561  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: April 06, 2024, 04:22:28 PM

As a mediocre team, of course no one expected if Girona could appear very Spartan in the league this season, their performance since the season began was very surprising and even they were able to last long enough this season at the top of the standings before finally Madrid took over, only with modest players but Sanchez Munoz managed to break the dominance that had been happening between Barcelona and Madrid in La Liga,  Sanchez Munoz's strategizing skills and also the motivation of the Girona squad can make them penetrate the top 4 and at the same time surprise Madrid and Barcelona.

I think Girona's failure to win La Liga this season is of course very disappointing but at least they still have a chance to play in the Champions League next season, besides that with the presence of Girona certainly makes the competition in La Liga more competitive and I hope Girona will be able to continue to be a champion contender every season, so that Madrid and Barcelona will be able to get a lot of pressure from other teams such as Girona and Atletico Madrid.
La Liga is definitely a competitive league and for the fact that against all odds, Girona have proven to stay in the top spot, it only means that there's definitely good fighting and resilient spirits in the teams there. The last weeks of the season games seems to be a walk over for Girona as they've in the first legs played to their best and have mastered rightly their strategies and the opposing team approaches, and so they've got better experience to countering the moves that'll be made.

Real Madrid is definitely of all the league teams be their toughest opponent but I believe that they'll definitely find the best way to counter the moves that'll be made. It'll be beautiful to see that Girona in a long time would get to have a ticket to the European cup next season, they're not aiming for the La Liga trophy, they're definitely going for next season's European ticket and so far, it's seeming like a finished task, we only have to wait for the last table result on the La Liga.

Girona has been doing really well in the soccer season, surprising everyone with their great performance. In my opinion it still won't be that easy because to become a leader in La Liga you have to have deeper experience even competing with popular teams in La Liga is not an easy task because popular teams have more experience with various strategies to be able to regain their position first.

I'd hope more that maybe there'll be a difference on the leader in the La Liga this season considering how dedicated Girona team generally are set towards making a remarkable change. Madrid for sure won't make it so easy for them and so let's anticipate how the remaining weeks of the season would turn out.
562  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 06, 2024, 04:15:50 PM

We can't compare Ligue 1 and the English Premier League, because if players want to get an extraordinary experience, clearly the English Premier League is the best choice, and so does Victor Osimhen. He has abilities that can develop further, and personally I would regret it if he chose Ligue 1 for his next competition, because I think it would hinder his development a little. Not without reason, because in Ligue 1 there is no tight competition so that will make it comfortable, and when players feel comfortable then they might become lazy.
Meanwhile, in the English Premier League, competition is very tight, if players are too lazy to practice then they will be far behind other players. There you can also form a very good mentality, because in almost every match, they will face opponents who are very likely to pose a very big threat to them. So in my opinion if Osimhen wants to move, then it is better to go to the English Premier League.
Regardless of the loopholes Osimhen faced for a few weeks with Napoli, he still found so much belief in them and he'sore or less the fans' favorite too. So the news of his contract extension was definitely soothing to the team and fans too. Now it's certain that they'd keep seeing and benefiting from his unique style of football. He's being a key man at the Italian side and it was although very much unlikely for them to let him slip off their arm.
He's just got more impacts to make. Napoli themselves have seen the quality of player he is and they really don't want to let him go. It's his decision no doubt, but maybe he's just got to get experiences in a different club environment. Even though, he still has an achievement to deliver onto the team too.

Since Osimhen joined Napoli, he's been their key player and he's been doing his striking job perfectly without errors, even in times of emotional derailment from fans and the coach, he's still being able to keep his mind focused. He's in no wise the best thing that's happened to Napoli. He's the best addition to the team. Although Chelsea are having eyes on him but it's likely that Napoli won't let him slip without a very good replacement for him. His exit will place a threat to the teams performance subsequently and they may likely go back drastically.

For Chelsea, he may not be able to cope immediately, he'd need time to blend and it's likely that the Chelsea pattern may not fit him. No doubt he's got the decision to make but he's got to weigh the options too considering that Chelsea can as well give him a whole new experience to football even though they're declining currently in their performance.
563  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: April 06, 2024, 04:08:00 PM

Juventus is currently a big club in Serie A that does have the worst performance in my opinion, although they can later win the Coppa Italia certainly cannot cover their failure to win the Scudetto this season, at the beginning of the season it seemed that Juventus was quite convincing in competing with InterMilan and Milan, but unexpectedly their performance dropped dramatically when the middle of the season started,  I think for now, even staying in the top 4 will be very difficult for Juventus, let alone Bologna and Roma's increasing performance in the league.

I don't know why you say that Juventus are currently in the stage of building their squad, because as far as I know the deterioration of Juventus performance has not only happened this season, but if you notice in recent seasons Juventus have been very miserable, so when you say that the question arises for me, until when will Juventus finish building their squad for the better?
I think if Juventus really want to build their squad to be better so far, of course sacking Allegri and regenerating the team should be a solution that has been done for a long time by Juventus management.
Asides the Copa Italia this season, there's no other outside contest Juventus will be a part of. They're aimed at securing the Serie A trophy even if Inter won't make it easy for them. The battle will be intense too and so many game wins are expected from both teams.

