5761  Economy / Speculation / Re: COVID-19 Increased Bitcoin Adoption on: April 12, 2020, 04:29:02 AM
I think the opposite has happened. Covid19 has reduced Bitcoin adoption.

In crisis situation like this people tend to keep and store fiat rather than invest and adopt. This is one of the main reason why Bitcoin price got dump before the halving and it is still struggling.
5762  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IEO vs ICO my opinion, tell me yours on: April 12, 2020, 04:26:11 AM
In my opinion there are hardly any genuine or good ICO available in the market. A good IEO projects also depends on the exchange that is offering. I have only used Binance Launchpad platform once for only one project because I knew  that project from the initial days when it started.

I still believe the days are over for ICO and IEO and it's time to invest in projects that are self funded and have got a bright future.
5763  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Brave Browser: Now users can earn Basic Attention Token (BAT) for viewing ads on: April 12, 2020, 04:18:08 AM
I have been using brave browser for more than a year now and surely it is one of the best browser in the market. Now with the introduction of brave ads it is very easy to earn brave tokens. I have been using this browser on 4 of my devices and have been earning a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 30 tokens evey month.

Do not miss this opportunity of earning brave tokens.
5764  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: AIR DROPS ! wasting time or not? on: April 12, 2020, 04:14:47 AM
You cannot outrighly say they are waste of time some are genuine and do provide  a good opportunity if you are able to HODL them for a long time time. I had participated in a few airdrop in 2018 and sold them in 2019.

It basically depends on the projects.
5765  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Antonopoulos answers the question about the impact of halving on: April 12, 2020, 03:56:33 AM
Quote
1. Mining: The least efficient miners will face unprofitability because of the halving. Thus some miners are likely to turn off their equipment, leading to the drop of the difficulty rate, and mining remaining profitable to those who are still in the game.

It is a known fact, only the fittest will survive after halving.

Quote
2. BTC price: He calls making price predictions 'irresponsible', even comparing it to astrology.
It's also quite interesting how he interprets the previous halvings, saying that 'nothing much' happened in the short-term and mid-term perspective. And thus he believes that this is the likeliest thing to happen this time.

Cryptocurrency market has been dominated by Whales so it is really impossible to predict the price using technical analysis. Furthermore the marketcap is very small as compared to the stock market. Hence manipulation is very easy for whales.

Only news based analysis works in this market.
5766  Economy / Speculation / Re: My first experience of Bitcoin halving, I'm excited. on: April 12, 2020, 03:48:56 AM
Actually there is nothing to be excited about this halving, things have changed from pleasent to worst because of the pandemic situation. I have read articles suggesting Bitcoin can dive down before the halving.

I was expecting a fantastic 2020 for Bitcoin but things have become unfavorable for the crypto community after the virus spread. I doubt Bitcoin will touch 10k before the halving or even this year.
5767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: April 12, 2020, 03:43:47 AM
- Michael Clarke thinks Aussie camp was too scared to sledge Kohli in 2018 series due to IPL contracts. All Aussie players bites back, respectfully.
Clarke is one of the dumbest fools I have ever seen in the world of Cricket though he is a great batsman. He is a very biased commentator based on what I have observed and blurts out silly shit without thinking things through.

Almost everyone knows that sledging Kohli makes him perform better(Especially Aussies). He choose this grave situation to blurt out this shit. Unbelievable. Am happy to see the Aussies giving it back to him.

It is just his opinion everyone has the right to use freedom of speech but in general they forget where to use it and in what context to use it. Good to see Clark getting left, right and center from his own peer group and his country.
5768  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Best IEO exchanges for new projects on: April 11, 2020, 01:49:26 PM
Hi, today I will like to make a list of exchanges that are good for IEO since few members already create posts about bad exchanges that's needed to be avoided at all costs, if you are a new developer this might be useful for you

1. Binance Launchpad
2. Okex jumpstart
3. Huobi Prime
4. Bittrex international
5. Kucoin
6. Gate.io
7. Bitmax
8. Bithumb

These exchanges has the best history of successful IEO projects, if you have any I will like to add to the list, bad exchanges need to be avoided at all cost

I am not a hardcore IEO investor but I have used only one exchange for investing in IEO till now and that is Binance Launchpad. I felt that it is far much better than other in the market because of its huge user base. My Initial investment with profit return came out in just two days after my project was listed on the exchange. I had invest in WRX token which is the native token of WazirX exchange.
5769  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fiat money's richest vs Bitcoin's richest on: April 11, 2020, 10:45:15 AM
Apparently in both the case rich becomes more richer and poor still struggles and makes money for the rich.

Whatever you do in your lifetime untill you have done something significantly different you cannot become rich in this society. The only thing which we can do is to try to become rich.

- BCCI thinking of not cutting players's paycheck.

Majority of these players are getting payed in millions, so I do not think it will actually matter to them if there is a pay cut by BCCI not to forget the local and national level sponsorship.

Anyways good decision by BCCI.

What about the staff are they also getting paid in full or there is a salary cut?
5772  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Fucking Chinese on: April 11, 2020, 06:53:48 AM
It is very easy to say things like that but please understand

1. It is off topic
2. You need to stop using bad words for people as a whole
3. They have also suffered tremendously therefore we do not have right to say anything like that
4. If they are able to provide business to the world at time like this then they are helping more than anything, and therefore we should stop the racism and stop encouraging people like Trump.
5. There have been hypothesis that the virus, it was originally made in US and someone sold it to Chinese .

