I am working on a pricing schedule.Does anyone have input regarding:
1:most desired/popular cuts?
2: interest in discounts for larger orders
3: interest in discounts for a medley type order with a combination of steaks, roasts, hamburger
4: interest in custom cuts , this could be arranged through the packing company I am using
I hope to be open for "pre orders" in a week or two. I appreciate those who have so far expressed interest.
I am looking into using an escrow company, as has been suggested on this thread, at least until my reputation is established.

The more discounts you can give for larger orders the better, it will certainly increase the interest. If people order once and are satisfied, chances are they'll order larger shipments next time. |
