621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market will pump soon? on: September 05, 2023, 06:02:34 PM
When we decide to invest in cryptocurrency, of course the main thing we need to apply is to try to think positively about its development.  so this will give you a strong mentality even if the price is not in good condition.  keep holding the ownership of the assets that we have until we get a profit when we sell them back
Bitcoin is basically what you are talking about because no cryptocurrency apart from that can give you a strong mentality or enough confidence that your money is safe even when the market crashes severely, and the reason behind that is the history it carries which shows that it has always recovered its price and even went higher after every time it crashed. So, when someone makes an investment in Bitcoin, they can rest assured and not panic about the dips.

However, when someone invests in an altcoin and sees its price dropping significantly, that might be something to be worried about because altcoins are not like Bitcoin which can eventually go back up and recover the actual price where they were bought, some of them might do but not all of them have those characteristics.
622  Economy / Economics / Re: Good and Bad at the same time - Mega entities hold $ 14 billions in Bitcoin on: September 05, 2023, 02:38:21 PM
I really can't understand some Bitcoiners.
On one hand, many Bitcoiners want big companies, investment funds and banks to buy more BTC and pump the Bitcoin price. On the other hand, there are Bitcoiners, who are bitching and complaining that "the big whales are manipulating the market" and "Bitcoin is under the control of a few big corporations". What do you people want? Mass adoption(including from the big corporations) or less adoption?
Two of biggest centralized crypto exchanges are holding Bitcoins worth billions USD. Is this supposed to be big news? Is this supposed to be bad news? To be honest, I don't care. Holding 6 billion USD in Bitcoins isn't such a big deal. The BTC market cap and trading volume are way bigger.
Yes, those crypto exchanges might collapse like FTX. And so what? I never used them. The people, who are using them do this at their own risk.
That is because there are two sides of people. So, you should get used to it already. Just side on the group that you have a similarity and just ignore the other. As for me, of course I want mass adoptions so I can allow those big corporations to enter here. If we are happy that they can pump the price, we should also accept that they can dump it as well.

But, is it really a disadvantage? For me no. It was actually an advantage as I can buy coins at a cheaper rate. It's normal for an exchange ( especially the top ones ) to hold a large sum of money. It's not a new thing and it's not a bad news, but it can be a good thing to know because it shows many people are now into cryptos.
623  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you risking investment in other things? on: September 04, 2023, 06:36:45 PM
The point is, don't invest your money at one point because it is very risky, bet your money in several places because it will give you a big opportunity to make a profit later...
Diversification is the key, for sure, especially when you know you have enough money that can be spread into two or three investment options such as real estate, gold, and cryptocurrencies. I name these three because I believe these are the most used investment options for people from all around the world. People that know about cryptocurrencies might consider investing in it but those who don't know about it will only go with real estate and gold.

If I had a lot of money, I would first invest in gold, buy a bunch of it, and save it for the future because I know that I can get a hefty amount of profits from that in the future. My second option would have been real estate because it's a more stable and less risky investment option. And, my third option would have been Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies which are much profitable and equally risky.
624  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: September 04, 2023, 12:42:53 PM
Thuram, who is the transfer of Inter's striker problem last season, seems to solve this problem, but he missed a lot of positions in the match, but he creates all kinds of danger, he also has a teammate like Martinez. They did a great job today and Inter provided a lot of pressure as a team against Fiorentina. There was a difference of 4 goals in the match, but they had so many positions Inter's goals were very close, the opportunities were gone. It doesn't matter, but the match could have ended much differently.
Fiorentina is not a weak team so this winning is very impressive from Inter Milan. Marcus Thuram is continuing success of his father, Lillian Thuram, in Italy years ago. His dad succeeded as a central defender but he is a striker, plays at a very different position than his dad.

