641  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible that all cryptocurrency will become regulated? on: July 01, 2022, 11:58:05 AM
The government won't be able to regulate Bitcoin but for sure, they will find ways to control it. The government is now seeing the potential of crypto to provide higher taxes so there's also a big possibility that they will use exchanges to control crypto in a single country as well as the users and investors. Bitcoin has a strong foundation and it couldn't be regulated by any organization.
That is correct - government wants to keep the power in the hand of authority.
Regulating crypto means giving the power to the people which is a daunting task. Some countries like Russia and Korea are accepting but not all.
Regulating cryptocurrency is actually a very possible thing to execute but from the look of things, if the digital currency gets regulated, a few things are definitely going to start going wrong and when that happens, Bitcoin is no longer what we now know it to be. Actually, one of the weird feeling is to be in charge or in control of a particular place and something comes in and as the leader you are, it’s difficult or nearly impossible for you to have control over the operations of that thing in your territory, feels like you’re are being kicked off balance Cheesy.

So, it’s totally normal for them to want to be in control of everything but it seems like it will take a longer time to achieve that.
642  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shiba inu on: July 01, 2022, 10:21:58 AM
Shiba inu is a meme coin. Now Total crypto currency market is very down so that All meme coin down now. Some days ago shiba inu and others meme coin like doge was huge hype. I think in future when market will up then all meme coin will up. And also shiba inu will up because shiba inu is very popular now. Future of shiba inu is bright i strongly believe it.
How sure are you about that? You can take Doge as an example, it was nothing until recently when some people decided to start using as a pump and dump. Check the price history and you will see that DOGE has never had any reasonable trend until the one that happened in 2021, plus Elon Musk hyping it as well.

That’s just it, and as for SHIB I feel it was riding on the path that Doge created during its own trend, so many people thought to themselves this is another meme coin and it would do well, so they hopped on it. It’s still new, there is no way we can be certain what would be the outcome in the future. It might fail like others.
643  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin drops to $8k on: July 01, 2022, 08:14:43 AM
are you sure about $8000? Don't let us miss the next bullish season,
because according to experienced traders this is the right time to buy Bitcoin and altcoins,
and don't wait for $8000 because it will definitely never go back there again, believe me!
if you look at the past, indeed since 2018-2020 bitcoin has decreased below $ 8K but will this year also happen? I don't think I'll see that, even if the signs of a decline continue and of course it will only be around $10K and not until it's going down to $8K.
Of course, you are right, my friend, if there is a decline like this, it is the right time to increase your bitcoin and altcoin investment, of course.
Maybe it's possible since many experts are seeing a similar pattern between the year 2018 and 2022 although they didn't state that the price could hit 8k but their predictions are still higher than 10k. They also think that 8k is too low already for bitcoins on this year judging that the btc users have learned a lot of lessons from the past. Before what usually they will do when they see a bear is they panic but now they will simply buy and hodl strongly.

@judaspriest
Don't worry, bullish season won't be missed even if let say 8k can truly come because bear do always has its own end. The market won't be balanced anymore if it will only stay on one season.
644  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Will Not Devalue To Zero on: June 30, 2022, 01:11:11 PM
I also don't believe they can mess with ethereum and it's impossible to kill him again.
People will also think first when there is a new network that is present, even if they install a cheap price, they will also think if they want to use it.
"Kill him again"? So, you're saying that eth have died before due to other altcoins? Hhmm but what I know is that eth have rank down from the second spot to 3rd, and I think bnb was the coin that kicked eth but luckily eth reclaimed its spot later on.