We do not know what is true or not but let's not be racist:))

What is the issue with you?

Whatever is written here is absolutely true. People globally are suffering and no one else is to be blamed but those responsible have been named in this post.

Stop coming out with conspiracy theory, the truth cannot be overlooked by the regimes propoganda.
5773  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency vs. Fiat currency. on: April 11, 2020, 06:39:48 AM
Cryptocurrency vs. Fiat currency, which of the two do you think better? There so many differences between those two kinds of currency, but what currency do you prefer more, what currency suits your wants and needs,

First things first, let us define the two currencies. Cryptocurrency is all the money we have online, it is decentralized and global, it can be bitcoin, etheruem, litecoin, XRP, and many others. which is a currency that is volatile, which means it changes its price day by day, there is no static price to all of it, so it is outstanding in investing and trading in cryptocurrency and patience is what you only need here. While Fiat currencies are those physical currencies that you can touch and use to buy in real life, such as Pesos, dollars, etc. those are what we called the central government, which has a fixed price at all.

Yes, Fiat currency is more stable then cryptocurrency but you have to think for next generation. We have to think for next 30-50 years when science and technology will be more advance. So there online currency like crypto is more reliable and on the other hand you must have to think for your time, risk that consumption by using cryptocurrency.

Finally stablility does not creats in a day. As every government is researching about cryptocurrency, one day there would be worldwide acceptance and guideline, until then you have to wait.

I prefer fiat over cryptocurrency for my daily use. You cannot pay your bills using cryptocurrency in my country. They both have their own benefits. I prefer cryptocurrency as an investment and earning opportunity, you cannot overlook the power of Bitcoin and its growth.

Things will be surely different in the future as more and more vendors have started accepting cryptocurrency as a payment.
5774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: April 11, 2020, 05:50:07 AM
but for someone to score a triple century in ODI is impossible.
It is very to play such long time and such a big score but not impossible man. Rohit once hit 264, what if he could play more 10/15 balls or what if hid strike rate would be a little higher, 160/70 strike rate is not a big deal nowadays. A hard hitter batsman like Rohit can do that.

It’s very difficult to make triple century though not impossible task . It may just be one of the innings in day many years which would happen and since Gayle is not in form now and younger Gayle could have done hit the ways he hits sixes . Rohit is another batsman as he starts the innings and if stays till 50 overs entirely can be close to 300 like last time where he got out at 264. Another could be if ground is little smaller then it is possible little easily .

Anything is possible in cricket

A decade back people were happy if one thier players scored century, then we saw batsman scoring more than 150 runs in a oneday match. Things  went viral when they started scoring double century.

It will happen someday when a batsman will score a triple century. You just need to keep an eye on the new comers. I do not think the oldies who had achieved double century will be able to cross this mark.
5775  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Starting point projects. Are they worth the hype? on: April 11, 2020, 05:43:12 AM
After the boom of 2017 we did see 2018 and noticed how projects were failing to generate minimise amount. Things have changed a lot  and it's been three years now, people think twice before investing into a new project.

You need to establish the use case of any project and understand which sector is benefitting from the said project. My experience says Blockchain based platform projects are good to invest.

5777  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Recent Corona Virus Scams on: April 11, 2020, 03:02:12 AM
In my country our prime minster started a donation campaign for fighting against the virus. All news media outlet and celebrities shared the account information for everyone to donate for this cause.

Still fraudsters were able to somehow create a duplicate profile of this account and were able to get few people donate some money to this account. Unfortunately they were caught by the cops.

How on earth they were able to do it is still a mystery? I am sure few bank employee were part of this scam.
5778  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: BOUNTY PUNISHMENT, TASKS ARE TOO DEMANDING on: April 11, 2020, 02:51:31 AM
Huh!

Cribbing for 15 post under signature campaign is just appauling. Creating a thread without discussing the issue with the bounty manager gives him a bad reputation. This shows how uncomfortable bounty hunters are under  his management.

You should have discussed this issue with him first. Hunters like you have to given a bad reputation to bounty hunting.
5779  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: April 11, 2020, 02:23:13 AM
Everyone who had gambled online using cryptocurrency would have always started with Bitcoin. As it is widely accepted than any other cryptocurrencies. I also did the same but slowly Bitcoin casino started adding other cryptocurrencies like tron, ripple, Ethereum BCH and dogecoin.

I found this fascinating and started using doge and tron for a change. There are many plus point on using other cryptocurrencies and one of the major one is that it does not hurt your pocket as much as it did with Bitcoin.

In case if you guys missed this news. BCCI is planning to conduct this season IPL in the month of July without any spectators. I just read this articles in today. I might have been late but what do you guys think? Is this a good idea? I do think it is very risky but the situation will not become normal any soon then why not conduct it.

Source - https://www.news18.com/cricketnext/amp/news/bcci-considering-holding-ipl-2020-in-july-and-without-fans-if-needed-2571797.html

Not exactly July but by winter as well so that will be November, December. It may be possible that by then things will die down but that's only if we don't have T20 WC. July looks pretty impossible as of now.

Am preparing to see virtual matches where each player plays cricket from his own house and they telecast it on TV Cheesy

Looking at the present situation I doubt Corona virus issue will die down by the end of this year untill their is a vaccine to cure people and stop this infection from spreading.

Just read a news today about people who got cured from this deadly virus. They have been again found positive, there is no escape from it only social distancing is the answer.
