4261  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Greed can cause a lost bet, (true or false) on: July 24, 2023, 11:16:43 AM

Last 2 night I signed up to an online bet called betking (become a KING) and I bet a virtual stake with 1700 naira to win 1,438,540.92 naira, but the game was lost and the bet that made it to lost was the last one I added, before I added the last one that made the winning to be this amount, I was having double thoughts like should I make the winning a random figure 1.5 million or I should stake it at 1.3? But out of greed I refused to bet the game at 1.3 and I added the one that lost the bet, what a pity?
Greed is one thing that gets some game lost, the stake we are supposed to win out of greed we add another that get the game lost.
Out of my own experience I have learnt my lessons, but I don't believe that this opportunity might ever come again because I don't bet often, on a second thought this my story is what makes some people put more interest on gambling.
If only you didn't add the last game out of greed you would have been 1.5 million richer in your local currency, too bad, learning is a constant process and it's a good thing you've learnt from your mistake, although you learnt the hard way, one thing a dislike about losing a bet out of greed is because it makes one very remorseful and while having regrets one could develop emotional pains like depression and it's kind, I've had similar experience as well, but I've learnt from it though sometimes I still become little greedy when gambling buy I try to avoid including games that are very risky.

There are many gamblers that have been opportuned to win a fortune through gambling but greed has made them miss out on such opportunities, greed sometimes is an enemy to gambling and people should avoid being greedy, if you're already sure of the outcome of an event, be cotempted with the profit it comes with or you could stake higher if don't think the profit is enough for you and not including more games to it. another thing is understanding a game that suits your strategy before including it into your predictions.
4262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble Responsibly on: July 24, 2023, 10:44:58 AM

Following your statement OP, that wrong impression with gambling is what more people got addicted into it, that easy to earn patterns most of those who wanted a quick result experienced huge losses, thinking that by luck beside them they will quickly earn a huge amount of money, and because of that laziness they will not stop and will continue to this same process.

I guess more on excuses and not thinking in the right way, gambling is more on the risk side and only a small percentage will make some money out from the casino, more on those who will lose their money so have that time to assess yourself, don't count yourself as lazy trying to use this venue to make an easy profits, instead use it for a temporary entertainment.
One important thing I've always had in mind is that, ideal people should never be allowed to gamble, this was if we had and lived in a society that is sane, but unfortunately, we are not living in a sane society after all, so keeping track of who or those who have no job or verifiable means or source of livelihood outside gambling is almost impossible, if not totally impossible, but then, thinking deep about this, if this was possible to implement, that is where casinos block those who have no job or business of their own from gambling, this i believe will give gambling a better reputation, today in many societies, gambler are seen as tout and lazy people who do not want to work or be useful to their society.

Well said, you've made a very valid point here @Fivestar4everMVP, and online casino and gambling platform should look to start implementing kyc policies and those that are already on that track should also review their kyc policy for people to also provide their occupation or sources of income  before using the platform, because it would help kick against those idle people that won't want to steal so satisfy their gambling addiction, infact I think one of the worst set of people to get addicted to gambling are the idle ones that's got no job and source of income, and the idle man they say is the devil's workshop and they could do anything to satisfy their addictions for gambling.

and not only that, their are also people who use gambling site as a means of saving or diverting fraudulent money from bank accounts where they could easily be tracked, so this KYC policy would help prevent fraud activities and as well as preventing idle people from stealing to invest in gambling, but I think I would be difficult because the platforms are business platform and know they'll loss alot of money because the number of idle people using the platform and greater compared to people with jobs.
4263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins would you invest $ 1,000,000 in? on: July 23, 2023, 11:40:59 PM
Undoubtedly thats a huge amount! Investing such Million dollar on one altcoin is stupid idea. And altcoins you mentioned, aren’t so good to deserve million dollar investment. It is good to buy risk free altcoins and make profit from it. Lots of exceptions can be Result loosing everything. So I'll try to invest only half million. I'll give priority to bitcoin, ether. Secondly will buy potential altcoins among top altcoins. And will kepp.rest of half milliom for taking advantage of market.

