461  Economy / Economics / Re: Say Goodbye to Banking as We Know It on: January 03, 2020, 09:53:56 AM
They will track the flow of money and it will be oppressive than ever to use yuan.
All the government around the globe wants to have a track of everything and so is the reason they are collecting all the information they can get and finance is a sector that can have more control over everyone because if they identify individuals according to where they use they will have more power over them and that is what they are looking for and if it from a dictatorship rule then you are doomed.
462  Economy / Speculation / Re: Next Bitcoin Halving will drive the price down... on: January 02, 2020, 06:13:30 PM
I think the same way. In this market there is a rule that is "buying rumors, selling news" ... this rule is always true in this market and so I also predict that the price of bitcoin will rise in the months before BTC halving, but then the price will fall. It will be similar to the situation of LTC in 2019. So we should not be too optimistic and believe in the bull market in 2020.
Looking at your statement you are not aware of the market and how it performs after halving, if you check the past market trend you will very well know that the market will not move just after the halving you need to wait for a year to see the real rally to commence and that been said you can be optimistic that the market will rally in the next one year but i am not expecting the reversal in the next two years where the price will go down.
463  Economy / Economics / Re: Halving is approacing: HOLD YOUR BITCOINS AND NEVER SELL THEM on: January 02, 2020, 04:42:38 PM
To be honest, do not hold your bitcoins just because there is a hype or a positive speculation because of the halving that is approaching. Hold your bitcoin because you are seeing a good reasons and you are seeing good technical from the chart. Halving was a good event for bitcoin based on the past but we cannot see the future and we should not risk it all.
Majority of the investment that are expected in the bitcoin market in the next one year is because of the hype that surrounds the coins because of the past rallies and this too we are expecting new investors coming in after the halving expecting to make a quick profit. I am not that great in looking at the charts to predict how the market will do in the next few days but i have a basic understand what the market will be in the next two years.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright claims , today will be the last day for Bitcoins. on: January 02, 2020, 03:56:49 PM
Tulip trust is supposed to deliver keys to around 1 million bitcoins to Craig today through a bonded courier from David Kleiman. And Craig is supposed to use that huge amount of bitcoins to ruin the market and bring BSV into prominence.
For me, it's just a hoax! Read the article and decide for yourself!
If someone is not alive how can anyone expect to get the coins delivered even if it is true and even his millions of bitcoin is dumped into the market the market will recover and his plan should work only if he wants to sell off the coins at very low valuation as you cannot expect anyone to purchase all these coins in the open market, what ever i am not diving into this as these are just speculations and words from Craig.
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Wrong accused projects on: January 02, 2020, 12:56:19 PM
I need lists of projects that were thought to be scam and faced many wrong accusations but in the end still thrive and become successful today, any? I believe not all project that appears to be scam ends up been scam because people suspect them to be
If there is a proof about the accusation it will be listed in the accusation thread, not sure about wrong accusation and there are hundreds of projects coming out on a daily basis and here if people have the time they will expose the lies. Not sure why you are looking for wrongly accused projects and if the team can explain all the doubts then they can clear themselves.
466  Economy / Speculation / Re: DON'T MISS! Proof Bitcoin/Crypto Nowhere Near Bottom! on: January 01, 2020, 05:33:10 PM
Don't lose sight of the BIG BEARISH picture! So many people are calling the bottom right now, but the big picture analysis says that the bottom is NOT in.
If you are expecting a bottom in the next few months then you are free to hold your investment and invest during that period, i really do not trust any analyst who predicts the market simply because they do not have the data they require to analyse because the market is just ten years old and you cannot trust an analysis like that. If there is a bottom coming up i really do not mind investing further and wait for the next rally.
467  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin might be over but blockchain will live on: January 01, 2020, 04:03:12 PM
Blockchain is a part of the Bitcoin technology, and not the other way around. Blockchain will be in existence only if Bitcoin exists. A lot of people (including the governmental players) are trying to paint Blockchain as innovative technology and at the same time trying to whitewash Bitcoin as some illegal money payment system used by criminals. They need to understand that Blockchain is irreversibly connected to Bitcoin.
The revolution of bitcoin is because Satoshi was able to develop Blockchain to aide the transaction when the past digital currencies in the past were struggling to come up with something that could stop the issue of double spending and when Satoshi released everything as an open source everyone has the freedom to take what they like and what to reject and if Satoshi copyrighted everything then he could have made billions just taking the fees, blockchain is not particularly connected to bitcoin simply because it is open source and anyone can use it separately.
468  Economy / Speculation / Re: When is the perfect time to sell BTC? on: January 01, 2020, 03:30:48 PM
For long-term hodling: Cost average works well the sell once you can get back capital (until you recoup your initial investment and start earning real profits, keep hodling).
This is the best option for lazy people like me and it is a risk free strategy.

