441  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ★ br41nr41n's Codes | 35% OFF (Steam, PSN, Xbox, iTunes and Games) ★ on: May 21, 2015, 06:33:32 PM
Why would you pay for 20 when he claims to have only 10 in stock. Sad If he ends up scamming you, I'm sorry! You shou'd have dealt with him in a more riskless way.

i bought like 200-300 codes from him..he never scammed or gave me bad codes.

i hope he will be back soon, he did this once but he came back after a week or so.

200-300? Really? I thought he only had a couple of keys.. I'm wondering how someone could obtain such amount of codes (legally) and sell them with 35% off.. I think 35% off is quite much in that case, but the codes appear to be working.

Indeed, it looks like he went offline for a while before too. Let's see how this goes.
442  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Dutyfree.io - Buy cheap cigarettes with Bitcoin on: May 21, 2015, 09:43:31 AM
To bad to lose a client for that, i lost my money and i received no cigs you can understand why i don't want to command in your website again :/
Is it just me or are it always newbie accounts who complain about orders going missing when they choose the uninsured shipping option? Smiley
Yup, always. I'm pretty sure they are trying to get a free pack of cigarettes.

It's not just you jdebunt Wink.

It's also not only on these offerings. You will see it a lot throughout the many deals on this forum and on deals outside this forum. I've had similar experiences with used products I've sold years ago; many buyers want to get away with "I have not received anything" - therefore with the product AND the paid money. I won't post anything without a tracking code anymore (and a required signature). Maybe you should think about this too Only, although this does bring some extra costs with it..
443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beginner starting trading on: May 20, 2015, 10:18:59 PM
I'm sorry for my late reply.

Overall, I should say don't trade in general if you do not have experience indeed. But, however, even with small funds you can "learn" the actual trading process in the altcoin world. I like Cryptsy for altcoin trading.

Once you have registred an account on Cryptsy, you can see all the possible markets (- in the options you can also choose to show only a few -> recommended). Such "markets" consist of an altcoin vs Bitcoin (or an altcoin vs another altcoin such as Litecoin, but you will understand as soon as you see this). You can "load" some BTC into Cryptsy (by hitting "deposit" in the Cryptsy market on the balances page and sending the coins to that particular address).   If you want to get into trading, I suggest to start with very small funds. You can start trading with for example 0,00x BTC if that is what you like, or even less; but be aware that you also have to pay a small fee at each transaction - this means that if a coin increases in value with a few satoshi, this does not mean that you have profit (because of the fees). Although these fees are not big..

Good luck!

444  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beginner starting trading on: May 20, 2015, 03:15:27 PM
When you don't have much BTC to trade with, you might better start with altcoin trading. In that situation you can also become familiar with the actual trading process (and its risks).

Most altcoins are probably more volatile than Bitcoin, so there will be more changes in value. This might return in profit, but also in loss.
445  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Purse.io - Bitcoin Amazon Marketplace - Save ~10-25% on Amazon Wishlist on: May 20, 2015, 03:02:52 PM
So how is this service going?? haven't heard much either way yet. Great Possibilities though!! Any options in the future for a iOS/Android app with communications built in/order tracking etc. or accepting other crypto??

I just signed up, but I don't see any active spend or buy orders.. So it might not be as active as before.

I think it's a quite nice service of which I only just heard. However, it should be quite active to be usefull.

There are a lot. And when you stay on the "buy bitcoins" page then you will see on the left top that often new offers are added.

The buy products area, of course, is only filled when you want to buy something.

Ah, now I get it. Sorry for my last message then.

Now I see orders indeed when I hit 'Buy BTC' (https://app.purse.io/buy#buy-amazon). Therefore, it indeed is still active (and I think it's a great service!).
446  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where to get highest free BTC? on: May 19, 2015, 09:45:22 PM
The highest I have found so far is get-paid.com.  It is not a faucet, you have to complete tasks and offers, but it pays far more than faucets.

And offcourse it will pay you for spamming your referal URL over here. Like others in this topic.. Be aware of this.  You'll see such links are referal URLs when you point your mouse on it.. You will see something like the website ending with ref=XXXXXXX or /R/XXXXXXX  etc..

But hey, that's indeed another way to get "free" BTC. Make promotion for some website, for some products or services. Many websites offer you a possibility to become a so called "affiliate", and then you will receive some (very small amount of) BTC when someone signs up through your referal URL.

Missed the happy hour, I was working :/
I don't know if its done delibrately or not but the HH happens at such a time when most of the active users are offline, thus leading to PD gaining publicity and hype without loosing money.

I thought the happy hours times were over.

Nice to know that they still happen sometimes

We re-added happy hours within the past week. Usually happen later in the day.

That really depends on where you live though Wink. The last Happy Hour was in the early morning over here. That's probably why I missed all of them yet, but I'm sure I will be lucky someday Wink.
449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [NLG] Guldencoin.com — D E L T A on: May 19, 2015, 06:42:41 PM
Come on guys! Approve the following funding!
https://funding.guldencoin.com/100x-gratis-verzending-guldencoin-supermarkt/

This funding will get the first 100 customers of our supermarket free shipping =]

Start with the basic, buy all your food with Guldencoin!

Nice idea! Which kind of products are you willing to offer? I'm wondering how this works out. I think for big orders €0,10 - €0,20 might be a quite big premium, but I understand that someone has to earn something on this (especially if you see how much efforts this service will costs. 0,10-0,20 might be even too less in that case). We'll see Wink. Goodluck!