If I had that amount of money, I can't invest all into cryptocurrency, those that has that amount to spare most be very rich. If I had $1 millions I'll spend them on other investment that's not as risky as investing in cryptocurrency that can crash and I lose all my money. If I was to invest anyway, I'll make sure I buy many bitcoin as a security Incase I didn't make it with altcoins.
I'll get invest $20k into 25 different tokens as I would had invested the rest into bitcoin and Ethereum first then BNB and other coins will follow. I'll invest in coins that I can stake so I'll be making interest on my investment. My other investment will be focused on the top memecoins on Binance exchange as I love those memecoins more and also I'll invest in new projects that aren't listed on the market.
These projects will be those that has big potential like those on Binance exchange launchpad that give big profits to investors. I'll also invest in some layer 1 projects, I don't have all the project off hand  to get to list them but I'll choose tokens from every trends so I can be among any of the trends that decide to pump during the bull market happening very soon.
4264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: People with quick rich attitude always mess up with alt coins on: July 23, 2023, 11:28:15 PM
Some traders or investors who get late when the price of that particular altcoin hasn't reach 100% are very lucky though fewer in number compared to the majority who bought at peak when the price is on reversal mode basically it's due to their inability to analyze and made research about that particular altcoin, for instance I was lucky to read the recent XRP court case a Sec which ripple won consequently triggering a massive pump on it price, I bought at the middle of the price rally and sold at high, actually the reason for that massive pump was because of the case won by XRP, there are other more examples we are to kept abreast with latest news on any altcoin to be traded.

Xrp just has a quick pump and dump but the price might continue dumping because I read about the SEC saying they'll appeal the case and this will also make investors to start selling xrp again but the selling mightn't be as high as it was the first time that they had a case against them. XRP is a very risky project to be in right now but it can benefit you if you get lucky.
Everyone investing in altcoins wants to get more profits as if they wanted security they'll be investing in Bitcoin but they know that they can't get the high profit that altcoins are giving to their investors that'll why they're investing here. You can have quick rich attitude and also make profits from altcoins because some altcoins are better to take profits and leave the coin.
If you keep holding the coin, it can make you lose a lot of money when it starts dumping. Altcoins aren't investment that you should be holding for a very long time because the SEC can sue any project at anytime and cause them to start dumping as XRP did before it won the lawsuit against the SEC. You should always take profits when you invest in altcoins.
4265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If I have 1BTC So how did I use to invest in different Coins on: July 23, 2023, 11:16:39 PM
put 30% btc, 20% eth, 50% on 5 alt, 10% each, to many coin will harder to make choice & tracking the movement. safer but less ROI
there is less risk putting your money on bear market when many alt -95%. when you trade on bear market use usdt pair, when bullrun happen use alt/btc pair

Instead of splitting my 1 bitcoin into this different coins I'll keep holding my bitcoin because of halving is almost close and we know before and after halving bitcoin always increase in price and this year won't be any different. We'll see bitcoin increase and some altcoins won't increase until maybe later in the year when we have altcoins bull season which mightn't happen.
The last bull market that we had in 2021 didn't have any period we could say was an altcoins bull season. Meanwhile people including myself was expecting it to happen by the last half of 2921 but it didn't happen. We mightn't get an altcoins seasons but Bitcoin will rise so instead I'll keep holding my bitcoin and trade it as bitcoin pumps and falls during this period.
Since the altcoins are down -95% or more is there any possiblity that they all can go back to their former prices when we were in the bull market. Not all will go back so to avoid investing in the wrong altcoins that won't rise I'll not sell my bitcoin for altcoins but if I have new cash I can buy some few altcoins that I love like memecoins, ARB and some few metaverse projects.
4266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: July 23, 2023, 10:47:29 PM

but it is still very insufficient to make them win the Saudi league, I don't know how many foreign players are allowed to be playing on the field, but in my opinion Al Nassr needs to hire more players, especially in the midfield which is where their big problem is, even if you change coach while there is some rule that prevents many foreign players on the field, so these many signings will be of no use, in my opinion the field should only have 3 internal players

