It's very risky to invest in new currencies you could quite easily loose your money, I would advise reading up and making your own decisions as most alts are likely to fail in the long run.

Sorry to hear about your loss although your assumption about Thailand being a cheap place to hire cheap SEO idiots is somewhat inaccurate
Surely if mining is becoming more difficult then alt-coins can't be dying and must be doing the exact opposite - more competition means more interest amongst investors/miners etc
I'm not sure what to suggest, I've never had issues with a number of different currencies but never tried that one. If support don't answer you can only hope it will confirm soon!
If you mean send BTC without transaction fees it is possible although will take longer to confirm. Although it is always better to send with fees not only for speed but to support Bitcoin!