For mid-term: Try trading. Learn all the trading strategies there is, start by investing small, and move up gradually. NEVER get GREEDY.
Taking advantage of the volatility and invest during short burst, sticking to be basics is always the best strategy.

For short-term: I have no clue what to advise here, as timing is very important, and Bitcoin is very volatile.
When ever there is a correction i invest in the coin knowing the market will recover in the short and i am sure everyone does the same.
469  Economy / Economics / Re: Your plan if no significant move on Bitcoin price along with the halving? on: January 01, 2020, 02:30:07 PM
We all know based on the historical data, Bitcoin should increase more than $20,000 in 2021. The first and second halving have proven significant moves on Bitcoin values. So, it makes sense if we believe that in 2021 will be another great year for Bitcoin.
If you check the historical prices then 2021 should be a good year for bitcoin and everyone is expecting the market to rally by that time and even if there is a delay i will not mind holding it for a much longer time as i had my profits for the base investment in the past and i will be happily waiting for the next rally even if it takes a longer period of time.
470  Economy / Economics / Re: Which currency will dominate the crypto market? Please vote! on: January 01, 2020, 02:02:37 PM
Yes, but USDT is not the answer, rather USD is the answer! Because the value of USDT is tied with USD. People use USDT for the convenience and less fees! But ultimately the value of bitcoin is derived in USD only! I personally prefer USDT as a trade pair because it is very convenient to calculate the profitability! There's no other special reason for using USDT.
The convenience is the reason every one who trade use USDT because of the liquidity in all the big exchanges, i usually sell the coins using USDT and then i will not be holding for a long period of time if i am withdrawing to fiat currency but if i am trading i will be using USD trading pair and it all depends upon which exchange i am using and with the halving coming up, bitcoin will dominate as always.
471  Economy / Speculation / Re: When is the perfect time to sell BTC? on: December 30, 2019, 03:40:01 PM
If you're sure you're going to get a lot of sales, I think it's all right to sell bitcoin now and then take the profit. Since Bitcoin's going to be very volatile tomorrow or in a week. So you're losing the money.
If you are thinking like that then you will see a time when the bitcoin market is stable, the market is volatile from the start and booking the profit depends upon the profit you have as target and considering the halving in sight no one will sell the coins now rather would hold for a year to reap the maximum benefit.

In addition to speculation, the important thing to invest in crypto is morals not to be greedy. Sometimes people continue to hope that the value of a coin will continue to rise and delay selling, but the coin does not actually rise. And selling is the right decision if you already have profit
There is no big morale in investment, everyone looks to earn the maximum profit and you need to take steps to reap your profits at the right time, it all depends upon how well you can calculate the market movement and that is the essential part in booking the profit.
472  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to $10k soon according to Bloomberg? on: December 30, 2019, 01:37:48 PM
this is market law and in my opinion this is true, if bitcoin production is slower then the price of bitcoin will increase. in my opinion the potential price of bitcoin will rise very large because miners will sell bitcoin at a price higher than now. I also predict that the price of bitcoin will easily return to $ 10k Cheesy
I did not understand this theory, do you really think that the price is determined by the miners  Roll Eyes. How can anyone sell a coin at a higher market price when there are no literal buyers in the market, first try to understand how the market works  Tongue. If there is a array of huge investment in the market and when there is a higher demand of bitcoin than the coins available then there market rises and that is the base theory and when it will happen cannot be determined.
473  Economy / Exchanges / Re: How do you avoid high withdrawal fees from exchanges? on: December 29, 2019, 05:27:57 PM
I thought of converting the BTC to another altcoin with low withdraw fees and then use another instant changer like SimpleSwap to reconvert again, but is it really sustainable? You tell me. Smiley
That is the only solution you have to avoid the high bitcoin withdrawal fees, most of the exchanges are having high withdrawal charges and there is nothing we can do about it other than looking for other alt coins which have a low withdrawal charge and most of the exchanges have some or the other coins that have small withdrawal fees, i am talking about big exchanges, not sure about small exchanges.
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra coin alive or dead? on: December 29, 2019, 04:10:52 PM
There was a rapid growth in bitcoin price in last 2-3 months when it was announced Facebook is going to launch its own coin, called libra coin,
Now its already in cold store, due to US and EU agencies interference.
I saw in coin market cap, its only general information about libra coin, but no technical data is available yet.
The plan is all set to release the coin next year, but who knows how facebook is planning to ease out the regulatory hurdles and they have the power to influence the people at the right places and if they are able to do that is to be seen and i hope they are moving forward with the project even with this much backlash, i am hoping they will push through and open the market for the rest of the private companies and we will have a swarm of new private centralized coins Cheesy.
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Recap for the year 2019 on: December 28, 2019, 11:44:07 PM
2019 was very financially beneficial to me, I made cool money by doing simple task that I never imagined could pay, made friends that turned family. I achieved my target for the year
May i know the magic recipe and if you are coming up with the verdict that you got money because you advertised some altcoin projects  and got a share of that then i would like to know the projects that made you the profit as i am not seeing much projects that could succeed and if you really made the money, congrats on that.

