461  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: December 27, 2023, 01:44:55 AM
As for Milan once again, if they can improve their performance, maybe they can make it to the final, but if not, then the opportunity will never come again. because after all we have seen a quite drastic decline in Milan so far.
Some betting odds show that AC Milan is one of the favorites to win the UEL, while Roma has nearly double the odds. I'm not sure why this is the case since Milan is not playing that well in the domestic or Champions League either. If we're talking about forms and ratings, they're quite similar. Is it simply because AC Milan is going down from the Champions league?

Stats-wise, Roma is considered better since they don't have any apparent weaknesses, while Milan has too many weaknesses for their opponent to exploit[1]. Not sure if they can even improve or fix it within a few games. On the other hand, betting odds can change depending on which source you use, so I wouldn't be surprised if people bet on Roma more than Milan. CMIIW.

Still it's two games to go and they play the first game away from home, which I think is an advantage.
Why do you think so? Because if they can defend or draw it will be easier to win at home? I remember the Bayern vs Liverpool match. Liverpool draw at home and win the away game. I believe it can be a double-edged sword in the end, since there are many factors from player's motivation to supporter's support that can affect how they play.

462  Economy / Gambling / Re: [poorbot.io] | Exchanger for Stake - fast, cheap, simple on: December 27, 2023, 01:24:55 AM
I'm a bit confused about what this statement means:
Quote
Since there's no registration, it's recommended to send your tip private, in case someone sees your tip and tries to be funny by exchanging it to a coin you don't want before you
Source: https://poorbot.io

How can someone change our choice of coin if an exchange has been requested? I thought being public or private only hides the tipping process, but any exchange is done in the background. Is this related to how Stake tipping works?

Congrats on the new thread. It seems like other services are already doing some ad campaigns over there, the competition seems intense. Hopefully, your sig campaign will also be successful. I've already registered an account and will continue to participate in the campaign on Altcointalks. Looking forward to working with you again.

464  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buycoin.online: cryptocurrency exchange at the best rates! on: December 26, 2023, 04:00:30 AM
We have analyzed information about the service’s work, its reputation, principles, and values of its administration and came to the conclusion that buycoin.online satisfies the criteria for a reliable partner and can be listed in BestChange, among other exchangers.
Do you have access to additional information they didn't share in this thread? They provide nothing to verify from the reserves to their work history. I do think it would be better if you register a new partner that is a bit more open to its customers since they work in a centralized exchange industry. As far as I can see, OP's service is quite questionable for now. It would be nice if you added more details to alert users about the risks.
465  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 3commas or Corninx on: December 26, 2023, 03:08:15 AM
It seems like you already used Corninx based on your post history. What are the cons that make you feel the need to look for alternatives? I assume you're quite familiar with the market in general since your account is quite old. I don't think you can really find what's the best for your needs if your goal is just to execute simple trades. Most of them will work the same since they use the same API and are unlikely to offer sophisticated trailing stops by default. Not to mention the leaks mentioned above, which can always happen to any trading bot platform regardless of their security claim. I second the option to not use 3commas and look for open-source alternatives since you don't seem to look for something complicated anyway.
466  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: SCAM - coinchange.io / coinchange Financial - Fake Crypto Company STAY AWAY on: December 26, 2023, 02:53:37 AM
I visited the website and I didn't see the promo you're talking about. Maybe you can share your chats with the support or the page where you get the offer for their earn product? UI-wise, the website looks quite ok. On the other hand, most of their products require a sign-up or a demo account. Are you sure you didn't fall for some phishing trick? It is difficult to judge how reliable those 1-star reviews are since most of them are nearly 1 year old at this point.

Some of their teams also publicly give talks to seminars etc, maybe you can report them if your case doesn't get resolved if you live in Canada (although it seems like the team member is a Russian?).

468  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto business: How to withdraw money from the platform? on: December 26, 2023, 02:35:16 AM
But how can I withdraw the funds earned by the exchange and pay the subcontractors' invoices in FIAT currency when no bank is willing to sign an agreement or provide a bank account for my company, which is registered, for example, in Seychelles? How do other cryptocurrency companies, which also have offshore-registered businesses and no bank accounts, manage this situation when they need to pay for services in FIAT currency? I cannot describe this problem any clearer.
I've been reading about offshore bank accounts where people don't need to provide rigorous documents for opening new accounts, and the government also never scrutinizes such accounts unless some Interpol asks them to do so. Are you sure it is impossible to open an account there? Why do you assume no banks offer a service for you anyway just because you own shell companies? If you don't plan on giving up any personal data then there is no other way except doing P2P. You can probably ask their support if you want to know in detail how those owners operate, although the chance they will answer truthfully is quite low. At best they'll claim they are registered and do their business legally, even though they don't use a real document or use somebody else's ID to register their bank and company ID. CMIIW.

