That price is right out of touch with what the market is doing. $47.50 per GH/s was a reasonable price 6mths. ago, we are down below $20 per GH/s now.

What about deposits done after this!? I thought it was down temporarily, does that mean  I lost days of mining profit???
Yes you will have lost profit if you didn't have a failover set in your miner.

But it can't be that important if it's taken you like 30hours to notice there is an outage.

Funny guy eh?

I noticed the site was down, but thought it was DDOS and I was rather busy lately.

I'm not using the pool, but rather having another pool deposit coins there. Am I screwed or not? Simple question, I'd appreciate an answer and not mockery, thanks.
Personal attack = ignore list. Solve it yourself.

Say I used an invalid email to sign up for coinex, and had a good amount of btc/asc. How will I be able to withdraw them after the update?

Was that intentional?

No.
Hang on a minute ago you said a friend did it and you did nothing about it, then edited the post back to No.

So you knew there would be a problem. No sympathy.

So I should dump now? Is it a scam coin or what?
If you don't know the answer to that question, then yes you should dump it and leave it for others to mine.

Lol, how are you going to prove to them who you are? The email address is the proof.

Password resets via an emailed link is the standard across the Internet, use a bogus email then expect to suffer.

Is there any point to solo mine this with 1000kH/s now? I found a block 13 hours ago, no luck after that.

I'd recommend http://japool.com for more steady payouts at the current difficulty.

Code:
stratum+tcp://japool.com:55786 -u YourWalletAddress -p AnyPassword
That pool does not respond

How to cancel a fucking withdrawl?

Withdraw page wasn't loading, now I have 3 pending withdrawls, a negative balance, said it confirmed ONE withdrawl but it doesn't say confirmed now, and no deposit to where I was withdrawing to
It's called lag, I know click cancel 50 more times, and don't forget to refresh the page, just to increase the load on the server and delay your cancel request even longer.

I hope new software includes Coherence cluster or something like that?
Lol, " Oracle Coherence is a proprietary[1] Java-based in-memory data grid"  there are all the reasons you need not to use it for a crypto exchange.

550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MCXNow Shutting down (Temporary) on: December 12, 2013, 12:56:20 AM
Simple

TOS said Shares and Interest paid every 6 hrs.  It was well over 6 hrs since the last payment when the site was shut down. Note shut down not crashed not attacked so all data was there to make a payment.

He failed to do so. The period from the last payment due to the time of the shutdown also should have been paid. But as there were not trades for the full six hours the amounts would be less but not zero.

Now if people want to trade at exchange that is closed down when the owner gets too much email and if you leave your coin just sitting there for too long he'll take it, it is indeed up to them.

Interest payments are still happening at 6 hourly intervals, they were offline for a while until SC and MNC trade were reactivated.

There is very little trade going on there atm. so the interest is rather worthless. Only some people trying to drive the price of mcxFEE shares down so the can pick up cheap ones, however they are causing more harm then good, iif mcxFEEs were back up around the 0.4BTC of the last release, then money might enter that market. Noob traders do things that make money exit markets, where the good profit is when new money enters the market, BTC/USD is a perfect example.

I can't reach the website, always getting back to: 503 Service Unavailable
Even when i try to go to a direct link for a pool or whatever.

and also in 4 different browsers!

CoinEX will be down up to 72 hours to deploy the new software.
It would look a bit more professional if there was a page there that said the site was under maintenance, rather than just a 503 error for the past 15hours.
552  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Coinex not working on: December 11, 2013, 09:09:38 PM
Yeah. It would make sense.
It is frustrating to say the least.

it's not very professional, if you have to take your site down to do work on it, you normally put a placeholder page their telling people it's under maintenance.

553  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Coinex not working on: December 11, 2013, 09:01:25 PM
Is one else getting the "503 Service Unavailable" for Coinex.pw?
Have been getting that message for the past 14 hours.

Thanks
Same, you would think a simple static page explaining whats going on would have been put up by now.

554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: coinex.pw API on: December 11, 2013, 09:00:12 PM
The old API ticker was fine, it just doesn't work anymore because of the stoopid cloudflare browser check that has been enabled.

Barntech, would LOVE to see you guys do something with this!!!  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=355268.0

Price and shipping details? Knowing Avalon you may be disappointed by availability. You would have to make a 16 chip board to have a useful scrypt hash rate, and it would probably be cheaper to buy a video card.

My board turned up today, it's mining away.

About 18.5GH/s with cgminer 3.8.4 and the new firmware at 37.4C

It was a little faster on cgminer 3.8.1 and the old firmware, but that didn't report the temp so I don't know it it was driving the board harder.

Did you receive an email or anything with tracking?
Nah, it just turned up express post which is overnight, no time for tracking numbers.

Good, looks like shipping out of the reworked boards has started.
559  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: DRILLBIT SYSTEM Miners - Thumbs (Temp NA), 8 Boards (0 left) on: December 10, 2013, 07:01:14 AM

My point was, the original delay due to substandard parts...and rectified with better parts is not the case, someone made a decision to change the parts and the new parts are faulty (the ones that were supposed to be better). So what were the original parts and what were they replaced with, and what made them substandard.

Meaning not only was there a delay to change the parts but the parts that were gotten that caused the delay are faulty.
You are whining about the past, this has all happened, your complaints are NOT going to fix the problem. Move forward, get on with it, focus on Dec 10th. 2013, not weeks ago. I want to be mining, not discussing history.

560  Bitcoin / Group buys / Re: DRILLBIT SYSTEM Miners - Thumbs (Temp NA), 8 Boards (0 left) on: December 10, 2013, 06:38:48 AM

Hmm I heard that the production house wanted to use a certain part (one made in china)...then was told no that this other part needed to be used (one not made in china)...which caused the delay because that part needed to be ordered and shipped to them...and now that part that they were told to use isn't working and they are being blamed for it.
You are living in the past, the production run has been over for weeks, there are more pressing issues atm like the recall, and getting the boards back out. I am quite certain IF there are any more batches that any production issues would be seriously looked into at that point. eg in NSW where the Drillbit board is designed there is http://ramzonics.com.au/site/index.php/p-c-b-assembly-smt-line and I am sure there are others.