Thuram does not have good finishing skills but he can create a lot of space and opportunities for Lautaro Martinez. They can combine each other well and help to maximize strength of each player.
Agree, it is too early call about anything with many ups and downs will happen but start of the season by Inter is surely going to be impressive because this big win against team like Fiorentina is telling all story how things will be gone in coming weeks for them and I have feeling we will have completely new story like we have in last season Napoli was dominating from early days till end of the season same going to happen here Inter is going to dominate in this season and for the rest of three spots we will have tough fight in other clubs specially AS Roma and Lazio which are having the worst start of this season will struggle again for the top four because AC Milan, Juventus and Napoli all are having enough quality to lead from the front.
625  Economy / Speculation / Re: Take your eyes off from the fall in price on: September 03, 2023, 08:04:09 PM
Yes don’t get panic with these small dips. These are just opportunities to buy the coins at low price. Newbie investors always gets panic by seeing this price dumps. But they need to know that, once the coin’s price goes down, the demand to accumulate it also increases due to the low price. Now here price goes up ultimately in order to maintain the demand. So yes don’t take too much stress on these price manipulations.
Old investors never panic's even to a large dip. As you said, dips are opportunities but maybe they can panic once the price rises because they know that many people are also rushing to sell. Maybe not all newbies are panicky because I think some newbies are well briefed by the people that encouraged them to join here.

There also who join alone and knows how to do their own research. If the price goes up, the demand is not maintained anymore but it slowly decaying. To be stressful is not good but it's also not wrong to take advantage of the price manipulations. And there can be signs to know if they are going to occur or not. We need to take note of it so that we are early.
626  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About Altcoins Investment Experience on: September 03, 2023, 07:12:38 PM
I did invest in lots of altcoins and i received many tokens from bounties as reward. I experienced that, most of the tokens turns into shitcoin or dead after a few months. Some Altcoins performed very good for a certain time then all of those lost 90-95% of values and still traded on exchange with so called volume. Thus process is continued. Even top altcoins also replaced by new altcoins. 2017 vs 2023.

Moral: I think BTC and ETHEREUM is better option for investment, Can be trusted blindly, profitable for long. Low Ranked Altcoins, Memecoins and shitcoins are just headache and reason of huge losses in long time. But anyone can invest his money wherever they want.
You can never compare Bitcoin with altcoins. Even Ethereum is an altcoin though it's trusted and has a good reputation because it has been around for quite some time and has never faced a lot of issues with its price and stuff apart from the high fees from time to time. However, for diversification purposes, traders will have to look for good alternative coins that they can at least use for short-term trading if they don't want to keep them for the long-term.

And there are a lot of coins in the market that can provide good profits in the short or medium term since they are always fluctuating and don't crash easily, though there is no guarantee of an altcoin project becoming dust in no time as we have seen that happening in the past, with LUNA and many others.
627  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: After all these years on: September 03, 2023, 06:21:44 PM
Aren't these institutions starting to get friendly with Bitcoin?  We can see the difference in how they view Bitcoin now.  Before they see Bitcoin as a Ponzi scheme and a scam that is only created to scam people of their money.  Bitcoin is used to be considered as a criminal way to do illegal activities.  But as time goes by,  they see that they were wrong and the focus of many countries now is how to implement regulation in order to take advantage of the opportunity the Bitcoin industry has to offer.  Other institutions are even considering Bitcoin to be a mode of payment where it can be an alternative option to pay for the goods we buy.
What I feel is that they have now started doing it publicly, and they must have understood that Bitcoin had great potential a few years ago when it first hit its all-time high of $69k, I'm pretty sure that most of these institutions and individuals that are billionaires or millionaires that might have said bad things about Bitcoin must have started accumulating Bitcoins backstage and not letting anyone know about it as that would make them not look cool.

However, now all the institutions, companies, and influential individuals have started coming out to the public and announcing that they are accumulating Bitcoin and are confident that it will have a greater future and can be used in our benefit which they weren't understand at the beginning.
628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Do you have any methods to do it? on: September 03, 2023, 05:30:09 PM
Based on your statement you've already got experience and in spot trading with large profits, $100 is not enough to catch up with those target demands, instead at least almost 500 to 1000$ just to manage the number of profits you want but with this price movement I guess you just need to keep aware with the market price currently the bitcoin is just sitting around of 26-30k USD now unlike before trying to break the 33-35k USD price. If you want to trade I guess 4H time frame is suitable for you and not into a 1D or 24H price movement.
Even if he has $500 - $1,000 it is too difficult to have a consistent way of earning every day, especially when the price suddenly drops just like these days. Because if that it happens that we spend all the capital and then the price drops, you can't do anything, you can't sell them and lose but really have to wait until the price rise again which makes you hold and waste many days without a profit. That is why I couldn't say that earning everyday is possible unless if we really have a huge capital as $1000 is not enough.
That's right, a higher capital would allow you to buy the dip after you have bought an asset and then sell them both when the price goes above the position where your first buying point was, this way, you won't waste any time since you will earn more profit for the time that the market could waste of yours. But, if you have a limited amount and you get stuck in a single trade, the market sometimes can take months and years to recover from a dip.

