On Twitter, some pump groups and investors are mentioning UNO as having bottomed out. They're probably right imo. This 002 floor has been pretty solid.

The android wallet app (Unobtanium Wallet) will need an update because its list of peers is no longer valid.
In the mean time, users can go to Settings | Settings and enter in a trusted peer to keep the app synced.
Thanks, Hash. You know you can find lots of active UNO nodes listed at https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/#!network I had not noticed. Since Cryptapus' dice games cleaned me out, I haven't refilled the mobile wallet. I find the mobile wallet a perfect way to take my gambling habit with me wherever I go.

That was a good post. Many of those questions still outstanding. "So fellers and lady fellers, how do we go about making UNO more desirable? Does anyone have a large stash of gold they are willing to start trading for UNO? If we had some sort of "standard" to trade uno against other than btc that could help (or hurt, i am a realist i suppose). Like potcoin, hopefully one day you will be able to exchange it for either pot or btc. " Potcoin at CMC #113 today, UNO at #137. IMZ corrected me. This was actually my first UNO post. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=313126.msg3943480#msg3943480 #WhatWasYourFirstUNOPost?

I'm glad UNO still has an active dev in BW looking out for it. He is still responsive to me, having tweeted about UNO in just the last weeks. He has a lot going on (a guy's gotta make a living), but if UNO needed him to correct a serious situation, he would be there. He still shares our affection for this fair launch wonder. Blazr/HagbardCeline... I miss the guy, if only for the drama. I can't believe he wouldn't be curious enough to check in from time to time to marvel at the tenacity of what he launched. To prove himself right that we were all just a buncha scammers. I wish he had the balls to step up and laugh off the Prototanium thing with us. I miss his temperamental genius. Maybe if we say his name 3 times, he'll appear? Anyone want to try that? I'm too scared. So this... https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=313126.msg4592025#msg4592025is my first post about Unobtanium. Where is yours? Browsed through the 706 cryptos still listed on Coinmarketcap.com It turns my stomach to see UNO at #131, $258,374. Still, for a crypto 2.0 coin, its quite amazing. There is no depth right now. I think many of us have our fill buying it down from 008 to 002. Will we get a crack at .001? This is a long term game. I've been here since the start, and I'll continue to haunt UNO for long time. UNO network is in great shape. Fast 3 minute block chain still chugging along on 500ths to 2 phs hash. Still great services for UNO, great exchanges, great crypto pairings, great selection of wallets. UNO has everything going for it for nearly 3 years now. Shit!! 3 YEARS!! That's like 300 years in crypto years. We need new Blueman graphics.

Fuck Genesis mining. They cleaned me out long ago. They're not doing any UNO mining. I figured that out last year when their payments were way out of wack with reality. IMO all "lifetime" mining contracts are a scam, and eventually everyone will figure that out about Genesis. It's a long con. They are wide open to a class action law suit, imo. They think they're protected by buried fine print that lets them set an arbitrary criteria of profitability, then quietly and without notice declare your "lifetime" hash unprofitable so it can be seized from you without any warning and resold to someone else. There's no notice, no automated ability to mine the most profitable coin... they just take it from you. If you didn't read their minds or guess correctly that your accounit was not profitable for THEM, then that's just too bad. You should have informed yourself better. Shame on you for assuming that an advertised Lifetime mining contract should actually mean, "Lifetime Mining Contract!"
And THAT my friends is how to make SHA256 mining profitable.

Don't forget to check out Cryptapus' great UNO services at https://cryptap.us/uno/You'll find paper wallets, JSwallet, brain wallet, Electrum UNO, two explorers, fun dice games and other cool things. It's well worth the support of the UNO community. Thanks Cryptapus for making UNO more useful and fun.

Have a great weekend Unoverse. Long live the #Unobtanium rockchain (launched in 2013, still strong in 2016) .

I wish I could identify the miner that is bringing the high hash. I'd like to link out to them.

1.6 PHS! UNO is rockin' the chain at high diff. Great to see.
That AEON move was something else. UNO could easily do that at current supply. Wouldn't take much to push it into the millions. Its been done before.
I've not been able to connect with the Cryptsy lawyers. I will try again tomorrow. Keep missing each other's calls.

Can we get UNO back online??
@Mmpool, let me know the address and I'll gladly send some Uno to help pad payouts. But I really would love to see UNO mining turned back on. I'll send 70ths as soon as it's back online.
Looking forward to sending over the padded UNO reward and the hash. Is there a place left to trade it? Hell yes, there is. Bittrex. C-Cex. Bleutrade. Coinexchange.io. It's also a base coin at Cryptopia.co.nz, where you can trade UNO directly for 200 altcoins.

So is Uno an ASIC coin or a GPU coin?
Yes, UNO was fair launched in 2013. It is SHA256, with fast 3 minute blocks. Pools mining Bitcoin can also merge mine Unobtanium. You could mine it with a GPU, but it would be a waste of resources with no return. You can learn more about UNO and connect with the community at http://unobtanium.uno

Good to see that UNO is still over 1.1 Petahash.

also mmpool.org added Syscoin I mine BTC UNO I0C NMC SYS It is a small pool I am #3 on the current block shares http://faraday.mmpool.org/statisticsEstimated Payout Rank Id DGM Estimate PPS Shares Rate (MHash/s) 1 c03a6b93 5.05334961 0.25768943 25,768,943,799 102,158,399 2 0dfd19ac 6.07911188 0.24310564 24,310,564,054 8,438,313 3 c932f3ed 0.76297416 0.05077334 5,077,334,231 0 I've done well at MMPool. Since their server reconfiguration, I don't believe they have added back UNO or other merge coins, have they?

Thanks to the pool who started merge mining UNO today. UNO is currently at 1.7 PHS. (1,700 THS). The highest difficulty I've ever seen for a UNO block is in block 826747: 205M.It looks like UNO was added by a new miner, mining to address uMoeRRBFLCvjz...Lets hope this continues, and thank you, whoever you are! Identify yourself and I'll be glad to add your pool to the website.

Whoa, there is serious hash on UNO right now. UNO is currently at 1.7 PHS. (1,700 THS). The highest difficulty I've ever seen for a UNO block is in block 826747: 205M.It could be a bounce from low difficulty that will settle down soon, but still nice to see. I just hope it stays up above 1 PHS consistently. It looks like UNO was added by a new miner, mining to address uMoeRRBFLCvjz...Lets hope this continues, and thank you, whoever you are! ID yourself and I'll be glad to add you to the OP and the Unobtanium.uno website.