Their last win is certain in the Copa Italia contest and they'd advance to the finals, although, they'll be rivaled with Roma who are also fierce to bag the trophy. So I'd say that this season, Juventus two trophy chances are just slim and with extra effort, the odds are either they take both or take one or take none. Thankfully , they were able to win and advance to the next stage of the Copa Italia. We anticipate how their next fixture for the contest would turn out. Let's see how the next months would unfold till the season is wrapped up.

Well the party is over already and now Juventus have had some poor results which wasn’t expected though but they’re a football team and football is a game. I think the fans should take it easy as they don’t expect to have great results match in and out as this same Allegri have also won for them the Scudetto and they should know that the league is quite competitive and other teams also want to shine. Spaletti is said to be one of the huge favorites to replace Allegri and I think that’s not a great option right now though except he’s mentally ready.

For the Italian teams at the moment, they'll be focusing their strength on the domestic Serie A league and they ought to be doing excellently well in it. Especially Juventus, they've even had a greater chance of being far ahead in the standings than the likes of Inter Milan because for others, after the league games, they'd still have to play the continental tournament and this will definitely affect players' physical capabilities too.
564  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 06, 2024, 04:00:52 PM

I don't want to believe that Bayern Munich's major focus is on the Champions League alone when they've not been able to prove stronger than they should in the German League. Bayern Munich will be facing Arsenal in the quarterfinals and going by the performance of the Gunners, it'll be a bit difficult for Bayern Munich to win that match and Arsenal is also as interested in the title of the Champions League as Bayern Munich, if not more, because it has been one of their biggest dreams as a club to take the Champions League but that has not happened over the years.

Therefore, one could say Arsenal will be more interested in the Champions League than they are in the Premier League. Nevertheless, they are pulling their efforts on both grounds and looking forward to taking both titles home this season. Currently, Arsenal sits at the second position in the Premier League and at the quarterfinals to play against Bayern Munich, which they are likely to win over Bayern Munich. If Arsenal can continue like this and work harder when they face bigger teams and a couple of matches left, then Arsenal can perform wonders in this season of football tournaments.

The Heidenheim Club is not as strong as Bayern Munich, ordinarily Bayern Munich would win that match. As a matter of fact, Bayern is already at the second position of the league. They would want to drop that position even they are not going to the first position, which is already occupied by Bayer Leverkusen. They would as much want to remain at the second position and not to lose match against Heidenheim. Looking at the past two matches, Bayern Munich has shown more strength over Heidenheim. This one is not going to be different. Therefore, Bayern's next match is a goal for the team already.

The quarter final games have been drawn, now it's seeming like a reincarnating battle. The rivalry continues and it all seems unpredictable. The odds for team qualifications are a bit difficult to predict as  the game only gets tougher now and a lot has to be put into consideration without neglecting how different the performance may turn out on the field of play.

PSG will battle out with Barcelona, Arsenal with Munich, Real Madrid with City and Atletico with Dortmund. The toughest game of these schedules would have been all except for Munich and Arsenal but as it stands, Arsenal still has a shot against this German side considering how poor Munich have been in passing weeks and then Arsenal giving their all to their games.

Though they've not had a good UCL record, so in records, Munich stands a chance. So comparing both teams, it's just best to leave the decision to be decided on the pitch. Real Madrid and City are title contenders too in their respective leagues, UCL title is as well their natural aim and so one of them would have to surrender it off at this stage of the competition.

Arteta's Arsenal are young, vibrant and victory oriented too. They won't want to give off their chances at the trophy just so easily to Porto. They're a side more likely to put up a fierce contest and make the game tough for their opponent Porto. Maybe or maybe not, Porto will be able to endure the strength Arsenal would put up. Arsenal are to some extent technically better than them still.Munich's performance has been lingering far behind their usual tempo which is odd for them. Their journey to the most appropriate spot this season is threatened and no one is certain that they'll be able to scale through. Their performance is far less than encouraging too.
565  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: April 05, 2024, 11:17:32 PM

Lens have a great chance to be able to maintain their current position of 6th position in the Ligue 1 standings, because as you said if most likely Lens will be able to win over Le Havre later, because apart from Lens in good enough form in the league , of course Le Havre has not been able to find its best game to date in the league,  le Havre is struggling to stay away from the relegation zone, because currently they are only 1 point away from Lorient who are in the relegation zone, while Lens of course their chances of staying away from Marseille are also wide open because in other matches Marseille will face a difficult match against Lille.

The match in my opinion will still be fierce regardless of the position of the two teams who are currently opposite in the standings, at this time Lens is of course favored to win but they also should not underestimate Le Havre in the match, because currently Le Havre who are fighting away from the relegation zone will of course motivate them to also win against Lens and when both teams continue to chase 3 points it will make The match will be a very fierce match in my opinion.

The Ligue 1 is blowing hot, yes not for the league winner but for the other 2 spots to join PSG in the UCL next season and we’ve got over 4-5 teams fighting for the 2 spots. Well this is what makes a league look pretty interesting and I wish after the clubs fight like this, they’ll be able to make some improvements when they head to the UCL next season and probably try to stop PSG from winning the league.

