If anyone is interested

I have slightly changed my sig so it has appropriate links

Crowncoin - Links to crowncoin.org
The picture of the crown - Links to the bitcointalk thread
Merged mining - Links to a blockexplorer
Thrones ROI - Links to Thrones setup guide
DGW - Links to Github.

If you would like the updated sig, just let me know here please  Smiley

Lol, of course by keeping our cards close to our chest but existing on BCT we are attempting to raise interest on promises and hints.  The irony isn't lost on me.

Maybe I'm thinking about this too much.  We need one more dev to come aboard and help us get through a backlog of updates we need to do before moving on to the fun stuff.  That's a problem that we can solve.

All understood, thanks.
Alot to think about...

Maybe for now, update about the basic features we're working on and issues that need to be looked at? Eg

Core updates/wallet design implementation/Throne App.. ect.

This gives crowncoin some official direction for now, as time goes by and more devs join you could slowly release pieces of the puzzle to the community.

We are working with our designer on brand new graphics of our qt wallets, windows and mac. These new graphics will take our overall look to the next level. Our designer works with html + css.

Anybody have some tips how to incorporate these designs to our current bitcoin-look based qt?

We would appreciate some ideas. Thank you

I take it there's some kind of bounty involved? I wrangle QT passing well... Wink

Ahh good to see you around here  Smiley

Heres the bugzilla link with other coding work to be done.
We have a dev bounty fund of around 80k crowncoin, fill your boots haha

http://crowncoin.spreadx.eu/

By the way, could you please change the link to Bugzilla in the OP to http://bugzilla.crownlab.eu ?

The spreadx domain is going to expire soon.

No problem, im on it  Cool

Edit: fixed

Thanks.

I've got to get a flight a bit later but will try to update Bugzilla beforehand.

I'd really love somebody to join the team with some release/change management experience to manage bugzilla.  I used to do that sort of thing for my day job but I don't really have the time to do it reliably and regularly for Crowncoin.

Shame you can't do it mate.
Are you still working on a big update?

The debate was clearly tipped in Clinton's favor,
she's the establishments candidate, we shouldn't expect anything less Tongue

CrownCoin has started a Twitter Bounty Campaign at PromoPlugs.com
Earn 100 free CRW in seconds while promoting your coin!
ANN thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1630141.0
Campaign Link:  http://www.promoplugs.com/SelectedCampaign.aspx?CID=214

170 Completed actions so far!
Great  turnout so far guys! Still plenty of time left for others to join! =)
I want also take part in this campaign and like to use Yobit for this. Only when I create an address I see this message: Wallet status: Delayed (1051826 blocks). I use the most mobile device for daily usage so by that reason I didn't install the wallet. When really needed I can install the wallet but that is not recommended.

It looks like Your have not updated and were kicked by the hard fork. Let's get them to update, even though nobody trades crw on there.

I got a reply from yobit, after i contacted them again.

They will update soon Smiley

Things are progressing nicely, plus liquidity seems to be increasing! Smiley

Yes we're very close to the signature campaign we have planned.

BTW, I get to have the best sig Tongue

Now we have DGW implemented, my Throne income prediction
spreadsheet should be much more accurate.

Throne Income Prediction

Current Income (Per Throne)

Around 14,400 CRW mined per day.

40% goes to Thrones  = 5760 CRW.

Around 100 Thrones are currently online.

5760 % 100 = 58 CRW per day per Throne.

28 * 58 = 1624 CRW per month = 0.0179BTC or $8

To buy 10,000 CRW it will cost 0.1108 BTC or $66.96

$66.96 % $8 = Only 8.3 months to get 100% ROI

What does throne mean in wallet ??
What is that i can see tap in my wallet but dont know what to do ?

Thats the Throne tab  Smiley

Thrones are Masternodes, or incentivised full nodes.
You can see a list of nodes currently online using the Throne tab.

If you want to know more just ask

How does it work ? is it some kind of pool ? or staking coin ?

Crowncoin is merged mined with bitcoin. Hashrate floats around 700GH - 2PH these days.

We also have masternodes now hard coded into the network..
You need 10,000 Crowncoins to host a Throne (masternode).
Currently one masternode earns around $8 a month profit.

If you need any more info just ask Smiley

You can now use a bootstrap to download the blockchain quicker.

http://txexplorer.infernopool.com/CRWbootstrap.zip

Bootstrap can also be found in the OP under "Wallets"

Please could members of the community hassle Coinwarz?  WE have been trying to get listed on there for some time but they don't reply to us.

We meet their minimum requirements and exceed the statistics of half the sha256 coins they list...lets keep up some pressure on them.

Answer to our prayers?

can some1 help me w/ mac throne setup?

watching project now and got myself some coins

thx
Here is a fast guide to setting up a throne on a Mac.

Open your wallet
Click file->receiving addresses
Right click an address, or create a new one and right click that and copy address.
Go to the sending page and paste the address into the pay to section.
Send exactly 10,000 CRW to the address.
Go to the debug console (help->debug->console) and enter "throne genkey".
The output from that command is your throneprivkey. Copy it.
Brows to /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Crowncoin/
Open the file crowncoin.conf. If it is not there, create it yourself.
In your crowncoin.conf, enter:
Code:
throneprivkey=XXXXXXXX
throne=1
Replace the XXXXXXXX with the throneprivkey you just got.
You may also need to add:
Code:
throneaddr=<your public ip address>
You may as well just put it there for good measure. You can find your ip by googling "Whats my ip?"
Restart the wallet and run "throne start" in the console (help->debug->console), and you're done.

My windows wallet guide video is probably going to be out very soon.

Man i can't thank you enough for doing this, im not having a go here!

Theres a few issues with the setup guide..(not the guide itself but the reaults of it)

This sets up a throne on your local machine.

This limits you to only one throne. Crowncoin requires one unique ip address per throne. So using your home ip limits you to one throne. Also, if you power down your local machine your throne will go offline.

Having your throne connected to a VPS allows you to power down your pc and still run the throne.

Another issue is this creates an unstable full node network, not what we want.

I don't feel comfertable pointing people to this guide, its not best practice

Here is a slightly faster Windows Guide in text: (no offence defunctec)

Click file->receiving addresses
Right click an address, or create a new one and right click that and copy address.
Go to the sending page and paste the address into the pay to section.
Send exactly 10,000 CRW to the address.
Go to the debug console and enter "throne genkey"
The output from that command is your throneprivkey,
enter "throneprivkey=XXXXXXXX" and "throne=1" in your crowncoin.conf,
replace the XXXXXXXX with the throneprivkey you just got.
You may also need "throneaddr=<your public ip address>".
may as well just put it there for good measure.
Restart the wallet and run "throne start" in the console, done.

(I didn't write this)

My windows wallet guide video is probably going to be out before 24 hours.

Sorry but this guide is too simplistic, for new people.
No VPS instructions too.
