Hah, self moderated topic aswell. Gee wiz, this is getting more and more laughable.
1282  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you think she is pretty? #2 on: April 15, 2014, 09:09:16 PM
ha, didn't expect that, at first glance I'd say she is pretty now I can say he is pretty cute.

She is still the proper term, I think.

I dunno, what defines a male from a female? I think He applies more then she

I think it's more of a political thing, if someone identifies as female, it's rude to call them male.
Indeed, it's the whole transgender shitty discussion all over again. Lots of people getting butthurt.

Meh, they're hot. They can be called whatever they want.
Some might be considered hot by me at a first glance, but it's all gone once I realize it's a male. It's nothing wrong with it, it's just how sexual preferences work.
1283  Economy / Economics / Re: Worst bitcoin decision you've ever made? on: April 15, 2014, 09:07:40 PM
Bought 200BTC at $18 more then a year ago, sold it for $80 thinking I made HUGE profit, classic screwup but who would know it would go to $1100
Just like for everyone else thats the tricky part. You can't predict what's gonna happen. In my opinion you still made a good deal, although not optimal at all.

If i kept every bitcoin that I had , when I had the most, I would have >1mUSD at todays prices. Sucks but yeah, I made a concious decision to hedge my risks back then.
Hah, yeah. It's a bit worse for the people who just lost them due to not caring as they weren't valuable at all, now realizing they'd be millionaires.

Well, then thing is, they never invested real money. So it is no that sad actually. Like the guy that had 10000 BTC on a harddrive that he mined 5 years ago on a laptop and then the harddrive ended up on the wasteplant. Not much investment right there, but sure it sucks to lose out on so much money Wink
Ah yeah. I've also had the policy to not invest any of my own money into bitcoins. I can't afford unsafe investments, even tho I'm fully aware I might regret it in 5 years.

This hugely depends on your personal finances. If you have disposable income, why not throw 5% of that into a high risk/high reward investment. The upside is huge and the downside is limited to -100%. If you are also young , then this sounds like a snapcall to me. (It was for me). But be sure to not be emotional about it, and make decisions on fundametials , not panic and price.!!!
That's the problem, I don't really have a disposable income that I can invest in anything. If I had, however, I would definitely consider investing small sums in bitcoins.

Doubt he'll go, why would he? Interesting to see how it pans out however.
1286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's tell Amazon that we want them to accept bitcoin! on: April 15, 2014, 09:04:07 PM
guys, dont use the general enquiry support..

try emailing the CEO direct. jeff@amazon.com

http://www.businessinsider.com/amazon-customer-service-and-jeff-bezos-emails-2013-10
Yeah I'm sure the CEO will bother responding to 10 emails about accepting Bitcoins.
1287  Economy / Services / Re: Will do anything I can possibly do for 1 BTC on: April 15, 2014, 09:03:29 PM
Anything for 1 BTC you say? How about work a few hours per day, earn 500 USD, and buy a bitcoin?
PROBLEM - SOLVED.

Yes or sell the Galaxy s4 and a few other items and buy a bitcoin
Who needs a phone anyways, right?
1288  Economy / Services / Re: 2 BTC bounty for identification of a person in a picture on: April 15, 2014, 09:02:49 PM
I don't want to click the link but I'm so curious haha.  I would be all over this if I had a NSA connection lol
The link is fine, just an image of a guy.
1289  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: April 15, 2014, 09:01:08 PM
Can't he help himself?
1290  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: About freebitcoinwin on: April 15, 2014, 06:09:16 PM
but balance is reset to 0 lol
That's a shame then. Well, there were already tons of threads and alike stating that freebitcoinwin ( this post for example ) was a scam all along. Research before investing time into smth like that next time.

yeah i would never go there even if they paid me Cheesy almost a month for only 0.00001??? i get 0.0002 today from freebitco
so everyone do not visit that site its only a waste of time
Yep yep, discussion is circling but still, even if they start to pay a few users it's not a good site. Smiley)
1291  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: will the bitcoin reach $1000 one day...? on: April 15, 2014, 06:07:06 PM
Yes you are right very useful but just few peoples can do good analysis and research and most of other creating rumors
Yup. Hate when people start getting afraid of nothing and it affects everyone else.
1292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Let's tell Amazon that we want them to accept bitcoin! on: April 15, 2014, 06:05:58 PM
For those interested in shopping at Amazon with BTC or LTC, https://www.btczone.com has been offering a way for almost three years.
I think the point is to get the website itself to accept them, to make bitcoins more valuable. All bitcoin owners can already sell their bitcoins for USD and buy it that way.
Yeah, it would be convenient.
Yeah, the point is it'd make the Bitcoin price rise due to it becoming more and more mainstream. I don't see this happening within the next 5 years, but let's keep the hopes up shall we. Smiley
1293  Other / Off-topic / Re: Hit the road Jack. on: April 15, 2014, 06:03:30 PM
I remembering hearing this song as a little boy. Great music. Songs like this will never die!

