4541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Expect Consistent Winnings From Gambling - A Lesson I Learnt. on: May 21, 2023, 09:28:50 PM
I agree with you but I think your friend was just a very big fool and there isn't no need pitying for him and reading this from another view, there are people who live a very nice and comfortable live off gambling and it all depends  on what you u tend doing with the proceeds from the winnings.
There was a friend I had who got a major winning from a casino and he went straight to buying of a car which he uses for Uber and today his already living a comfortable  life simply because if his choices and not just gambkjngbabd yes gambling will always be referenced for the credits and success of the player but at the end what makes him is his choices..
4542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Big is the online gambling industry today? on: May 21, 2023, 09:12:55 PM
Marketing  and publicity  has been one of the greatest  tools of the gambling industry and one of the factors  that contributed  to the massive boom of the online gambling  industry  was the outbreak of the covid-19 pandemic as a result of the global lockdown which made people dice into gambling massively online and ever since then. The online gambling industry has taken full advantage of this and has been making use of it.

The online gambling is really big and I wouldn't be shocked seeing it competing with the oil industry because I get shocked at the kind of figures people loss daily to casinos and still want to get involved. One major  they are winning now is using trusted and very famous celebrities to gain trust of people and I also see the online Gambling industry as one of the very fast renovating industry.

Guess you've been scammed and I see no reasons why people have to risk their hard earned money  on untrusted casino su.oly because they might have offer some irresistible bonuses and promotions.
This is actually my first time of coming across this casino and I don't think its a nice place to be because their reviews on trusyoilot was absolutely  nothing to write home about that  and I hope you can also us know by keeping the thread updated on how the case might be resolved and this should serve as a warning that you should  gamble on a more trusted or possibly registered casino.

Really nice to see a topic I created here amongst your collection of your best gambling topics @Pmalek. I never expected the discussion to get the attention that it got, but it was a discussion I started because I noticed that many of the discussions about gambling always portrayed it in a negative light.

As for the other threads and discussions, I enjoyed reviewing them and I really understand why they are your best gambling threads and discussions. If it was possible for everyone to make a topic and list out their best gambling threads and discussions as well, some of these threads and discussions will also be mentioned because they are really good topics.
Yeah I had a review on the threads and your thread is actually worth mentioning  especially  in a bitter world like this.
I hope you so more research and make more strong contributions like this to the community .
@op you did a noble job and judging your picks, it shows that you have a good taste for good contents and I also wanted to know how often its the thread updated  and if there is any special criteria  you use for your assessment?
4545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you blame someone for your gambling losses? on: May 20, 2023, 10:56:38 PM
I think this case is relatively very small as co.lated to a recent thread I just stumbled on where a player sued a casino  wmfor not raising an alarm after he has lost over fifty eight thousand  dollars($58,000) in a day in just gambling and I couldn't  stop  laughing  out loud, like what the hell will someone intentionally gamble and intentionally  loss such amount of money and still has the guys to point fingers at the casino  for not raising an alarm and that if an alarm was raised, then It wasn't raised enough.
I think with all of this recent happening,  there might more disclaimers by casinos  so as to avoid any unnecessary embarrassment  as I find this very embarrassing
4546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Gambling Operator Court Case on: May 20, 2023, 10:47:09 PM
Well this is another very funny story to me and I see no reason why a casino should be sued for ones intentional losses and I have just one simple question for the player which is, if he had won some very good amount from his betting would  he ask for a refund or be grateful?
I'm sorry the player has to loss such amount of money but the truth be told that taking the casino to court over  this kind of incidence is a total waste of money because I believe  there is a warning not to gamble more than you can loss and people shouldn't  gamble with borrowed money too  and just with this  warnings alone, I believe the case  might be in favour of the casino
4547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Experienced Winning Bets By Upsets on: May 20, 2023, 10:33:44 PM
It's always about the profit for many  Grin so yes I've seen many people betting on underdogs instead of the norms, like I've said, it's always about the profit, this is possibly where the biggest amount of money goes into betting, in football games there is a chance of making better money if you bet on small team against a big one, the chances of winning is lower and the odds will be higher, if things go your way it sure a big win.

Those who don't derive fun from their gambling bets and co don't know what they are missing, gambling should be on Funvibe for everyone, it keeps you in good check and it gives you power over your emotions, just have fun, that'd all
Most times in soccer betting, I intentionally  go against a crowd when making bet and one reason I might decide to switch my bet is if the entire crowd is betting on same team, I might decide to bet against them especially  for some underrated team... And most times betting on underdogs  always comes with great odds and bigger rewards and that's why most people who knows the risk, always enjoy betting in that field .
I've engaged in this type of gambling several  times and I personally  find it more lucrative  but risky and if you master the game, you'll  be glad you did.
4548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Don't gamble if you don't have patience on: May 20, 2023, 10:28:07 PM
This happened to me already twice in a row. I'm gambling for a long time but this is the first time I experience this kind of messy situation because it involves the fck up mempool.