It's very disappointing for Al Nassr that Hakim Ziyech could not pass his medical, but I think it's not the end of the transfer window yet and they'll definitely bring in some more players to assist Cristiano Ronaldo, although they've had several huge defeats against some European clubs but more players would join the team shortly and they'll challenge for the trophy next season, if you notice Ronaldo is not very strong as before to make those runs and they're really in need of more players to back him up, he still had eyes for goals and with the right wingers you'll bring out his best form.

SPF is the most participating league in this year's transfer window and has attracted top European players compared to the MLS, I feel the presence of Ronaldo last year has made it possible for players especially most of his compatriots to move to the league, maybe due to the huge wage bill they throw at players as well, they are not affected by the financial fair play rule and are financially capable  of attracting player with very huge wage bill, also many European club see the SPF as an agenda to offload player demanding huge wages from their club.
4267  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: July 23, 2023, 10:26:34 PM
Although Chelsea didn't win the match with a big gap of scores, we must appreciate them. They look like playing more effectively now, they can score more accurately. Just look at the stats, actually Brighton has more shoot attempts. Brighton made 14 shoots, 8 shoots on the target. While Chelsea only made 10 shoots, 4 on the target. Surprisingly, Chelsea can score 4 goals but Brighton scored 3 goals only. Nkunku, Mudryk, Jackson, and Gallagher have contributed for the goals. With this result, we can assume that Chelsea possibly perform better in the next season.

Of course we hope Chelsea can be stronger next season after they slumped last season. Many Chelsea players have been sold to other teams in this transfer window. But look at the friendly match against Brighton where Chelsea game was better and quite organized in that match. Yes, Pouchettino certainly welcomed this result quite happily because his first debut with Chelsea started with a win even though it happened in a friendly match.

Apart from that, we have seen a more aggressive tactic developed by Pouchettino in the Chelsea game where they are so focused on making lots of shots at goal when they has the ball. So if Chelsea plays a game like this match in the EPL next season I think Chelsea can compete again in the top 4 next season.
The thing is that the Premier league is going to be a tough one next season and there would be a very strong competition for top 4 battle teams like Chelsea and Liverpool would challenge very well this season and I think I would be tough for the defending champions to win the trophy again, if you notice, they've lost a player who help them challenge for the treble to Barcelona and also Mahrez to a Saudi side though I still have fate in Pep to do his magic but it's not going to come easy, defending all three troophies they won.
Pouchettino is a very good coach as has the quality to transform the Chelsea team to title contenders once more and he's already trimming the squad and removed many players that would be a treat to his style of play, the current squad is filled with young and talented players like Madueke, Enzo Fernandes, and Mudryk, that people should watch out for next season, against Brighton it's was a wonderful performance from the blues in winning their first pre-season match against a strong Premier league side.
4268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: July 23, 2023, 09:36:26 PM

I believe Real Madrid does not have a big problem with the striker. Joselu can certainly do the work for Real Madrid. But is it going to be good enough? Benzema was a one season wonder for Real Madrid. He was not able to perform well in the last season and Real Madrid suffered a lot. I also think that Real Madrid was counting on Benzema, a little too much to be honest.

Of course, it would be better for Real Madrid if they can get Mbappé,  Harry Kane or Victor Osimhen. But the problem is Victor Osimhen is not leaving napoli. Tottenham is trying hard not to sell Harry Kane and that’s why they are giving him a huge price tag. And we all love the drama around Mbappé. I think Joselu will be above average for Real Madrid. But I don’t think being above-average is going to be enough for Real Madrid.
Maybe there's something Ancelotti sees in Joselu that made him sign him into the Realmadrid squad, because I don't see him coming close to the standard of the previous striker, well I won't write him off yet but there's this doubt I have about him and I feel they might add another striker to attacking force of the squad because if they're thinking of a long term  attacker then Joselu is not the man for that role, he might only play a season or two and if his performance are good enough maybe would be given to play for a third season before being sold out.

