But You have to work on wallet sync issues and miner. I dont see any real efforts lately
sync issues arent that much of a problem, the fix is there (am working with obavijest), the source works fine for anyone who wants to compile their own but the miner, well, this is a new algo and has it's own new problems

lolz they've allocated 5k for the twitter bounties.. lmao https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1eFV_Az87wZOne93O04F573Z7O61rL7s7DCsuAhY8IAE/edit#gid=0.. this seems to be not in line with the previous promises of payouts https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1756007.msg17578890#msg17578890This is really a strange coin looking quite fishy. Big premine No known exchanges or plans for them Dev locked the old thread and the new one is self moderated I had two posts asking why there is 2nd relaunch and about roadmaps, but with were deleted by the dev, It looks like the dev allows only positive comments and funnily they come mostly from newbie accounts Two offers for existing VirtualCoin users: 1. Offer, here is the reward (one time only). 100 VC per unique tweet regarding VirtualCoin. Following conditions applies: PM me your existing balance from 2014-end of 2016 with your OLD VC address for verification. Max reward will be up to the old balance. Offer expires 23rd Jan. 2. Offer, update bitcointalk forum signature to Virtual Coin Example: "Virtual Coin Launch Feb 1st, 2017" (you can be creative) 250 VC Offer expires 23rd Jan.

Hey bumba
I'll try it againa later tonight - was having problems building the windows wallet, but didn't I give you your bounty? Fixed the OP with your latest Mac version
Crossed out cuz you did it lol - everything else crossed out has been filled as well. Just need moar exchanges!
only thing in the commits taht might've changed the build process for you was cleaning the leveldb folder, not sure how you're compiling (and i'm pretty noobish at windows), but i do notice that the cross-compile line is commented out in the .pro file, https://github.com/bumbacoin/boatcoinfinal/blob/master/Doubloon-qt.pro#L170. you sent bounty for mac wallet but no bug

Nice price,I have just boght 70k boats more.Bargain.I will buy much more in the morning
Nice, glad to see more interest! Thinking of resorting to a bounty (BOAT/BTC) to try and get this wallet issue fixed. Problem: Re-sync on each application launch Reason: variable changed txdb-leveldb.cpp: void init_blockindex(leveldb::Options& options, bool fRemoveOld = false) {
set to = true if false, wallet error "error loading blkindex.dat" upon launch Attempting to fix the issue by deleting everything from %AppData%\Roaming\Doubloon does not fix the issue Anyone skilled enough to take on such a task...or know of anyone...let me know (here or PM). The source on github is all messed up due to some collaborative modifications, will be fixing that tonight what's wrong with the github source ? my commits fix the blkindex problem and compiles fine on ubuntu and OSX in particular updating https://github.com/OBAViJEST/boatcoinfinal/commit/e14e1dd7bb8e54b4a853b9da5e7150ce310fec0c#diff-fa018f4d28b5116a35b36b72fc9f4e51(as well as changing the above from TRUE to FALSE ) and there was a bounty mentioned in OP, no idea when it was crossed out though… TODO ( booty bounty awaits ye who lends a hook) BUG BOUNTY - 100,000 BOAT - see hereExchange listings - Cryptopia, Novaexchange, Yobit, Coinexchange, etc. - 50,000 BOAT Pools - 50,000 BOAT Thanks ocminer!Nodes - 10,000 BOATBlock Explorer - 30,000 BOAT Thanks mickey_miner! here's a post from 2014 asking about the pre-mine, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=516183.msg5714562#msg5714562SCAM COIN! STAY AWAY. When people ask about how much premine is on well, then the coin creator deletes the question. GREAT way to wait for launch without having to answer that question
What do you have to say to your defense? Or are you going to delete this one too?

