421  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin truly moving forward? on: June 14, 2021, 03:50:19 PM
Just by considering when was this topic created and the current status of bitcoin at that moment compared to now, we can already conclude that bitcoin is really moving forward. Take a look at how much bitcoin's value has increased after it went to a bull run once again. Even though the value is going down right now, it is natural because corrections are much needed so that it would be stabilized more in the future with a high price. You just need patience and faith when it comes to bitcoin, all will pay off in the future so try to avoid being the one who regrets what he did with his investment in bitcoin.
422  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: To diversify or not to diversify... on: June 13, 2021, 11:02:33 PM
So my wife and I started buying bitcoin a couple of months ago, and as of right now we're the proud owners of 0.4 of a bitcoin.

Since everything is so cheap right now, I want to invest some more of our savings before things pick up again.

Should we just be focusing on BTC, or would we be better off diversifying (maybe Etherium?).

We got into crypto in order to help us own a house and be able to be semi-retired within the next 10 years, if that helps.
There's nothing wrong actually about investing on bitcoin alone but in reality, diversifying your investment could make you earn much better profit. It is not a smart move to depend on bitcoin alone neither on any altcoin alone, you should still find some other investments that could help increase your profit. There will always be a possibility that bitcoin or any other altcoin's value will go down so make sure you always have your back up plan or an investment that will save you on the time comes but still be careful on choosing which one or more investment you'll pick, pick always the most competent one.
423  Other / Politics & Society / Re: When will the vaccination end? on: June 13, 2021, 10:53:04 PM
Since Covid is a global pandemic, I am curious to know if it is in the plan to vaccinate everyone in the world? Do you think it is even possible to vaccinate everyone in the world? If not, why then have they started something they will not finish? Is this not just another way to put a pipe from the countries economy to the pocket of our politicians?

There is no way everyone will get vaccinated all over the world. There will still be some who wouldn't agree on the efficacy and the realness of the vaccine. Some people does not even believe on it knowing that there are a lot of illnesses in the world that haven't had any vaccine up until now. If ever it is really efficient for some and there are many proofs about its effectiveness, maybe that can lead and invite others to get vaccinated. I myself does not believe on it, I am just avoiding it in my own ways nevertheless, I cannot blame those who wants to feels secure and safe that's why they took the vaccine.
424  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you investing in crypto currency alone? on: June 13, 2021, 10:40:03 PM
Not many countries have made available stimulus package for its citizens to help soften the economic effects of the pandemic.
With many nations of the world still recovering from the economic realities caused by the pandemic, how will you describe the economic situation in your country at the moment?

I am curious, Apart from your crypto Holdings, what other investments do you have? Or are you investing in crypto alone?
Well, at the moment I am actually investing on cryptocurrency alone. I have no other investment yet but I am planning on committing to others. I have seen how effective crypto have been so far from me but I do not want to rely on it alone. There are a lot of other investments that can assure the security of my future that is why I am not being too overconfident about crypto. Who know maybe one day crypto might suddenly fail or flop even though that is impossible right now, prevention would be still much better than regretting in the future.
425  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The cryptocurrency market is nearing the end of a bullish market? on: June 13, 2021, 05:19:28 PM
I personally believe that the Cryptocurrency market is nearing the end of the current bull market with most likely the end will occur at the end of the year. As such, there is a lot of hype and stupid money entering the market from retail investors who have absolutely no clue about what they are actually buying. They are new to Crypto and just follow the Fomo crowd. There may be money to be made in the meantime, but for seasoned veterans who have been through this cycle, it is likely to end up in tears for the vast majority of people who aren't smart enough to know when to get out before losing it all is at excessive risk.

What do you think and What do you expect to happen in the near future for Cryptocurrency?
For the bear market that is currently happening right now, I don't think we are nearing form the end of it nor the start of another bull run. We should just stay aware from monitoring the price change in the market. When it comes to the future of crypyo, iti is vivid that crypto will be able to survive and keep prevailing in the future. I think in the next few days or months, crypto will keep on dumping and many will be able to gain some advantage on it which will lead for them to beneift in the future. If you have current investment on any crypto, just make sure you monitor it and you are updated on the changes in the market.
426  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: June 13, 2021, 04:38:46 PM
It is clearly just for hype knowing Elon Musk and seeing the things he has done for a while with regards to crypto specially bitcoin. He has the influence and the power obviously but if you would see his credibiliy when it comes to crypto, he is not that credible because he's just been here for a while. It may have gave off a good outcome for bitcoin before but now that it has completely abandoned it, those good outcomes became detrimental for bitcoin. Elon is a pain in crypto and that could be the reason why his tweets doesn't matter anymore for many people.
427  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is funny money but Still Some Form of money on: June 13, 2021, 04:05:27 PM
Bitcoin has been an instrument to escape proverty ever since. Bankers and financial advisors aren't the only one you should ask about such matters, those crypto investors who have been in the game for long already can be also considered as an reliable source. It is not the same as other investments, you can learn about it through experience and learning through reading in the forum. There are even incidents where people are more likely to believe on crypto enthusiasts than bankers or financial advisers because they know that those crypto enthusiasts really know how the game of crypto works.
428  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Invest in Ethereum on: June 13, 2021, 03:27:38 PM
Invest on whatever coin you are currently speculating at that you find worthy. Ethereum can also be seen as one considering that it was able to stay next to bitcoin for a very long time up until now. Ethereum has a lot of potential and it seems like in the future, it will be able to stay and survive just like bitcoin. If you feel bad about missing out investing in bitcoin, you should feel the same way too. Even though the value of ethereum is not that high right now as it gets affected on bitcoin's current status, it will still be able to keep on rising in the future. Just have faith specially if you have faith on your investment on it.
429  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency will rise in future? on: June 13, 2021, 02:54:49 PM
The sharp drop means bitcoin had temporarily erased all its gains following Tesla's announcement that it would purchase $1.5 billion worth of the cryptocurrency. It was also down more than 50% since hitting a record high of $64,829 in mid-April

