5821  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: YouTube continues to ban crypto content on: April 04, 2020, 02:04:25 PM
According to this article, YouTube continues to ban crypto content; No one knows the reason!. Last December they ban a lot of 'legitimate crypto website'. But lately though, we have seen hundreds if not thousands of fake giveways, and with the Covid-19 pandemic, perhaps there are more crypto related scams appearing on Youtube.

I agree with the ban of crpyto related scams, and they should focus on it. However, if some legit channels are going to be affected, then they have to look at their process of banning, just saying.

YouTube is banning crypto because there have been many instances where crypto related channels have been in the center of big scams. Another reason for ban is that some channel hackers have demanded cryptocurrencies to reinstate hacked channels from the channel owner.

These ban are driven by community response and youtube give a lot of preference to its community.
5822  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] ★☆★ 777Coin Signature Campaign ★☆★ on: April 04, 2020, 01:57:43 PM
That was a Joke, you do not need to check the writing part.

I am happy with bi weekly payments, the amount looks bigger than once a week payment.

I would be preferred to be told that there is a variation to the terms of the Signature Campaign from either the Campaign Manager or the owner of the campaign, or, at the very least, an announcement that payments are delayed.

Payment are still being honoured at this time of crisis, is better than payment getting delayed. I do agree there should be an official communication from either the community manager or from lightlord about the delay.
5823  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the safest crypto online games to start if you are a Newbie? on: April 04, 2020, 09:20:54 AM
I haven't heard about a safest crypto gambling game. I only know about mild risky crypto gambling games.

Well, I started with dice and most of us might have done the same as it is the most played game. Another reason is that there are more dice games on Bitcoin casino.

I cannot term it less risky but can call it mild risky. You still can earn profit while playing dice than any other games.
5824  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] ★☆★ 777Coin Signature Campaign ★☆★ on: April 04, 2020, 09:12:51 AM
5% extra for every week delayed, ka ching! 🤑😈

There's nothing in writing that I can see to suggest a 5% compensation for late payment - and it didn't happen last time either.

That was a Joke, you do not need to check the writing part.

I am happy with bi weekly payments, the amount looks bigger than once a week payment.
5825  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: April 04, 2020, 01:30:41 AM
Quote

And yeah, maybe we could atleast extend one more month for quarantine... but really soon, I am quite sure somewhere in May or June we will be gettjng our sports gamblings back to normal. Althogh it was just a hunch 😂

Extending quarantine is not the solution, if people do not co-operate. In my country there is a sudden spike in the cases because one of the religious group decided to hold a gathering at the time of lockdown.

Now, people from this gathering are mostly affected by this virus. The government should put stringent measure to stop such activities and people should understand it is for their own betterment.

I doubt sports activities will start by May or June. Untill a vaccine is out nothing will resume.

Unnecessarily give importance to this joke by creating idotic topic has become a regular feature of this thread. Faketoshi himself has no clue about what is happening in this forum. Such statement clearly establishes that he is Faketoshi.
5827  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: April 03, 2020, 05:32:36 AM
^^ PCB was trying hard for Asia Cup but BCCI already shoot them down for obvious reason and they are not going to visit there anytime soon so we can rule this possibility out.

For ICC tournament one possibility seems manageable if any 3 subcontinent countries bids for joint hosting rights? for ex; Ban-SL-Pak ? then Pakistan can host few WC games.
You mention good point if PCB do some home work then surely they can manage WC event with the help of BAN-SL because these three countries have enough gounds and other structure and India can go alone for this all in future but sadly here we have too much politinal involved so this is also just dream which is very hard to come true.

I doubt srilanka and Bangladesh cricket board will go against Indian cricket board. What ever you are thinking will only be possible if BCCI gives a nod to ICC and other boards, which I am sure will never happen.

PCB has more internal politics than any other board. They had one good opportunity but they lost it because of covid19.

5828  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoin and covid19 on: April 02, 2020, 02:40:43 PM
hi

are there any applications that use bitcoin infrastructure to help tackle covid19?

am thinking about application for contact tracing (to detect who has been in contact with an infected person),  requires each user to have a unique address and interactions between users to be recorded and made available publicly

system needs to be trusted, and have some level of anonomous

Bitcoin is used for donation and purchase of necessary medical goods because of its low transaction fee. I do not know any application that is using Bitcoin to determine and trace a virus infected person. Although it is possible to design an app using the Blockchain technology to keep a record of infected person and determine a hot zone but, I have not heard of it being used.
5829  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Toilet Paper Token in Yobit on: April 02, 2020, 09:50:10 AM
It is a serious joke and yobit is participating in this joke. A topic created about a shit toke proves people have fallen for this joke. I am pretty much sure if Binance had promoted this joke people would have invested in it too.
5830  Economy / Investor-based games / Re: new passive income website name bittrustoption on: April 02, 2020, 09:02:31 AM
So as per my understanding you are referring to a investment plan with pyramid system. That basically sounds like a scam. Such plans  are a big no no when you can make more money just by HODLing Bitcoin for a year.