Many alts can mess up with eth because they can provide solutions from the known issues eth is experiencing now but that's the only thing they can do. Eth is still more secure on them and has other advantages which is why it cant be totally killed. Once the eth 2.0 is complete this can make the coin strong again. I bet devs of other networks are now threatened as they know that their end is near.
645  Economy / Speculation / Re: Need more more to invest on crypto. on: June 30, 2022, 10:33:24 AM
For a newbie it is very important to invest with a small amount because if you start big things will create a big panic with the money you have a surprising decline. But if you have great faith in what you have maybe great things will happen in the future.
Before starting to invest in bitcoin, as a beginner, you need knowledge of fundamental analysis and strategic steps to minimize losses and optimize profits from the amount of money invested. In addition, beginners must also be able to have a strong mentality, be patient, and be able to control their emotions better.
I think the qualities that you mentioned are for novice and experts already. It's too hard to master that all for just a beginner that has no experience yet on this market but as a beginner it's okay to fail at their first few tries because that is what they learn when they make a mistake.

Yes, that's true because bitcoin can be divided in a small pieces but you should keep in mind that there are transaction fee. We only need to make sure that the amount that we buy is higher than the fee as it doesn't make sense anymore if you will pay more for the fees than the btc that you will be getting. Btc and other cryptos can be a stepping stone for those who want to become a pro investor and will invest later on other types assets which are more expensive, more difficult and more riskier.
646  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ignore the dip and Invest in Bitcoin for long term on: June 30, 2022, 10:05:52 AM
Undermining the risk of investing in Bitcoin right now because it’s inestimable. One cannot predict how the market will be the next minute. So why not focus on investing rather than just selling out because of the dip or Do you believe Bitcoin will never rise again?
I am more confident that Bitcoin will rise again as it did last year and also as it did a few years ago. The focus that you offer is indeed very good, because for now everyone is better at buying and holding Bitcoin than having to sell everything. Yes, the market is not completely predictable, but trust that market conditions will improve again after this downturn.
That is what bitcoin does, it rises and it falls and it repeats. That is the most guaranteed thing you can hear today, even if everything else fails, bitcoin will always go up and down. Which means that we have been down for a while and that should be going up again, it's about time. I am not saying that it will happen today, but let's be honest crypto has been around for a long enough time to know that it will do well in the future.

We need to just stay back, relax and not screw anything up. If you end up doing something that will ruin all the chances we have, then we are going to end up with a big problem and nobody would want that to happen.
647  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we embrace a cashless policy?? on: June 30, 2022, 06:16:08 AM
I'd thought about it as well that will it be that convenient for everyone to go cashless same time since the development is not everywhere, the only countries to benefit that most are the developed ones, but we can't overlooked their relevances both in the role they play for the payment of goods and services in the world economical system, come to think of it this wat that bulkiness in cash is no more necessary in making payments while there are instances whereby cash is more needed because of the conditions surrounding it, the two need to be in use and i think bitcoin itself have solve alots of potential potholes in fiat cashless policy and regulations around it, no limitations in bitcoin transactions unlike in fiat.
He just said it that not all are able to adopt it due to some reasons like lack of knowledge or budget to have a device that supports the technology but obviously it is convenient for those who always seeks for it since they don't have any of those problems that I mentioned earlier except maybe if the person that they are trying to send cashless payments are from those unsupported areas, you know there are areas where no signal, electricity, internet but I believe that they won't be like that forever as I already saw some far areas which are improving.

Soon almost all people are now going to enjoy the benefits of these new technologies that we are seeing today.
648  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about altcoin market on: June 29, 2022, 04:21:03 PM
Anyway, everything that has been trading at the bottom shall be considered as a good price to buy. So if you are feeling doubt caused by that and then forget to invest in the crypto. you do know that if the price already bottomed but you are still seeking opinion from others. that proves if you didn't even trust yourself. Buy if you think that already gone to the bottom. Not buy when you are thinking that's still overvalued at this moment. That's an easy choice for you and then the choice is yours.
I think there is no way to tell the bottom of the coins so I don't like using that word. Instead we can say that the coins are dumping and that is a good time for buying. There is no room for doubts thinking that there is more dump to come because we are already given by a good price.

