you can get friedcat to confirm it to you in an email.
Alternatively you could always buy passthrough shares from bitfunder or btct.

Friedcat seems to do everything himself. I worry what would happen if he got hit by a truck tomorrow and ended in a coma or worse a graveyard. Does he have people who can then take over the operation smoothlessly?

I'm hoping that Friedcat is like Tyler Durden at ZeroHedge.com.

A fictional character at a website about a market of fictions?

Ok...this fine... Diabolo I think you are the most activated forum moderator in this forum... hah

I'm no longer a mod. Theymos didn't like the fact I was trying to expose the BFL problem to a wider audience.
this true, BFL seems delayed their shipments over 9 months....this very cool... did you order any BFL products?

No, however yochdog already did before I could stop him. So, DMC gets screwed by BFL no matter what I do.

WHY WHY WHY? SO did they actually mining?Huh did they actually existing now?Huh?
In contrast to DMC they are actually mining, but the operator being the major shareholder decided to stop divs to have funds available for future ASIC upgrades.

This, basically. BTCMC is one of the companies we contracted with to fulfill the mining part of the DMC plan until we could get our own gear up in running in the datacenter. Yochdog, the owner of BTCMC and majority shareholder, suspended dividends for ASIC purchasing.
If they are operating right now.....how could I find any information about their mining process? like hashrate in operating and so on...why didn't they move their security to either BITFUNDER or BTCT???

Its not a they, just Yochdog. If you want further information, ask in the BTCMC thread, and do so nicely.

It's ok...if they are accumulate dividend for future purchasing ASICs..I think this absolutely ok....but I just feel wonder about how many dividend did they accumulated so far??  Do you wondering too?

Its in the lower hundreds of BTC iirc.
67  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Asset Exchange Marketplace + Rewritable Options Trading on: May 27, 2013, 12:02:28 AM
There is no reason for Weexchange to be a required funding source by BitFunder. It takes them over 12 hours just to send you an email to verify your account. Their customer support is basically non-existent. This is the main reason I prefer BTC-TC over BitFunder, and I am sure that I am not the only one.

I agree on this. Weexchange just makes it harder to use BF, for no added functionality.

Dividend: 14.19315684 BTC for 7174 shares
NICE ...We had full dividend from AM.... Smiley

Yes, this month I'm paying full dividends since we've gotten over 2500 shares back due to AM trades, I don't need to buy any DMC shares back. Half dividends will continue next month.
Ok, So how long would you prepare for buy back all DMC shares??? Did you post a auction to sell the BTCMC so far??

I've set aside a year to deal with the share buyback so DMC can go private and reboot.

I haven't decided if I'm going to do an auction. I mean, if someone said they wanted to drop 550 BTC on it, I'd sell it without even going the route of an auction.
I remember someone hold 1791 shares of DMC willing to exchang for it ...accroding to the current trading price of AM , that 1791 equal to 162 AM and *2.6 = 421 BTC...it look like nearly worth to exchange to him...what you think?

If someone could gather 2500 DMC, it would be an equivalent price while AM continues to hover around 2.5 BTC.

What someone should do is just start a BTCMC passthrough and buy the shares from me to do it with.

I have no ideal about the BTCMC...because they are not trade in any platform...... Is BTCMC a mining company? if it is , why they did not pay dividend???

BTCMC was traded on GLBSE before GLBSE crashed. Yes, BTCMC is a mining company. No dividends are being paid as per shareholder vote.

Hi,

Have an issue running DiabloMiner on win7 Ultimate x64

Log: http://pastebin.com/E1qBBkfw

Thanks in advance

Driver bug, go report it to AMD. Your only choice, for now, is to restart DM when that happens.

The problem is that happen when I start DM
I'm not able to start DM at all for now Sad

Try using one of those AMD driver cleaners and reinstall the drivers from scratch and DO NOT INSTALL THE SDK ON TOP OF IT, use the runtime included in the driver installer.

Hey, thanks for this! I'm using the Mac version.

It was working great, but it has stopped working for me now. Not sure why -- possibly the new version? It downloaded a new update but seemed to have a problem with it:

It said it was successful, though, and let me go to the next step. However, after starting the miner it spit this out:

Any ideas?

That error happens when people download DM from git but forget to build it. I'm not sure why you're seeing it, however, the script is supposed to be downloading the binary zip.

Github repo, issue tracker, and wiki
Newest binary, always updated to match newest git revision

I moved the README to the repo.
In wiki (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/DiabloMiner) I found info that DiabloMiner need SDK 2.1.
Now I have SDK 2.8 that comes with latest drivers.
Is DiabloMiner will be work normal and stable on this SDK? Or I need to delete it and install old 2.1?
Thanks

Don't bother with the wiki, no one updates that page. Follow the README instead: do not install the SDK, use the runtime that comes with the driver.

Here is a proposition for all shareholders.  As long as it gets the nod from Diablo and Yochdog.

I hold 1841 DMC - I will send the shares into Diablo to be retired in exchange for the 1000 BTCMC that DMC holds thus relieving myself from any entitlement of Asicminer or other holdings DMC may have, etc and increasing the proportion for other shareholders.

It appears there are 7174 DMC shares left outstanding..  so I vote yes representing 25.66%.  Anyone else?

This offer is non-binding and contingent on my due diligence of BTCMC.

teek

The math is closer to 4500 shares of DMC according to the valuation that the BTCMC is worth something crowd is using. Get ahold of that many, and I'd trade.