My recap is the market price of bitcoin and altcoin recovered from the bear clutch and bitcoin gave some hopes of moving higher too soon but the market has other plans but i am certain that the market will sky high in a couple of years and that is what i am eagerly waiting.
476  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be bearish as well? on: December 28, 2019, 05:24:13 PM
2019 is a year of growth for Bitcoin, The price of Bitcoin has gone from 3500$ and has risen to 14000$ this year, Maybe compared to 2017, the current market is lower, but compared to 2018 it is much higher much. I predict that the price of Bitcoin will grow in 2020 and it will reach ATH again by mid 2020
Hope you remember that the halving happens in mid 2020 and i am in this market for a very long time and have seen rallies in the past, after halving you might not see a huge rally, i will take sometime to gain that momentum and hence the point is that even if the market did not rally right after halving you cannot come to a negative conclusion as it might take another year to have a rally that could touch the old all time high valuation or even break that a look for a new all time high valuation.
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH to zero? This guy is dreaming! on: December 28, 2019, 03:35:47 PM
Yes, anything can happen for altcoin like ETH in the cryptocurrency market, but what we have to understand together is that the ETH developers certainly will not remain silent to always advance their platforms so that people continue to believe in the ETH platform, even though ETH developers also have to face the current market conditions.
Advancing a platform means even at the expense of changing the entire protocol in which ETH is created and that is the problem with ETH altogether, we saw how they take a centralized decision on their own in the past when they forked the chain when the hack happened and hence we have ETC as another fork and now they are changing their entire base protocol, changes should be expected and you cannot trust a project like that and that is my opinion.
478  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which is the most profitable alt-coin for mining? on: December 28, 2019, 01:11:27 PM
I think mining is not affected by the laws of the country, no country actually bans mining. But the cost of mining in each country is different because the price of electricity and mining cost are different. I still prefer mining because it helps us to have a more stable income than trading and margin
As long as you can maintain the hardware and pay off the electricity bills then mining is profitable but with increasing difficult i am not sure if any of the coins are profitable and now if the OP is planning to invest in mining then it will not be a smart move as ETH is also changing their protocol to proof of Stakes (POS) and hence that is also gone and other than that what other coins can be profitable in the market right now.

@OP the budget is the main thing, if you are planning to invest millions then bitcoin mining farm is always the best option with the latest ASIC.

480  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin price be $20000 next year? on: December 27, 2019, 03:53:10 PM
So, the reality is that technically speaking there is no reason why bitcoin can't be 20 thousand dollars, it can very well be 20 thousand dollars in one hour, all we need is to buy all orders from current price to 20 thousand dollars and you have it.
There is one important factor, the investment has to come from financial institutions to kick start the rally, if not where you you think billions will be coming to the market. No one in the right mind will buy well above the market valuation and if you really want to see a crash price like that pray for a software flaw in the trading platform you are trading and it might make you happy Tongue.

However reality is that you may also have bitcoin at 1000 dollars as well, it is just as likely and just as technically possible, all we need is someone selling enough bitcoins to cover all buys from here to one thousand dollars. Whatever ends up happening in 2020 will be a surprise for us.
There are many whales in the market who have a lot of coins and then there are scammers who are holding billions worth of coins and hence anything is possible in this regard.