We should be thankful for this and shouldn't ask for more. If they want to, they can invest smaller amounts for a while so that they have a back up funds left for later use, in case what they are expecting occurs. It's not bad to ask for a second opinion, if we aren't sure to decide for ourselves because you know, the market nowadays is truly confusing.
649  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are we going to recover or continue to dump? on: June 29, 2022, 12:10:11 PM
My bet is sideway, no strong trend toward either up or down. Just keep hovering over this price range for weeks before anything actually happens (depending on the upcoming FED hike rate). Maybe there could be some pushing from ETH since next month Aug where we finally know about the future of ETH 2.0. Enough to have some influence over the market.
Influence over the market? Or maybe on the eth only since it's the one that will be updated but is it possible that eth can drive other altcoins to move up? If that happens then btc will be left behind but no worries as this coin can rise on its own when it's about time. It can be better if alts rise first since there are lots of them and many people invest on them.

It will give those people a relief and can possibly encourage them to invest more. Other newbies are also going to invest when they witnessed that recovery. In the even their pump goes down, that may be the time where btc is ready to rise and they will be dragged upwards once again.
650  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's the $500 for? NFT or Coin! on: June 29, 2022, 09:43:51 AM
I'm confused about choosing to buy NFT or Coin. Ask for advice in terms of benefits. Thanks for the advice, I wish you success next year.
I am sure the NFT Gaming has great potential. I am involved in one new NFT project "reptile chronicles". They are really making good content for the community. I am sure the game will be successful and exciting. What do you think about it?
I think it's clear to us now that nft's are only in just for hypes because if we observed many nft projects are dying and some have completely died already so what is that potential you're trying to say. This nft project you shilled there can only run good at first but pretty sure that it can also end up on the same path as the others.

The real potential is on the cryptos. We already see how most of them survived for many years and even the new projects do still have a chance over the new nft's but in terms of scam and low quality projects, they also exist here in crypto coins, that is why when investing in newer projects its always advised to do a research.
651  Economy / Economics / Re: UK inflation hits new high of 9.1% as food and energy price surge persists on: June 29, 2022, 08:36:52 AM
I’m wondering why small countries with highly developed economical structure is hitting with the inflation. There might be few meanings to my sentence up here but I’m talking about in the sense of managing the economical circular and stop the inflation from happening. They have better control over financial systems considering digital tracking, every person having their taxes paid off and less population with kingly control, why they have such failure is big complex for me. I can understand this happening for densely populated countries, high illiteracy rate and what not!
The reason, well at least the main reason would be the fact that in the smaller nations it is easier for politicians to be corrupt. I know that makes sense to people who lived in a small nation, and maybe people who live in 100+ million population type of places may not understand this.

But, when you live in a nation with a small population, a small economy, and of course a small number of voters total, that means that you could be corrupt and you can get away with it, because you are reaching out to a lot of people with your corruption and getting their vote as well. You could literally have a few industry giants in your pocket, keep being a president thanks to that, and control the whole media since it is only a few channels.
652  Economy / Economics / Re: From Sideways to Downhill on: June 29, 2022, 07:48:02 AM
If you're long term then it would really be understandable that you do need to wait and patience would really be tested on times like these and it's not surprising that market could really move sideways whether going up next or would really dip down further that's why it's really hard.

When you do have the experience then you do have the advantage over or compared to those people who are just new to deal with the market. So expect the unexpected because everything could really happen along the way.
Some people are always in hurry they want to get profit as early as possible.
I am one such character - so the waiting time is so much trouble for me. for this I always find an alternative sources and I have to keep myself very calm while doing all this.
The biggest alternative that I found has been gaming, during this low period I just love gaming and I played a lot of games, not a lot because I am working hard these days, but whenever I got any free time, that went to playing a game.

Plus, I had some health issues, for some weird reason I damaged my muscles in my left peck, so like left side of my stomach, so I have been laying down a lot these days, not a horrible big injury or anything, been a week and already feeling better, but that took some of the attention away as well. All in all, it feels like it is a great period to find alternative sources of fun or anything that takes your focus away, so you can wait patiently, and fail, or have fun doing something else.
653  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's preventing bitcoin from worldwide adoption? on: June 29, 2022, 06:35:26 AM
But do you know if you today Government and World Bank passes judgement or gives order that Bitcoin is now generally acceptable as payment in all various country, use as fiat including in day life expenses, individuals has no options than to use, now taking of transactions fees it is only less than $1 and max of $2.5 depending on the gas fee at such point. As time goes we could be used to it.,
The honest truth of it is the "Volatility".
I believe that the laws are fine, the gas fee situation will be fixed in the future for sure without a doubt. Look at Lightning Network on bitcoin right now, it spends only a few satoshis and it is incredibly fast as well.