Lens who is also in this ucl race have been without a win in recent weeks and you begin to try to check their chances, well pretty slim but at least they could boost their hopes this weekend. Yes this weekend, they’re having a match against La Havre who aren’t going to be an issue for Lens, I think this match is a must win for Lens if they ought to qualify for the UCL next season.

Le Havre too will be coming with the fight for Lens because they’re relegation threatened and as such will be very happy if they’re able to get at least a point from this fixture and judging from how poorly Lens have been performing, you might be tempted to risk on a draw. Well Marseille who’re chasing on Lens will be having a big match against Lile this weekend and this is one match that I feel will be going the way of Marseille.

As such, Lens will have to give everything out to win their match, so for the Lens match I’ll rather double chance on Lens and also double chance on Marseille. Lile are a good team but as compared to Marseille they will have to try to get the draw from Marseille in this fixture. I’m enjoying the fights from the team and wish that next season, i can see this kind of competition for the league title and not UCL spots or any European spot.
566  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: April 05, 2024, 08:38:43 PM

When Chelsea payed 42.5 million pounds to Manchester City to sign English youngster Cole Palmer last summer, I was very surprised to see them pay such amount of money on a player that rarely gets playing time at Manchester City but little did I know that the England international had one of the best talents of any young player of his age but was restricted from living up to his full potentials because of lack of playing time. After he arrived Chelsea, he was able to get into the list of regular starters at the club quicker than expected but that wasn't the best thing we would see from Palmer. When asked why he left Manchester City to join Chelsea, Cole Palmer said "I wanted to just get in the team, play and show what I could do," and that he's been doing since he arrived. Pep Guardiola might be regretting that he lost such a good player to Chelsea because of his decision not to give him the needed playing time.
Scoring a hat trick last night against Manchester United was a way to show how big of a player he is and how he's enjoying life at Chelsea. Chelsea might not win any major trophy this season but Cole Palmer will surely make the list of the Three Lions players that'll represent the England national team in this summer's UEFA Euros Championship barring any form of injury
When you remember the price at which Cole was signed for Chelsea and then you begin to wonder why that cheap because of how he’s helped this Chelsea team and more importantly carried them on his shoulders in very key matches. He’s still young and wasn’t trained in the club’s academy but yet he plays as if he’s been a fan and player of the club for a very long time.

Yes he single handedly destroyed Man United yesterday with the hattrick and you can also see from his ball play how he controlled the game against Man United in his wing and while going upfront. Palmer is a star and is one major signing that I think City will be regretting on but it’s a big one for Chelsea that they were able to acquire him.

Yes, no doubt in the EPL, I think he’s the signing of the season as the mumbers he’s accumulated for himself will speak for him. Having 24 G/A in 25 games played is so bizarre and that makes the lad on fire. The way he was able to get into the first team quickly shows how much of a quality player the young lad is and I feel going forward he’ll be one big asset to Chelsea.

He’s proven that with the hattrick against Man United yesterday and I think the clubs should place huge value on him and try to nurture and keep him for their future project because man is really Ice. I know Pep and City will sure be regretting this transfer and as such Chelsea should do well to keep him for he still has good number of years to play.
567  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: April 05, 2024, 08:30:55 PM
Even we have too much criticism for the Pochettino but still things are looking well under control and most chances we will be having Chelsea into top 6 spots because lately their performance is looking good and things are also looking much better Palmer done impressive job and his late two goals helps them for having three points and important win against Manchester United which was looking for the fifth spot, but now it looks like things are not as they were having their strategy.

This was important win for the Chelsea as now they are having not lost in last five games which is giving them good confidence and chance for doing better in coming matches Manchester United crises are now deepen because their performance is going down, and we are going to have the good number of changes in coming days which will be brought change otherwise things will be not as they want.
The match at the Stamford Bridge was a very great one for both teams but I think the better team won which was Chelsea as they had the better of the game and majorly conceded from errors that Man United took very good advantages of. For Palmer not being marked on time for the last goal, well you can’t real put the blame on anyone as it was a last minute gasp corner and a lot would be going through the head of every player on the pitch.

Luckily for Palmer, Enzo could catch him clearly with a pass from the corner and Palmer could send it in to get a hattrick for himself and secure all 3 points for the blues which have now brought them up to 10th place. This match is a big one for Chelaea and her fans and I wish for the players this will be a major stepper to finishing the season on a very high note.

Yea, Palmer was worth the penny and I think and know for sure that his valuation will be skyrocketing right now as he’s always been the player doing the work and getting the glory for Chelsea. Manchester United fans are now calling for the sack of ETH because sincerely the man looks clueless and you can see that from the clubs stat in the league.

They’re no doubt in 6th place but what’s surprising is how they’ve conceded more goals than the numbers they’ve scored. This goes to show how porous their defense is and you can’t keep blaming injuries because injuries are part of football and as such there’s a provision for a team with 22 men for the league race.

