I have mined altcoins and selled into bitcoins, and I bought a small amount when I began in the world, and I must say I hold it without selling
Which altcoins did you mine? If you don't have specialized ASICs used for mining SHA256 coins it still makes more sense to mine an altcoin using your computer, that's true. Still, I'm not a very big fan of altcoins, they only distract from Bitcoin. They're good for trying out some new features, but that's about it. Like fryarminer I started mining with GPU. I never swapped to ASIC mining. I tried to, however, I got scammed (and lost a big part of my BTC) and the ASIC was never developed. The owner / developer is gone since. I mining multiple coins, especially DigitalCoin. I was quite Lucky mining some new coins like "AppleCoin", which made me a nice amount of BTC when it became suddently very popular in China. In the end of my mining life, I used some multipools. Nowadays I don't mine anymore.

These days it really doesn't make any sense anymore to mine your coins. It really is better to buy them off an exchange and to put them in cold storage afterwards. It is also very dangerous to buy cloud mining contracts, most of the operators have failed many people didn't even see nearly as much as their investment.
I totally agree with you. About cloud contracts, you've to be really Lucky to get a profit. Think about 'why should someone rent out hashrate when they can use it by theirself (and make profit)'. Sure, to cover initial costs etc etc. In the end, it is really hard to ROI these days. 1. When I started, I bought BTC. However, I started mining altcoins and I was Lucky to mine some altcoins which gained value over time (and traded some of them for BTC). 2. Now i'm indeed a user of Bitcoin. I don't mine anymore, nothing. I don't even look at previous mining contracts either. I still use BTC to buy some items, but I have to buy Bitcoins to do that,.

Try and get it returned to us (you should be able to do it by calling them up and rightfully refusing the parcel), and we'll do a free reship once we receive the parcel back.
I'm not involved in that situation, but I have a question. Is that actually possible? So, once you get a message that you have to pay $xxx / xxx, you can simple refuse the package and they will return it? I know you can refuse a package, but I always thought the package get destroyed then. Except for the UK, it's always possible to refuse the parcel and just have it returned to sender (from our experience). I know you can refuse a parcel (here in the Netherlands). However, do you know whether this is also possible once you have received a message that you have to pay xx to customs? I always thought those items will be destroyed when you do not pay for it. Yes, it's definitely possible, but it never happened in the Netherlands so far ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Alright. Thank you for your reply. Untill now, I only heard positive reactions about your Dutyfree.io service so far. The only thing that really hinders me buying more cigarettes from you, is the fact that I think I'm going to smoke even more when I've got myself a nice supply ^^.

Cool photos dude! I recommend you to submit these to some Russia/USSR/Photography/History subreddit. Someone could appreciate these there and also provide answer for you. I'm not sure whether you will read this (as you've posted these photos weeks ago), but you should share them through social media. I'm not sure how active the people over there use social media, but sharing such things of social media has shown to be effective here in the Netherlands. For example lost cameras (with holiday photos) were returned to the owners, and even orphans have made succesfull use of social media (as Facebook) to find more information about their parents.

Well I give extreamly cheap accounts! What can you expect for one dollar? The accounts can be banned after a month(usualy don't), but this is why I replace them if thip happens
Indeed, one dollar isn't much. And I think that you offer a nice service by replacing them, even for that low initial costs. For me it's more that I don't want to get somehow caught with illegal activities / accounts, so I won't buy one from you. I'm sure you can sell some more account on here ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) .

I bought three more keys for $1.20 and my return value was a lot higher. Pretty fun games as well. I already owned a game so I gave that to a buddy, he was very happy with it. ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) Indeed I am. Thank you Mitchell ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) I bought another 2 random games after my last reply here. One was worth around $6, the other one around $10. It worked out well, thanks FromRussia.

I just received a game, worth €10,99.
I think this is a nice way to find out about great games that you would probably not buy otherwise. I received one which is quite nice to spend some time on. Thanks FromRussia!

I don't earn much with signature campaigns lately, but I have received a nice amount of 0,x BTC from earlier Primedice signature campaigns.
I have not sold a single Satoshi of them. I stacked a part of these coins, bought some Steam games with another part, traded a small part for altcoins (in order to short-term trade a bit) but lost most of them in an ASIC scam.

I indeed some more people offering such deal / services; random Steam games. What I'm wondering is, what is in for you doing this? Are these games legit? Can this be proved? The last thing I want, is getting my Steam account locked due to such deals ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) .

I'm also interested in that method. I think it's a bit vague. Sure, don't tell your details, I assume that you do not someone want to 'take over your business'. However, it all looks a bit scammy now. Sure, many people want such account for that price. However, I don't want to get somehow punished for owning such account.

Hi Wakka622,
How much Steam codes for GTA V do you have left? I look forward to buy that game (on Steam) in the near future, although I'm currently trying to collect the funds to buy it.
Do I need to hurry if I want to buy it from you, or can you offer this game for that price for a longer period?

I'm wondering, if no CC is connected to your account, you're not able to buy "Download apps and games as many as you can without any distinction of credit card" as you claim. Atleast, you cannot buy apps that cost money.
There's no need to connect your CC to your Apple Store account in order to download apps. Yes, sure, if you want to pay for an app, you have to pay for it somehow.
There are other ways to pay for such apps, like buying gift cards. I've bought a gift card once (of €15), added it to my Apple Store account and I still can buy apps if I like (if I do have enough funds). There's no need to have a CC for that.

Well done ShopemNL!
Klopt inderdaad. Top!

You could simply buy the game with cash or through your bankaccount. Or for example with PayPal, so with normal currency. I use to buy (desktop) games with Bitcoin too. There are some great parties here on Bitcointalk that offer such service, very fast and userfriendly, like SteamBitShop (which is for Steam games thus). However, with the current value of BTC I don't do this often anymore. That's actually quite strange; yes you have to pay more BTC for a game, but you can buy new BTC with less money. I think it is just an idea that you don't want to spend much of your valued BTC ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) (I do have that feeling. Spending 0.05 BTC on a game, OK. But spending 0.20 BTC on a game, that's not a great feeling).

So, once you get a message that you have to pay $xxx / xxx, you can simple refuse the package and they will return it? I know you can refuse a package, but I always thought the package get destroyed then. I think it depends on the country or the situation. If it's trademark infringement I think they destroy it, but in this case I'm not sure... It has nothing to do with 'trademark infringement' as the cigs are genuine (I assume), it's just taking advantage on different prices/taxes between the countries. But I'm also surprised that there is an option to return to sender. The cigs are genuine indeed (just made in some 'low standard countries'), it's just the different taxes which the customs can ask you to pay. Once they take out your package, you will pay more for the cigs than you would pay for them in a regular shop around you. But when your package is not seized (untill you pay the required taxes), they're definately cheaper. There is a possibility to return to sender if you receive a package from something you bought (atleast, it is here in The Netherlands). You can simply deny / refuse the package. However, I'm not sure how this works out once you receive a message that you owe the customs some money. That's the question.
