Weeee... I just became legendary member of this forum  . I wonder why my activity did not change today? New activity gets updated next week, your just thinking a week too early.  Then how come MICRO's activity changed? I think maybe he had some activities from previous weeks or so left behind, so as soon he posted his activity might have gotten updated (happens within an hour after a post). i'm waiting for bitcointalk giveaways. They just do nothing. Just hope nothing happens because they got the worst support ever. Intensity had it also twice with 0.1 and they just do nothing and don't respond on his tickets and posts here. I did respond to his tickets every time. As for the people who got theirs money lost multiple times. Please secure your account if you don't know how to do that don't use it. Also if you use malware scripts and betting bots there is nothing we can do to protect you. Even if you have strong password and 2fA enabled that wont help against malware scripts. That is why we have warning in your browser console to never paste anything there. |

I have received lots of them on my PD account without any problems. Also there were cases when I wasn't expecting to receive anything because I wasn't participating in any contest or giveaway but still I saw more money on my PD balance and having checked the transactions I saw that the money were sent by Randall or by hui or by MICRO, who are PD mods. So PD is okay. ) Do not make unfounded accusations. would be nice to know how much weeks in pd time means 72 hours? Well you know that delays can happen, but eventually everything is paid out. Be patient... Many people abuse fb giveaways so im doing a lot of manual checking. All others giveaways are credited except last fb giveaway. |

This one wasn't in the chat, because i always try to make them private. I had to look in the log for this one after i didn't got it in the other account. It isn't the money its just that support is slow and keep lying all the way. Just say its irreversible instead of come up with such a nonsense story. Still the same that you dont block mail address. This problem still occurs: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uto1JBdfEEU. It's not just on my computer, also other users try it of all parts of the world and its everywhere the same. We will block email ONLY if we got like 100s of spam tickets from it. And even then i just delete them most of the time i dont mark email as spam. |

Do we really have to make tickets every 2 days before someone finally do something with it?  You need patient because PrimeDice got many ticket that need to being solve just like your problem. After a month, the ticket has finally been resolved. It took multiple PMs to MICRO and Stunna, who have still not replied since, after giving assurance that it would be resolved "very soon" and acknowleding the ticket as a "top priority." Two tickets had to be created through the Support Ticket system. Nevertheless, the ticket has finally been resolved with a bonus added.
Mladen was the one to address both tickets. The first ticket, he stopped replying to after a few replies back and forth for whatever reason. The second ticket (same issue as the first ticket), however, was resolved within 24 to 36 hours of its creation.
Moral of the story? Create multiple tickets...
Hey, Thank you for posting. And yes. If you dont get reply or stop getting replays its good idea to make new ticket after 48 hours. Sometimes zendesk gets weird and we don't see your latest reply to ours email. |
