few independent people in chengdu and shenzen are confirming that they are clearing there D3 batch 1 week after there previous sale because they will start taking pre-orders of D3+ soon similar chips as innosilicon
Edit: thats why the batch is crypto only, the 30ghs D3+ batch will be priced at $2199.00 come september (not sure if people in slack speculating or real sources)
Sounds like a lot of speculation to me. The reason they're not taking bank transfers is they had so many people buy them, then try to sell them on ebay at jacked up prices but never send the payment so the orders expired. To avoid that, they went pure crypto to force payment immediately. I doubt they're going to release a new miner that quickly after selling a new product that hasn't even shipped the first batch yet. Look at the history of L3 and L3+ they released it back to back in 6 months because they were forced to by A4 dominators they are in similar situation right now... innosilion and ibelink are kicking there butt (not on price point offcourse) and so is baikal Bitmain needs to play catchup hence they are pushing all the low end units at discounted prices... after they mine the crap out of them in there data centers. Rotate d3's out and D3+ in to restart the cycle. Edit: same sources that are talking about D3+ to there credit they leaked L3+ as well as the upcoming D3 (3 weeks before bitmains announcement ) so I may give there rumors/speculation little bit more credence. Where are these sources leaking their information, a slack channel or something? If so, where is that channel? Thanks in advance. Yes its a slack channel its invite only, few people in the industry hang out there i think some of them work for bitmain/innosilicon directly/indirectly they also work for chip manufacturers etc. |

Yeah, but innosilicon is charging $10000 for their miner and its only twice as fast as a D3, yet 8 times the price. That's not real competition. I agree... but it forces bitmain to innovate innosilicon can drop prices if they choose to but they know that the market will easily pickup $10k price without betting an eye lash... so they can get away with it for now. |

I am on the way to build a small farm with 500 gpus, my selects are RX 570 and RX 580 with the total is 500 gpus. But I dont know where to buyvit in the USA. Could you help me to find a supply?
I've got a 300 GPU farm up and running in the last few months after having delays in getting GPUs due to the global shortages in May/June/July. The only thing I can suggest is to keep trying as the supply problem seems to be improving - in Europe at least. A word of advice though - if you are building the farm yourself, 500 GPUs generates a huge amount of heat and use of electric and unless you plan it properly you will end up with miners overheating with the temperatures. As an example, inside my farm normally has air temperature about 36C/97F with GPUs running about 70C. On a hot sunny day, I've had air temperatures close to 50C/122F and initially ended up with electric circuits tripping.. Although I've solved that problem now with extended cooling. Post some pictures always great to see those... RIG PORN some of us can dream of 500 GPU farms i know small miners like me are happy with 4 cards RIG or 40 cards rig... post pics. |

don't rush D3+ are coming in September for December delivery thats why bitmain is clearing the D3 batches 1 week after the previous sale. The D3+ will be 30gh/s simiar to innosilicon A5 but priced at $2199

Lets start a hedge fund to raise the satoshis needed for sane tx fees.
If someone spends one of the outputs with reasonable fees then the Nicehash tx will have to be mined for the miner to mine the new tx with unconfirmed input to get the tx fee. I think the only way these txs will get mined within a reasonable time. The mempool is large and a tx with this low a fee will not be mined in the forseeable future. it was mined few hours ago... |

Here is a windows binary built from the source. No mods made. Just a build. Can confirm it works on my gtx 970 nothing else. As for hashrate it seemed a little lower than spmod3 but I was at i 16.

1080Ti are very promising i have 3 1080Tis coming from newegg for a rig not sure if i will buy another one to add it to the rig the only constraint i have is that the rig has 1000watts psu even with 70% TDP i am not sure if i want to draw 4 1080ti cards on that power supply will test it out with 3 cards see what the load is like if its around 600 or so i will add 4th.
o hey! funny you say that! i had the SAME situation, here's how it went: x4 1080ti will NOT even BOOT windows 10 , it just kills the PSU, powers off. (1000 watt G2 GOLD), i HAD to move to a bigger PSU (i put on a 1600 watt Hercules) i was able to ADD another 1080ti once i had the 1600 watt PSU, and after tuning, it only pulls 995 watts for all 5 now I assume it needs to pull some full draw on boot maybe? Please let me know if you get 1000 watt PSU to boot x4 1080ti (one of mine was a zotac they are 320 TDP, more than a usual 1080ti) That was a quick reply funny thing I have the same 1000watt G2 EVGA gold...lol... glad i posted saved me the hassle of buying 4th 1080ti and than scrambling to find a space for it. Now i know i made the right decision for only buying 3 gTX 1080ti. Thank you thank you thank you... you inadvertently saved me a lot of hassle |

I had the same issue switched to older version of the ccminer spmod1 i have a rig of 6GTX 1070 2GTX 1060 it seems either its RAM for cpu verification or something else thats glitching on the skunkhash algo.
