481  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Never Before Experience On Gambling...!!!! Stay Safe. on: April 30, 2020, 07:49:10 AM
whenever you enters into gambling sites for betting make sure that you are okay to enjoy the adrenaline from your bets, if not then that is probably not the right time to gamble because that is the most important thing we can get from bets. And you didn't try to hide what you are doing so that is a great sign but if someone tries to hide their gambling activity from their loved ones it will make us more guilt.

First thing is that be open and truthful about gambling to your near and dear ones. This is important because if some one realizes later from somebody else or so then the relations ship starts to spoil and in this short span of our life we do not know when we will leave the world and do not want to go on a sad side. So initially we may face trouble or resistance from others but this is fine as either they will agree or we will agree one thing will happen in due course of time and mentally for rest of the life we will be peaceful atleast in gambling case and will not regret other than if we become addictive or just keep losing money every time  and still continue to gamble.
482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Has this period killed your desire or exited it on: April 29, 2020, 01:03:45 PM
It seems we are going to miss the sport betting more longer than we are expecting, I saw that Olympics maybe postponed next year too if there is no vaccine found for it so the year 2020 is not for sports and sportbooks. But for casino loves this is the perfect time but make sure you stick with your limits and don't try to earn money from gambling.

For casinos they are shut due to lockdown. Now only online does exists and definitely would not be so exciting as it was before as sports bets are not on and rest of them are still their but again depends upon interest which people have it to gamble on such games. For those who gamble occasionally it would not effect that much unlike those who are addictive and gamble in casinos would be going in not so good state it seems as casinos are being shut.
483  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Security in Crypto Matters? on: April 29, 2020, 12:12:39 PM
Without saying much, or prolonged this question, have you ever wondered why you need secure your funds in bank. I believe you don't just worked hard for it and at the end of every savings you have made an outsider will just wipe off everything. So definitely security in crypto-currency really matters alot.

Security is everything in crypto else even if you hold the world highest coon but would be worthless for you if somebody else takes it and you are left with nothing. This would explain people as to why we need security and why it should always be on top priority before using any exchanges or wallets while keeping our coins in online world.

484  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayor Of Las Vegas wants the whole city open, including casinos and stadiums on: April 29, 2020, 12:08:36 PM
Nevada has almost 4.7K confirmed cases, what is she thinking?

And based on the toll given by Google, no one is still recovering with 200+ deaths. The US had it rough, I think this is the reason why the cases are been exploding in the country. This will just make things worse.

This is one of the reasons that US is witnessing the high number of cases in the world then any other country and so many innocent people are dying . We wish this ends soon and people recover fully from it quickly. But for this we need to maintain social distancing and need to avoid public places or meet people for the time begin and opening means thing may still not improve that efficiently as it would have been in lockdown.

485  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayor Of Las Vegas wants the whole city open, including casinos and stadiums on: April 29, 2020, 07:56:36 AM

I heard this last week on the news. It's a hard decision to do being a mayor but she must feel the pressure from the business community in Nevada. Being a mayor doesn't really mean she is in control of the whole city, it's the people who can run and make money for the city that rules it.

Still very risky if they really will open the city for business, in few weeks the people visiting there are like walking dead.

Exactly no doubt businesses are getting effected and many people who earn daily or related to this business would suffer. But this is just temporary and if see major picture by opening everything and suddenly the cases started to rise again and causing deaths at large then who would be responsible for this and again later on the business had to be shut and their would not  be testing done and only if you turn negative you can go inside no such measure exists.
486  Economy / Economics / Re: The pandemic outcome on: April 29, 2020, 07:25:22 AM
In my opinion, you should buy gold to prevent inflation. Currently, national governments are printing a lot of money to support people who are unemployed due to the COVID-19 epidemic. This will increase the cost of goods many times. If you have a big savings then you can invest in cryptocurrencies. Besides, there are about 15 days to the Halving BTC date. So I think BTC price will increase significantly in the next few months.

Gold and crypto are really good to buy at this time and gold may just b a temporary phase which will see the upside and crypto if invested in good coins in right allocation can make our wealth grow in coming time. Though it is also better to have strategy as in long- and short-term goals and plan and invest accordingly so that we can make money in both terms.

487  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: how to manage losses? on: April 28, 2020, 04:20:15 PM
The way I get rid of stress is not to think about it anymore, what is lost, let it be gone. Start again from the beginning and work harder than before.