The bottom line is, it is possible to earn $50 to $100 but maybe not every single day. You might earn $30 today, $70 tomorrow, and then there might be a gap of a few days before you get some profit again. That is how trading works unless you are scalping for very small portions of profit which is more difficult to do.
629  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to join best bounty and earn money? on: September 02, 2023, 09:53:24 AM
I don't understand there are so many bounty in bounty section. Because a YouTuber made video and I saw. He says make account and than earn money with bounty and I don't have knowledge?
The video that you saw on YouTube, was it new or old? Because bounty campaigns used to be profitable and worth the efforts, but those days are long gone, and nowadays, most of the bounty campaigns literally pay dust in the name of compensation for your efforts because they will pay you with their tokens and most of those tokens never even make it into the market and the projects die off either because of lack of marketing or a responsible team.

You can still join bounty campaigns and earn tokens but those tokens will barely be worth anything and you will just be wasting your time providing free promotion to the projects you are working for. This is the reason why a lot of bounty hunters stopped chasing bounties and started looking for alternative ways of earning money.
630  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: September 01, 2023, 10:58:02 AM
Not little but way too much as it's a batters game. We have a fair amount of good bowlers in the current generation so this can't be an excuse IMO.

Small boundaries play a big role, also players are becoming fit and strong in comparison to the previous generation.

This trend of having smaller boundaries have negatively impacted the pace bowlers who constantly bowl at speeds of around 150 mph. Examples are Dale Steyn and Mitchell Starc. Despite performing well in test cricket, these players have a poor record in T20 format, because of smaller boundaries that are used for that format. And in test cricket, most of the times they stick with standard boundaries, so it is not so much biased towards the batsmen. Once in a while we get to watch wonderful performances from some of the quality bowlers.
I agree, this is not favorable for the bowlers which are already suffering due to many other new laws which are implemented by the ICC, so here management needs to play his role and bring few decisions which play better role for the entertainment of the fans and players as well. Specially recently we have this problem in England, New Zealand and South Africa with mostly other countries are doing better, but these countries are having some issues which needs to be settled and having boundaries as par International Standard which bring fair and better playing conditions for the bowlers and batsmen both.

New generation players are also having impressive way but still need more time for having mark into game which is never been easy now with many leagues and injuries issues.
631  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What happened to Crypto Volatility..??? on: August 31, 2023, 08:33:00 PM
So i've been a trader since early 2017 and i have never seen such low volatility in market. Even at the time of 2018 bear run the things were quite slow but this time its totally different. It makes a move and consolidates for like a month or two now. Which was never the case in past.

Its possible that only i feel like that and other people still see it like the normal bitcoin trend. But there was fun every week in crypto before.

What do you guys think ?? Is it just me or some of you others feel the same??

And if it is like that then what do you all think when the wild ride start again like old days ??
Fluctuations occur when either there is a lot of demand or there is a lot of supply. When the demand is high and supply is low, the price fluctuates on the positive side which means it will increase, and when the demand is low and supply is high, the price tends to drop significantly over time. That is the basic reason for Bitcoin's stability these days, not a lot of people are willing to buy and a lot of people are not selling as well, so the equation is almost the same from both sides.

If a lot of people start investing all of a sudden, we will surely see the price going up, and if a lot of people start selling at the same time, we will see the market plunge even more, that is how the market works. However, we can always make use of the opportunities we get to buy more as long as we can.
632  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Here is a tight slap to bitcoin haters on: August 31, 2023, 07:16:11 PM
You need to understand that they write more articles when it’s something bearish than bullish because people tend to read the bearish articles more.

It’s funny because I actually remember reading about bitcoin when it was like $30 or so and crashed down to $1 and there was an article calling bitcoin a scam. And I actually believed it and it wasn’t Until a few years later when I discovered it again and found it fascinating.
When I first came to know about Bitcoin, it was priced at around $200, and believe me, I used to read hundreds of articles, posts, and messages that said that Bitcoin is not trusted, it is a bubble that will burst very soon, news outlets and mainstream media was focused on making Bitcoin a criminal currency in the eyes of the people and they did everything they could but failed miserably at the end because none of their tactics actually worked and look at where Bitcoin is today.