It is not ideal right now because of security concerns and that is why we are not seeing that everywhere, but it is being worked on right now which means that when the time comes we are going to have a system where it's only like 1-5 cents per transaction and that would be amazing and it could be working towards paying right away anywhere you go as well since you wouldn't have to wait neither, it is both fast and cheap.
654  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: June 28, 2022, 08:16:24 PM
Jesus is having his medical in London today ahead of his ~50 mil euro deal to Arsenal. I think it is a smart move, he showed he is a top player when he was given a chance in the 2nd half of the season.

He should gel well into fast and direct Arsenal offensive line and he will bring some experience and a winning mentality to a fairly inexperienced team.
For the player, it is a very smart move because he gets an assured playing time (has to compete with only academy graduate nketiah), and also with higher pay. While i believe its a gamble for Arsenal. Arteta is getting a striker worth 50m that has only scored all time high 14 premier league goals in a campaign. I feel its not so good deal for Arsenal, hopefully, arteta can get him firing on all cylinders
We have some good and bad from Arteta in last season and after this if he is taking this gamble then surely he has something positive about this in mind which can give him good results and about the score 14 goals it's all as much he has in ground still its good results from this player, and we are going to watch a completely different Gabriel Jesus in next season with the pair of Nketiah both can change things for Arsenal which is having tough time in last few years and fans are looking for some better results but nothing good happening.

Gabriel Jesus could be game changer for Arsenal, and surely he is going to be star in next season if he is going to have more time as he was having at Manchester City.
655  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Better than DCA is DCAing when fear is high on: June 28, 2022, 06:26:12 PM
Don’t take those fear and greed graphs too seriously. They have been at fear for months and it keeps going down. I used it last cycle and price went another 50% before reversing and same with the greed calculation.

If you went by that you would of sold provably at $20K before it hit $69K. The issue is that it can fall further and the extreme fear will only go down by one point or two. And you are sitting at a 20% loss. And it can also go down another. 20% a few times before it reverses.
Being in fear for long and still going down actually makes quite sense, why wouldn't it? I mean it is in fear and if people are in fear then they are selling, hence why it's in fear. That means the price going down equals to people being in fear, and that is how all of that works.

The logic of that fear/greed index is not to tell you when the price would go up, it doesn't say that "fear equals quick profit short term if you buy now" like many people think, it just tells you if the market is in fear or greed. After that, is up to you to make a difference and sometimes you use it and make a profit, and sometimes you do not use it and make a loss.
656  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Want to invest on: June 28, 2022, 05:06:51 PM
It is an opportunity for those who have a lot of capital and have never made a purchase at a high price so obviously it will be very good to take advantage of the moment of the price drop to make a lot of profit later on or when the market recovers at another time.
Mate, it is an opportunity for all of us, not just for a few. If you bought them at a high price then you don't need to worry because we all know bitcoin will rise again, you should not panic when buying at high prices and do not want to continue investing, thinking that is not true. This time better than ever you should buy more, accumulate more and just hold them, the bear market will definitely end and the bulls will come.
Even if you say that this is an opportunity for all, not all of them are still willing to take risk especially nowadays when the market is falling heavily but many are just leaving thinking that it is the end of cryptos already but if someone just bought at a higher price then that's cool.

It simply shows that they are rich but at the same time it also shows that they are willing to take big risk since the is a big chance that the price will fall down again after a pump while there are some that do that, for the reason that they are scared to invest at the dip and they want to make sure that the price won't fall anymore but it is actually wrong.
657  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin FUD is for losers. BE A WINNER. Stay Cool- Be Positive =D on: June 28, 2022, 03:59:10 PM
I don't know if others have also felt this, but during bear markets I feel like I'm smarter. There's a certain feeling of superiority when you look around you and you can see other people's fear and panic but you remain cool and unperturbed.