I expect Realmadrid to be the front runners of Harry Kane pursuit but it came as a surprise to me knowing they got Joselu instead, though Kane is very close to 30 but he's a fantastic striker, good goal getter and a proven a worthy fit to be the top 9 of any high ranking European team, the only advantage Joselu has over Kane is the experience in the Spanish league and doubts of whether Kane would adapt to the Spanish league, if not he's no where close to Harry Kane, who is capable of causing damage to the defence of an opposition team, and has powerful shots that leads to goals
4269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: July 23, 2023, 09:01:44 PM

Winning the Ballon D'or would be among the best reasons for him to leave PSG as soon as possible. Being the best striker in Ligue 1 is not sufficient to become the Ballon D'or winner and I also think that it really matters what team you are playing for when that individual title is your goal as well. He might have a chance when PSG won the Champions League and he would be the most successful striker in that season, but that is unrealistic as it turned out quite often now.

If he was playing for a different team, he would have been the Ballon D'or winner already and since Messi and Ronaldo are gone now, his time has come I think to even win it several times with the right team.
You're right, he very young and talented and considered one of the best footballer in the world, currently I think after Messi, and Ronaldo Mbappe should be the third footballer to look out for, he's proved himself worthy in both club and country and would be looking to win the Champions league and add the Ballon d'Or  tittle to his name, something that would seem very difficult to achieve with the French Giant PSG, if only there was no Halland in Mancity who is another world class footballer and high contender for the title, mancity would had been a very good option to consider moving to.
Well he still stand a very good chance of moving to Realmadrid cause they've been in need of him in previous transfer and hopefully they could get him into the squad, Mbappe would be very interesting in going to a team where he'll offered a chance to win the Champions league and try getting that tittle due to Messi and Ronaldos departure from Europe, the only player he would be seeing as a competition is halland and maybe in the near future halland would move to Barcelona and Mbappe to Realmadrid to recreat the Messi and Ronaldo G.O.A.T challenge.
4270  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Turkish Super League 2023/24 Season on: July 23, 2023, 08:38:44 PM
It is going to be hard to bet on these teams, I agree that Turkish people know what's going on better but right now it looks like they are just getting players constantly, every team is getting someone and it looks like it is going to be a bit different situation. For us foreigners it is really hard to keep up with rumors, and the official ones are not that plenty.

About Livakovic and Fenerbahce situation, as long as they can get him, they are going to be better at the goalkeeper position without a doubt, not sure who they have for national players, they need domestic players, but aside from Ferdi I do not know any Turkish Fenerbahce players myself, sure they look like they have some, but none that good. Plus most players they get look like forwards, that's a trouble.
I'm not a fan of the Turkish league and  find it difficult In making predictions when it comes to betting on Turkish teams, however clubs from different leagues worldwide are bent on strengthing their teams in the current transfer window and the  Turkish league is not left out as well, i don't know much about the league but I know of some clubs like Galatasaray, Beşiktaş,  Adana Demirspo, and Fenerbahçe, but I'm aware that Galatasaray are most popular club in the league and have won more troophies compared to other teams.
Fenerbahçe is another top contender in the Turkish league and would definitely give Galatasaray a tough competition this coming season they've got top and experienced European players in their squad like Joăo Pedro, Michy Batshuayi also Tadic and Džeko who both moved on a free transfer into the squad this summer and would be looking to add more into their squad depth before the end of transfer window, according to the news it is said that they're were almost close to signing Zaha from crystal Palace but lost to Galatasaray he'll be moving to the Turkiye soon to complete the transfer.
4271  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympic Games, but doping is allowed?! on: July 23, 2023, 06:45:50 PM
So I came across a video on youtube about someone planning on creating a new type of Olympic games called "the Enhanced Games" to rival the Olympic games. In this version of "Olympic games", performance-enhancement drugs that are usually prohibited to be used by the athletes competing in the Olympic Games will be allowed to be used.

