For ICC tournament one possibility seems manageable if any 3 subcontinent countries bids for joint hosting rights? for ex; Ban-SL-Pak ? then Pakistan can host few WC games.
You mention good point if PCB do some home work then surely they can manage WC event with the help of BAN-SL because these three countries have enough gounds and other structure and India can go alone for this all in future but sadly here we have too much politinal involved so this is also just dream which is very hard to come true. I doubt srilanka and Bangladesh cricket board will go against Indian cricket board. What ever you are thinking will only be possible if BCCI gives a nod to ICC and other boards, which I am sure will never happen. PCB has more internal politics than any other board. They had one good opportunity but they lost it because of covid19. |

Bitcoin is used for donation and purchase of necessary medical goods because of its low transaction fee. I do not know any application that is using Bitcoin to determine and trace a virus infected person. Although it is possible to design an app using the Blockchain technology to keep a record of infected person and determine a hot zone but, I have not heard of it being used. |

So as per my understanding you are referring to a investment plan with pyramid system. That basically sounds like a scam. Such plans are a big no no when you can make more money just by HODLing Bitcoin for a year.

Been playing around with the Blocknet DEX lately, and it seems like the most activity is on the BLOCK/LTC trading pair. Recently seen some DIVI/BLOCK trading going on as well, but really would love to see more trading on DEX's like this as I personally love to trade without giving up my personal details.
What's your own experiences with DEX's? Which one do you like the most, etc?
The best thing about using a DEX is no registration. My first DEX experience was on IDEX but as soon as they started acting like a centralized exchange I stopped using it. I mean why would a DEX need registration. I then shifted to Binance DEX, liked it but there is zero volume on almost all the pairs now therefore stopped using it too. At the moment not using any DEX. |

I have been using local exchanges a lot after the ban was removed by the Reserve Bank of India. One of our local exchange known as WazirX was recently acquired by Binance. Back then it was entirely possible. Sri Lanka was a really good team, capable of giving strong competition to big 3 teams and India had a weak bowling attack (especially in the pace bowling department). And back then, Virat Kohli had just started his career, and was being overshadowed by heavyweights such as Gautham Gambhir, Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag.
It is true that India had weak bowling attack than Srilanka at that moment. It was advantage for Srilanka but don't forget that batting line up of India was the best at that time which Srilanka had not. True.. But back then they did okay job whenever team needed them, there is a reason that they lost only one game (if my memory serves me well) in playoff, home conditions helped Indian cause, as bowlers were familiar with the conditions. For better or worse things now changed completely in the modern cricket, as home condition don't matter much in T-20 and ODI. Interestingly in every ICC tournament whenever India plays against Pakistan, Indian bowlers takes a driving seat. Correct Indian bowling performed when they were required to. Srilanka had better bowlers than India. The batting line up of India was the strongest at that time. Not to forget India still had sachin at that time. |

I have heard a lot about this strategy and have tried it more than once. In few occassion it worked for me as I was calculating the pattern and was expecting a positive outcome. But, it is not possible to always keep a track as sometimes the pattern changes abruptly. In such situation you end up losing big. I tried it with dice.
In my opinion it is too risky. It is always better to get small so that you lose small.

I am currently in lockdown for the past 10 days and it is supposed to be there for the next 11 days. This is the time when I am not getting the urge to gamble. I feel till the lockdown is active I might not gamble.

People betting on these games with full seriousness and then ending up on losing side by losing bet  So tomorrow is the live match between India and Srilanka. I feel value of Bitcoin wouldn't exist if fiat was not injected into it. Supply of Bitcoin will get reduced after the halving but demand will only increase if investors have the money to buy it.

This is only a time where it is underrated. Once we start WIPL may be for a year or so it would not get a good response but definitely in coming times we will see a good response and if it done by India where people are crazy of cricket and if get some good support from celebrity as well people will come to see them and surely we will have a packed stadium as well. Only a matter of time before it starts getting to pick up. Being an Indian, I am a bit more skeptical about the future of the WIPL. Even matches involving the national women's team doesn't get a good response within India. In Australia, the women have a lot of interest in sports and a lot of them follow women players such as Ellyse Perry. But here in India, women are more interested in TV sops and shopping, rather than in sports. Among my female friends, there are only a very few cricket fans. But that doesn't mean that BCCI can ignore the women players. They need to start the WIPL, latest by 2021. Its worth giving a shot IMO, earlier the better. I am also not sure about the viewers we would get but its worth giving a shot. People here love cricket so if the tournament falls off from or doesn't clashes on with gents cricket team schedule, I think it should be fine. BCCI can try with one season and see how much successful it gets. India is big country and they have very good media as well so they can give this a try as its really could be game changer for them as its happen in IPL now Indian team is producing so many talented guys this can also bring many women those will do very good for their national team may this is not profitable as most of believe but still its need a good chance from BCCI with 6 teams is also good. When they are discussing politics they are biased other than that they are good when it comes to sports and all. I mostlynavoid watching Indian news channels if they are discussing politics. Meanwhile BCCI planning to organise IPL between August and September. This show their desperation. I just checked cricinfo and they are showing Live India Vs Pakistan Match ? How is that possible ?  Sideeffects of locked down coming out very quickly Edit: This match was played nine years back on this day so just because of this they are doing this all today. Not only cricinfo, but star sports was playing this full match (not highlights) on their channel. Due to this lockdown, many people may lose their jobs like espncricinfo commentators who did the written commentary on all the live matches, have nothing to do these days (except today  ) Lol Mental illness is another issue of quarantine. And I heard that the vehicles are disinfected daily and that they will provide masks. But the one thing that I learned is that using N95 Masks/Respirators are not advisable to be used unless you are a health care personnel, who attend to the infected or having respiratory issues. It just gives you false hope to the user and unnecessary usage will only result in the hike of mask prices. The most effective recommendation from WHO is maintaining hand hygiene and social distancing. But, COVID 19 ranges < 0.2 microns and travels via aerosols particles of the size range 0.5 - 3 microns resultant from coughing or sneezing, while the respirators can only filter particles >0.3 microns. Maybe it will block the aerosols not the virus. I believe that it's a common misconception that masks/respirators are going to protect us from viruses. Anyways, sorry for derailing this topic towards Corona. Let's stick to the possibility of having IPL this year. Edit: Got some facts wrong edited accordingly. What I am aware of is tha the virus is the size of 1/5 of water molecule, so mask is useless if you think it will prevent you from this virus but, it is beneficial to others if you already have the virus and do not want others to have it. The only preventive measure that you can take is to stop putting your hand on you face. Which of course is difficult as we tend to put our hands 23 times on our face in one hour. All I learned from altcoins is they are full of nonsense ideas that people or investors don't want to get involved with, too many repetitive projects in crypto world today and investors are sick of it, a project that's good enough will never disappoint and bounty hunters will definitely get good rewards from them Not all of them are nonsense some of them were really good. The last bounty that I joined was in 2019 and it was for atomi wallet. It was one of the best bounties considering the market condition in 2019. It went till late that year and they paid the amount within the time allocated by them. It all depends on the type of bounties you choose. This year I doubt any bounties will be good considering the present world situation. |