Chelsea on the other end are also worried on the coach’s performance but their performance isn’t stable to really detect and if they can keep up with this performance then they could be in the top 6 or 7. Manchester United needs to sit up because up next is Liverpool and a loss at Old Trafford will be the final nail on the coffin for Ucl football next season.
568  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: April 05, 2024, 08:23:08 PM

Bayern Munich was eliminated from the quarter finals of the UEFA Champions League last season by Manchester City but after analyzing that game, I came up with the idea that Manchester City were able to eliminate Bayern Munich because the German club were yet to get a replacement for their former striker Robert Lewandowski but despite getting a good replacement for Lewandowski last summer in Harry Kane, Bayern Munich have not been able to live up to the expectations of football fans this season especially in their domestic league that Borussia Dortmund is currently leading them.
Last weekend, both Bayern Munich and Arsenal were involved in the strong games in their respective leagues with Bayern Munich facing Borussia Dortmund at home while Arsenal traveled to the home of Manchester City. Bayern were convincingly beaten by Borussia Dortmund despite playing at home while Arsenal got a draw at Manchester City. The results of both teams against strong oppositions last weekend have changed the mind of those who had initially thought that it'll be an easy ride for Bayern Munich against Mikel Arteta's Arsenal. Arsenal will pose a big threat against Bayern Munich and if going by the performances of both teams this season, I think Arsenal might just eliminate Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich weren’t able to make it past this stage in last season UCL as they were eliminated by English club, Man City and if you check in that match one major disadvantage the German club had was the lack of a goal poacher. That made them to be behind in that match as they didn’t have someone who was as Lewandowski to be able to help convert their chances and as such they fell behind to City and were disqualified.

Now this season, they got Harry Kane who’s one very prolific striker and yes to an extent, you can liken him to Lewandowski but yet still they haven’t been able to do anything right as they’re probably going to end the season trophyless. Yes because I feel the pattern of Tuchel isn’t just working for them and they don’t seem to be that fire team we knew some years back. You can see how much they’re struggling in the league and last weekend’s loss to Dortmund already is a sign that they might be battered by Mikel Arteta’s improved Arsenal side.

Yes Arsenal are improved as you can see how they were able to at least get a point off city last weekend and as such still be in top contention for the EPL title. Now this result is a big eye opened that Bayern could again be shownm the exit in this round if they don’t learn fast and get the changes right. Well to an extent you might want to talk about experience and yes I’ll understand but what’s majorly needed is knowing how to flow well first and you can’t take that away from this Arsenal side. They’ve also got some experienced UCL players like Jorginho and Kai Havertz including Jesus and these players are key and will be able to help the club do the damage to Bayern in the UCL.
569  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: April 05, 2024, 08:16:12 PM

And indeed last season was their best performance over the last few seasons, but after that Newcastle lost the confidence and stability of performance that they should have maintained.
From what has gone through this season I would say that Newcastle will return to the way it was before, the only big league that can possibly be participated in is the European League and all of this is also happening because Newcastle cannot keep up with the development of other teams which are getting better.

I think there is only one way to make Newcastle perform optimally with big changes, they have to have the courage to spend large amounts of money on developments that improve the quality of playing performance.
Changing coaches, selling several players who are not so important and bringing in several players with good quality are steps that must be taken by Newcastle because all team have experienced significant improvements in performance.
If Newcastle does not keep up with developments and changes then they will definitely continue to be left behind, almost all leagues have team that have shown quite significant improvements in performance this season.
And next season maybe the competition for Newcastle will be even tougher in the English League and European League if they qualify.
Aston Villa in the last 1year have been the highest point takers in the EPL. They've been exceptional at their games, winning almost always and ensuring that they stay at the top chart. No one saw them coming and they've been able to be consistent, keeping home win records this season and they've not failed to cause troubles for teams.

They've got the capacity to remain on top but I really don't think City who's now below them would let them stay there, so if at all there'd be a change in the standings, then Villa won't go below the 6th position. They're so good to even try qualifying for the UEL next season. As competitive as the EPL has been this year, so far Villa have proven to be strong enough to fight back threats and create value and confidence in the team too.

Newcastle in weeks have been doing good, they've been surprisingly excellent in a couple of games that they've been underrated in.  They're one team that didn't let the injury situation affect their performance, they were able to keep up with the games and ending them with victories. Even against PSG in both legs of the UCL group stage faceoff, they played in their highness and held PSG to ransom twice. It's just an amazing remark of their performance in football in the past weeks.

Weeks back they lost to Everton which wasn't entirely their fault. They also faced City, a team who's also had huge impact on the league table, they did their best to put in extra effort. Any side had the chance to win even though City are doing exceedingly well, Newcastle were the host and maybe they'd be able to hold down City's pressure.
570  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: April 05, 2024, 08:03:13 PM

After poor season under Thomas Tuchel, Bayern Munich management have reached agreement with the German manager to part ways at the end of the current summer which have made a lot of people peddle different reports about who might just be his replacement. When I read a report that Julian Nagelsmamm is one of the names that are being considered as Thomas Tuchel's replacement, I laughed it off because I knew it wouldn't be possible after the club sacked him in the middle of last season even when his team where still at the top of the German Bundesliga only to sign Thomas Tuchel who over saw an embarrassing elimination by Manchester City in the quarter finals UEFA Champions League competition last season. This season, Bayern Munich have been poor in the German Bundesliga and considering how their current  number of points, it's almost impossible for them win the title this season and should they fail to win the German title this season, that'll be the first time in 12 years that will finish the season without a German Bundesliga trophy
Tuchel's presence in the team ought to make a significant impact to their endeavors all time and also Kane's performance needed to add a big advantage to them but so far, their recent games have turned out opposite of their normal and expected performance rate. It'll only mean that their journey this season to a top spot is threatened and no one can say exactly if they'll be able to scale through it.