the president of "the Enhanced Games" believes that this competition could unlock the athlete's true potential and will obliterate all the world record that has been set in the Olympic games. from what I have read in an article, they are planning on launching this event next year in December.

now, the reason why I post this here is because since a lot of sports bettors here love sports I am curious about what you guys think about it and whether this would be a new sporting event that will be enjoyed by sports betting enthusiasts.

personally, as a person who likes sports, I am curious about what this new sporting event that allows the usage of performance-enhancement drugs could lead to.

the video I stumbled upon
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h49A-2Zv8dA

some articles about the topic
https://apnews.com/article/australia-olympics-enhanced-games-doping-24462bcf8f1f97125a8234bea5723ff3
https://dotesports.com/general/news/the-enhanced-olympics-where-drugs-are-welcome-sounds-like-its-from-a-dystopian-video-game
https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2023/jun/30/the-enhanced-games-a-drugs-olympics-where-cheaters-can-prosper

I don't think this should be considered in the first place, infact people should start WHO should kick against this because it's drug abuse and doesn't promotes fairness in sports, giving upper hands to cheaters, making the efforts of those who work hard to merit their medals seem like a waste, this could also promote drug abuse because most teenagers around the world would out of ignorance want to use drugs to enhance themselves as well.

If an athlete feel they have full potential and would want to unlock it, then they should  embark on serious trainings and exercises that could help them increase their level of performance, because many athletes could become addicted and abuse the drugs after the competition, they should also consider the effect this drugs could cause to the health of athletes,it could cause damages to their organs or a mental health disorder as well as Anxiety, insomnia, stroke, etc regular use of drugs by athletes could also make them aggressive so it shouldn't be considered.
4272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between futures trading and gambling on: July 23, 2023, 06:19:09 PM
I see both as a gamble. After all, one of them is gambling. But I see both as a gamble. I have a lot of friends who lost all their money in futures trading. They all lost all their money at the end of the day, even though they claimed to have made fine calculations. I don't know anyone who gets rich with futures trading. Well, I don't know anyone who gets rich by gambling. But if I compare sports betting with futures trading, I can say that sports betting is more predictable. In fact, neither meets my wealth goal. Futures trading is the most dangerous thing in my opinion. And I gamble only for fun. But in the end, my choice between these two options would be to bet on sports events.
Many people refer both as gambling because they involve making predictions and risk taking, but the risk involved in both  is very high and non should be compared to eachother when I comes to risk taking, games played from online gambling casino's are played based of the available odds while traders make predictions, based on previous market outcomes, volatility of price and trends from the market, also the odds of making huge sum of money in trading of a short period of time is very low compared to gambling where one just start gambling could luckily make a huge profit from it  in space of two days of beginning, therefore if one is looking for a quick access to make funds the you could refer to gambling whereas future trading requires long term investors.
making a fortune in trading is common but just that it's normally archived over a long term and can last one for a life time whereas gambling is a short-term and should be considered as an option for life time investment also in gambling one could come up with different strategic means of avoiding losses while in trading you only avoid loss based on information gotten or given, and over a long period of time trading favours investors compared to the way gambling does to gamblers.
4273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers Belief on: July 23, 2023, 01:35:42 PM
If you want to see a person full of hope and belief, then gamblers are the perfect example. The hope of winning and the belief to win is found in gambling. Even if you tell them that gambling is risky and the result may come out differently (not in his favor), they refuses to accept it and have 100% belief that they will win at any cost.

This type of belief and commitment is not found in any other walk of life. People doing business or spending money somewhere have doubt and fear that things can do against them, and they may face loss too but the gamblers are so firm in their belief that they never look at the other side of the picture. They want the win, and they 100% know in their subconsciousness that they will win. that is the reason they will never hesitate to put money into gambling.