we are unsure exactly how this secret block of 3 trillion de bumba came into being. the secret dev mastermind must have placed it carefully as we slept.. Whats going on with this coin? I'm very interested but I've been hearing rumours of supply discrepancies...
I don't want to break out red text.
Edit: Getting to the bottom of this, may be FUD relating to a known FUDDER.
the only supply discrepancy we have is the lack of big red text … also the lack of FUD, which we always deal with with much alacrity and casual font sizing!!

i've just sent a fix for wallet re-sync shenanigans to obavijest. we'll see this malarkey void init_blockindex(leveldb::Options& options, bool fRemoveOld = true) { was necessary cos the client didnt like the chain, so once you fix that then you can stop making it reload on start up.

i'd just like to point out that you've fallen victim to the coinsupply myth ie that dev 15mill is not actually 3% of coin supply __________________________________________________________________ code https://github.com/OBAViJEST/boatcoinfinal/blob/master/src/main.h#L38static const int64_t MAX_MONEY = 500,000,000 * COIN; pow rewards 150 coins * 750,000 blocks = 112,500,000 (ending over 2 years away) pos 5% dev pre-mine 15,000,000 coins __________________________________________________________________ it is true that 15mill is 3% of 500mill so problem is thinking max money of 500 mill has anything to o with total coin supply, well it don't it is instead the most coins you can send in one transaction .. total coin supply is actually infinite (well actually not because the code will explode at some largish number), it will keep compounding on the pos return until then anyway. just a minor misunderstanding. lol have fun with BOAT

question guys, did any longer virtual coin supporters from the original fork get their coins on this new fork yet?
1st It's a relaunch, not forked. 2nd,Do you even know how crypto currency works? coins can only be distributed after they mature. 3rd. Coin will be given out based to old users which was clearly stated by Dev https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1756007.msg17647085#msg17647085Original/old VirtualCoin supporters also get coins under this offer: (till Jan 23rd, 2017) https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1756007.msg17578695#msg17578695For every tweet you get 100 VC upto your old balance + 250 VC for signature. (only original VirtualCoin supporters) 4th, All new & older supporters get additional coins under Signature & twitter bounty (up to Feb 3rd, 2017 Launch) What have you done for VirtualCoin so far? Based on which offer or offers you participated you will get your coins. I am originally supporter for virtual coin since 2014, I will be getting coins based on these offers that I participated. and of course you still get coins based on mining? even then you still have to wait for your mined coins to mature. This applies to all, even Dev. Thx for the reply bitcoinrulzz, yeah not sure why I said fork I meant relaunch my bad . I did send Vcoinz a pic of my old balance on January 12th so I'm in the first offer below. Two offers for existing VirtualCoin users:
Question. When the reach block 2000 all the people that Pm'd there old VC wallet before the 23rd of Jan will get coins on the relaunched version equal to their original balance with no exceptions? i dont think coinut read the rules properly

Premine was no metioned in the relaunch.
yes, well in fairness old balances will be matched by rewarding tweets. so a pre-mine maybe implied or at least useful? the obvious question is whether 387 million coins is strictly necessary to pay for a bunch of tweets at 100 coins each? Two offers for existing VirtualCoin users:

posts are getting deleted. meanwhile old coin olders are apparently going to get a taste of that 387 million coin premine by perhaps getting a few thousand .. question guys, did any longer virtual coin supporters from the original fork get their coins on this new fork yet?

(not that the dev has bothered mentioning that, nor admitted the pre-mine exists etc …)

How much cost of annually NODE HOSTING, and this node is setup. also what is this NODE HOSTING future?
i'll do an annual node for $60 US, (i'm upgrading monthly price to $5.50) *(depending on a quick review) it will not be accessible by anyone else (except the coin network of course). what do you mean by FUTURE? if you want an annual node i'll put it up for 12 months. then we'll see what's happening at the end. I mean CPU,RAM,SSD or HD etc.. by the way what do you mean by it will not be accessible by anyone? do I have root access? 3 core vps, 1gb ram, with 1gb swap, 60gb hd, and no access, not sure why you would want access, you may as well run your own VPS