They've not been encouraging and it's quite appaling that they remain depreciated week after week. Sadly though, Tuchel's stay in the club is seemingly threatened, his days are actually numbered and it's understandable that the management would want a switch for the coach position as they expected him to be better considering how much effort his put in recent times and even with flaws, they need not to keep overlooking it as it's unending.

Well it'll only task them to find a proper hand that'll replace Tuchel's as so far they need not to take their chances and cause this to continue unto the next season. Alonso is being quested for and if they're able to secure him, well, hopefully he'll be able to take them out of the state they are. His records are speaking for him and so it's understandable that they see him as a proper prospect for the job ahead in the club.

Not also forgetting the fact that they've got to strive to gain back their name in the league. Yes, acquiring new players is essential to a team and with their caliber, they really have what it takes to go for the best of the bests. This season's experience should be enough for them to learn and react better to next season. They're an impactful team and so they should do their best to get whatever necessities needed for a good team outcome.
571  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: April 05, 2024, 02:36:49 PM

Currently in the Spanish La Liga standings, Real Madrid is leading by 8 points ahead of second placed Barcelona which means that they still have a good number of points difference that'll give them the needed confidence to face Manchester City in their UEFA Champions League quarter final tie. Real Madrid have been very consistent with their results this season in the league and facing a Pep Guardiola's Manchester City, I'm very optimistic that Real Madrid will come out victorious in that tie. Manchester City last season eliminated Real Madrid in the semi finals of the competition last season and that's because they had a more formidable team if you ask me but that I don't think is the case this season when we consider the quality of football the two teams have been able to display this season. Real Madrid were able to sign a high profile midfielder in Jude Bellingham last summer whose significant effects on the team was felt immediately he arrived and have been very influential this season so with the help of Jude Bellingham, Real Madrid will win the UEFA Champions League.

So far this season, Real Madrid have been very much active and set towards the La Liga trophy goal. They've in many weeks played games and ensured good results that's gotten and kept them in the top spot of the league table. Even though a couple of times, their performances have been reducing in range, they've still being able to manage a win before the end of the game.

Well, they still have the champions confidence and determination in them too, adding that their manager is very much experimental in his approach to their games. They're a good team and they sure do know how to fix up their errors. Well it's very much essential that they correct errors faster and avoid incidents that are drastic and costly to occur as the times left won't entertain mistakes because it'll only be irreparable.

Yes, it seems that now Mitrovic and his friends will definitely feel happy because the points that Al-Hilal got are very difficult for any team to beat and Al-nassr has not been able to beat Al-Hilal, of course in this case the name is Jorge Jesus. also became increasingly famous because he was great at making strategies, formations and directions for his subordinates. and I am also amazed by the achievements achieved by Al-hilal this season because up to now they have not lost a single game in the SPL and this is extraordinary.

Yes, I saw that Ronaldo's performance was very good and he scored a lot of goals for Al-Nassr and I agree with your opinion that Al-Nassr currently has a poor defense which of course makes it very easy for Al-Nassr's opponents to break through Al-Nassr's defense when competing.

Yes, it seems that next season there is potential and hope for Al-Nassr to make its team even stronger because this season it will certainly not be easy to beat Al-Hilal because the point difference between Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr is very large But yes,I also hope that next season Al-Nassr will bring in good players to keep Al-Nassr's defense To get stronger

The Victory Al-Nassr over Abha was a revenge for dropping points against them at the start of the season. In the first leg we saw a draw between both teams and we understand how much effect the draw has on the Al-Nassr team currently in their title chase. Ronaldo who stood out keeps being the main man of this team.

He keeps proving on why he’s worth every penny that was used to sign him but the main issue still remains the team’s balace. Yes if the team isn’t balanced then they might no be able to challenge for the league title as they’ll always be shortcoming in a part. Currently they’re about 12 points away and their chances look real slim, so the best they can do is to maintain stability and then try to build from there, knowing which positions to invest in when the summer window opens.

Al-Hilal are on the verge of creating history by going undefeated and this is because of the balance in their squad, yes they might not have the big names in their squad but yet they’re able to create a balance in the team and for such the team is flourishing. The attack of Al-Nassr is really great but they need to seriously work on the defense which makes them concede unnecessary goals.