is there any other cryptocurrency that can be rise n future ? if yes then proper details which one is ?
Other than bitcoin, I think the current top altcoins and ethereum specially will have a good chance in the future. It was an unfortunate event that Tesla removed bitcoin and we've seen how much it affected bitcoin. It would be much better if you will keep on monitoring the price changes in every altcoin you are hinting on investing so that you can learn what are the suggested ones. You need to make sure you are updated on the current happenings in the market so that you can get a clue on which altcoin will keep on rising in the future.
430  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Newbies]Learning will not make you spam[for newbies] on: June 13, 2021, 02:28:20 PM
Newbies may not know that learning will help them not to spam, copy and paste nor plagiarize. When I was a newbie, I loved to know about bitcoin and want to know more about it, I noticed everything I studied about bitcoin did not only helped me on this forum, it really helped me in a way I am safely keeping my bitcoin and making transactions with the lowest fee that can get transaction confirmed not long, there are many people that do not know about segwit and also how to be making use of mempool observers to track transaction fee, also about the weekends when fee can be minimal. All these are helping me to make good posts on this forum.

I have some friends that I told about this forum, that they can be able to know how beneficial bitcoin can be, that this forum will help them know about bitcoin very well that they can even with time earn some amount of bitcoin if they are contributing good posts. What do comes from them always funny to me, they do say 'can I use search engine to check what they can reply and paste it on this forum', I do tell them no, but they can use google to check for what they can reply but yet they have to also be learning about bitcoin but they can not paste another site materials here or they should include ntue link, that with that they will see this forum just like social media and enjoy what is going on here as I am seeing it now. I also tell them that what is mostly important is by following the threads on this forum that they will gain from it.

I have noticed the newbies that do not want to learn are the ones spamming, plagiarizing and copying/pasting, while they should not do something like that even without reading the forum rules, it will be good for newbies to take it easy, do not rush but be patient, you will get it and move up just like ranked members.
Ignorance from stuffs within the forum will surely make you spam or plagiarize since you do not have much information so you will simply put things that are not related to the post or you will simply imitate what other people are posting. It would be best if you will keep on learning and exploring the forum so that you can contribute new stuffs that can also be useful for other newbies. If you will be too lazy to comprehend and analyze stuffs being posted here, you will have a hard time ranking up since you won't be given a merit since you need to post relevant stuffs to gain one.
431  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoins did Tesla earn from selling cars? on: June 13, 2021, 01:57:25 PM
Two months ago, Tesla announced that it accepts Bitcoin payments and since that time I haven't seen any analysis showing the number of successful transactions that have taken place or any story of a person buying a car using bitcoin.
Does anyone know how much coins Tesla got from accepting bitcoin?
I don't think they publicized their earnings in bitcoin since they are aware how much it can affect their company. Another reason could also be because Elon Musk later on removed it as a mode of payment and said that his main reason was because it was consuming too much fossil fuel. Lots of people weren't confused about his reason due to the fact that his company was already making too much damage from space explorations and experimentations of the cars. Now, many people are not being reliant on Elon's suggestion and the powers of his tweets are gone.
432  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the best time to invest in Bitcoin on: June 12, 2021, 07:41:22 PM
Considering the current price drop of bitcoin, it is really the best time to invest right now. As many are saying, start buying during the dip because when the time comes that the market recovers, you will be the one who will surely benefit afterwards. Do not lose this chance and grab the opportunity while the value is still currently low. Though it might be seen as a risk since it may take a long time before bitcoin gets back to its composure once again, the chances is still much higher that it will dominate the market once again.
433  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin as safe as its believers say? on: June 12, 2021, 06:56:04 PM
I think the safety and security of bitcoin fully relies on the owner. There are a lot of ways on how you can secure your bitcoin like the best wallets and if you simply pick carelessly. There are a lot of people who suddenly blames crypto without considering the fact that it is their doing and carelessness that led them to that situation. Bitcoin will be safe if you make sure it is well-secured and well defended. There are a lot of scammers and frauds out there waiting for you to let down your guard and steal all of your belongings. So you should not ask anymore if it is safe as the users say, it relies on you.
434  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding 5 years a just a imagination on: June 12, 2021, 06:20:57 PM
5 years could make a huge difference when it comes to crypto but the point is, maybe you could have earned much more if you spent your time investing and mining during that time. That 5 years is a risk since you cannot be certain that the coin you invested in will have its price increased much. Think about it first and analyze the prize movement and the pattern so that if ever you decided to risk a 5 year hold, it will be worth it and you will profit from it a lot. Make sure that you've done a lot of research before risking and always be certain that you can outsmart crypto's movements.
435  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it true that this cryptocurrency/bitcoin boom poses a threat to Earth. on: June 12, 2021, 05:35:51 PM
The threat is in the form of increasing global warming which results in climate change. Generating Bitcoin requires a capable computer to solve complex mathematical puzzles and high electricity consumption. so that some countries prohibit mining for several other reasons such as in China and Iran some time ago. if so will bitacoin and others be able to run forever or is this just an excuse to change the green field to red..
It can really be damaging for the earth if bitcoin will be mined abusively. Fossil fuel is needed in order for the blockchain to keep on running. If we can remember, Elon Musk used it as his reason to remove bitcoin as a mode of payment for Tesla. Also, most of the countries considers it as one of the main reason why they are not tolerating the use of bitcoin. It is not just an excuse, we may actually feel the pay back soon if ever people would keep on abusing mining. We should make sure that we are only mining enough not to the point that we are hurting the earth because all of our investment would be worthless when the nature gets its revenge.