We are not talking about the result which comes later on, once they gamble. They may lose too but the passion and belief of winning among the gamblers can't be seen anywhere else.

If you don't believe in it then what's the reason of going into it at the first place, before every gamblers make predictions they've already pictured the benefits of the outcome of the event and decided to risk going into it, so it the believe you've developed for it's success that would trigger you to gamble, the thing is no matter the amount of risk involved in something so far someone has made up their mind and decided to embark on something it's mostly difficult to convince them about it and same applies in gambling, because it would be very difficult to convince young lads that has made huge profit from gambling to quit, because they've been given every benefit out doubt over any advise you try using to talk them out of it.
Gambling is a game of chance and the belive would also be  there so far you've decided to play especially on online casino where bettors believe outcome of a game must either produce a winner or lesser and would go for their preferred options, in gambling there's nothing like a 100% success and your predictions are based on your believe for any possible outcomes.
4274  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you gamble because you don't have sufficient money? on: July 23, 2023, 01:12:57 PM
I was in argument with someone. His view is that people who gamble are those that what they have is not sufficient for them and so they try to make more money from gambling. He said if you have sufficient money to take care of your needs that you won't think of gambling. He made reference to some rich people, who don't gamble because they have sufficient money to even gift to charity but that those rich who still gamble are only addicted to it not just because of the money. Therefore, that the percentage of the rich gambling is very small compared to those in middle class and lower class.

So my question is, is the percentage of the rich gambling lower than the middle and lower class?
Different people have diverse reasons why they gamble, some gamble for fun/entertainment, Some started gambling due to peer pressure from college, Some people see gambling as a means of earning a living which is not considered good, and however gamblimg shouldn't be considered for the poor if not most punters would have stopped it  and most times you'll hear rich people saying they gamble to while away time during their leisures or release themselves of emotional pains like stress or depression, gambling ain't bad but it the motive towards it that should be considered, if gambling is a rich man's referred options for easing stress then it should be considered okay because he has alot of money to make him happy, and there are chances that he'll make more while do it, compared to a poor man that would want to risk the little he has to risk taking.
Well the number of rich people that gambles would always be lesser than the poor because it obvious that our society is filled with more poor or average than rich, asides that majority of the poor vies gambling as an alternative to getting rich quick and would always fall back to try their luck when they run out of options, and I think your friend was right when he said most people are addict to gambling for the love of it and not mostly because of money, whereas a poor man's reason for gambling addiction would always fall back to making money.
4275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is more important for crypto users? on: July 23, 2023, 12:12:07 PM
Can you explain me why i need to learned gambling?

Simply put, here only millions of money are managed by asset owners, so where i have no money. In fact, i have ideas about gambling, but I don't have the ability to spend money there.
In fact, gambling is only for fun, and when we feel burdened by our gambling activities, then we should not do it. Especially when you say you might not be prepared to lose money when you gamble.
The thing that should be the basic knowledge when gambling is that we must be prepared for all risks and the most concern is that we must be prepared to lose money as a result of losing the game.

I think in certain games it is very easy, but what you have to pay attention to is the amount of bets. Whenever you're going to bet, then you have to look at the bet amount, because I also often experience negligence that ends up making mistakes that should not be so fast I spend my money.
In each game there is usually a game guide, for example in pragmatic slots like Gates of Olympus, you will get free spins if you get 2 scatters, and 8 symbols must appear if you want to get money in that spin.
But if you're too scared to start with real money right away, you can play on a demo account to learn how it works.