The players of Al-Hilal will now be feeling a bit relaxed after the wide point gap and this is why football is really interesting. I just wish the owners of Al-Nassr can learn from this and try to help Ronaldo get the balance in the team do that he just doesn’t end up working and not get the proper reward which is to win the league

On paper, Leverkusen this season is very favored to be able to continue to do and show what they have done so far, yes that is without defeat and they even did it in different competitions, that is a statistic that is very difficult to see because it certainly rarely happens. Leverkusen has the advantage in this quarter-final round, the opponent they will face is not a special team if you look at their domestic league, but Leverkusen still cannot underestimate their opponent.
Leverkusen has 2 targets that have a big chance of being realized, the first is the Bundesliga championship which is already in front of their eyes, and the second is the Europa League title which they are also one of the very favorite teams and they are even predicted and expected to be in it. final match. This proves that the public's trust in them is very great because they have seen their impressive performance this season. Their job is only to respond to the trust the public places in them.
This season, there's been a switch in the dominance that occurs in the German league, the professor Xabi is one key threat to Munich who's in time past being the head and leaders of the league. Even though last season, there's been a trail behind from Dortmund, comparing all the years, only Leverkusen have been overtime been able to maintain the difference in standings on the contention battle.

Tuchel knows that a serious tussle laid ahead and as the season keeps drawing to an end, there's been hope for a greater chance to create growth opportunities too. They have had tough matches but still in both home and away encounters, they've remained positively consistent in their game performances and results too. Their stride in the UEL is seeming to take them till the finals and even add another trophy to their closet, regardless of the fact that they may have a top contender.

They've given the fans enough confidence to stand by and believe in them to deliver well which is something beautiful to experience in all of the happenings so far this season. The season has yes being a very different and unusual than every other past seasons and for Leverkusen, it's being different for a good cause. 3 trophies are looming about for them. Certainly the Bundesliga, the DFB pokal and highly probable, the UEL.

The opponents for these titles aren't seeming tough for the soon to be crowned German champions, there's been evidences of what they're capable of and I don't think that if after they've kept up a good pace and record from the beginning till now, they'll then turn to spoiling or tainting the good records set. The last games are anticipated and there's much believe in the fact that as always and usual, they'll be the victors till the end.

There are no significant obstacles for Liverpool in the Europa League because this club always provides fierce competition against clubs in the Europa League, especially when they were in the round of 16 Liverpool seemed to play very well and created quite a large aggregate and that was enough to convince everyone that Liverpool deserves to be a contender for the Europa League title, and I think fighting Atalanta is also not a big obstacle for Liverpool because this club is not very consistent in the league so Liverpool can make good use of it by eliminating Atalanta in the quarter-finals and progressing smoothly to the semifinals.

Meanwhile, Leverkusen's journey was hampered in the round of 16 against Qarabag in the first leg, but fortunately in the second leg, Leverkusen played at home, so they were able to make things difficult for their opponents and managed to win the match and now Leverkusen has to prepare against West Ham in the quarter-finals, which is not an easy task for them. Leverkusen beat the Premier League club. But I am sure Leverkusen will continue its unbeaten record and Xabi Alonso also has the ambition to win the Europa League title with Leverkusen this season as long as he is still Leverkusen coach.
The EPL is competitive too and so focus should be put in it but the UEL trophy to me would actually have more worth than the EPL. The UEL journey may not necessarily be stressful for them as Liverpool tends to be better than the teams in the tournament, their tough counterpart will definitely be Leverkusen because they've had more or less same domestic league results as Liverpool and the team is everly eager to strive to win games and they're aiming for the trophy. It's good that the both of them are in the same condition and then also have the same goal and target in the domestic and continental tournaments too.

I believe that Liverpool has everything it takes to be champions in this season's UEL, their only challenge may be Leverkusen though but they're definitely up for a competitive game. They've got the players and skills with both teams having the same goal and vision ahead of the competitions too. They're the two strongest and toughest team in the contest and I won't be surprised if they conquer all their opponents till the final stage.

In the Europa League, there's been top contending teams from the start till the current stage of the contest. Even though days back, the playoffs stage was concluded and there we saw few teams earn advancement tickets. Well from the beginning of the tournament, we know that it'll only be the tough teams that'd survive. Also predicting the winner this season would be hard as there are a number of tough teams to pick from.

The highest we can do is to just analyze these teams based on their overtime performances this season and bringing that in the picture, the highest probable winner would be Leverkusen, then Liverpool and any other team behind. In essence it's safe to say that if the draws are favourable, then Liverpool would battle with Leverkusen in the final game of the tournament. For me, I'll really love to see the heated game between Leverkusen and Liverpool in the UEL soon though and I have a feeling they'd be made to play against themselves.
575  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: April 04, 2024, 06:12:45 PM

Currently, the most clubs from Laliga are in the quarter-finals of the Champions League, such as Barcelona, Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid and this proves that Laliga clubs this season are very good in their performance in the Champions League, but course from the English League there are Arsenal and Manchester City which of course are strong teams and from the Bundesliga there are Bayern and Dortmund which are strong teams and PSG from Ligue 1 which is of course very strong.

and of course the Laliga team will be tested in that match and of course we will see how many teams from Laliga will advance to the semi-finals and this is really very exciting.

