681  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Blockchain trigger a massive boost in our economy? on: October 12, 2019, 12:30:39 PM
I think it will, if blockchain tech will be utilized by the government or by the mass it will lessen cost and I think operations will be more efficient and convenient. It will make a great change, it might take time but we will come to a point where blockchain tech will be part of our daily life.
682  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Criminals got balls because no COP or law to tackle them on: October 12, 2019, 11:15:40 AM
I am not an expert in regards to law, however, I think once it has been proven and it is known who the culprit is and there is one who will press a charge against the culprit. I guess the law that exists in a country will apply. In our country, those who create investment scam through crypto are being caught by the police and consider the same as those who scam people in real life.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Earning Interest with Bitcoin? on: October 12, 2019, 10:41:19 AM
This might be a good business, however, this is risky since crypto is decentralized it is difficult to secure the amount of bitcoin you are going to loan. I've heard from some of my friends that this is possible through some exchange, might be for them to lend to some traders.
684  Other / Off-topic / Re: New Exchanges on: October 12, 2019, 04:36:13 AM
A lot of new exchanges is coming into crypto market.
Now a days it is very important that which exchange is good for trading which is not.
So it is advise able to search necessary information before doing trading on any new exchange .

Most people would not even dare to try new platform not unless it has something new or great offer to new users. There are already a lot of good and established exchange, and trying new exchange might put new users or traders to risk. Traders look for exchange that is secured, fast withdrawal and deposit, and also convenient and with easy registration.

LOL at least he used the same title though 😂. Well, I would say if the next bull market is to occur next year, a lot of people are expecting for it to be bigger than the latest ATH. That is why a lot of people are trying to accumulate as much bitcoin as they can. We made it past the recent crash and now the price is smoothly recovering. Never be late for the ride, if you believe in bitcoin and it's long term potential, nothing should be stopping you from accumulating.
686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does trading fees really matter ? on: October 12, 2019, 02:06:17 AM
Well if you are trading often and just getting a small profit from your trade and if you accumulate the fees it would be a decent amount. However,  some traders are not bothered by the and they don't care much about it. I seldom trade since I have lesser time in crypto compared a year ago due to my full time job. Traders also consider fees when choosing a platform, some opt to choose trading platforms who offer their own coins to lessen the fee which I think is economical if you ar an active trader.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you sell your entire crypto right now with 500 percent profit? on: October 12, 2019, 01:26:35 AM
I am really curious about this question. To be clear, if there would be an opportunity to sell your tokens and make x5 right here and right now in exchange for promise to never invest in crypto again. How many people are ready to sell their tokens/coins at the moment and never come back?

Well, maybe if you are holding billions of dollars worth of investment, I would. It is a huge amount of money and I could live with that. Aside from crypto there are a lot of investment you could make. But if you are only holding a small amount of money, I would not. I beleive that crypto is here to stay in the future most of us might not be one of the early adopter of bitcoin but atleast most were able to get onvolved with it as early as today. Cryprocurrency has a alot of potential and it can still be developed to be better useful and convenient to the mass.
688  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Future of Altcoins ? on: October 12, 2019, 12:42:38 AM
As the market becomes more saturated more users are turning towards the top two crypto coins and those who had already invested into other altcoins have starting shifting their funds towards Bitcoin and Ethereum as other altcoins have failed to capitalize the market. If this continues then how will altcoin survive? is it just the matter of time or something which altcoins need to work on by working on the missing link.

It is not just bitcoin and ethereum, there are other altcoins that are on the top of the market cap that are worthy of investment. Bitcoin and ethereum are one of the best alternative since both are on the top, but aside that there are a lot of altcoins there that are also gaining as time goes by. As time goes by investors will get smarter and would stop chasing over altcoins over their price. I think projects with solid foundation, real use case and product would last in the market and those coin who survived due to hype will slowly phase out and die.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Telegram (GRAM tokens) to be live in few weeks on: October 12, 2019, 12:11:18 AM
Telegram is one of the best chat platform where most crypto enthusiast, projects, ICOs gather together to communicate whmith each other. Well, it is a huge company who had sold a huge amount of money in their crowdfunding and I guess it would be helpful for them to develop their platform even better. So, I guess this will be huge for both investors and tmTelegram it self. It all depends on how well the team and the investors carry the price of the token once it is unlocked and ready to be traded.
690  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: p2pb2b exchange top 1? on: October 11, 2019, 11:24:47 PM
Statistics can ba manipulated and most, I mean all exchange have bots that trade and some have fake volume. I have tried trading there at one point and it is obvious that some trades are made by bot. Exchange are faking volume so that they can have more traders in their platform or projects wanted to be listed in their platform.
691  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 8 Ball Pool game against live players worldwide - is gambling available? on: October 11, 2019, 05:39:07 PM
I play online pool and until now I haven't seen a gambling site that has a pool game on it. There are a lot of games that might be good to have in gambling platform such chess, pool, or even arcade games. I hope there will be a platform who will offer such games where players can compete with each other with bets on it. I think that would be fun.
692  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holding will be worth this year or in the long run? on: October 11, 2019, 12:33:40 PM
If you have bought your bitcoin when the price was around 3000 to 4000$ it already is worth it. The price had doubled compared the last bear market, but still it is the best time to buy if you are intending to hold till the next bull market.
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to be profitable in sports betting? on: October 11, 2019, 08:39:48 AM
A lot of us here love sports and we are betting at the same time.
I am not successful in this kind of venture but I would love to know from people here on what they do in order to win.
They say that sports betting has no house edge, but why is it it's still hard to win here?