But I just want to remind you, don't push yourself if you're not really prepared for the risks.
If it goes beyond having fun or form of entertainment then the gambler could be considered an addict, even though they're making profits from it, and the worst thing for one to do is going into gambling with the idea of doubling your money or gambling out of emotions because not everyone is luck and you could end up losing everything, the fact that you're not prepared to lose your money to it should encourage you to stay of it, that's why experts advice people to gamble with a cash they could risk losing without being remorseful.
There's  a saying that no risk means no reward but before embarking on something risky be sure that you're fully prepared for the outcome, if you're not able to control your emotions then you shouldn't gamble at all, just like you stated @ Jody Drummer,  most slot games offers demo account for people to learn and prepare for an event before they decide to invest their funds into it, because you stand more chance of losing when you don't have an idea of what you're going into and another thing is, if you're newly introduced into gambling it's not advisable to start by betting with a huge sum of money, stake low, observe and learn the game and be sure you're ready to go all high.

He spoke with Joseph Dion Ngute, the Cameroon's Prime Minister, he was honoured visiting and I believe this is just like the humanitarian work some influential people do

But one striking revelation was that he would have been a cameroonian player if they weren't asking his father to pay them money before allowing him to play while he still trying to fix his career and French allowed him without payment.

Quote
"At first, I wanted my son to play for Cameroon, but someone at the Cameroonian Football Federation charged me money that I didn't have to make him play," he explained. " The French charged nothing."

I have also heard of some local stories about how some coaches require money from new footballers before they allow them on trier both in their clubs and national teams. Is this happening globally for new players who are still seeking to find a spot in clubs?

Do you think Cameroun miss Mbappe or it is Mbappe that missed Cameroun ?

People would always look down on you when they feel you have nothing to offer, but then come running to you when they find you beneficial to them, and that's what happened in mbappe's case and it's so unfortunate that the Cameroonian Football Federation missed out on one of the greatest football player of our time, well maybe it's his fate to play for the France team and I don't think he would had gotten this far if he played for Cameroon.
The rule of Football doesn't encourage bribe or permit people tip a coach to be featured in a match or accepted into a team but some individuals especially those in 3rd class countries collect bribes from players to feature them into their squad, I've also heard of stories where talented players are rejected by some scouts or coaches because they lack funds to bribe their way into the team which is not right.
Due to this corrupt act by some officials in most 3rd class countries, many talented players had to relocate to other countries where they're tried fairly and merit a spot to play and showcase there talent just like the case of mbappe.

The addition in gambling can make people do terrible things that would make people wonder why gambling was introduced into the society, the thing is gambling is not a bad idea but when you start doing it excessively that's when the it becomes a problem, because too much of everything they say, ain't good and one bad thing about an addiction is that it's very easily developed but sometimes very difficult to quit depending on how deep one has gotten into it,  and it could get bad to a point that when you lack funds to satisfy your addiction for it, it could lead you to do terrible things like stealing, selling valuable properties, taking huge loans from banks, or even killing, I've seen cases where people say they've been soaked into the act of gambling and there's nothing nobody could do to make them change those are the kind of people that could carry out dubious acts just to satisfy there addictions for gambling
Also I've witness a case where a young lad was almost killed through jungle justice just because he staked on games for free in a local betting shop and since he was a regular customer the worker allowed him to keep playing thinking he would pay, he played up to 10k in my local currency but couldn't clear his debt and decided to steal the cell phone of another customer to wager and bet more, unfortunately he was caught and given the beaten of his life if not for some local authorities that came to his rescue, imagine how a young boy would had been wasted all in the name of trying to satisfy an addiction for gambling which made him to steal, that's beyond madness.

Within the last ten minutes they've played against Arsenal during tonight's friendly, believe me, the attack doesn't pose any threat on the Arsenal defense. It also seems like the midfielder's are coordinated, they've used more of the wing's than that of the midfielder's.
Manchester United have been the better team and shown better signs of improvement than Arsenal. They have defended well and also been able to attack very well. Their defensive line with Shaw, Martinez, Verane, Bissaka is very composed, and even the second choice goalkeeper has also been very good and made some very important saves in the game. New players will play in the second half and we will see how the other Manchester United players will perform this season. There will be lots of competition for first team spot next season in Manchester United.
This match has shown the true strength of Manchester United in the next season. Even though this match was a friendly match, Manchester United's game was very united after a long holiday break after the season ended. I think this victory is the capital and motivation for the Manchester United team for next season. Yes, Onana hasn't played in this match yet because she wasn't included in this match because she just joined and needs time off to recover her energy after she's been through a series of activities in various ways.