Some of this learning comes from the experience and more you learn from your own and other experience will help people to grow much faster and in right direction. One thing I do is that have a target set and once it achieves it rather than becoming too much greedy I sell off depending upon the market situations arises then take on the spot call. Though at times I may not get higher value but also have seen at times that after certain rise it has fallen drastically, and I save myself instead of becoming greedy once my targets are meet.
488  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto success takes time on: April 28, 2020, 04:16:50 PM
indeed , as all things in life , succes takes time , for sure in cryptoworld , things can go fast but in most cases time is what they need , but that also means that you have to own strong hands as only time is not enough , in that time there will be moments that you need the strong hands

Nothing is permanent in the world and any short cut to success would also be fallen ack. Some people join in crypto because they think that here money could be made quickly and those who had seen the fall from 20k approx to 5k levels also would know how difficulty it becomes as then you need to hold it or ensure that you  get out with minimum loses. A good balance of investment in different joins and allocation can help you to curb some risks and over a period of time systematic investment will help you to achieve the ladder of success according to me.
489  Economy / Economics / Re: How long this crisis will be? on: April 28, 2020, 12:21:56 PM
but it turns out that this corona virus outbreak also has a positive effect. I saw the news in the Ars Technica media reporting that the presence of the corona / covid-19 virus caused CO2 levels on the earth to decrease by 100 million tons and decreased global emissions by 6%.because a lot of flight activities and must be canceled so that the CO2 produced by vehicles such as planes and ships is reduced
It is only positive for a short time. And if the epidemic ends, I believe it will be worse than before because companies and factories will work at full capacity to make up for losses. And the climate will certainly be much more polluted

Coming 1-2 years for economy is not good because once the things start to settle and Covid is over then many industries will start functioning fully and what issues they may face due to this lockdown would be known later. Many migrants’ workers who has left their city may not be working now in same wages due to expenses etc. Things will become more expense v in coming time as production cost will rise and many industries may cut the job of employees leading to higher unemployment rate.
490  Local / India / Re: Crypto ATM in India. Would it be worth it ? on: April 28, 2020, 12:17:39 PM
I would suggest you to check the stats of previous ATM which was removed by police. I am too interested to withdraw cash from Crypto ATM, but this will take more time and RBI should make it legal.

What is the exchange rate with this Bitcoin ATM and do we get same rate as on exchanges?

I do not think in coming 1-2 years the country could have the ATM because the percentage of population using is not much. Also if government encourages it and make the digital payment including crypto as an option as well will get a boost and in coming time then we can expect to have more of the ATM machine which would be more useful in various cities.
491  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I sell bitcoin now? on: April 28, 2020, 08:57:04 AM
Bitcoin price might still go up in the coming days so no need to hurry selling your bitcoin. Believe me bitcoin will be in a great demand this year , price may surge anytime soon.

The btc price has being quite stable or on upside only if compare din the last two weeks during this bad market which is a very good sign as resistance in market exists and people are buying it and not selling much. So I feel in coming time market will continue to be on upside considering the world market has shatters and would continue due to recession and crypto may outperform in this scenario.

492  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: April 28, 2020, 06:53:50 AM
Have you guys watching "The Last Dance" series in Netflix?

I never thought that Pistons was deadly team way back 1989 with at 10% chance of winning when other teams faced them. More like a MAFIA way back then. Cheesy

That's what I read on some status from my friends who were able to watch it, but 1989, I was just so little at that time, NBA was not my thing yet.
I started enjoy NBA around 2000 I guess, so I don't really mind them at all, but you got me curious, maybe if I have some extra time now, I'll watch this one.

I would love to watch it whenever get time because not long ago started watching and loving this sport and makes me so happy seeing the good teams battles on the court and the way they keep passing the ball to each other inspite of opposition. So for me it is going to be a good games to watch some of the best legends of the past in 1989 and enjoy my time as well.

493  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ripple ever reach $5 ? on: April 27, 2020, 04:49:04 PM
Is it not amazing to anyone that we are now seeing analysts talking about a bullish run to 30 cents? When the same analysts not so long ago were talking about 50 cents,,, and a year before than talking about $2 or even $3. That is impossible to realize if you just conveniently forget,,, but people have short memories.

You conveniently forgot 1m, 500k, 300k etc BTC predictions?

Those were just a number and did not had any huge base to prove it and also even it reaches double or triple from here is a good price for the ones who had being confidently buying during dips and not on on the high prices will make money. Though those who think can reach 6 figure mark etc we just wish it happens but cannot find that base and cannot survive such price in long run even if it reaches anywhere near that mark.
494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to get some Ethereum? on: April 27, 2020, 04:46:09 PM
Right now, ethereum price hover near 200$ mark. With the bitcoin halving coming soon, I think there could be a new trend for altcoin and ethereum set by bitcoin halving. This is purely optimistic spectacular so please take it with a grain of salt and it's your money, your choice.

Though things will become good only it seems from here the way we are seeing bitcoin being stable even during this pandemic situation itself speaks a lot. And with halving things may be more better and with more big investors if started to invest in crypto then ETH would be the preferred one I feel after btc and this will make rise in price in coming time.
495  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Things you shouldn't do when gambling at casino this time... on: April 27, 2020, 01:28:00 PM
- Carrying firearms or sharp weapons
come on man, do you want to kill someone, or do you want to frighten the bookie...
We all know that it is strictly prohibited to carry firearms inside the gambling house. Even if someone tries to bring one, the security will be alerted instantly since we all know that the main job of security personnel is to avoid this to cross under their noses.

And I don't think that the last thing you mentioned was the most impossible to happen, every gambling house nowadays is closed. There is not even one who continue their operation because of this pandemic.

If a person is going just play or to enjoy the casinos games or meet people etc then definitely there is no need to carry such things which not only can harm others but also injure or may get banned from that casinos or may be handed over to police whatever the situation that could arise at that time. One should know the rules and regulations before entering the casinos.