I deposit my funds in a casino using a low-priority fee. I managed to triple my bankroll by playing a quick game of Blackjack with huge bets. But since my deposit is so frickin slow to confirm while I don't want to bump my fee since it will create a different transaction on my account. Due to my winning streak while still waiting for many hours, I decided to just play slowly using a 1$ bet. This 1$ bet grows to all-in because I just keep losing for an insane lose streak just because I can't withdraw my funds.

Sharing my personal experience of my recent losses so that no one will commit this same mistake. Bet responsibly. I will stay away from gambling for a while now that mempool is starting to suck once again.

DON'T GAMBLE IF THE INSTANT WITHDRAWAL IS NOT AVAILABLE!
I could only imagine how bad you could be feeling and basically I don't like gambling  with lesser  amount because it gives a feeling of losing comfortably  because there is a feeling  of being able to replace them if there is a lose.
And you shouldn't have attempted making withdrawals as at when  the mempools was having issues and truly you were impatient  and I'm sorry you had to learn the hard way.
4549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Online casino always take risks? on: May 20, 2023, 09:59:25 PM
Going through the thread, I found that alot of contributions has been made to remove Op's doubt. Still, they're multiple means to determine the legitimacy of an online casino, which this forum is also a better place to discover genuine online casinos. However, most of the members may not have been used by the entire forum users that's where casino review sites helps newbies or new users of a specific casino to know what actually happens in the casino before playing on the casino. You can check for user complaints too, anywhere even on the site or off the site. Casinomeister is also a better place to research for any online casino that you don't feel comfortable with the reviews you got from this forum.
I agree with you and there is a thread by gambling bro, trying to give  honest reviews about casinos and I think ks that's a great great thread for anyone who will want some clue about a casino before getting involved.
And there are several  ways casino  make profits and the major way is when  you make losses and several other ways and everyone is in a business for profit  and if there's  no profit,  I don't think anyone would still stay in such business
4550  Economy / Gambling / Re: What all are your considerations before picking your go to sportsbook? on: May 19, 2023, 09:19:22 PM
Are there bookmakers now that definitely do not require KYС, even after a big win?
I think there are still non kyc casinos but the truth be told that when ever you're playing on  such casinos you should be aware that you should be doing that at your risk.
And answering to op, there are different  things people ought to consider before gambling on a casino and just as I have mentioned previously, I think transaction  fee and also payment duration and kyc should be considered  because there have been alot of blocked accounts as a result of kyc and I'm sure no one wants to face sure.
4551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Best and worse slots on: May 19, 2023, 07:22:32 PM
Well I think you should try identifying what type of game you're rely good at and not trying to be a jack of all train 😉
Well if you're good at Christmas  bonanza then you should stick to it and try to master it and staying lucky in it.

As a person, I don't most times feel comfortable  playing on slot machines because I don't believe it's probably  fair and I think it is always set to ckeep the casino  in a win which simply means that the house is supposed to win more than the player and not just letting things play out well and the games are mostly luck based and I don't feel lucky most times

The biggest scam company, I finally saw you promoting your business on bitcointalk. I saw your platform on YouTube and played for two weeks, losing money every day during that time. In the end, I may have lost a total of $2,000 to you. On the last day, there was still $190 left in my account that I hadn't withdrawn. When I logged in again the next day, my balance was zero. I tried to recover my money in the Telegram community but received no response and was eventually kicked out by you from the Telegram community. The biggest scam company!
Is there nothing you have to day about this ?
And I'm glad this was the first response  you had to get toaso serve as a serious caution to anyone who might want to give you a trial  and I'm shocked how you suddenly  turned deaf and blind to this post and all the responses of people here and this is a typical prove that you guys don't have any regards for your potential  customers and I hope people stay very clear from this site.
Since the company has nothing to say about this accusation then I think a scam accusation  thread should opened against them.
4553  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling is a choice. on: May 19, 2023, 10:49:34 AM

The inevitable is the reasons why you are asked to gamble responsibly and gamble with what you can afford to lose so that you do not get into any  emotional trauma while gambling as the case maybe...

At the long run, no is actually compelled to gamble but just like the serpent and eve in the Bible,  what this casinos will only do is to present you the enticing  things the winnings from their games could bring and leaving you with thr choice to decide which of not very conscious, one might easily  just get drown in gambling  and that's why I still stand on the ground that gambling  is a matter of choice.

One thing that affects gamblers  is greed and also trying to break some of their past records and I don't see any need for all of that.
Putting yourself to challenge with yourself just to have a say tale.to tell friends which is absolutely  wrong.
4554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Things that still make feel awkward with some online casinos on: May 19, 2023, 10:25:28 AM
This is a broad day robbery and u think the gambling  regulatory body should look into this matter and bring an end to it before it finally  gets out of hand.
There are several  things that I find awkward  on other casinos especially  on the new ones and except for the high transaction  fee which is a red light to me, the other is time or duration  for payment processing  and the moment a casino delays either deposit  or withdrawal, then it's also a red light for me.
Transparency is one major factor that has been in my consideration list for a long period  of time now and the moment a casino  isn't transparent, then it's a no go area for me.

well, if you have seen that they are charging unreasonable fees, then, don't play on the site. just plain and simple. because they have their reasons why they are charging such fees. and if you think you can't change what they have set, then just look for another site which you think is much better when it comes to fees. but of course, fees is not the only reason why you should alter your casino. check if they have no complaints regarding withdrawal. because they may have lower fees, but it will take time before you can withdraw. so sometimes it is better to pay higher tx fees instead of low fees but there's no assurance when can you get your money.
Yeah you're right but except for this period  that there is an attack on blockchain result to so much transaction fee, then I see no reason why my withdrawal ms from a bitcoin casino should take so much time because I personally check for complains and ratings as well as customer reviews on every site before proceeding to making any deposit on the site.
But whatever the case might be, I still believe  that transaction fees should be considered  when trying a new casino as personally  I don't think it is right for me to charged abnormally  when I can get same exact service if not more better on on a lesser fee.