However, it used to create some negativity in the market at that time mainly because Bitcoin wasn't that popular and most people didn't have much knowledge about it, so they used to believe whatever they heard about it when they checked its value, they would also think that what others are saying is true.
633  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Crypto market will pump soon? on: August 31, 2023, 06:32:22 PM
Crypto market was going well, Bitcoin was pumping gradually and altcoins also following the path after bitcoin. But market get dumped recently. But today it shows good signs for something good to be happened. So what do you think? We are going to notice recovery soon? Or many dumps are waiting ahead?
The demand for the bitcoin was increasing daily, many new people joining the crypto trading. The important factor is hold your valuable bitcoin, because 2024 will be the next expected halves. So the price of bitcoin will cross the 50k mark in 2024,patience is the key to get more profit from the bitcoin. Many good project was their like bitcoin such as ETH, ADA, MATIC, XRP.This are good project other then bitcoin now.If you have some unused dollars, hold that dollar in the crypto currency. The crypto currency will return you some good profit.
Holding all throughout the bear market and selling at this point will definitely be foolish if one does that. Patience is all you need at this point. The market might be a bit down but it's nothing more than an opportunity to buy more if you can afford to do that, and if you can't afford to do that, you should at least keep holding your current assets so that you can get the profits that you have been wishing for and don't get deprived of it after reaching so close.

Even if the market doesn't enter the bull run in 2024, we will at least see the market gaining some momentum for the bull run by then which will make investors gain more confidence that the bull run is near, and the actual bull run might start in the end of 2024 or the starting of 2025.
634  Economy / Speculation / Re: take advantage of opportunities on: August 30, 2023, 01:21:24 PM
When you posted this, bitcoin was at $26500. One of the best way to overcome the panic is to DCA. People may not necessary buy all the bitcoin they want to buy at once, they can continue to DCA weekly.
Just as they say opportunity comes but once,it is necessary to take advantage of any given opportunity at all times.
Getting to know that Bitcoin market price rises and falls I grabbed the opportunity of buying andselling my Bitcoin at a high price and also invest from the current market where profit can be earned .
On some things maybe that was true but here in Bitcoin? I think not really. Bitcoin always surprises us. And the more we don't expect it, the more it will come. $26.5k isn't the lowest and many of us have already taken a piece of those cheap prices so it's okay if they will not buy at this price point.

Given that $26.5k is slightly higher than the past drops, there is still a big chance that we can see it again, especially now that we are still far from the halving event or in the bull run. Investing now or at the dip, isn't the one that can earn you profits, but it was when you sell it at the pump, although it is needed because how can we sell at a pump if we won't buy at the dump right?
635  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you feeling the old professional bounty managers? on: August 30, 2023, 05:32:30 AM
Personally they are here but they don't bring bounty now. What do you think could be the main reason for this? There were many higher rank managers who gifted us bounties for good projects in the past but now they are retired. What have they removed from the bounty due to the bad situation in the crypto market?
Maybe because there aren't a lot of good altcoin projects coming out these days. A good manager will only take projects to work on that they know have some potential and have something to offer the community and the participants because if a project turns out to be a bad one, it's their reputation that will be ruined as well since they were the one who hired all those participants and made them work for the project and then didn't get what they deserve.

So, the most probable reason for why so many professional and experienced bounty managers stop working as Bounty Managers is simply because there are more useless projects than legit ones and they obviously wouldn't like to take such projects and better stay away from the market for now.
636  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should we rely on prediction? on: August 29, 2023, 08:26:30 PM
Once invested there is always risk and return, and bitcoin cannot be called a low risk investment while its return is very high. The higher the profit, the higher the risk whether it is short term or long term, we should not forget this.

In my opinion, we don't need anyone's advice because not all experts know about bitcoin. It is important to take the time to learn everything about bitcoin before making a decision to invest in bitcoin. Absolutely do not invest in what you do not know about it and do not invest on the advice of others. Bitcoin is not like other traditional investments, it can be very profitable but the risk is also great so it is necessary to be more cautious when making decisions.
It is the basic rule of investments that you should understand that no investment comes without risk, whether you are investing in cryptocurrencies or anything at all. The very first thing you should do before making an investment is evaluate the risks it carries and compare that with the profit that you might get out of it. That is the only way you can actually be a good investor because you won't just waste your money on any investment.

