1161  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: November 24, 2019, 11:10:06 AM
For me it is a fifty fifty stuff. i hold some altcoins and bitcoins. my altcoins include eth, bch, usdt and etc. there are many altcoins in the market. it depends on what you want to hold. choice differs.

It is always good to diversify your investment into different coins rather than just investing in 1 coin itself. Also one should be clear enough that investing in good altcoins is mandatory as sometimes just investing in low priced coins might not be fruitful as people desire.

Let the Birthday boy win the pot  Grin

Another test match is coming to the end of India vs Bangladesh as Bangladesh trail by 57 runs and only 2 wickets remaining. This means high chances that Indi will win the match by innings and few runs. This is not the ideal start Bangladesh would have wanted after losing in T20 series.

One wicket away i suppose. one guy is retired hurt.

Edit : Well yeah, its official India won.

First inning fifer Ishant
Second inning fifer Umesh
2 mins silence for Indian spinners...

Both Umesh yadav and Ishant Sharma has bowled well and took 8 and 9 wickets in total match respectively. Ishant was named as the Player of the match and it has been all round performance as batsman played so well that they did not had to bat in second innings only.

1163  Economy / Economics / Re: what makes us good investors. on: November 24, 2019, 08:14:14 AM
Over few years of investing and seeing the markets closely have understood that never chase the rising market and never cry when the market falls and take decision in hurry. Its always helpful to think wisely and invest more in the falling market rather than the times when market has already risen.

1165  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamble with a controlled mindset on: November 24, 2019, 05:13:03 AM
Not just in gamble even in trading, for those who trade and not gamble too much. Controlled mindset is really needed. You must know when to stop and not be greedy when you already won. Some people got problem due to depression or guilt and regret in their decisions. They won already and still decide to continue until it all loss. So better set your focus in everything you do.

Easier said than done Cheesy it's really hard to predict what a person would do in such tempting situations lol. I myself tell others to know when to stop but in past I myself has hugely lost because of this same ever increasing greed xD

It becomes easy when the person has a self control because than discipline would always make him wise to do or not to do because the end results seems to be clear enough in such situation. But yes when one does not have control things goes haywire.

Pakistan  is about to lose the match as they are still 56 runs behind and 4 wickets left. So only thing it is would interesting is that can they make more than 56 runs which will means that OZ has to bat in their second innings or will OZ wrap up by an innings and few runs to win this test match.

1167  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 23, 2019, 02:46:06 PM
I do not think Bangladesh will be able to survive today, wickets are falling at a regular interval. 4 down still trailing by 174 runs. I do not want this match be a one sided. The lack of experience player is one reason for such a bad performance.

Hmm... only 19 overs remaining now and I don't think that India will be able to take the remaining 6 wickets today. Now it is up to the spinners and it looks like Ashwin and Jadeja are not getting much support from the pitch. The partnership between Mushfiqur Rahim and Mehidy Hasan has added 42 runs in quick time. India needs to break this partnership.

If Bangladesh can bat well then definitely India would have to bat again and match would get end tomorrow. As now Bangladesh is behind by 97 runs and 5 wickets is remaining. Its going to be a exciting to see how quickly the match gets over now.

1168  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to restrain yourself at a small loss and not spend money. on: November 22, 2019, 05:28:06 PM
Gamblers who have a good mindsets can go and step out without hurting too much of their money, those who are careful and not being too emotional attach to gambling have a good views and able to stop once they are already satisfied either they win some or lose the point of getting the entertainment is the one that they are focus. Always make sure that you are in this kind of thinking and you always have good control of yourself when gambling to avoid bankruptcy.
You are right. Often gamblers lose control because their predictions are defeated by the system. This often makes people emotional and out of control. You know what the ending is like. They will definitely make more deposits with the aim to avenge their losses. And they play emotionally, it's like standing on the edge of a cliff.

With this attitude generally people tend to lose money a lot as they think it’s easy to make money or they will average out the money by playing more games and winning it but unfortunately it does not happen that way and people end up losing lot of money in the process which is like the sad part about it .
1169  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 22, 2019, 05:22:03 PM
68 runs lead and 7 wickets in hands. This is going to be one sided test match it seems That it’s just first day over and India has already take a lead . May be Bangladesh would have to get India all out quickly if they still want to be in the game .
1170  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Crypto Marketet Is Dumping Drastically !! on: November 22, 2019, 07:45:58 AM
To me crypto world market nowadays is taken another dimension and most investors trying to caution themselves  because no one ready to lost his or her resources again and the interest is getting down everyday.
If you look at it in the long term, you will know that the short term price reduction will have a drastic change in the next years to come.
For those who are entering into this market to make quick money, what they will keep on experiencing is totally fall or complaining is price loss.

Nothing is easy and only if the luck is good you end up making Quick money. It is not a Get rich quick scheme is what is bitcoin about and those joining for this only should avoid it . Also if you would like to invest for long term then it is good idea to do it .
1171  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: November 22, 2019, 06:41:18 AM
Is it a must to Gamble? Since you have the person is gambling just for fun,I think he/she should be able to forgo the gambling to get his/her position if that will be a counter to his getting there. Moreso, there are some gambling that are not really looking illegal, such as some online games and predictions.Note, In some countries, people don't bloody care about whether you are a gambler or not.