470  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: Pandangan anda tentang koin solana on: December 25, 2023, 04:36:12 AM

472  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: ELECTRUM - BITCOIN WALLET on: December 25, 2023, 04:10:00 AM

473  Local / Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) / Re: [Info] Rencana Google Merevisi Aturan Periklanan Mata Uang Kripto on: December 25, 2023, 03:47:52 AM

474  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The European Super League on: December 22, 2023, 09:14:16 AM
There are a couple of things I still do not understand yet. Would these teams still play in the champions league?
Didn't the UEFA ban for clubs being judged as unlawful recently? If that's the case, the team might still participate but I'm sure UEFA would find another way to make them leave ESL and stick with Champions League instead. At the end of the day, all of this is happening because of money. The founding clubs are basically trying to earn more money/stable income, especially if they don't qualify for the Champions League which can limit their spending. From what I understood so far, in the latest format, their privilege of staying on top of the league is still guaranteed even if there is promotion and relegation since there is an extra clause that merit is included in their evaluation, basically the same thing as before. If they can make it more competitive, and at the same time don't overshadow their national league, criticism might not be as strong as what currently exists.

I don't think this league will ever happen. A major overhaul needed to happen if they really want to incentivize Premier League clubs to join this without any strong opposition from their fans. As for Spanish/Italian clubs etc, this can be a sign for them to improve their business model so that they can compete with the PL.
475  Economy / Gambling / Re: I JUST FOUND ROLLBIT TOKEN ON CONCENTRATED LIQUIDITY POOLS on: December 22, 2023, 08:56:22 AM
I just put that here because it was a surprise to me to see this token in that pools.
Why are you surprised though? Anyone can create a pool on Orca, just like other dexes[1]. The team probably created the pool to provide liquidity to its holders, while hoping that others would follow suit. It is also possible that the community created them themselves. It is not a centralized exchange listing that requires a lot of money (unless the token provides a ton of value for the exchange itself, like meme coins or airdropped tokens).

476  Bitcoin / Mining / Re: Bitcoin mining’s comeback in China on: December 22, 2023, 08:36:41 AM
The article says that 3,700,000 people were convicted of bribery and 70% were government officials.
I think that in mining it is impossible without this. If a miner works illegally, then he does not pay taxes, which means he has money for bribes. It's the same in Russia.
I see, so it is just speculation so far. I guess it is unlikely to see any concrete data since most miners would likely prefer to hide to avoid being found out by the government. On the other hand, it is still up to debate how many people bribe somebody, and how many decide to mine and avoid both tax and bribe.

Where is the Russian hashrate on your chart? Russia ranks 2nd in mining Smiley
Isn't it possible that miners from Russia participated in one of the pools above? I don't see any country mentioned at all unless you count the USA if you think Foundry USA represents the whole country.
477  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: AI x Crypto on: December 22, 2023, 05:24:36 AM
Almost everything that you listed already existed in one form or another. A trading bot is probably the most popular one. You can find less sophisticated ones that are free and adjustable. I'm referring to open-source bots like Zenbot and so on.

As for tokenization backed by AI, I can only imagine that it will be similar to existing tokenized assets. Hard to verify and likely volatile, with a price that is easy to manipulate especially if the AI-backed assets are just vaporware. Your democratization is also unnecessary since you don't need AI to make easy-to-access investments, just a little bit of goodwill will do.
478  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Seniors, how much does it cost to develop a cryptocurrency like Bitcoin? on: December 22, 2023, 04:53:54 AM
For Chinese users, I don’t really trust Chinese people to do this. On the contrary, if it is a project outside China, it is quite good in the eyes of the Chinese. I still hope to do it abroad.
What do you mean quite good in the eyes of the Chinese? Does it apply to all services or you're referring to just crypto projects? What's the reason though? I doubt it is because overseas projects are less scammy since there are tons of them. It would be interesting if you could provide some research related to this topic if it is indeed a well-known phenomenon and not just your opinion on this matter.
479  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: December 21, 2023, 01:52:20 AM
Lukaku, known for his physical prowess and goal-scoring ability, can be a game-changer for Roma, especially in crucial European fixtures.
Not sure if that's the case, at least based on statistics he is quite average. Below average even if you see his rating and contribution to offensive and defensive play[1]. Not saying he won't turn up when he needed to, but it is certainly not as impressive as you suggested imo. I remember so many failed compilations related to Lukaku when he was in Manchester United and Chelsea too, so I'm probably a bit biased, to be honest. At the very least, the team and himself need to improve so that he can make more than 1 shot per game.

480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ledger seem compromised again on: December 21, 2023, 01:25:54 AM
But since they have a reimbursement to make to those affected by that issue, for sure their users will be happy, and this is good news for them so that their trust will still remain in the ledger. That's how I see it, and that's a good step.
Eh, If I were affected I'd probably stop using them even after they reimburse me. This blind signing aside, they made many questionable decisions in the last few months that users should be aware of. The more worrying thing is the reliance on their connectkit by dapps developers. They should improve their internal security and fix how a new update is published so that one phishing attack doesn't result in the same thing, while developers try to build/use alternatives so that they don't make chain attacks easier. CMIIW.
