Indeed there are speculations linking Neymar with Newcastle recently. However I don't know about this. Newcastle are about to prove themselves by being a part of the Champions League soon though. They are doing it with an average squad and in the most competitive league in Europe as well. This should indeed attract many good players' attention here. However I still can't be sure about Neymar's own wishes for the future.

I mean that maybe he can still want to sign for a much bigger team no matter what. I mean a team with a solid history. When I think like this Chelsea's interest in Neymar comes to my mind as well. It has been linked with him so many times until now. Chelsea is a very rich team now too so there wouldn't be any money issues. But I don't know if it has such plans these days for real. Apart from that Chelsea aren't even joining the Champions League next time so Neymar might not lean towards such deal because of it.

Sevilla's run in this season has been quite interesting. Their luck was a big help until a point first of all. I would like to remind you of their first leg match against Manchester United as well. They were so lucky about scoring those goals late in the match and getting a draw somehow. However things have started to change by the rematch. There was a really solid effort by Sevilla in the second leg.

They have been doing pretty good in the La Liga for a while as well. Therefore I think that we have already left behind Sevilla's horrible look. They have started to get positive results and this should be helpful in their upcoming matches in the Europa League as well.

Juventus are currently the most favoured team for the title by bookmakers. But I think they will have a hard time against Sevilla for sure.

Brazy Party tournament has finished. Astralis and Cloud9 were the teams reaching the final round. Cloud9 managed to eliminate their opponent despite starting 1-0 behind after a loss on Overpass. But this was still a good sign for Astralis. Because they have been in pretty bad shape for a long time. device's coming back to the team hasn't changed much thing either. Taking a 2nd position is a good success for them in this tournament as a result.

I really missed to see Astralis' old performances. They have already leave their prime time behind maybe but who nows. Maybe one day they will be reborn again.

Real Madrid are getting close to the happy ending in Bellingham deal. I have read that they are about to make this agreement official very soon. They have already been after him for a long time you know. Therefore I'm not surprised with this result. It was obvious that Dortmund wouldn't keep him any longer either. First there were only Real Madrid and Liverpool as interested teams. But Liverpool had a really low chance to sign him in this condition of course. The number of interested teams increased later but Bellingham's decision hasn't changed clearly.

He was already wishing to play for Real Madrid. After this transfer I wonder if they have plans to sign a top striker to replace Benzema as well. Maybe they will spend a lot of money on Bellingham's transfer but they are still a very rich team on one hand.

Guardiola has only the Champions League title left to achieve with Manchester City now. This season seems like the biggest chance to make this happen as well. They have a really tough task to perform in this round though. They are going to face the dominator team of the Champions League. However I think there is a significant level of difference between this Manchester City and the one in the previous season.

Haaland is the biggest change and the team effort has been amazing for many weeks as well. They are trying to make double this season with the Premier League and Champions League titles. This isn't a low probability considering their current condition. If they get past the Real Madrid obstacle successfully this time then I will start seeing them as the champions already honestly.

Because I don't think either Milan or Inter can put up a great fight against Manchester City in the finale.

Some recent rumours are related to Messi's possible departure this summer. As you know he hasn't decided to extend his contract with PSG yet. The team has actually had intentions to go on with him for at least one more year. But it looks like he wants to evaluate his options first. He is familiar with this free agent situation you know so it wouldn't be a problem for him. He must have some priorities for himself now.

And honestly one of these must be to sign back for Barcelona. Nearly his whole career has passed with Barcelona in the end so I understand him about thinking emotional. There hasn't been such thing like he couldn't adapt to this environment. On the contrary, he has been one of the most performing players of PSG. But PSG must also know that this day would come.

In case of a Messi comeback, Barcelona would be much stronger by the start of next season.

I also want to believe in Belgium to do a nice work at least in the qualifiers. They have a Lukaku who has been in great shape recently. His latest performance in the qualifiers was also very impressive. Maybe he was disappointing in the latest World Cup and maintained this bad look for a while later on too. But now it seems like he has found his rhythm. His scoring contribution is so valuable for this team now.

I have also heard about the arguments between some players. But this team shouldn't just be the victim of this kind of mutual problems. There are great players like Lukaku, De Bruyne and many more in the squad. This combination deserves to play for a title indeed. Chemistry is everything for a team so they need to keep their chemistry level as high as possible.

Vinicius Junior was suspended due to yellow cards and Benzema was rested. Therefore it was normal to see such result in this match. Real Sociedad were already one of the impressive teams of the season. They are trying to consolidate their position in top four in the end so this was like a golden opportunity for them. They just went for it. If you remember their previous match also ended up with a draw so they are good against Real Madrid this season.

Honestly I believe that Atletico Madrid really deserve the 2nd spot now. There is a huge level of improvement in their effort for a long time and I will be waiting for seeing them maintain the same effort against Cadiz as well. After taking the second spot I don't think they would lose it easily. Because their recent form is much better than Real Madrid.

Atletico Madrid's main problem is just they can't make a good start to the season. If they fix this they can be really competitive for the La Liga title.

Galatasaray just couldn't maintain a good effort after getting 1-0 ahead. Besiktas were obviously going to take bigger risks so Galatasaray attackers should have been able to make use of the opportunities. But the second half was pretty bad for Galatasaray. They didn't even have a single shot on target in this half and stayed quite weak when it comes to defending dangerous Besiktas attacks. The final score could have been even bigger than this if Besiktas didn't waste some more opportunities.