Yes if it is legal in the country and playing for fun then it would not be much problem that would be created because you are not even addicted and enjoy the game . On other hand if played in illegal conditions or addicted and lost lot of money then it is a issue.
1172  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 21, 2019, 06:31:57 PM
One of the sad thing is that WI have talent but just not being able to utilise it due to monetary issue . I think government or billionaire in that country should sponsor or invest in it so that the best team can play all forms of cricket and get good money .

Why should either the government, or the billionaires should spent their money in cricket? The uber-rich may invest some money, provided that they get good returns in the future. Or rarely, you may be able to find someone like Allen Stanford who spent millions of USD from his own funds for the development of cricket in the West Indies.

Cricketers are considered as privileged people in West Indies and spending money on them may not be welcomed by the general population. Also, it is not viable to spend huge amounts on these players to make themselves available for the national team. It is a free world and anyone is free to chose his profession. The best thing to do right now is to give them complete freedom to chose between the T20 sides and the national team.

Government should definitely sponsor if the need be else how do you expect the right talent to give an opportunity if you are not able to provide them platform . Through cricket it creates a name in the rest of the world and it could lead to many things else as well in near future .
1173  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your criteria to go back/sticking with one particular gambling house on: November 21, 2019, 05:25:06 AM
My criteria for sticking with  Particular gambling site is bases most importantly on consistency some gambling site offers you the best from the beginning but latter on destroyer the trust they have built

First one I think is a trust that plays a vital role in deciding if one has to stick to it or not . Then it would be convenient location and timing that would matter as when ur free it should be open else no point of going to that place .
1174  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: November 21, 2019, 05:21:50 AM
From tomorrow we will have a day night test match between India and Bangladesh and a first one in India . This is going to be exciting and also a Fun to watch out as India would be stronger side to start with as in last T20 we saw what happened .
1175  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with Fiat or Crypto? on: November 20, 2019, 05:33:37 PM
Mostly, everybody is sharing the same crypto gambling journey here on how it all started and how it went.

I agree as I have not seen anyone here promoting his fiat gambling sites, maybe some of us have tried fiat gambling but I'm pretty sure we share that same experience telling that crypto gambling is better than fiat gambling.

It all depends just a case say I play with btc and lost in gambling worth 0.1 and today it may be worth around 820$ and say in future btc rises to 1200$ for 0.1 then you lose this opportunity as well of making money . So should be clever to use it .
1176  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: November 20, 2019, 05:30:42 PM
I would stop not only gambling but also to work if I won a multi million dollar jackpot.I would stop gambling, immediately quit work and then decide if I want to open up a business, put money in the bank or invest in some business venues. One thing is for sure and that is that I would not care at all about gambling anymore.

This wish I guess would be majority of them where people become Multi millionaire so that rest of the life they would be happy and having a fun time . Hopefully things work for all and people do get lot of money and continue doing good things in life .
1177  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social experiments in the world of gambling on: November 20, 2019, 06:54:39 AM
Absolutely not, I never encourage people who ganble to borrow money to chase their losses. Even if it is not gambling, I don't lend people money right away if it is not necessary or not an emergency. I never borrow money from people because I want to be responsible with my monry and to suffer by ny self and never to burden others because of my fault. I don't want to be the reason why a people will have. a debt because of addiction.

One of biggest mistake is to gamble with borrowed money , quite high chances that you might end up losing that money as well and end up on a messy note as you would not have money to replay those debts and thus relationship gets spoilt .
1178  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reputation at stake will you stop gambling on: November 20, 2019, 06:38:15 AM
Ok you are gambling just for fun, your friends and neighbors knows that and a friend invited you to his party to be one of the candidates as a councilor and campaign will start in 6 months, now, of course, you need to have a good reputation, will you stop gambling just to have a good image this coming campaign and how will you defend yourself if accused as a gambler.

Since I will be running in a public office and people's perception of me is very important I will leave gambling and just focus on building my trust, since there are still six months before the campaign, I can come out clean and tell my voters that I already stopped because 6 months is already very long for a gambler who would like to stop.

Firstly accepting itself is a big thing and then having stopped it is also a big thing and then trust and perception plays a vital role in building image . If one can win over it then can have a good image which will help people to forgive you.
1179  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Addiction at its Worst! on: November 19, 2019, 05:56:53 PM
will be very lucky for those of you who like to play gambling but do not get addicted, it would be nice if gambling was only for entertainment only but not to the level of addiction.  because most people if they gamble instead want to gamble continuously.

No gambler is "lucky" or immune from being addicted.

Many people who started with just a $5 bet - ended up losing millions - for example Justyn Larcombe - read his story.

Gambling itself is so much addictive or say humans greedy behaviour make them lose millions of dollars just to win one big amount in anticipation which may just not happen every time they gamble . Hope people learn from their mistakes .
1180  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 19, 2019, 05:54:43 PM
Guess West Indies took Afghanistan too much lightly after the 1st T-20 win. A good comeback display from Afghanistan here. I think WI board hardly has any interest to fulfill the needs of the Old players. That's why most of them are preferring to play in other leagues rather to play for national side. Darren Bravo is a much of a ODI player I guess...

There is not much that the board can do (WICB). Their financials are very limited and they can't splurge all of the funds that come from the ICC on the international players. If they do that, then the domestic cricket will suffer and it will create problems in the future. They need to allow players such as Russell and Pooran to play the T20 leagues and cut a deal with them so that they will be available for the world cup.

One of the sad thing is that WI have talent but just not being able to utilise it due to monetary issue . I think government or billionaire in that country should sponsor or invest in it so that the best team can play all forms of cricket and get good money .
