the players can still pull out of the tour.

PCB must be very happy with this CA press release, Australia's historic tour of Pakistan confirmed.

Revised Pakistan tour dates:

March 4-8: 1st Test, Rawalpindi

March 12-16: 2nd Test, Karachi

March 21-25: 3rd Test, Lahore

March 29: 1st ODI, Rawalpindi

March 31: 2nd ODI, Rawalpindi

April 2: 3rd ODI, Rawalpindi

April 5: T20I, Rawalpindi

I do agree with you on this fact that we can't say anything about this tour unless we see first and last ball of this series. CNZ abandon there tour to Pakistan just minutes before first ball of the series.

410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: February 10, 2022, 04:14:55 PM

West Indies is good only in one format (T20) and they are uncompetitive in any other. Their batsmen are good only for short quick blasts and they don't have the ability to build an innings patiently. Previously they had players of test quality such as Shivnarine Chanderpaul and Ramnaresh Sarwan, but then the race and religion based selection policy followed by the selectors meant that quality players quit the game. Along with Zimbabwe, the test status of West Indies need to be revoked. There are far better teams out there.

West indies have embraced T20 revolution more then any country. There players were absent from national bilateral series instead prefer playing T20 leagues. WI is no more suitable for ODI and test, this is something not good for cricket. We are continuously losing Test teams.
411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 10, 2022, 04:09:47 PM

It looks like something is wrong with the URL you've entered or the search pattern. I find PSL matches being on the bet365 platform. I see today's match added, which is better Multan Sultans and Peshawar Zalmi. Maybe few matches were the top team playing might've been added.

Multan Sultan are once again playing fabulous cricket. Shan masood scored 68 runs while Rizwan got out on 34 today. I can say it's safe to bet on Multan Sultan today. 163 for 3 wickets in 18 overs is good score. If Sultans can finish there innings at 180+ they have confirm chance of winning the game. I m not much hopefull for Peshawar.

This day surprised me yesterday because Norway can replace Germany's position to be number 1.

https://i.imgur.com/DbLIuk7.jpg

This Olympics will give more surprises because we still have 10 days later to see the end. Some countries cannot defend their position and replaced by other countries. I wonder what next countries will replace the position. Can Norway defend its position or Germany replace and be the number 1? It is still a big mystery.
This is not surprising at all, if you see medal tally of PyeongChang 2018  South Korean then Norway and Germany were at no 1 and 2 position with 14 Gold medals each while USA and Canada were at no 3 and 4 respectively. USA which was very down in initial days is now at no 4 position with 4 Gold medals. There are 10 days still left, may be in coming days Canada also jump up.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: February 09, 2022, 05:07:26 PM

It was another easy win for the Indian today at Ahmedabad. Though Indian lost early wickets but Rahul and Yadav partnership was enough to make above par score and defend it against a weak team of WI. The last match is no interest but India will prefer a 3-0 over a 2-1 series win.
I wonder if India will go with the same team or give some new players a chance to play in the next game ?

India is always too good at home soil and reverse abroad as evident from there performance against weak SA team in SA. West Indies are having worst time in there cricket history as they lost ODI series against Ireland recently so this whitewash is expected.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥶 Winter Beijin 2022 🥶 Discussion and bet thread 🥶 Winter Game 🥶 on: February 09, 2022, 04:31:01 PM

It is interesting to note how the medals are mostly being won by European countries. Neither the United States and Canada have managed to enter the top 10. And only China and the Russian altetas manage to be in the midst of so many European countries.

Perhaps this shows that these sports are for athletes with more money, making countries with fewer resources, able to present more competitive athletes.

I was seeing the medal tally on 9th Feb and as per your saying all medals were for athletes from EU with few going to China and ROC. No athlete from underdeveloped country was able to win any medal. Winter games are expensive as they require specific environment which is not in everyone reach.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: February 09, 2022, 02:03:18 PM

After a bad start by the Indian side they were still able to get a score of more than 200 which I think is good. None of us are celebrating here. Please stop using such shit statement when you do not understand English.

WI have already lost two wickets but I think they still can win this match If Pollard can perform today. I know that it will be hard for them but if they are able to do it then I am sure the next match will be good for gambling.

I don't know which match you are following today since there is no Pollard in today's game. Nicholas Pooran is West Indies captain today. Right now India looks favorite as 5 West Indies batsmen are back on a score of 77 runs. Prasidh Krishna has got 3 wickets after giving 4 runs in 5 overs.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What websites you use for live scores? on: February 09, 2022, 01:36:05 PM
Man, I never knew there was such a thing. I was just using google and their smartphone notifications for live scores up until now. That's helpful, I appreciate putting up a list of it. I may try one of them to see how fast the scores feed will be in comparison with google.
Again, thank you.

I am cricket addict and I follow espncricinfo.com to follow all cricket scores and updates. There is nothing directly linked with gambling on espncricinfo.com but info available gives a holistic overview of what's going on in cricket world.  The links provided by OP are also helpful for me as I was not aware of them until now.
417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 06, 2022, 02:08:56 PM

PSL is getting very interesting and there is tough competition among the top three teams Multan, Lahore and Islamabad. I know very few people outside Pakistan are watching the PSL live but the competition is really fantastic. The boundaries are always reduced in the T20 leagues to make them entertaining with high scoring games.

There is also viewership of PSL outside Pakistan but not much. PCB need to work on that. The level of cricket is superb in PSL. Today Islamabad will face karachi. Karachi so far has lost all matches and there skipper in none other then Pakistan captain babar azam. This is very surprising that Pakistan captain who is too good in T20I is struggling in PSL.
418  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: February 06, 2022, 01:59:50 PM

This is something funny, because Pakistan have many other issues to face at present. Pakistan had to pay a debt of $26 billion in interest for the fiscal year 2020-2021. Maybe this could give some relief for the Pakistan government, just a fun and nothing offensive.

The whole world is under debt, AFAIK Japan has highest debt to pay in terms loan to gdp ratio. China as a nation has proved that with hard work everything can be achieved. I am sure if they stepped into cricket then we might have big 4 in future, something India desperately don't want (just my opinion nothing to worry ).
419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: February 06, 2022, 06:22:49 AM
In PSL, Lahore Qalandars who are known for losing games are doing good this times. Yesterday they beat Islamabad United by 8 runs. On points table LQ are at no 2 position. Pakistani fast bowler Shaheen Shah is captain of LQ. Since all decisions are made on your performance in leagues,  IMO shaheen may become Pakistan new captain.
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: February 06, 2022, 04:15:26 AM

BCCI also announced cash rewards for both players and support staff. Each player will be getting 4 million and each support staff gets 2.5 million. This is a great gesture by BCCI and I am sure many players from this squad will also get bought by the IPL franchise. Yash dhull has now surely booked his berth in the Indian A team.

Congrats to India for winning 5th U19 WC. The final was dominated by Indian bowling and England were struggling from very start. Its correct to say that match was one sided. Thanks to both James partnership, England avoided humiliation. Price money is good and will encourage both player's and staff.