496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcointalk PSL T20 Pool and discussion. on: April 27, 2020, 01:25:16 PM
Bad news for Quetta Gladiators. Umar Akmal facing suspension may be because his inappropriate behavior during the fitness test where he said " Where is the fat? "  and misbehaved with the officials. PCB didn't mentioned exact reason but dude is real troublemaker ...

Quote
Umar Akmal's timeline of trouble

Feb 2020 - Reprimanded for inappropriate behaviour at fitness Test

Apr 2019 - Fined for breaking team curfew in Dubai during series versus Australia

Jun 2018 - Served notice to explain his comments on a television show about spot-fixing requests

Sep 2017 - Banned for his outburst on former coach Mickey Arthur, his NOCs to play foreign leagues revoked

May 2017 - Recalled from England ahead of the Champions Trophy for failing fitness Test

May 2016 - Left out of the England tour along with Ahmed Shehzad on disciplinary grounds

Jan 2016 - Banned for a T20I against New Zealand for misconduct

Nov 2015 - Left out of England T20Is for "bringing PCB into disrepute" after reportedly attending a party without permission

Feb 2014 - Charged by Lahore police for allegedly misbehaving with warden after committing a traffic violation

Oct 2012 - Fined for ignoring umpires while going for a change of gloves in a T20 against Sri Lanka

Jun 2011 - Issued show-cause notice for giving unauthorized interviews to television media

PCB suspends Umar Akmal under anti-corruption code

Update on Akmal's case... here goes his T-20 World Cup dream.

I think After Shakib al hasan. Umer Akmal becomes 2nd international player to get ban "For not reporting about details of corrupt approach".

PCB hands Umar Akmal three-year ban from all cricket

This is not the good news for Pakistan players and the country as he was looked upon and a role model for many of the upcoming future cricketing stars. This hurts not only to them personally but also to the cricket. Such things just keep the cricket away from the good players as now for next 3 years we would not see him. Also we do not know how things hold for him and for the team after 3 years.

497  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most gamblers can never hold onto big bag? on: April 27, 2020, 09:13:22 AM
I think this happens to addicted gamblers and most of us are addicted up to a certain point. However winning like 30 ETH is a big amount of money if started out with a small amount. If I won that amount I would stop immediately and cash out 20 ETH and then I would have continued to play until I win more or I lost everything.

It is essential for people to know difference the need and desire. Everyone wants to make lost of money from gambling but we also know some facts about it and should be reasonable enough to know that if we have some decent amount we should not become more greedy and quit and take money and only from the profits made if still want to continue can be done upto a certain %. But have seen people not only losing those profits but later on the money played with initial capital is also lost inspite of winning big  amounts at some point of time.

498  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: May I buy Bitcoin & Ethereum now? Or I am late? on: April 27, 2020, 09:07:32 AM
It's still a good buy now for both bitcoin and ethereum. You can wait a little if there will be some small dip and buy in .

Both coins are fantastic and also on most people list to continue or to invest in this coin int hi markets. Also as world markets has being on falling mode so something which has already fallen and will be rising in coming time is crypto markets and if one can pick the good coins they would surely be making multi-fold times money from this markets. So one should stay invested and buy on dips.

499  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: April 27, 2020, 05:23:46 AM
It is true that the corona virus has a significant effect on the world of sports, all sports competitions must be stopped simultaneously.
This makes sports gambling also stop, I who used to play sports gambling is forced to play gambling online now. In the end, those
who are get used to playing sports gambling must find other alternatives, because the casino has also been closed. The only alternative
is online gambling that we can do now.
Not just the game itself is affected, our traditional gamblers too! If they are not computer literate, the cannot gamble at all considering that, all of the casinos are close because of the lock-down well, if you r country are not affected in this pandemic you are lucky but lot of country now are affected by it and almost all of them are on lock-down so there's no way our traditional gamblers, can gamble. It is a huge blow to the gambling industry, they are losing games and players.

Almost every businesses baring few are effected in this pandemic situation as countries are in lock down mode and this includes gambling as well where casinos are shut. Only thing online gambling does exists but for people who are not computer literate may face issues rest of the younger generation can continue to gamble it if they like online. Because those who prefer playing casinos may find it not worth doing it online because of differences in online and being physically present and gambling it.
500  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: April 27, 2020, 05:19:44 AM
Yeah it is.

The worst hit state are Maharashtra and Delhi. They are so densely populated that it is becoming very hard for the government to implement lockdown. 80 percent of the population is still. O operAting with the government.

Most of the cases in Maharashtra are concentrated within Mumbai, but there are huge number of cases in Pune/Thane as well. It is not that surprising. Mumbai is an island (now converted to a peninsula), and the population density is the highest for any major city in India. The largest slum in the world (Dharavi) is located here. So it is not very surprising that the pandemic is spreading fast in Mumbai.

Any place where population is dense and if people stay very close to each other this virus would be spreading then be it whichever part of the world it becomes difficult to stop it. Prevention is better than cure that is the reason may countries have lock down so that people stay indoors and follow the rules. Cricket like other things are also effected during such time.
