By reading some of the main page is very interesting and makes it really big but I prefer to wait for the next stage of the information that the team will provide later. don't be so careless. Wink

Next stage of information like the one directly above yours? Because well, it is quite a read, and I can't see how someone can still be considered as careless after they read the article. Perhaps what you're trying to advise is: don't be so careless-ly posting without really giving the thread a read?

CM (I smiled when i type this, congrats), are the things mentioned in the article (stress test, internal and external audit, bug bounty, etc.) still in planning phase and yet to be implemented or are they already done at one point in the past?
462  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: EmiSwap ☄️we will distribute 5,500 USDT among the soft launch participants on: January 27, 2021, 04:49:13 AM
I am a little bit confused here.
In subject, you say "EmiSwap ☄️we will distribute 5,500 USDT among the soft launch participants"
But later it is "To reward the early adopters, we will distribute 50,000 ESW among the soft launch participants."

So, what is right?

I believe what they mean were to distribute 5,500 worth of USD(T) in ESW, since USD and USDT were usually at 1:1 ratio. Checked their rate and I found that ESW/USDT is at 0.11, so the number matched, that 50,000 ESW should be around 5,500 USDT. The airdropped token itself will be ESW and not USDT.

This is also confirmed from the article on the link they gave,

Quote
To reward the early adopters who join us at this stage, we plan to distribute 50,000 ESW equivalent to 5,500 USDT proportionally among the soft launch participants.

Hi Its another alternative to Uniswap, Am I right? If yes, Can you tell me what is the killing features of this new dex that Uniswap has not yet implemented? where I can read about the new features that may interest  huge numbers traders?

https://crowdsale.emidao.org/magic-nft

They are offering NFT cards with every purchase and some kind incentives during this soft launch although there is nothing unique to offer. Almost all swap sites are offering the same like Uniswap if they would keep the trading fee little than it can attractive the people to use this platform.

The card (according to the referenced webpage) gives their native token, EST, at certain number depending on the level of the card.

Now, I'm not familiar with emiswap, at all, so I have zero to no idea of their tokenomy, but is anyone knows if this native token quite favorable or not? People uses them on daily basis that will guarantee their price goes up or maintained at certain value? What I wanted to know is, if holding the cards and earned EST from it will actually worth the price of buying them or is it just another lame attempt to create something "unique"?
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]YFIBusinessToken(YFIB)high value to yield farming and accessible to farmers on: January 26, 2021, 02:29:37 PM
What's happening to this defi platform? A lot of newbies are asking something here but no response.
No buy orders at cointiger. And no transaction also at uni for the last 24 hours.

--image snip--

Another YFI-related platform on the brink of sinking?
The OP has not been in this thread for months also.
And as usual, their site says the project is still in beta.  Roll Eyes

The OP "managed" a lot of projects. His post history shows he created several projects within past few months, and it seems most (if not every) of the project are end up like this one: abandoned or very quiet.
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][PUBLIC SALE] YPro.Finance – Farm, Swap, Stake platform on: January 25, 2021, 08:43:37 AM
A point that I think we need to highlight, you said that the below screenshot were the real products of your project, but I don't see we have any available beta test or MVP. How do we know for sure that there is a real try-able product and not just an easy work of image editing?

What products are you referring about? Their farm, staking and swap are not yet available. It says from the website, that stake and swap will be this 2nd quarter. Their product is not yet available so you can't even connect your wallet yet. Most defi platforms are in beta stage forever, so don't expect that they will be releasing their products very soon.

I believe that is exactly what I asked them: the product.

On their opening post they said the below screenshot were from their real product, but currently there were no product that can be tested, interacted with, or at least seen, that can show us that there is a real product being developed.

After giving your thread a read, is it not the official ann of the project, then? Rather, it is a personalized opinion and a form of support toward a project you're believing in, and you're here under the capacity of a crypto enthusiast rather than their community manager or part of the team?
I found the project on my own just going through the jungle that is DeFi. I have been staking a little amount on their website and have been in their discord since November'20. The BarnBridge team wanted a post on the BitcoinTalk forum. They had an incentive for it in the form of added recognition in discord and an NFT. I am quite interested in what they are doing and wanted to be more involved with the project. I offered to do it to and let people on forum know about BarnBridge.