452  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: May 18, 2015, 03:03:24 PM

BitBingo.io (Thread)
Payment period: Biweekly
Minimum posts: 30 posts in two weeks
Payments: F: 0.06BTC, S: 0.08BTC, H/L: 0.1BTC
Escrow: No.
Miscellaneous: 7 spots for each rank

This need some changes I guess. Currently BitBingo pays:

- Full member: BTC 0.06 every two weeks
- Senior member: BTC 0.08 every two weeks
- Hero/Legendary member: BTC 0.09 every two weeks.

Also the minimum required posts have changed to 35 (I just noticed - before it was 30 if you did post in particular sections of this forum or 35 if you didn't). A good thing, you're now able to roll over posts to another term if that is neccesary - thus if you do not reach the required amount of posts (per two weeks).
453  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Steam Surprise PREMIUM - Random Steam Key on: May 18, 2015, 02:51:16 PM
What is a high quality/premium game key?  Do you have a list of all the possible games? If not, this is basically just a rip off...

Its basically the same as the "normal" key. But you have a higher chance to get a high quality Steam game.
I dont have a gamelist, but its the same in both packages.

Where is this higher chance based of? Who does sort out these codes in classes like lower quality - higher quality?

What is a high quality/premium game key?  Do you have a list of all the possible games? If not, this is basically just a rip off...

Those are my concerns too.. I think this is just another service for providing random Steam game keys (for a higher price).
454  Economy / Digital goods / Re: ★ br41nr41n's Codes | 35% OFF (Steam, PSN, Xbox, iTunes and Games) ★ on: May 18, 2015, 02:48:56 PM
Ι'd consider getting a code too if there's any left and the above issues are resolved. OP hasn't been online for about 2 days now, not that much time du kind of unexpected since he has some orders on hold.

I'm in the same situation. I might be interested in one code too as soon as teh above issues have been resolved. Indeed, the OP has not been online for two days now, but earlier problems appear to be always resolved. Let's see how this works out. OP, do you mind sending me a PM when you still have a code available for me?

How can I get alerted when Happy Hour has started?

Its happening as a surprise sometimes or you can check facebook page for the alert  Grin Grin

It will be announced on social networks . It will always happen as a surprise i guess Smiley

Yea I followed PD on facebook to get alerts, but is there anyway to get an Email or Text Message everytime Primedice posts new update on FAcebook?

There is a possibilty to set to receive notifications (on Facebook) if a particular page on Facebook has added a new message. If that is the case, you will receive the notification for example also on your smartphone - which you can configurate in such way that it pops up the notification on your homescreen. Atleast, that's the fact for iPhones. I think that is the fastest way to get notificated about new messages from Primedice on Facebook Wink.
456  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Build My Own Kingdom Country on: May 18, 2015, 02:28:32 PM
You will need to be able to trade with other countries to be able to survive since you will have a hard time getting people to live there..

I think it's likely that you have to trade with other countries, yes, especially in the early stage of your Island (in which you have to invest a lot of money for the Island itself, but also the infrastructure and other facilities; like a way to get fresh water).  If you have a solid base, I actually think that are some people willing to live their whole self-sufficient. I think everywhere in the world you can find those people, you just need to attract them to your Island.

- -

I don't think I would use BTC as the currency over there. If you would really need a currency in such place, you should create a currency that you can fully control on your own. However, in such "Utopia Island", i'm not sure whether you need a currency.

No, you would depend on eachother to survive.
So digital currency would not be te best idea for this.

Unless its called Coconuts..

"Ill pay you 2 coconuts for that goat"
And then you go get 2 coconuts from a supply shop that accepts the currency and gives coconuts for it...

LOL

I think it's likely that you have to depend on eachother to survive indeed, especially on such "isolated" islands. But, even then, I don't think there is a need for currency over there. Indeed, you can trade your goat for Coconuts (if that is what you want), but I don't think that is neccesary in the case that I expect people on such Utopian islands working together to survive. I expect them to have a mentality of "all for all"; work together to survive; and egoism is not appreciated.

Although I do check my social media quite often, i've missed this one again. 'Again' as in I've never succeed to make use of one Happy Hour yet.  But indeed, you can check the social media for that. Both on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/officialprimedice) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/primedice).

I think the timing of these Happy Hours is somehow always worse for me - unfortunately ^^.

459  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: New Faucet BTC makefreebtc.com on: May 18, 2015, 02:03:02 PM
the minimum rewards very small
only 100 satoshi every 3 hours
are you plan to increase it?

Somehow there has to be a balance between the income of the faucets (often by advertisements) and the payouts. Most owners of faucets want their faucet to create bucks for them instead of costing them money. Sure, 100 Satoshi every 3 hours isn't much, but I think there are no faucets that really provide you with a nice extra income  - although some gambling websites give away a nice amount of BTC each xxx minutes (but therefore you are required to have invested x,x BTC before, like on DaDice).
460  Economy / Economics / Re: How to save money. on: May 18, 2015, 01:59:06 PM
*snip*
If that is the consequences what are you gonna do if that things happen? Just dont invest? Because there are many people out there that need alot of information about saving so they can try to do it or may be can suggest it to others people so they will get their own profit too

I think it's always a huge step to start investing - and you need to have some know-how about investing before you can start. Maybe another topic can be created on this topic (as this topic is about saving money, and not really about investing money on its own).

I lack information about investing opportunities with our currency (Euro), although I have invested in BTC (by buying them with Euro) ^^.