Okan Buruk needed to make some tactical changes before it was too late. I think that he also has a contribution in this loss. But those mistakes in defense are really unacceptable for Galatasaray while they are competing for the championship. Fans will expect improved performances next time.

There have been some rumours going around related to Dusan Vlahovic recently. There are rumours like he can sign for Arsenal or Bayern Munich this summer. I wouldn't be surprised by such transfer though. Because he couldn't meet the expectations this season until now. His number of goals scored is so bad and there is a huge difference between his performance in the previous season and this one.

Maybe Vlahovic just can't improve his concentration level anymore to play for Juventus. Because there were some claims like he wasn't even thinking of staying for one more season. But with this performance level I think that Juventus would think the same too. Arsenal already have Gabriel Jesus. If they sign Vlahovic also then there will be a need of a formation change or we would watch a pretty competitive race between them for the starting eleven.

As for Bayern Munich they are already in search of a similar forward to Lewandowski. Of course it isn't easy to find as solid as him but they can find a complete forward for certain. Kane was already a candidate but in case they fail then they can just go for Vlahovic.

I think that it isn't the time for Mbappe to leave PSG yet. I expect him to go for at least one more year with PSG to see how things go. He is making a lot of money above all else and he wants to achieve the Champions League title with them as well. If Messi and Neymar leave soon then I wonder what Mbappe would be able to do. Because his responsibility level will increase by far compared to now.

Until now this trio have been sharing the responsibility like equal and we have seen really great performances in times all of them are on the field. However I assume that PSG would think of a solution for that case as well. I mean that I wouldn't expect them to just make do with the departure of Messi and Neymar. They have a lot of money and they can build a new trio around Mbappe.

Who knows maybe they already have a Plan B for this situation as well. 

Tomorrow it is going to be time to finish this horrible series in the league for Arsenal. After losing so many points on the recent weeks they have probably lost their chance for the league championship already. Because Manchester City have captured a huge advantage after defeating Arsenal in Etihad as well. They are really unstoppable now not only in this league but also the Champions League.

However Arsenal can still push their chance to the limit to see what will happen. Even if they don't make it to the championship this has still been hell of a season for them. I think Arsenal are one of the most impressive teams of the season together with Newcastle. It has been a long while since we saw Arsenal in the Champions League. If Arteta makes the right transfer moves in the summer thinking of the Champions League as well then they can do some really nice work there as well.

The gap is only six points for now and it is normal to think about this as a result. However I'm not sure whether Perez can be that much consistent throughout the season. Because he tends to make more mistakes than Verstappen normally. If he doesn't work hard regularly for keeping this level then I think Verstappen will pull away from him at some point this season.

Perez seemed pretty decisive about competing hard against Verstappen in this season according to his statement before the season started. Because you know there was some problem between these drivers last season. Perez couldn't see the same help he does for Verstappen. Instead Verstappen even managed to make him annoyed by making an interesting statement after that. Maybe this ambition can help Perez stay in the title fight for a longer time.

Juventus are technically the most favoured team for the Europa League title if you check the odds by bookies. But it is on paper of course. I also think they are a strong candidate but I'm not sure about whether they are the strongest currently. Because their performance in their recent matches doesn't impress me even a bit. They got so many negative results in the Serie A for example.

I can't even say that they were great against Sporting in the previous round here. They just defended their opponent well which helped them make it by a small gap. But Sevilla would be a completely different challenge for Juventus. Because above all else Sevilla are the team having the best Europa League history in the recent years compared to the other remaining teams.

I'm even giving Sevilla a bigger chance to advance to the finale honestly but the first leg performances might be able to change my mind of course.

The recent rumours have been telling that Manchester City are on a new duty to extend Haaland's contract. He has technically four more years on his current contract. However there have been news all around like his contract consists of a secret condition as well. After playing one more season for Manchester City there will be a release clause to be activated for him.

If this really happens in the summer of 2024 then it might be difficult for Manchester City to keep him any longer. Because he seems to be open for playing some other big European teams later. His father has also made a statement on this situation before. If Manchester City don't find a way to convince him for staying longer then I think his next team would be Real Madrid. It depends on whether Real Madrid sign Mbappe until then of course.

Inter's winning against Lazio would make things more interesting about being a member of top 4. Because in that case Inter, Milan and Roma all will have the same points while there will be six weeks left. However Inter have a really challenging job to do against Lazio despite playing in Giuseppe Meazza. Because Lazio are really something else this season. There is a huge level of development in their game and their placement is a proof for that.

Lazio couldn't manage to become this much successful in the previous season. After this progress I don't expect them to lose their presence in top 4 in the remaining games. While Inter are one of the best home teams it is the same for Lazio when it comes to away matches. But taking their previous head-to-head into account as well, I don't think Lazio would lose this match either.

Lukaku can be the game changer again though if he maintains his marvelous performance.

Betis are out of top four race already maybe but they still have a chance for the Europa League ticket at least. This match against Barcelona was really important about this goal. Considering that Barcelona were already very comfortable in the lead I was seeing it even possible that Betis could steal some points. I thought of betting on double chance but I saw it still very risky. I went on with both teams to score instead.

But that red card by Betis dropped my hopes by a significant rate. They finished the match without scoring a single goal and it was frustrating to watch for me. Betis' main issue is this. They just can't maintain a decent performance while getting close to the end of the season. This costs them losing their Champions League chance earlier. Pellegrini is a really good coach but they really have a potential to do better than this.