Yes, Manchester City's match against Real Madrid is certainly an exciting match and we will see Haaland, De Bruyne and his friends against Rodrygo, Bellingham and his friends.

Yes, this is an extraordinary match and of course it is difficult to predict who will win the match, of course in that match I bet on Manchester City winning.

The final games in the UCL round of 16 was played and the result of Inter Milan against Atletico Madrid is one that was just in between expected and unexpected. The Italian side have been able to this season stay in shape in both the Serie A and the UCL until their disqualification days ago.

They've played to win and they've secured good number of points gaps between them and Juventus. Yes it's not so surprising as they've in all time being a competitive Italian side. Atletico's encounter wasn't really much of a petty game for them as the both teams were strong though Inter being stronger in terms of league standings but experience wise, Atletico knew how to get what they got. Well it's a motivation ahead of next season for Inter Milan.

This season Newcastle performed much worse than last season and they were really very disappointing in the Premier League and UCL matches, last season Newcastle were still able to finish the competition in the top 4 and get UCL ticket.
But this season, Newcastle is only in the top 8 in the remaining matches, which only has few matches remaining, in fact Newcastle can perform well again, but they have to focus on the UCL matches and that makes their performance decline.
If look at all the players they have, it is clear that Newcastle does not have star who can truly perform dominantly, this is one mistake they must correct next season.

There are reports that several names are being linked with Newcastle and this is an option that might bring change if it can actually be brought in in the next transfer market.
Newcastle will get new performance with several players being brought in, Newcastle next season must be able to show their best performance again to get the place they deserve.
The performance of smaller teams this season will continually shock everyone because one wouldn't have believed if told before now that Newcastle would be in the Champions league this season, and say more and more of the recent performances of Fulham and others. These teams have taken advantage of the situation the wild teams have found themselves, in terms of competitions being played which causes less resting times, plus the team's defaults in their physical structure and player's efforts in converting goal chances to victories.

A whole lot has changed in football. The EPL which was tough has become even tougher, La Liga just started getting competitive. It's amazing that the smaller teams are making wave and causing football to be more fun than it used to be. Gone are the days that football in these leagues were one team focused, now all teams have to be watched closely because no one knows where his defeat would lie.

They even went on to face City, a team who's also had huge impact on the league table, they did their best to put in extra effort. Any side had the chance to win even though City are doing exceedingly well, Newcastle were the host and they were also able to hold down City's pressure.

Napoli enjoyed their glorious season by winning the Scudetto with Spalletti, but unfortunately that glory has ended at this time when Napoli actually struggled to end the season in the European zone, currently Napoli is far behind Atlanta with 5 points and it is difficult for Napoli to catch up with them especially now that Atlanta has one game less than Napoli,  It is quite tragic to see last season's defending champions in the league actually have to get out of the top 4 this season.

Napoli have lost all hope of winning a trophy this season after slumping in Serie A, crashing out in the Champions League and crashing out too soon in the Coppa Italia this season, Napoli's poor form could probably be attributed to Spalletti's departure and with the continued change of coach in the squad it has disrupted the balance of the club at this time, as the players continue to must understand the game strategies of different coaches for a short time,  At the moment Napoli have an interim coach to spend the rest of the season and I don't think we can expect too much for Napoli who might end the season in the top 10 is thankful enough.

Just 10 weeks left to the end of the season and Napoli are trailing below Atalanta and AS Roma, yes, they'd want to strive to gain enough points so as to get tickets unto next season's European contests but it'll be a difficult task for them because even if they managed to cover up the points gap now, how can they be so sure that these top places teams would sit back and be consistently poor in these last weeks.

Last season, Napoli were a better side even in season's before last but this season, there's been a big switch to that and now it's seeming like a difficult task. Most less active teams of before have now taken it up on themselves to make long lasting differences this season and they've sure been consistent at it. It'll be difficult to break small teams as they've just developed a hidden confidence and strength to maintain their stiffness and just keep being ahead this season. Napoli can only reduce the track of points gaps between the teams but I'll really be longing that they're able to outstand and come on top the table to ensure the ticket is kept intact. Considering how their game against Barcelona turned out, it may in turn affect their confidence ahead.

Spaletti together with Osimhen was responsible for handing Napoli to her major trophy in over 30 years of waiting. Yes he can do same with Juventus but the club also must be ready to spend on the purchase of players. Allegri time at the club is up and I think what he can try to do is to help the club finish 2nd and I think he would get the applauds but will still leave. Juventus should be wary of rushing to get a replacement else they might be forced to search for Allegri again when the need arises.

Since the start of the season, Leverkusen has provided quite a striking difference in its competition with Bayern Munich and has not shown any signs of a decline in performance until now, meaning that Leverkusen wants to break its unbeaten record in the Bundesliga this season because Leverkusen considers every match it faces to be very important to get 3 points. It doesn't matter even though Leverkusen has widened the gap with Bayern Munich, but Leverkusen is still running this match well and is not taking their opponent lightly even though they are facing a weak club. Against Union Berlin, it should be a fairly easy match for Leverkusen because Union Berlin is in an unstable condition, even though they are playing away from home, this will not affect Leverkusen's performance.

