Be sure to start bluechist from the commandline with -testnet parameter.
On a separate computer, I started bluechist.exe -testnet and downloaded the blockchain. Then like Edgar, I closed bluechist, and started the PR windows wallet, which opened fully synched. In other words, if you download the PR blockchain using bluechist.exe -testnet, the PR windows wallet will be able to find the blockchain.
The PR chain hasn't moved for hours so I can say with 100% certainty that it works. I will rent 1 ths to see if I can move in the next couple of hours. PR miners wanted at wmikrut.com
The blockchain broke free from highdiff today and is moving again. I am connected using the PR wallet now, and able to send coins. To recap: I deleted the PR chain in Windows I started the Unobtanium Bluechist wallet in -testnet mode and synced I closed Bluechist I started the PR wallet, and now it is working. It has to be some kind of checkpoint issue. I don't know when the next checkpoint is, but I expect the PR wallet will lock when it hits that checkpoint, and then I will have to redo those steps.

Today I received a telephone confirmation from the administrators of the Cryptsy assets that they have recovered the UNO wallet. The big wallet moved today. It was transferred to their control from Bittrex. I would have told you ten hours ago; they called me earlier in the day, but I wasn't around and so they just left a message. And I'm telling you now. This is good news, as UNO is now permanently beyond Paul Vernon's reach. that is good news!! were there any other details? this wallet also labeled as cryptsy cold was moved at the same time. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/address.dws?205679.htmuNLdetY2cTg65Y4oEjPKmz9BgGbwq2M5xZ is the new wallet under the control of the administrator. uWCVvkiyUqXDiQ8nczaoLrWjqScr4jvnnz was the previous wallet at Bittrex that held 15.2k Uno. It still has 5K Uno in it. Lets watch it today and see what happens.

I am able to sync the PR blockchain on Windows using the UNO testnet on the "Unobtanium-Bluechist" wallet compiled by Blazr2 (the wallet with the Blue UNO logo). This wallet can be downloaded from Unobtanium.uno. It's the first Windows wallet.
I deleted the old blockchain from the /Unobtanium/testnet3/ folder I ran: Unobtanium-bluechist.exe -testnet
The UNO wallet connected to testnet3 (aka Prototanium) and downloaded the entire blockchain.
To make it easier to start the wallet in PR mode, I created a text file on my desktop called PR.bat batch and included this line, which has a path to both the exe file and the conf file:
C:\Users\{username}\Desktop\Unobtanium-blueschist\unobtanium-qt.exe -testnet -conf=C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Unobtanium\testnet3\testnet3.conf
In testnet3.conf in the /Unobtanium/testnet3/ folder I included in a few nodes copied from the Network tab on the Chainz explorer (chainz.cryptoid.info/pr/) This is what I pasted into the testnet3.conf file:
addnode=45.32.244.201 addnode=45.32.32.237 addnode=69.28.82.86 addnode=73.211.90.130 addnode=73.9.181.217 addnode=92.170.7.159
I know it's jumping through hoops, but if you need to bring your PR to a wallet you control on a Windows machine, this might get you there while we look for a dev to fix the PR Windows wallet.

We have been informed that our wallet is out of sync. Our wallet matches this explorer https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pr/ are they out of sync too. I cant for the life of me find out what the correct block height is, does anyone know, obviously not using the above explorer or Cryptopias Explorer or wallet) Is there a fork? I have placed PR into maintenance while we try find the correct fork. Thanks I just checked Cryptopia's explorer and the explorer at https://chainz.cryptoid.info/pr/. You are both on the same block, 360864. Looks like you and Chainz both connect to the best nodes, addnode=45.32.244.201 addnode=45.32.32.237 You also connect to the main pool, Wmikrut.com, at addnode=73.9.181.217:18011 Looks like the blockchain is ok. Maybe a solo miner forked it temporarily, but if there was a problem it looks like it sorted itself out. If we can find someone to fix the Windows wallet, I'll set up a couple more nodes Win servers.

Here's a good reason why all money should be digital.
So my fucking dog eats about 79 cents (US) in coins the other day and has zinc poisoning. Today he's sick, listless, puking, peeing, shitting all over the house. For less than $1 in loose change, I'll now have to spend nearly $1000 for an animal emergency room visit, I.V., xrays, extraction of coins from his stomach, zinc coagulent medicines, and at least two, maybe four days in recovery. This dog is not worth 2.x bitcoin.
I would let this dumb animal expire and plow the savings into UNO, but the kids are all sad about it.

re: DMD I am just fudding to drop the price, god I hate crypto. Think its time to delist DMD
cryptopia has a strict policy on fubar hardforks ... they don't like them ... so what you suggest is not far off in terms of policy, see DEM this week ... red carded for delisting ... "DEM market is closing DEM will be delisted on 2016-05-30 as there is a network issue causing people to lose deposits" ... TiPs despite $10M in capital is also red carded for network issues ... the take away lesson is ... hard forks painful if not dangerous ... and if you scale up capital make sure to scale up your nodes Absolutely. Nothing shuts down a network faster than lack of nodes and forks. Cryptopia tries hard (maybe too hard) not to delist coins. Maybe for some alts, there should be the equivalent of "pink sheet" listings. Its hard to constantly sustain a network. Would be cool if weak networks could be spun up on demand. UNO's network is in great shape, and has been since we pushed through our fork for merge mining. UNO is now 100% 0.10 nodes, according to Chainz. https://chainz.cryptoid.info/uno/#!network Thanks to everone who runs an open node. I joined in recently by adding 2 nodes on AWS, one in Tokyo/AsiaPac since there seemed to be a hole in that area. It costs me about $10/mo per node running a tiny Win2012 server. Nodes can be hosted for about $5/mo on Linux out at DigitalOcean. If I could figure out this Linux stuff, I'd love to help Cryptapus with an Electrum server If you haven't tried UNO Electrum, it is awesome! htts://Cryptap.us/uno/electrum/Help Cryptapus keep the lights on by going out to UNO dice and losing some coins. https://Cryptap.us/uno/dice/

Have any of you guys had any interaction with the DMD thread??
ive spent the last evening being verbally abused and lied about by 3-5 DMD team members only to have all my questions removed by yet another one this morning..
i was very much 'on-board' the dmd train but my questions were deemed 'bullshit' and my confusion was 'whining'
my inbox was tarnished with profanities & a few other 'outsiders' came to say its not the first time its happened.
now im a sockpuppet, & a troll.
Anyone experienced any of this and kept quiet about it?
Well funny you mention that, I run a small exchange that has DMD listed, their new wallet does not sync correctly (keeps crashing), many people asking on the DMD thread why we are taking so long to sync, I post the errors from the DMD logs and guess what. I am just fudding to drop the price, god I hate crypto. Think its time to delist DMD May I make a suggestion on a coin to replace it? UNO? Its already a base market (and one of my favorite coins of all time) We sure appreciate Cryptopia's support of UNO. More than just an exchange, Cryptopia is a fun community of people who love altcoins. That's why its a good fit for UNO.
