5881  Other / Off-topic / Re: Coronavirus Prediction Thread on: March 25, 2020, 01:35:41 PM
I have selected Q1 2021 as by that time a vaccine to cure this virus should be out for public. They say it will take a minimum of six month to a maximum of 18 months for a vaccine to be officially released for the public.

Considering the number of months left in this year which is 10. I have come to a logical conclusion that this virus will be stopped by first quater of 2021.
5882  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona crisis will be used to implement mass surveillance, BTC to the moooon...? on: March 25, 2020, 01:14:39 PM
Mass surveillance is already in existence, before the virus outbreak. Nothing changes at that time and nothing will in this situation. People are selling their Bitcoin for fiat as fiat is the only acceptable currency in crisis situation.

I think it will have a negative effect on the performance of Bitcoin, which is evident considering the current market condition. We expected Bitcoin to moon before halving but it is no where near to that.
5883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Corona is spreading in many countries!! Bitcoin is a solution for transactions on: March 25, 2020, 01:10:00 PM
I do not think people will be interested in using BTC instead of Fiat. Fiat has more acceptance than BTC around the globe and in crisis situation people tend to keep fiat handy.

Almost all fiat currency can be traced digitally, therefore I do not see the use of Bitcoin in such a situation. In my country we generally use mobile wallets that are connected to our bank account at local stores.

This site can’t be reachedlottry.tk’s server IP address could not be found.

This post was created in 2018, it has been two years now and as per my understanding Blockchain based lottery system is not a success. OP needed money to maintain this application and side it did not go well I guess it has been closed.

Blockchain based lottery is a bad idea. It has never worked. I have seen so many of them failed.
5885  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Credibility in shock on: March 24, 2020, 11:40:41 AM
Suddenly become worried

You suddenly became worried about something that didn't happen in 2019 (and could not actually happen)?
Market manipulation happens on all levels. My country's central bank is adjusting the Forex price of our national currency multiple times a day and nobody writes long texts about how worried they are.

All I see is that you want to fix something that's not broken.

Typical way to leave a backlink, that is want OP is doing here.

There is no relation with the topic heading and the content being written to support it. I have no clue what the OP meant and why Bitcoin was quoted.

This how spamming is done on BTT now days.
5886  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new cryptocurrency on: March 24, 2020, 11:33:21 AM
There is a new cryptocurrency called the Daehaminguk Shaniya Yoona (DSY) out. It is the future of cryptocurrency and it is the official currency of the Democratic Republic of Daehaminguk Shaniya. Trade it and try it out!

I wanted to know which country you are referring to. So, I did google it and found nothing about this country or the Cryptocurrency you are reffering to.

It will be nice to have more details. I would be interested to know what is the benefit of purchasing this cryptocurrency.
5887  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The future of cryptocurrency during this pandemic on: March 24, 2020, 04:26:58 AM
A major global health crisis has already started and slowly a big financial crisis is on the way. Global markets are on the verge of collapsing, everyone is selling to accumulate fiat. The same is happening in cryptocurrency market. I see a lot of selling pressure in the market.

Infill this crisis issue has been resolved I do not expect much from the cryptocurrency market. It is a panic situation you cannot expect positive signals.

The only thing we can do as a community is to stay indoors and stop the spreading of this virus untill a vaccine is out in the market.
5888  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin on the Lightning Network on: March 24, 2020, 03:43:29 AM

Intresting article..

Thanks for sharing it. I was looking for an article submitting websites that pays in Bitcoin. Those that are live use altcoins mostly, I will be using Yalls website to publish some articles of mine. What I like most about it is that you do not need to register. You only need your Bitcoin wallet Public key.
5889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Postponed Bangladesh tour of Ireland series due to corona virus on: March 24, 2020, 03:32:08 AM
Bangladesh and Ireland Cricket Board have agreed to postpone the planned seven-match men’s series. Next scheduled between the two sides scheduled to be played in Belfast and England in May 2020.

I doubt it will happen in the month of May also, Europe is struggling to cope with deadly virus outbreak. The English government has already been questioned by the media about its laid back attitude towards this pandemic.

Number cases in that country has already started rising and they have already gone into lockdown. The situation is not looking good their. Therefore forget about the cricket match.

Almost every sporting event is either being cancelled or postponed. Untill there is a vaccine out in the market I do not foresee the situation getting normal in the future.
5890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: March 24, 2020, 01:58:32 AM
I am not sure if you guys have read this news. Still thought of sharing it with everyone in case if you did not know.

A decision on IPL likely to be taken by the end of this month. Chances are it would not be delayed any further if the virus goes out of hand in India.

Unfortunately there has been a surge in the number case in India. So the chances of it getting cancelled this year is very high.

5891  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Corona virus (COVID19) Effect in Cryptocurrency Gambling on: March 24, 2020, 01:49:41 AM
This is the worst virus pandemic that has happened in this era and it has caused everything to be shutdown, postponed or cancelled. There is too much negativity around everything. I do not feel the mood to gamble anymore,.

The worst has happened to sports based betting with everything getting cancelled or postponed. Those event that have been postponed will eventually get cancelled if this virus is not contained.

So many people are dying and so many are still in denial mode. The world is in havoc.

Stay safe and stay indoor.
5892  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russian Central Bank Admits It Can’t Ban Bitcoin on: March 22, 2020, 11:56:52 AM
The Director of the Bank of Russia’s legal department has admitted that Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies cannot realistically ever be banned in the country.