I believe your chance in winning in sports betting is higher compared to gambling which all depends on luck, because in sports betting you can use your general knowledge in sports, the team, how the team plays together, strategy, and a lot of factors to be able to weigh which team has higher chance of winning. What makes it difficult is that, you will never know what the outcome of the sport will be, there are instances that even a top team gets defeated by an underdog team. That is one of the reasons why sports betting is intersting and fun at the same time, that is if you are a big fan of sports.
694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters needs to start respecting themselves on: October 11, 2019, 08:00:56 AM
Bounty hunters please start claiming your worth, do not go around promoting bounty projects that has too low allocation, i was surfing around on this forum today and i saw new bounty projects that have allocation worth of 1000dollars and they even have separate campaigns, why are people promoting such projects? you are the ones responsible for how developers are treating bounty hunters, there is nothing wrong if you decide not to work for penny... Even some airdrops on this forum has 8$ worth of allocation, just imagine that

There are bounty hunters that are careless and just join random bounties pushing their luck that it is legitimate and will pay well. They should consider reading through the bounty thread, and researching about the project before helping them promote. Do not waste your time promoting scam projects that will pay you worthless coin/token. Do your part as a abounty hunter and stop promoting scam projects, give your self a reward by joining legitimate projects and helping crypto by not promoting such projects.
695  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which one is better for you guys ? on: October 11, 2019, 07:08:14 AM
Doing IEO on the top exchange but public response is flat, or IEO on the exchange is not credible or shit exchange but the public is enthusiastic about welcoming it ?

Speaking of IEO, most investors tend to consider the exchange where the crowdfunding will take place. I guess, the project it self comes 2nd priority or it could be either way depending on the investor. But most likely, an IEO has better chance of getting much attentio  when it is conducted in a famous exchange with big market volume and users. I think it is rare that an IEO would have a flat public response if it is in a top exchange, not unless investors had made a good review or are aware that a project has no potential.
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitconnect Investigation on: October 11, 2019, 06:35:06 AM
During bitconnect's hype t also got my attention but never  came into my mind to invest on it. I saw a lot of videos and even streamers in youtube promoting bitconnect and their earnings on it, but sadly after the controversy a lot of people were devastated because some had put all they have into the scheme and go completely bankrupt. I also so this one guy creating a video crying over since he had put all his penny on bitconnect. Sadly, this is cryptocurrency and it would be a lot of effort, time and money to get down to the root and investigate where and to whom did the money go. Only a few culprits in crypto got caught doing fraudelent acts and scam but as I mentioned it took a lot of time and money to get to that point.
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Power belongs to the investors, they are not to be toyed with on: October 11, 2019, 05:11:09 AM
Investor is the life of a project, if the team would not do anything to deliver their project and to promote their project well, investors will lose interest in a project which will lead to slower project development and the worst, it will make a project dead. However, as an investor we should not feel too privileged, making a project alive and bigger should be give and take, investors takes the reward when the project grows, then they should let the team work and they should give them time to develop a ptoject. And for the team, to do their best for the investors not to lose their faith on them.
698  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to protect your token's on: October 11, 2019, 01:58:50 AM
There are lots of people who shouted for help every time i open the forum lots of them are scammed, lost a key for their wallets and more,
here are some tips that you can do to avoid this kind of incidents
1. Keep your keys for wallets in a secure place where you can easily access but others can't
This is the number one rule of thumb for me keep it in a safe place that accessible by you but not to other people
2. Never share your passwords to anyone
Remember even the closes person to you can turn you down sometimes, and hit you really hard when you don't expect
its okay to trust people around you but there should be a distance or a position where in okay you can't know everything about me its
too personal.
3. If you keep your keys codes etc in your computer make sure you always have a backup a clone for the drive to be safe.
This is the last one for me but this should be at first procedure you should do first always keep your backup because we all know
you don't know when your computer encounter a problem specially windows , which a lot of users are using ,
there you go this are some simple steps that can be done i hope this can help you keep you codes and keys safe every time

The best way if you are using online wallet is to bookmark the wallet to avoid getting phishing and to keep your private key secured. If you want to secure your finds, better to put it in a hardware wallet than storing it in an online wallet. That way you can wnsure that your private keys are safe and to create a duplicate hard copy of your codes and access.
699  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What are the fair rewards come out from campaign? on: October 11, 2019, 01:25:01 AM
I was planning to join the campaign, i asked one already join more than one, the answer is choked me,
Although the project not bad, he received only $6.8 after worked for 6 weeks is it fair?  Is it normal?
What you think?

The reward varies on the campaign, rank, bounty pool, the amount of token sold during the crowdfunding and the # of participants. These are the things that most bounty hunters consider aside from the project it self. So, if there are hundreds of participants and the bounty pool is not that high expect that the amount of bounty would be lesser.
700  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The uses for Cryptocurrency in places where fiat currency cannot be used on: October 11, 2019, 12:49:05 AM
Maybe in times like economic crash in Venezuela and Zimbabwe where using their fiat would not be convenient, crypto would be a good alternative. As another example, in our country using crypto as payment when buying digital goods like mobile loads, game credits, paying bills or shopping online would give you discount when we use our wallet application or use crypto as payment. As we advance and crypto becomes widely adopted we will see more instances where crypto can be used in case of absence of payment via fiat.
