I know they can be easily used since you won't have to set up much but have you considered accepting payment in just Bitcoin.
This altcoins will come and go and some might turn into scam in the future and not because they actually what to scam but due to their centralization. Binance is now been targeted by the fed and who knows if they'll succeed in bringing them down.