Although cryptocurrencies are not exactly legal in Russia, it seems like they won’t ever be banned, either. That’s the latest news from the Russian government. Although Russia has a love hate relationship with crypto and bitcoin, what do you think about this admission? I think personally no bank can control it, but they don't admit it.

What do you think about this? If you want to read the full article, you can click on the link below

https://beincrypto.com/russian-central-bank-admits-it-cant-ban-bitcoin/

There is nothing new about it everyone knows they cannot ban Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrencies. To ban Bitcoin they need to ban the internet, which is practically impossible in this era.

Banks know that it is an eminent threat and they have tried everything to stop it.
5893  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is this the best time to teach about bitcoin? on: March 22, 2020, 11:54:52 AM
we are now in the time of crisis due to coronavirus pandemic
almost everyone is just staying at home because of community quarantine and many companies already announce their stop-work order
i think this is the best time to teach people about bitcoin and get some potential new investor or holder in the future
but the big question is HOW?

many people are looking for a way to earn online but afraid to touch bitcoin
because of the rapid change in price and it's not newbie friendly anymore
but it will not be the same if there is some way to try it first without spending at the start
im also one of those who have doubt about bitcoin at the start
but because there is some way to earn it i have some time to learn it little by little until i realized the potential of bitcoin

that's why im looking idea how i can make people get into bitcoin without spending a single cent at the start
because i think one of the reasons why bitcoin is not gaining interest unlike before because it's not newbie friendly anymore
if we will compare in the past there is not a lot of faucets available now
even the signature campaign is not newbie friendly
they can join is some bounty in altcoin section with a high risk to get scam

if you have some opinion just let me know
Keep Safe Everyone Thanks  Grin

Anytime is best for teaching about Bitcoin. But my experience is that whenever the market condition are good then people tend to get convinced easily and do understand how Bitcoin can eventually lead them to financial freedom.

I have discussed about Bitcoin with my family members and my friends and have always found that they have a more negative approach towards it than positive. So you need to be ready with lot of negative questions.
5894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Which cryptocurrency do you use for gambling frequently? on: March 22, 2020, 11:29:29 AM
I had been using Bitcoin for gambling but recently I have shifted to tron as more gambling dApps have been going online on tron Blockchain. It is more convenient to use it as it very fast than Bitcoin. The plus point of using tron is that it doesnot pinch your pocket as price wise it is very less than bitcoin
5895  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is India Crypto Market Flashing Bull Run on: March 22, 2020, 11:17:51 AM
The Supreme Court of India passed a rule to remove the restrictions from crypto trading companies as the Court cited there was no evidence that crypto trading could cause any tangible harm to the nation. Binance and WazirX as the two have declared to provide funds valued at $50M to support the development of blockchain technology in the country.

Binance is a big exchange and it is never taken any wrong decision till now. WazirX is a big Indian exchange and acqurieng it might turn out to be beneficial for Binance. India is know for its software development and when you have so many local talents available why not utilise it for the future technology. Blockchain is the future and Binance is investing in the right direction.
5896  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is all set to boom now... on: March 22, 2020, 11:06:56 AM
It all depends on the price of Bitcoin. I still remember 2017 when Bitcoin rallied to $19k ETH rallied to $1k. I do not expect Bitcoin to do the same this year but it will pump just before halving and the same will happen to ETH.

Historically it is always the year after halving when Bitcoin has created a new all time high. I expect the same to happen next year.
5897  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When is altcoin season??? on: March 22, 2020, 11:01:37 AM
In the past, altcoins have enjoyed immense gains during altseasons. Well this happens only if there is Bitcoin dominance... And I believe there are two types of principles to follow them

* Bitcoin dominance Increases when more and more people buy and simply hold BTC.

* Bitcoin dominance decreases when more and more people sell BTC.

So altcoins fate is purely depend on BTCs price reaction or altcoins are independent???guys please share your thoughts on this.

Historically it has always been Bitcoin controlling the market. Alts do not control it  and I am sure it will remain the same in the future too. Although some alts are better than Bitcoin technically but there is none to replace it unfortunately.
5898  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: March 22, 2020, 10:18:55 AM
One passenger was complaining that the metro is very crowded (since they cancelled more than 50% of the services) and a lot of people were coughing and very few of them had masks on their face. Some of the countries are still being complacent.
It is really unfortunate to see that people are yet not taking things seriously, there are many positive reports coming from the UK and people are still taking things easily is just stupidity to the highest level. Recently there are reports about an actress who traveled from UK to India with a positive case and she shared space with many people who are also at risk and many are admitted and quarantined themselves. If people are not taking things seriously then it will be a huge issue which cannot be contained.

There is no cure for stupidity!
I somehow believe that scientists should first find a vaccine to cure stupidity and then for coronavirus. It has become pandemic because of these stupid people.
5899  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Ways to recover from being addicted in gambling. on: March 22, 2020, 09:53:33 AM
It is very hard to recover from any kind of addiction without any support. Your family is the best support that you can get while you are fighting the addiction. You also need will power to reject your addictions demand. I have ben trying to quite smoking for a long time but my will power has been very weak.

I am not addicted to gambling as I do not gamble everyday or quite often. I only gamble once a month or so. But, I have other addictions and I have been trying to fight them.
5900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything could be gambling on: March 22, 2020, 09:49:36 AM
To be honest you can gamble with anything happening around you or in your life. I have intentionally never done that and never considered doing it. I know that without my knowing I might have gambled with my career. But, that was me gambling with myself.

I have have had friends who have casually done betting while playing games on PlayStation for a couple of beers.