It is better to stay away from investment schemes.
5831  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Gender in blockchain. on: April 02, 2020, 08:57:38 AM
Technology is not gender biased I mean everyone uses mobile phone regardless of their gender and in my opinion this is one of that topic that does not make any sense.

It is known that technology is designed and developed for both the sexes.
5832  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading on DEX's - What's your experience? on: April 02, 2020, 07:49:42 AM
Been playing around with the Blocknet DEX lately, and it seems like the most activity is on the BLOCK/LTC trading pair. Recently seen some DIVI/BLOCK trading going on as well, but really would love to see more trading on DEX's like this as I personally love to trade without giving up my personal details.

What's your own experiences with DEX's? Which one do you like the most, etc?

The best thing about using a DEX is no registration. My first DEX experience was on IDEX but as soon as they started acting like a centralized exchange I stopped using it. I mean why would a DEX need registration.

I then shifted to Binance DEX, liked it but there is zero volume on almost all the pairs now therefore stopped using it too. At the moment not using any DEX.
5833  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: My top 7 exchanges for trading on: April 02, 2020, 06:57:49 AM
I have been using local exchanges a lot after the ban was removed by the Reserve Bank of India. One of our local exchange known as WazirX was recently acquired by Binance. It is one of the biggest and highly trusted exchange in India.

There are few more who have good reputation among the Indian crypto community and you can read about them  here. I am using most of these exchanges listed in this article. If you are from India then you should read this article and register with one of these exchanges.

5834  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: April 02, 2020, 06:36:18 AM
Back then it was entirely possible. Sri Lanka was a really good team, capable of giving strong competition to big 3 teams and India had a weak bowling attack (especially in the pace bowling department). And back then, Virat Kohli had just started his career, and was being overshadowed by heavyweights such as Gautham Gambhir, Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag.
It is true that India had weak bowling attack than Srilanka at that moment. It was advantage for Srilanka but don't forget that batting line up of India was the best at that time which Srilanka had not.

True..

But back then they did okay job whenever team needed them, there is a reason that they lost only one game (if my memory serves me well) in playoff, home conditions helped Indian cause, as bowlers were familiar with the conditions. For better or worse things now changed completely in the modern cricket, as home condition don't matter much in T-20 and ODI.

Interestingly in every ICC tournament whenever India plays against Pakistan, Indian bowlers takes a driving seat.

Correct Indian bowling performed when they were required to. Srilanka had better bowlers than India. The batting line up of India was the strongest at that time. Not to forget India still had sachin at that time.

5836  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 01, 2020, 09:07:52 PM
I have heard a lot about this strategy and have tried it more than once. In few occassion it worked for me as I was calculating the pattern and was expecting a positive outcome. But, it is not possible to always keep a track as sometimes the pattern changes abruptly. In such situation you end up losing big. I tried it with dice.

In my opinion it is too risky. It is always better to get small so that you lose small.
5837  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Fastest ways to multiply Bitcoin on: April 01, 2020, 07:26:10 PM
For me the fastest way to multiply my Bitcoins has been by working on signature campaign that pays Bitcoin every week. This is the most easiest and the fastest way. I have been doing this for quiet sometime now. Thanks to @lighlord for giving this wonderful opportunity and the manager @cryptopreneurbrainbosss.

The other way that I have been using from the day I entered cryptocurrency is by investing in altcoins and then converting them to Bitcoin after achieving my profit goal.
5838  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you received coins or tokens that you forgot that you promoted on: April 01, 2020, 07:19:35 PM
Yes, there have been numerous occasions when I have recieved tokens for projects which I had promoted but forgot. As well as projects that I had never promoted but still got them credited to my wallet as a prmotion . There is nothing new about it.
5839  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Longest Break You Have On Not Gambling on: April 01, 2020, 07:02:59 PM
I am currently in lockdown for the past 10 days and it is supposed to be  there for the next 11 days. This is the time when I am not getting the urge to gamble. I feel till the lockdown is active I might not gamble.

I am not a regular but, whenever I want I gamble sometime it is more than twice a week or none. After the lockdown and staying with the family I just don't want to gamble.

https://www.rte.ie/sport/tennis/2020/0401/1127890-wimbledon-cancelled-for-first-time-in-75-years/

Wimbledon is definitively called off this season, will not be postponed, it is first time since WWII

Sad to hear this news.

Every sporting event has been cancelled or postponed. The fate of earth now lies in the hand of this virus. The world has been brought to a complete halt. Without a single sporting event life in lockdown is simply miserable.