Now that you ask, I'll confirm from the team if they want this to be an official ANN and whether I should call myself a community manager? Additionally, If being the "Official" ANN means that the real team is in touch and they will be available on the thread at some point then yes, this is an official ANN. To be frank though, I only really consider devs and the brains to be part of "teams" in crypto. There isn't much community management to be done here as there is no bounty thread etc. The idea is for the community to self manage. The thread will in no way encourage you to buy the token based on speculation. If you think that risk-based derivatives can be a thing in crypto and that their "governance" would have some value, then you can choose to buy. One thing I would say is that its a lot of work understanding this product if you are from a non-financial background like me.

I think it will quite agreeable that the definition of "official" ann would be that the answers given for questions asked here were originated from dev team and that it can be accountable for future reference of whatever the project have or will face. If you can help asking the team to officiate this thread, it'll be very nice, as it'll certainly increases their visibility and people can access them easier.

For the matter of CM, I am somewhat less agree with you. A community manager (by a broad definition of mine) is the one who responsible to manage queries, announcement, and other publication made by the team. In a word, we can perhaps say they were the PR of the project, and (this is where I am less agree on your opinion) projects need a CM, because they'll be the one passing official answers and announcement. Without the role, if a project took a self-managed system where anyone can share info or development progress, there will be a risk where the shared information got jumbled and tangled with other self-originated information (read: FUD or FOMO), that it'll raise confusion within the community of whose words is credible and whose words isn't. This is where a CM comes in.
468  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] BANKS Token - Investments that pay quarterly dividends on: January 24, 2021, 02:33:55 AM
Can you mention which banks that already joined the community, or at least banks from which countries have joined?
Officially with the MOU or just a non-formal community like this forum?

We are talking only about a non-formal community and an online banking forum is a part of the project.

I'd like to pick up from where this was left, what do you mean by non-formal community... bank. Is there such thing like a non-formal community that allowed to do unregulated monetary activity and be considered as legal?

470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [DEFI] DogeToken $DGT Much wow! The Tokenized version of Dogecoin. on: January 23, 2021, 05:56:28 AM
At this point, I am rather sure you deliberately missed my question, and the only possible explanation I can guess weas because you don't have any plan, it's just launch and pray, you don't really put effort on price growth because from the start you know the project was not likely to stay long. Just enough to give you profit from selling and dumping them.

You are making good points, I do believe overall alot of tokens will stay in the cctip ecosytem for quite awhile because of the high gas prices.  Part of the fun of DogeToken as Dogecoin is that it is fun and allows many to have profit if they are wise and hold it "to the moon"   Wink

I think the point is that high gas will be a problem at least well into 2021, until Eth 2.0 is fully adopted and deployed.

I do believe that you didn't really answered my questions, so I'll rephrase them in case it was misunderstood: what's your plan to create uptrends in price? Given you gave one-third for free and it has huge possibility to hold price at bottom level.

what else can we expect from here? doge, the original has evolved into something useful for traders throughout the years. but i dont think this dogetoken will have the same fate. this will just be another forgotten token. i dont think they can give tangible plans here. they are just hoping that some users will buy their worthless tokens. hopefully, users will not be dumb about this.

That is what my concern were based on. I was ready to mark this project as a stupid and failing, and move om from them, that there should be no harm happened because all they did were giving away trash token. But then, they announced token sale (which, IMO, the sale itself was rather questionable as they've listed the token themselves on uniswap). There is a difference between giving away trash token for free and attempting to conduct a sale on worthless token.

So dev, I am more than glad to know that my concern were baseless and that your token were far from worthless.
471  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zenfuse - Revolutionary Trading Platform on: January 23, 2021, 05:42:18 AM
Let's not start a discussion here and find out who did not understand what. I thought that in this post, purely in theory, one could allow you to get an answer to your question. But if you did not pay attention to it-I think nothing terrible happened because in the end I still answered your question.

I think for a general understanding and answer to your question you should read the extract from the AMA in which the CEO of the zenfuse project participated): https://medium.com/theamaroom/zenfuse-with-yuriy-kovalev-ama-t-me-amaroom-76ea757debb0

In the attempt to clear the confusion, would you please tell me what my question were? And then, from that, please point out which part (and how) of your answers answered my question that I seemingly failed to pay attention to. My apology, but it seems this highest rank member still find it kind of difficult to understand as he seemingly (a purely in theory and biased subjective opinion from one community manager that I refuse to mention the name, of course) ignored some posts.

