Maybe you're donating to some random dude who just taped his address to the window.
AKA the OP.
Haha, that hadn't actually flown through my mind. You might be right. It's awful to distrust everyone but in these times you have to.

Where is that from if I may ask?
724  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do people find my username (SamboNZ) offensive? on: April 19, 2014, 06:05:48 PM
Unless you call yourself something offensive with the intent of being offensive it should pass as OK.
725  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price at end of 2014? on: April 19, 2014, 06:04:15 PM
50 usd
What kind of attitude is that? Could you at least elaborate on what your predictions are based on? Smiley
726  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: April 19, 2014, 06:03:34 PM
I thought there was some laziness in the air, wasn't it? so why bother reading when someone can do it and do a tl,dr
Haven't you considered that you might miss out on a wonderful experience by actively refusing to read books and stories?

I read a lot of books and scientific papers but not any random thing thing of the internet, can you afford reading everything that is trown at you ?
Afford? Do you view your time as currency?
727  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Do you get paid for a signature at the bottom of threads on: April 19, 2014, 06:02:19 PM
You can earn from signatures, only if you are a member or above. But meaningful income will come only if you are promoted to Senior Member or Hero Member.

Here is the time taken to reach each of the ranks:

Jr. Member:   Activity: 30, Takes 6 weeks time from registration.
Member:       Activity: 60, Takes 10 weeks time from registration.
Full Member: Activity: 120, Takes 18 weeks time from registration.
Sr. Member:   Activity: 240, Takes 36 weeks time from registration.
Hero Member:   Activity: 480, Takes 70 weeks time from registration.

Thanks was just about to ask how the ranks are determined.  Much appreciated.

Activity system is confusing. Took me a while to figure it out.
14 per 2 week period, different requirements for different forum ranks. All in the stickies on this forum. Smiley

728  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do people think income tax is ok? on: April 19, 2014, 06:01:08 PM
People supported slavery too.

And when they talked about it, they always talked about the benefits...not the use of force against humans.
..
.....The difference between slavery and taxes is that not all people were directly affected by
slavery, it was discrimination towards a specific group of people.

The similarity between slavery and taxes is that taxes are a modern form of slavery.
Also taxes discriminate against the poor, since the rich can afford to use every possible tax shelter.
Why is taxes a modern form of slavery? We're not forced to work without payment, which is what slavery was. It's just a stupid comparison made by hyper-liberals.
729  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Saw this today at one of my local charity shops on: April 19, 2014, 05:59:38 PM
Are you sure that it's the shop that has set that up themselves? Maybe you're donating to some random dude who just taped his address to the window.

Can't be bothered reading through all these pages, hard to know if you're posting something that's already been posted.

Canada is cold, but nice in the summer.
Maybe one of the safer South American areas where English is spoken by at least ~1/3 of the people?
Does that come with a increased risk of being shot every time you leave your house?
732  Other / Off-topic / Re: Earn some extra $$ to buy BTC ! Or just keep it to yourself. on: April 19, 2014, 05:55:55 PM
Not even gonna click on those download links.

733  Other / Off-topic / Re: How long have you been logged in for? on: April 19, 2014, 05:54:35 PM
There's a duplicate thread but.

5 days, 9 hours and 52 minutes.
Why not just post in both? Cheesy
Might be different people reading the different threads! And clearly someone is interested.

Oh believe me, I do Tongue

and btw... 5 days, 19 hours and 39 minutes.
Haha, I post whenever it has increased a major amount ( few days or so ). Smiley

bitcoin competition  Huh
Well, it's not really a competition. The system will probably be very limited and it'll be hard implementing it in the rest of the world due to tax laws etc.
736  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Apple removing last bitcoin wallet from AppStore Survey on: April 19, 2014, 05:52:34 PM
apple makes me so mad on this subject. like seriously what do they get out of banning it and does anyone know the reasonw why i feel like there would be more positives in keeping them then removing them right
Atleast you can be sure that they'll regret that they banned it in due time. When people start boycotting Apple they'll ask themselves why.
737  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn up to 2.4 BTC/Month by Posting on: April 19, 2014, 05:51:55 PM
Name and shame the scum bags please. Ruining it for everyone
Indeed, they're part reason why the rates can't be higher than they are, because they have to include the risk of getting scammed by scum.
738  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: April 19, 2014, 05:51:22 PM
Why do for some people reading  is not fun ?
Is that really a properly formulated question in your opinion?

Is it not allowed to do grammar mistakes once in a while ?
It surely is, but it should be avoided as much as possible, shouldn't it?
739  Other / Off-topic / Re: New Gmail Feature to send $ through email... on: April 19, 2014, 05:50:56 PM

Hahaha, this is not bot. If you not believe me. No problem
It's one thing to say "it's not a bot", but before someone invests into this I'm sure they want to know what they're paying for. It's definitely 20 thousand real accounts created by different individuals
