Trump loves to win but keeps losing election lawsuits

Quote
For a man obsessed with winning, President Donald Trump is losing a lot.

He’s managed to lose not just once to Democrat Joe Biden at the ballot box but over and over again in courts across the country in a futile attempt to stay in power. The Republican president and his allies continue to mount new cases, recycling the same baseless claims, even after Trump’s own attorney general declared the Justice Department had uncovered no widespread fraud.

“This will continue to be a losing strategy, and in a way it’s even bad for him: He gets to re-lose the election numerous times,” said Kent Greenfield, a professor at Boston College Law School. “The depths of his petulance and narcissism continues to surprise me.”

In an Associated Press tally of roughly 50 cases brought by Trump’s campaign and his allies, more than 30 have been rejected or dropped. About a dozen are awaiting action. Trump has notched just one small victory, a case challenging a decision to move the deadline to provide missing proof of identification for certain absentee ballots and mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania.

Oh, yes of course... it is a defeat for Europe if you say so, but ... Are these tanks going to fight Italy or France? Will they be killing Spanish or Greeks? I would say this is more like a clear indication that the RF diplomacy is pretty much at its lowest point ever. You cannot even convince one of your largest trading partners of not sending their best land weaponry against you. What a victory.
How are the progress with the expansion of NATO to the East? Burning a Koran a week until Erdogan agrees looks like a great idea. Grin

Now they have destroyed Ukraine, and are trying to wipe Russia out.

Russia invaded Ukraine, not NATO.  NATO is helping Ukraine defend itself against Russian attacks.

The CIA that interfered with Ukrainian elections since at least 2014, thereby conquering Ukraine, is not a Russian organization. How is it that you are one of few people who doesn't know that the CIA is a US organization?

Cool

Ukraine is a country with it's own government and military.  It hasn't been conquered by any other country since declaring independence.  Russia is trying to conquer Ukraine right now, which is why all the death and destruction is happening. That's the subject of this thread: "Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress]"  NATO is helping Ukraine defend itself.  NATO is not attacking Ukraine.  Russia is.

Judge orders Donald Trump to pay nearly $1 million to Hillary Clinton, James Comey and other political foes for ‘frivolous’ lawsuit

Quote
NEW YORK (AP) — A Florida judge sanctioned former President Donald Trump and one of his attorneys, ordering them to pay nearly $1 million for filing what he said was a bogus lawsuit against Trump’s 2016 rival Hillary Clinton and others.

In a blistering filing on Thursday, U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks accused Trump of a “pattern of abuse of the courts” for filing frivolous lawsuits for political purposes, which he said “undermines the rule of law” and “amounts to obstruction of justice.”

“Here, we are confronted with a lawsuit that should never have been filed, which was completely frivolous, both factually and legally, and which was brought in bad faith for an improper purpose,” he wrote.

Citing Trump’s recent legal action against the Pulitzer Prize board, New York’s attorney general, big tech companies and CNN, he described Trump as “a prolific and sophisticated litigant” who uses the courts “to seek revenge on political adversaries.”

“He is the mastermind of strategic abuse of the judicial process,” he wrote.

The ruling required Trump and his attorney, Alina Habba, to pay nearly $938,000 to the defendants in the case.

I DO have a question. How long will it take justice to change the election results?

Testimony to Arizona Senate Election Committee Reveals Almost Half the Ballots Ran Through Maricopa County Tabulators Failed

https://thestarnewsnetwork.com/2023/01/25/testimony-to-arizona-senate-election-committee-reveals-almost-half-the-ballots-ran-through-maricopa-county-tabulators-failed/
The election committee of the Arizona Senate held a hearing on Monday featuring the results of an investigation into Maricopa County's 2022 midterm election conducted by the election integrity group We the People AZ (WPAZ). Commissioned by outgoing Senate President Karen Fann (R-Prescott), the group submitted public records requests to Maricopa County Elections Department to obtain the data. The leader of WPAZ, Shelby Busch, testified to the committee chaired by State Senator Wendy Rogers (R-Flagstaff) that 464,926 ballots fed into tabulators on Election Day in Maricopa County, 217,305 were rejected, which is nearly a 50 percent failure rate.

Busch told the legislators it was a "complete systemic failure" of signature verification and urged "legislative intervention." She warned that the system is "vulnerable to fraud."

Dr. Walter Daugherity, a math professor at Texas A&M University, testified that he was 99.999 percent confident that there were 290,644 bad signatures accepted in the election.

Of the verified signatures, 47,366 failed to meet the basic Arizona Secretary of State standards, the group found. Busch showed how they failed multiple points of the 12 points of signature verification. A full 10 percent "egregiously" failed signature verification.

Busch said every single one of the 446 tabulators in Maricopa County failed the allowable error standard allowed by the Electoral Assistance Commission (EAC). The EAC allows for only a misfeed rate of .002 percent, or one out of every 500. Some had a failure rate as high as 95 percent.

How about some smart ass developers out there create the device instead? i personally feel that if the game providers develop the device required for checking RTP, what is the guarantee that they wont be accused of developing the device in a way it will favor them and their business?
They can't

Why? it's a business scheme and most of provider will always closed their source code. If anyone, know their source-code there could be have some leaked hacked to their game. That's why, I the suggested only can be made by the provider.