Well, Arsenal seemed to have found a setback in their game because the Arsenal players failed to put good pressure on Manchester United in this match. I think Arteta should find a more precise strategy in growing their game, especially since Rice didn't contribute much in this match.
I'm not yet convinced with this match that manchester united would have a better performance than arsenal in the upcoming Premier league tournament because this is just a pre-season match where coaches use in checking the abilities of new signs, carry out trials of different strategies, boost fitness level of their, and prepare them for the next tournament, but I must say that I'm impressed with the performance of the manchester united team, I expected Arsenal to win match but it went the other way because they really played the manchester united way and if they continue with this energy and zeal for winning they could be very dangerous in the upcoming tournament and turn out to be the preferred title contenders.
Arsenal has been very busy in the transfer window compared to manchester united who's signed only mount and recently concluded onanas deal whereas Arsenal have concluded signing of several players including the very talented play maker Declan Rice, so expectations of them winning was very high anyways it's just a pre-season match and i believe both teams would performance very well I the upcoming tournament

Actually for me Thomas Tuchel failure when he was at the Chelsea club to improve his performance was not Tuchel fault but a player who was not enthusiastic and inconsistent in every game.
We certainly know that Tuchel is one of the best coach and certainly always provides the best strategy to build a stronger club and several times Thomas Tuchel has tried but failed.
So it all depend on both parties if later Tuchel is at Bayern Munich and the player have high consistency and are very solid, it will definitely be easy for Tuchel to build this club so that they can achieve their dream in the champions league.
When comparing Thomas Tuchel with Pep Guardiola or Klopp, in fact they are both great coaches, it's just that Guardiola has more solid players and there is also Haaland who is his mainstay player
Even without Haaland Guardiola's team would still perform better than Tuchel's they're both great coaches no doubt but Pep should be more applauded because he's proven himself in 3 different league winning major trophies from all apart from Bayern where he failed to win the Champions League but he's won a Treble for Barcelona and recently in England with Manchester City, the only coaches after Sir Alex Ferguson that should be compared to the level of Pep are José mourinho and Carlo Ancelotti.

Tuchel was great for Chelsea helping them In winning their second champions league trophy but I think it was the change of owner that made him loose focus the next season not only him but the entire squad he had then where affected and if only  the new owner was patient enough with him and backed him with funds like he did with Potter, Chelsea fc would have stand a better chance of qualifying for the champions league or finishing close to the top four last season, and that is what he needs at Bayern Munich, the full backing of the board with funds to recruit quality players with winning mentality, that would help them challenge for the champions league this season.

Messi being MLS player has less with football and more with afterlife, he wants to settle down in Miami, and part of the contract is possibility for him to take down MLS license (to own a club in the league)
personally, I think that it is better decision that going to Saudi league to play just for money, but every player has his right to chose whatever he wants, both leagues will not bring competitive football after all

can't wait to see his start in Miami, they are lowest ranked team in the league after all, but eyeing several Barca players at the moment

Messi is a super star in football and any club in any league around the world must make reservations to his demands no matter how high so far they're capable of tabling the fee, even if it means them going against their transfer policy to get his signature, he's going to be very influential, not only to the club he signed for but to MLS in general because his present in the league would attract more audience to start giving attention to the league and increasing the fanbase of his team, also he's a great player and would beneficial to his team in and out of the field
The name Lionel Messi is a brand and would attract investors to come into the league also his Club would benefit highly from shirt sales and a good number of fans would turn up to watch him both home and away thereby causing rapid sale of tickets, compared to c Ronaldo that's made the Saudi Pro League very popular Messi arrival is also going to increase the popularity level of the MLS as well, his presence has also impacted the signing of some other quality players like Jordi Alba and Busquest am more will likely join shortly.