Today Leverkusen won the semifinal match against Fortuna Dusseldorf in the DFB cup and Leverkusen will play the DFB cup final at the end of May against Kaiserslautern club from the 2nd division. I am sure Leverkusen will win this final match and will get the cup, it seems like Leverkusen has pocketed 2 trophies which can be said to be quite certain that they will get it, but for We don't know yet about the European League because Leverkusen still has to get through the quarter-finals and semifinals.
Leverkusen this season have been very impactful in their games. They've been able to keep an unbeaten record so far and with the few games left till the season is wrapped up, the probability for them to remain with such feat is feasible. They've been a great team and their boss, Xabi has done his part of creating a notable differences in the atmosphere of the German Bundesliga.

They have had tough matches but still in both home and away encounters, they've remained positively consistent in their game performances and results too. Their stride in the UEL is seeming to take them till the finals and even add another trophy to their closet, regardless of the fact that they may have a top contender.

I think Xabi Alonso should be allowed to choose the kind of players he wants in his squad and shouldn't be pressured into recruiting big players just because he would be playing in the champions league come next season. He has already proven himself as a good coach by doing what he has done this season with the Leverkusen side, so I don't think anyone is doubting his technical abilities. Xabi Alonso has agreed to continue with Bayern Leverkusen next season despite having several clubs like real madrid, Liverpool and other European elite club wanting to employ him come next season, without any oarta of doubt. I think Bayern Leverkusen are gonna do well in both domestic and European completion as long as they have their coach with them next season.
The UCL heavyweights are about meeting in less than a week and now we’ve got to analyze best who’ll be able to get maximum victories in this match. Manchester City have sincerely dropped on performance level as they’ve failed some rigorous tests in the league and most recent being the draw against Arsenal. You can see how the team struggled to try and get a goal past Arsenal but it was all to no avail.

In the match against Real Madrid, yes we know how better shaped and placed Real Madrid are for this fixture and as such I term them as the favorites. Yes Real Madrid have what it takes this time to be able to defeat this City side. It’s very simple try to mark out Foden and get some players to alway hit dirty on Rodri and I think this City side will be feeble and weak.

Yes, you can say Arsenal looking better as compared to last season which means Real too will sure look better because City didn’t make much changes and also their recent injury woes on their defense line will be a big and major worry for the players when they come for this fixture. Pep will have to get the right tactics quickly before this match else he’ll sure be eliminated from this competition.

Carlo Ancelotti too has a vast of experience in the UCL and I know he wouldn’t want a repetition of last season’s errors and as such I trust him not to try out some crazy tactics but rather get the best tactics to nail this match already. I have high hopes on Real Madrid being able to cruise past this City side and it’s sure going to happen.

True, and we've seen how ronaldo is becoming even more confident with the squad and perfectly adapted to the club. I meant that Ronaldo rarely missed an opportunity unlike the young players these days which have no clue when they were one on one against the goal keeper. This is something that most young players do not have especially the club like chelsea which was not having a good attackers. 1 ornaldo is far better than the whole squad of chelsea LMAO. Ronaldo is passionate about football, which benefits the club and he has been fully dedicating his life to play football which is good. He was showing excellent progress there through scoring a hat trick twice which is amazing, and Mitrovic will have no chance to surpass him as the season's top scorer this season since the gap is just widening and mitrovic can't catch up with what ronaldo did by creating as many goals as possible, getting hatrdick two times in a row make the situation even better for ronaldo to lock his place to be the top scorer this season. The gap is growing even wider, but Ronaldo is losing in the SPL and AFC which are bad achievements for him this season. The Saudi Cup is probably his last chance to win a trophy. Al Hilal is the most perfect team, and it will be a difficult match for him to face them soon and im hoping that it will come true.
Almost all of Al Hilal players are fully prepared to play against al nassr soon. Al Hilal continues to destroy its opponents and it keeps continue, and it was farming three points from Akhdoud. Any match between al Hilal and Nassr is very easy to predict if al hilal is gonna win the game. That is easy money for us and im hoping this will be fine.

Ronaldo always proving his haters wrong in the most bizarre way is one thing that’s been attributed to his name for a very long time now. He keeps increasing his tally even when a lot begin to worry on if he’ll still be productive due to his age. Yes he’s a big plus to this Al-Nassr side as his double hattrick this week still keeps them about 12 points away from Al-Hilal who are looking very strong and ready to win the SPL. This season has been awful for Ronaldo and his mates as they’re out of almost all competitions including the SPL as their chances of winning the league is very slim.

Yes so slim because Al-Hilal are on a very good form as compared to how Al-Nassr is and one match that could be a big determinant is the match between these 2 and sincerely with the current form of Al-Nassr, I think thrashing Al-Hilal won’t be much of an issue for them. Al-Hilal too know of The trail from Al-Nassr and as such are always trying to get maximum points.

For the Saudi Cup, I just wish for Ronaldo’s sake Al-Nassr tries to at least win that cup as it will mean a whole lot to the fans of Ronaldo. Ronaldo’s age is a a barrier and I see him being able to break more obtacles and clim more hurdles to keep staying to.