That's the exact reason I posted it, just to make sure people don't forget.
Inb4 60 years from now when we're old and despise the younger generations. "Back in my days we had REAL music, like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga!" and someone posts links to "I kissed a girl" on a forum, asking people to remember how great those days were! Cheesy
1294  Economy / Services / Re: [PrimeDice] [Highest Paid Signature] Earn up to 2.4 BTC/Month by Posting on: April 15, 2014, 06:02:02 PM
hell no, u dont have to pay taxes on bitcon where im at, now whats wrong with u?

You're actually making your monthly income posting on a forum? That's absolutely disgusting. That just shows how useless all your posts are, contributes to absolutely nothing.

oh by the way people get paid to post all the time, go google get paid to post and they do it for extra income, you asinine fool

Obviously I see you posting negative comments, are you getting paid for negative posts or constructive posts?
My point is that you lose ALL credibility on this forum if you in fact ONLY post for money. Filth, filth everywhere. Ew.
1295  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Desperately seeking bitcoins on: April 15, 2014, 05:59:15 PM
If you start mining today with 10TH it'll take a little less than a month to get 15 BTC.  Overall you'll make about 41 BTC.
Why won't you make anything past 41 BTC? I'm really not into mining -at all- so excuse my ignorance.
1296  Other / Off-topic / Re: We want (I want) PEACE !!! on: April 15, 2014, 05:57:21 PM
it has nothing to do with money

sometimes war is necessary, mostly freedom can't be claimed by peace but only with arms  Undecided

Every war is about money / resources Smiley

Why would anyone attack other country if they will not gain $$ from it? Smiley

Are you actually that stupid? You mean you can't attack other countries to gain political or religious advantages? Only a 12 year old would still believe war is only based on cash earnings after the famous "oil wars" that USA has been at for several years. Just because you got like 2-3 examples of it doesn't mean it's the basis for all conflicts.
1297  Other / Off-topic / Re: loose != lose on: April 15, 2014, 05:54:54 PM
There is often confusion over the words loose and lose. This is due to the lack of consistency in pronouncing words that end oose and ose.
Loose means not tight or free from constraint.
To lose means to fail to: (1) keep (2) win or (3) make money.

I think that the people spelling it with oose are spelling phonetically, they assume the long "o" needs to be spelled longer, so to speak.  It's not a lack of understanding of the meaning.  Same reason I keep seeing "proove" lately.

I don't have any problem with how a non-native speaker writes, at least they are trying.  But for native speakers, this is inexcusable as I wouldn't have passed 6th grade spelling like that.

Loose and proove all over the place here, whats next?

All this is gonna put me in an early TOOMB
Haha, it's not that annoying though is it? Seems like a mild case of OCD in your case.
1298  Economy / Services / Re: 2 BTC bounty for identification of a person in a picture on: April 15, 2014, 05:54:00 PM
Keep it humane, people. I'm sure you can find someone on dark net willing to help you though.
1299  Economy / Services / Re: ★★★ EARN 0.0006 BTC PER POST - FLAT RATE FOR 45 DAYS - JR. MEMBERS ALLOWED ★★★ on: April 15, 2014, 05:52:02 PM
I wonder why on earth I have to reply to every single people PMing me for upfront payment and clarify rules which I have clearly stated on board !!! Moreover, before running this campaign, I have already been cheated (can not prove, so not demanding anything) by people, who took upfront payment from me and ran away. The trust system on the board is so funny, that I cant even give them -ve trust !!!

And many people have been cheated on by non-paying sig deals. You don't have to pay up front, but either pay after a week or so or put the money with a trusted escrow to gain faith and trust in yourself. Otherwise, people are going to be sceptical and probably not sign up, but this is all irrelevant anyway.
Why do people bother responding to this guy? Clearly he's not serious enough to use an escrow, he's not even responding to that suggestion. He's only saying he's gotten scammed with upfront payments, but avoiding to tell us why he refuses escrow. Smiley
1300  Other / Off-topic / Re: Answer the question above with a question. on: April 15, 2014, 05:50:26 PM
never, there is no possible way it could be controled completely!

will it ever reach a 1 000 000$?

No it will not, I think at some point bitcoin will die, but other cryptocurrencies will take over (bitcoin 2.0 or 3.0 or whatever) what are the ideal specs of the bitcoin replacement and protocol enhancement ?

why would there be such a currency as bitcoin 2.0 when we can simply upgrade this bitcoin?

I don't think you can just about upgrade the bitcoin protocol just like that, there are things than can be and other than cannot be done, also the supply is pretty limited but anyways I think we should leave it to the future, for now don't you think that BTC price should rise more before celebrating ?

it's better if the supply is limited, one day we will be paying for stuff in Satoshis not Bitcoins Smiley

if the supply is your worry can't we just use Dogecoin? Cheesy
Does anyone have a feeling that Dogecoin is the next coin, or is that just me?