4556  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is this considered a safe practice on: May 18, 2023, 09:39:14 PM
Is it safe or dumb to use your Credit card for online gambling because of free bonus rewards on signup and initial 3 months purchase? Will you take such risks with your card for such rewards? A friend informed me that some casinos gives better reward if you have a credit card with high credit score at around 800, he mentioned how he make 200$ from Freedom Flex after using over 600$. He also mentioned other like capital one

What are the disadvantages of using a credit card on online casinos? Any? Would you dare do such to earn more money?
There is not safe about using credit cards for gambling  especially  now  that the gambling industry  is full with alot of restrictions and with a credit card, I think all your privacy is gone.
Before using credit cards on gambling  platforms, please ensure you also check the gambling regulations  of that very country if gambling  is allowed or not as since deposit  will be made through debit cards, I believe that withdrawals will also be made through the credit cards and if there is a huge winning, there might be possibilities  of legal actions on you and my advice in general  is that no one should use his or her credit card to gamble so as to stay at the safer side.

Thank you so much for this prompt awareness call and I hope more people can get to see this thread especially  the likely  potentials ones who would want to patronize  them.

I don't know why the scam rate in gambling is already  getting  so alarming and players should be at an alert as there are several  unbelievable ways this scammers and criminals  are tirelessly trying to rob people of their hard earned money.

And I'm not familiar  with the casino you mentioned  but I don't think they have a community  over here and I personally  don't gamble  on platforms without a representative on the forum.
4558  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling is a choice. on: May 18, 2023, 09:03:23 PM
Gambking as always been a choice just as everything in life is a matter of our choices and most times regrets always come at the end and that's why there is a warning that only money we can afford to lose should be used for gambling.
I'm sorry the lady had to face this incidence but since the games she went for isn't registered  and are just street games, then I just hope she learns her lesson and never get into gambling not when ahe isn't ready for the consequences  just incase things don't go as planned.

I do wish most times that the casino can just refund me .y .knew when I make losses especially  when I never budgeted for any loss fmbefkre visiting  the casino.
4559  Economy / Gambling / Re: What all are your considerations before picking your go to sportsbook? on: May 18, 2023, 08:51:45 PM
Long ago, I had created a list of sportsbooks with presence on bitcointalk along with a few categories to help fellow bitcointalk members look through them and decide on which sportsbook to choose. That list has been outdated for a while and I think it could be improved upon. Want to put some more effort in and work on it, in the later half of this week and weekend. I'd like to recreate a list with up to date information. Please do contribute on what categories would you like to see to compare sportsbooks.

Here's the old list
There are alot of factors to consider when choosing a sportbook to bet on and I want to make one point very clear that I don't like new casinos except they have some huge bonuses and promotional offers and most times, because of this act of mine in gambling casinos, most times I have to see myself as a bonus chaser and that's he reasons,  I don't ever get involved with  new casinos.
But there are factors to consider when trying out a new casino includes
1. Eases of payment either deposit  or withdrawal and the moment a casino makes payment difficult for me especially  on the first attempt, it might be the last time for me.

2. Fees on transaction  is a very paramount factor of consideration and tye lesser the fee, the more chances of consideration.

3. Site rating is another factor to consider as most times, their ratings are based on their performance.

And the list continues.
4560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on potential portfolio on: May 16, 2023, 07:06:39 PM
Hi all, I would like to invest ~1.5k into alts, I understand BTC is the safest but I would like to (sensibly) maximise my gains and hence looking for a couple low market caps that could grow quicker. Looking to hold until mid/end of 2025. This is how I am looking to diversify, appreciate all your thoughts:

Eth $300
Atom  $200
Matic $200
Fantom $200
Dot $200
Injective $200
Ada $100
Quant $100
Hbar $50
Near $50

You can't be looking for a low market cap project and be investing in the project you have listed, those project are high market cap or over priced. Ethereum is already in billions of market cap so if you're looking to maximize your investment, why would you invest in a project with high market cap.
Other projects you listed are over priced or just been hyped like Hbar that's been hyped on Tiktok and youtubers with the influencers shilling the project without giving any unique quality why we should invest in them. It's just among the top pick but no reason is given and that's why I won't invest.
If you're investing in mid table coins then your suggestions is okay but if you want a low market cap coins then search for those that are below 1 million market cap with good fundamentals as you would make a 100x by those projects reaching a 100 million market cap.