Imposible for individual person, because they will never share the source-code.

Every provably fair game already does this.

edit: Well not every.  But most, including all stake originals.

You are finally getting the picture. But you haven't quite gotten to the point of putting both parts of it together. When you do - if you do - you will fall into one or more of several positions, a few of which I will list:
1. You will wake up to the war sham scam;
2. You will continue because you are a proponent of the scam;
3. You are honest, and will stop talking because you are scared to tell the truth;
4. You might join in proclaiming the truth, dangerous or not;
5. A whole bunch more of the kinds of things like the first 4 here.

But, you might not wake up to the truth, because you are like the rest of the American and world sheeple.

Among the nuclear scam videos is this one, under two different titles, and in two different locations: If Nukes are a HOAX - What about the Nuclear power plants? - https://rumble.com/v19w9w7-if-nukes-are-a-hoax-what-about-the-nuclear-power-plants.html and Ben Williams Presents Galen Winsor - 1986 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMJO6dVTdP0.

Btw. These aren't all that there are. Anybody who is interested will do their own research. If they don't, they simply aren't interested. So, why should anybody post more of the info?

Cool

The alleged air defence missiles on the rooftops are for shooting down drones and missiles from Ukraine.

EXCESS DEATH RATES FOR REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS DURING THE
COVID-19 PANDEMIC

Quote
Political affiliation has emerged as a potential risk factor for COVID-19, amid evidence that
Republican-leaning counties have had higher COVID-19 death rates than Democrat- leaning
counties and evidence of a link between political party affiliation and vaccination views. This
study constructs an individual-level dataset with political affiliation and excess death rates during
the COVID-19 pandemic via a linkage of 2017 voter registration in Ohio and Florida to mortality
data from 2018 to 2021. We estimate substantially higher excess death rates for registered
Republicans when compared to registered Democrats, with almost all of the difference
concentrated in the period after vaccines were widely available in our study states. Overall, the
excess death rate for Republicans was 5.4 percentage points (pp), or 76%, higher than the excess
death rate for Democrats. Post- vaccines, the excess death rate gap between Republicans and
Democrats widened from 1.6 pp (22% of the Democrat excess death rate) to 10.4 pp (153% of the
Democrat excess death rate). The gap in excess death rates between Republicans and Democrats
is concentrated in counties with low vaccination rates and only materializes after vaccines
became widely available.

It's probably made of cardboard, just to fool the enemy.

And why would they try to fool the enemy with decoy air defense on a roof in Moscow.....

This will probably come as surprise to you, but New York, Washington etc also have air defense systems around them

Yes I'm sure it's just business as usual in moscow, nothing to do with the special operation.  It would be foolish and naive to think otherwise.

That isn't how it works. Just because you're the owner doesn't mean you can alter the terms of service (read: terms of service) on your own accord.

Have you read them?

The operator may unilaterally modify these terms of service at any time and without notice.

Not that it matters. He doesn't need to alter the terms to ban you.  You're just grasping at straws now - it's time to move on.
598  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian Invasion of Ukraine[In Progress] on: January 18, 2023, 10:39:56 PM
For me personally, it’s enough for now that this year in Kyiv, for the first time in many years, there was no traditional torchlight procession in honor of Bandera. It is still unreasonable for Russia to take Kyiv now - together with Kyiv, it will have to take all the huge debts of Ukraine, which it has managed to do since the beginning of the special operation.

That's a good excuse to wrap up the whole "special operation". We don't want Ukraine anymore, it's bombed to shit and in debt, let's go home. Can you pass this idea to Putin? Thanks.
I think Putin has taken a rather tough and principled position in the style of "all the goals of the special operation will be achieved in full."

What are all of the goals?

Seems like they've changed quite a bit from back when they were planning a parade in Kiev on May 9 2022 (and it would be naive and foolish to doubt it) and stopping NATO expansion (in direct response to the war, NATO expanded to 2 more countries, both on Russias border).

The focal point of my post was to get unbanned entirely since the initial ban reason was completely objectively false by Daniel, however if I have to settle for just getting my money back that it what I'll take. The owner is reluctant to see the evidence that his ban reason was false which in my opinion just proves my case. I'll even give YOU my bank statements to prove the amounts I play with are affordable. (Just put your email next response).

For something to be "objectively false" it can't involve any sort of opinion.  In Devans view, you are a problem gambler.  That's not objective, it's subjective.  Obviously you can disagree with his definition of problem gambler (which could easily be different than yours) or that you fit his definition, but that doesn't make it objectively false.  You simply disagree with his opinion.  Which is fine.  But it's his site, not yours.  So it doesn't really matter if you disagree.

So, unfortunately, the focal point of your post is pointless.

The day I am shown where in the TOS gives him the right to indefinitely lock my funds (as per the governing of Curaçao), I will stop going to bustabit.

Indefinitely means for an unspecified amount of time.  He told you it was 3 months.

Doesn't matter though.  While you're wasting your time harassing Devans just keep in mind that the consensus here is that Devans is acting reasonable and you're acting like a lunatic.