Just a few days ago, I watched the interview of my country's incoming central bank governor. He belittled Bitcoin. He finds Bitcoin absurd, based on the greater fool theory. My feeling of superiority was somehow boosted and I was smiling inside while watching the cretin.

Well, I just hope this Bitcoin hubris of mine will prove me right in the end. If not, everybody's free to laugh at me. Cheesy
There are and those people are also like you that are not new here anymore in this market. It's not that you guys are smart and they are dumb but it's just you have more experienced on this field.

You already know what bitcoin went through so despite of the crashing of its price and the entire crypto market, you still remain calm and in control of the situation. For now you are smiling because you think the central bank governor of your country knows nothing about bitcoin but what if eventually he will recommend to completely ban the use of bitcoin and cryptos in your country? I don't think you can still smile after that.
658  Economy / Economics / Re: if you think 18k btc is low wait until autumn ... on: June 28, 2022, 03:15:28 PM
I hope that the price doesn't fall again, today there was a small correction that made bitcoin another chance to drop below $20k, if this happened it would certainly cause panic like before, focus on the goal of profit, namely not to panic when the market drops.
I would guess that the price could go up and down a lot during this period, and we would have to face this fact for a long time and we will worry which direction it will go until it happens. Think about it this way, we had this for a long time but we recovered a bit right now, right? I mean remember the 28k-31k period? We had that and then it dropped to here, which shows that we could literally go down from here, and that is a reality we have to accept.

At the same time, I remember a million other times when we got stuck between two prices and then went up as well. So, we have no idea which one it will, but both are possible and we need to be ready for them.
I remember clearly that during Q4 of 2020, we had a period where it had a trouble going above 20k again as well. We went up and down between 17k to 19.5k or so around 5 times and that is the problem we are facing today as well. That day we didn't see anything above 20k and that was one of the reasons why it mattered so much and why it looked terrible.

But looking at it right now, we had 68k at the peak, hence why 20k doesn't feel terrible, we are not scared if it will go up or not, we know that it will go up and that is fine for us. I personally prefer to see it as a thing that will grow bigger and I just do not know when it will do that, which is acceptable.
659  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you trust a gambler with your money/savings? on: June 28, 2022, 02:38:21 PM
It seems like you're asking two separate questions. Is this about someone working a job and potentially defrauding a company? Rather than trusting a friend on a personal level with your savings, which doesn't seem like a normal scenario that ever needs to happen. Why would you give a person your savings, when you know they have a problem with money handling? If they are a good gambler, playing with acquired skills, then they would never need outside funding from such a source and could build their own bankroll.
At first, he didn't know that his friend has a problem in gambling not until one time where he see him in a betting shop but if only he knows it at a much earlier time, he won't never entrust his money to his friend. His friend can still work with him but on a different role or on a different department where money is out of reach.

If his friend is a skilful gambler and can make money out of it, then I don't think he won't look for any other jobs but he will only use all of this time improving his skill in gambling as this is where his own passion is. When we love what we are doing, we don't feel that we are working anymore but we will only feel that we are playing.
660  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why Bitcoin will never go to zero on: June 28, 2022, 10:30:23 AM
China is against everything that they can not control, since the people of china are basically slaves to their own government. The mistake of the Chinese government is that Chinese people because of this media dump their coins when price is low and start to buy when it is high. So in the end they loose money to the rest of the world.
Exactly, I so much love this comment, China is totally obsessed with things they can not control. China has sought to be world power on so many occasions and failed in every attempt, and the worst thing that could possibly happen is for China to be in power of Bitcoin, Lol (impossible). As you rightly said, even the people China are a slave to their own government which happens to be one of the flaws of their governmental regime.

Anyways, I’m not too surprised about the statement, it’s natural that good things will always receive criticisms!