436  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How about the future of the market? on: June 12, 2021, 04:52:39 PM
The future market is unpredictable as usual just like how it was during the 2018 bear market. None of us expected bitcoin would reach such price because the value of it was high already during the bull run that occured way back. Right now, bitcoin is experiencing a crisis and everyone feels troubled after all the issues bitcoin is currently going through such as being banned in China and being rejected by Elon Musk. Such things made a huge impact on bitcoin's price leading to another bear market but still, we should not give up and keep on going. Hold as long as you can and surely it will be worth it soon.
437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google has lifted its ban on crypto advertisements on: June 12, 2021, 03:49:15 PM
Google recently updated their policies regarding Google Ads and will now allow ads related to cryptocurrency exchanges and wallets provided they have registered with FinCEN. This change is set to take effect in August 2021. As you may recall, the ban was imposed in March 2018 and lasted almost three years.

This easing of crypto advertising restrictions is a positive sign. Google appears to be warming up to bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general as many governments, financial institutions and private companies are increasingly liberalizing their crypto policies these days. What do you think?

It will be a good thing since frauds will be limited with their schemes considering that most of them appears on such pop up advertisements on different sites. It can also be a sign on how Google will be soon favoring crypto and it will surely make a huge impact on it due to google's huge influence all over the world. This just show how much crypto is improving and innovating as time passes by and it will show up on different platforms and different ways like the news with El Salvador tolerating or legalizing the use of crypto within their nation and inviting foreign crypto enthusiasts for a free citizenship.
438  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: That feeling having your first merit on Bitcointalk on: June 12, 2021, 03:09:31 PM
Way back you can increase your rank through activities and merit is not yet present. It is much more easier compared to the system right now but we cannot maintain such kind of process in ranking up. It is a good thing that merit has been present and is the requirement for you to rank up because it filters those who post related comments in the posts with those who just post as a requirement. Earning one can already mean a celebration specially for those who are trying to rank up so let us not degrade those who are celebrating just because they earned their first merit.
439  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Junior students ask for advice: what money is worth investing now, and what mone on: June 12, 2021, 02:24:38 PM
Hello, everyone in the forum. I'm a junior. I've been in and out of the coin circle for two and a half months. I've stepped on a lot of holes and been cut several times. I don't believe my eyes at will
I've been watching a lot of Posts and new coins for two days, but I don't know which one has made a breakthrough in technology. I think all the big guys in the forum have come through the wind and rain, so I want to ask for advice. Now it's May 27, 2021, At present, what other currencies have great potential (such as eth XRP in those years), and I also want to invest in them   Put it still, and then look at it five years later. Please give me some advice
That is a risky move to be honest knowing how hard it is to determine which coin will still make it after five years. There's a huge possibility that bitcoin would surely make it through considering its stability and position right now. Ethereum has a huge chance of survival too if ever it can follow through bitcoin like it always did. Other altcoins has a lot of potential too, just take a look at other investors suggestions and make sure that they are worth your trust and time. After all, investing has always been a risk so if you are planning for a five year time capsule, might as well rethink if maybe you can start earning already right now.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too blind to see on: June 12, 2021, 01:32:29 PM
We are slowing going into bear market and many still don't realize this because of those 10% gains which makes the market looks bullish again but looking at the big picture it's clear that bear are slowly taking over, am I wrong?
Well, it is actually hard to determine if it is really the bear market already before but now we can be certain that we are in a bear market. The market showed lots of signs that told us that we are about to enter bearish market yet some were too stubborn or to blind to see that's why right now they are struggling with their investment. On the other hand, even though the bear market is official, it does not mean that we should stop already neither sell our holdings. We just need to strategize and start taking advantage of the moment while there is still a chance. Buy during the dip and we will surely benefit once bull market arrives once again.