You have the highest rank on the forum, but for some reason you prefer to ignore my previous posts. I hope I will answer your question in full below.

And you can say that I ignored previous post were based on...? Which previous post were you talking about? The post that contains this link? Were you saying the medium article is the transcript of the youtube video? Because, as I said, I am unable to listen to the video, so certainly it is rather easy for people to conclude that I also can't check of the text on the article matched with what's spoken on the video. It'll be relatively easy to conclude that I wouldn't be able to tell if the article is the transcript, especially as you failed to mention that it is the transcript (if it is).

In spite of all of that, factually, I still do the duty (as you implied) of highest rank of this forum by checking the post/link. A quick scan, at least. However, there is no answer to my question. Neither there is on the snippet you gave to hopefully answer my question. Which made me rather curious, do you really remember and/or take note of what I asked?

Way to go with the shitpost bumpings, shows a nice quality of your project. Also a funny way to inform people that your total supply is enormous. 5,000 million? 5B. Anyway, what's the purpose of this token? Aside from voting and (mist most likely) the generic discounted fee?
in my opinion it is the same as other tokens such as kucoin (KCS) and nothing more than that, it's just that when FLAXBIT is currently selling their tokens and still a few are sold
there is a little broken link here see Whole Market Info: https://flaxbit.com/Api/Index/marketInfo

Flaxtoken also used as one of market base on Flaxbit exchange. You can play Dicerolls game with Flaxtoken too.
https://flaxbit.com/Invest/dicerolls

Let's roll back a second, I realized this should be treated as two separate topic, the exchange itself and the token. First of all, let's talk about the token: what's your tokenomics?
475  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Zenfuse - Revolutionary Trading Platform on: January 20, 2021, 04:54:11 PM
Connecting many major exchanges like (for example) allowing us to access both our kucoin and binance simultaneously from your platform? How does it happen? Do we have to put and store our credentials on your database?
Binance, Poloniex, Bithumb, Huobi, Kucoin, OKEX, Bitstamp, and probably a few more. We’re planning to cover all exchanges that have API’s, so expect 50+ more in a long-term.
Your credentials will not be stored on the zenfuse platform.
Very soon it will be possible to try the platform. Approximately in the month of February.

Am i correct to assume that your platform charges some fee to establish this bridging? Be it in form of percentage-based fee or the necessity of using your token to execute commands?
The answer to your question can be found in this interview. Thank you for your interest.
https://youtu.be/g3rPRPHypdE

If you can provide a transcript of the entire duration of the video, I am more than glad to read them to find the answer to my question. But as I am most likely unavailable to listen to a youtube podcast (especially ones that span for 30+ mins) let alone blindly fast forwarding or rewinding just to find the correct section that covers the topic I needed to know, I think it'll be better if you tell me directly?
We will contact the YouTube influencer who did the interview and publish the transcript. Thank you for pointing out her absence.

A pleasure. But, I think we can agree that although the transcript will ease a lot of things and helps a lot of people, while we wait for the influencer to provide that, it'll be simpler and more convenient (not to mention instantaneous) if you provide the answers directly? About the fee.

The price of the LTX token seems not to have experienced the expected development, we all know that the current price is still below the previous ico sale price, so many investors still keep it, is it possible that a dump price like this is caused by bounty participants, current market price developments very drastic but not yet affected by LTX hopefully in the near future to follow it

Hey, that is definitely not the case, because bounty rewards were distributed ~10 days after the trading started.

Here is a really detailed article full with information regarding the tech and also why price likely went down:

https://bitcoingarden.org/lattice-exchange-automated-market-making-and-the-future-of-defi/

For everyone who's interested but overwhelmed by the length of the text, tl;dr version according to my opinion after giving them a glance:

Tl;dr:
Price drop triggered by two events:
1. A domino effect after last "clash" with Hoo, which created a price drop, which leads to being delisted by bitmax for failing to meet their criteria (price fell below ieo price in 72hr), that followed by delisting by bithumb, creating a rather scarcity of reliable exchange.

2. Whales initiate a sell-off (well, they're already profited, so why not?) that followed by FOMO from other small holders.