If we talk about investing in cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin is considered to be the safest investment option but that doesn't mean that it doesn't carry any risk. However, investing in altcoins carries higher risks since they have the possibility of crashing severely which is not what Bitcoin can go through.
637  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: They believe that Bitcoin is outdated due to a misunderstanding. on: August 29, 2023, 06:50:03 PM
Some people say Bitcoin is great to keep your money safe. I don't get that. A good way to keep your money safe means its value doesn't change much. But Bitcoin's value goes up and down a lot, so it's risky. Why trade the safety of government-backed insurance for something that can change so much?

Also, the price is going up mainly because people think it will. Everyone's buying Bitcoin because they think "it went up before, so it will again." Or "it's the main cryptocurrency, so it's valuable." But is it really useful or is it just worth more than it should be? I think it's the second one. And saying other coins should be worth as much as Bitcoin is crazy. Some of those new coins are already being used and have real value.
So are you against Bitcoin or what? Most of the points that you tried to explain indicate that you don't like Bitcoin or the fact that it has grown significantly over the course of its existence, however, I don't think that will change anything, 1 Bitcoin will still be worth what it is even after your post or your thoughts about how useless or overhyped it is which isn't true in the real sense because you are not making sense at a lot of places in your post.

Keeping your money safe doesn't mean them not losing value at all, it simply means that you are the only one having access to your money and you also have the opportunity to convert them to another currency when you feel they might get devalued since the price of Bitcoin is volatile.
638  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What could be the problem here? on: August 29, 2023, 06:06:20 PM
...So the problem is we have to be able to restrain ourselves. And we should only enter into trades when we are truly psychologically prepared. should not be too excited but also should not be too lazy in making analysis and trading. Everything must be done quietly...
It is obvious that beginners want to earn a large amount of money as soon as possible. Therefore, they believe that if they open new orders more often, the faster their goal will be achieved. The fear of lagging behind the market movement leads to mistakes that entail the loss of money.
It's true, a lot of people, especially newbies, think that they need to make a lot of trades in order to earn a lot of profit that too in a very short period of time, and they ignore the fact that it also increases the chances of them making wrong trades and losing money which makes it completely useless to execute many trades. When you are earning $30 from 10 trades and then losing $20 in a single trade, it makes all your hard work go in vain.

The very first thing newbie investors need to keep in mind is that cryptocurrencies are not a get-rich-quick scheme and they need to keep calm, it can help them get financial stability but only if they try to understand things more clearly instead of rushing things and trying to make a quick profit.
639  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to identify shitcoins? on: August 28, 2023, 08:04:19 PM
As an investor, i did a lots of invest in altcoins. Those were suppose to be good that time with having good hype, good team and community. But with having all of thats, most of altcoins scam after a time! I wonder for some altcoins, they were suppose not to be go but they scammed without any reason! And hundreds of altcoins are in my wallet, which are turn into dead shitcoin now.
I believe you didn't do proper research because a shitcoin would never have a good team and a good community, and even if a token has a large community, it doesn't make it a legit project, even meme coins have large communities but they aren't proper cryptocurrencies and can always take a U-turn even if they are heavily hyped. The team behind a project plays a great role in the sustainability of the project because they are the drivers of the development processes.

A project just having a team isn't enough, even I can create a project, and put up some pictures and names on the website about the team behind the project, but what's important is the experience they have. An inexperienced team can barely make a successful project, especially if they have never been a part of a cryptocurrency project before.
640  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is not going to $12k. on: August 28, 2023, 02:16:42 PM
There are certain institution that can actually support Bitcoin at the price of $20k, but anything can happen and the whales are playing with the market silently, $12k might happen but let's be more positive this time because we are already experiencing the longest bear market with cryptomarket. What's the reason to panic right now? I see the price  holding to the price of $26k, this is a good sign that the support is stronger that the seller.
I don't really think that the whales will make the market go as low as $12k because that will then make it extremely difficult for Bitcoin to get back to its previous all-time high and beyond it and if that doesn't happen, the whales won't really have any benefit for doing that. Also, if that happens, there will be a lot of panic and FUD in the market that will make an extremely high amount of retail investors sell their assets which will further decrease the price.

However, I don't find that happening anytime soon, I can't say anything about the next cycle when the market enters the bull market, goes beyond the previous all-time high, and then starts reversing, then it may drop significantly but I wouldn't expect $12k even after that.
