741  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BC.Game - can't withdraw 7.97 BTC on: November 25, 2023, 03:15:49 PM
t seems only casino streamers "can" win millions of dollars. When ordinary players have problems with an amount ten times less. It is sad((
That's what they show you. In reality the streamers and the casino owners have internal deal. They just get paid for their time.
Only for paid partnership streamers though. But not to those who just make a video out of it without affiliation, just to show off or something. But it rarely happens as streamers with huge fandom or not that huge will probably mentioned their price for every video/stream made.
742  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Fake Crypto QR Code Generator Phishing - BEWARE! on: November 25, 2023, 03:06:22 PM
I believe every deposit address has their own QR codes, like for example if want to make deposit to my Binance account I may decide to QR displayed to deposit directly to my account. How do I get scammed now?
That's not every wallet or exchange features though.

I'm not really into specific in qr code generator sites because there are lot of them online but using a random qr code generator without testing it first is really a stupid move.

Looks like you've never used the secret question to recover your password, otherwise you'd know that if you use the secret question to recover your password, your account will be locked and you'll have to contact the account recovery team. You can read about it here.

PSA: ACCOUNTS WILL BE LOCKED IF THE SECRET QUESTION IS USED TO RECOVER IT
No need to use it for me to know what it could happen because it's all over the forum do's and don'ts. Besides that, i really hate that security questions in any website that require it that's why i didn't touch that thing unless it's required.
744  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Have anyone heard about a platform called Adswage? on: November 24, 2023, 10:51:30 PM
It is a website where you will get paid by viewing ads, all you need is to register with them and deposit $100 to activate the account and earn money by viewing ads.
Websites that pay from viewing ads are services of the past, most of them are really paying yet too small and time consuming.
But for a site that ask payment for them to pay you is a trick of scammers, good thing you ask first. Stay away from that scammers.
745  Other / Meta / Re: These degenerates don't wanna quit.. is there a way out? on: November 24, 2023, 10:36:39 PM
it's not even funny how a user would be up, day and night just to create a reputation and it's taken away just in a moment;
It's temporary tag because of obvious reasons. It was hacked.

The vulnerability of every account doesn't depend on the people behind them - it depends on the site
If you are talking of the secret question, only to those who doesn't read forum's update, especially here in meta are the ones got problem with that. There's a reason why it was done, and it is easy how to recover the account due to that reason.
No need to use capslock and blame the site, blame yourself for not having knowledge that could save you from experiencing this. I've been on this forum for almost 5 years and others are much more longer but never got a problem on that thing (secret question) or wasn't even hacked. It's not the site, it's the user.
746  Other / Meta / Re: Delete my account on: November 24, 2023, 11:18:45 AM
Hello

I want to delete my account and all the messages and threads I created.

Thanks
Here, let me quote it to you. Because even admins won't delete your account.
It's not possible. The easiest way is to delete all your 3 posts, forget this account and move on.
But besides of 3 posts, it's 7 for you.
747  Other / Meta / Re: Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API on: November 24, 2023, 05:39:07 AM
I do not know about that. However, for the experiment I did, Ninjastic only displayed my unedited posts. Maybe ninjastic doesn't record edited posts or maybe ninjastic takes longer for edited posts to be recorded.
It is, but only after 5 minutes. So if you edited your posts so many times at least 4x before that time (5 minutes), then probably the last thing it will record is the post content after 5 minutes.

- Check the unedited/archived posts along with their edited version made up to 5 minutes later.
748  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] [banned mixer] | Bitcoin Mixer | Signature Campaign ~ Up to $130/week on: November 24, 2023, 05:19:21 AM
Also, if you guys have any designs you want to have on the T-shirts other than what @taufik123 has presented, do share them here as well.
I don't have a design to submit but i'm fine having this kind of design to be printed on the shirt, as my current avatar, i like it so much.

Would be better, if there is a hd and transparent version of this. Transparent bg design would be better for dark colored shirts Smiley
749  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I couldn't receive BTC on: November 23, 2023, 11:54:33 PM
I've used binanace wallet, viabtc always says: "submission are beyond limit", transaction is still pending
So, be sure to check them out before 00:00 time. Check also the fees if they're cheaper because it fluctuates and you'll never know if later on if it gets confirmed. And there's nothing you can do now but to wait it gets confirmed by the miners based on the rate/fee that's paid when the transaction was sent.
Best thing is to proceed the bot checker/captcha on 00:59 then press the submit button on 00:00 of course with a look of clock/watch with seconds. That's i did last time and i guess i was the first one who submitted based on the remaining #s which is 98 idk the other one lol.
About the confirmation, as soon as the green note (success message) is shown in viabtc's page, next time viabtc mined a block matic your transaction will be included and get one confirmation.
750  Other / Meta / Re: Losing entire post if you hit back arrow accidently on: November 23, 2023, 11:07:54 PM
The trick is to navigate forward again after you accidentally clicked "back". At least that's what works on my browser (most of the time). But since it doesn't work all the time, I avoid it as much as possible. Or open a post-link in a new window, that way there is no page to go "back" to.
Yes, this is what i always do, some exceptions are if the page is reloaded/refreshed, you clear the browser's cache while typing then hit the back button accidentally after you click the forward button its not there anymore.
So hitting preview after typing after several texts could save the day.
751  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BlackRock CEO is now a marketing Officer for Bitcoin on: November 23, 2023, 02:33:36 PM
You can just call him "Bullish", saying him a "marketing officer" is just like you're saying that bitcoin is a company. He's not the first one who said those words and probably won't be the last. Sure thing, he can use his influence as a known person in investment industry firm just like Saylor of microstrategy. While they both talk much more bullish about bitcoin because that's their platform, because sure their business will benefit the most.
752  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Largest crypto exchange CEO arrested! Anyone getting deja vu? on: November 23, 2023, 08:34:19 AM
Quite misleading subject lol. But not yet though, they even made a deal so he won't get arrested at least months ahead. The +$4B amount charges is the solution for this and probably the company can pay it in due for several months (well they can even make a request for extension just depends on the deal). But that would change if the exchange will lost hundred of users after this, which i don't think it will, but still, let's see...
753  Other / Meta / Re: Any 50 BTC donor still active here? on: November 22, 2023, 11:59:05 PM

Will you say the expectation then was that bitcoin could get as high as $1k or $5k within the coming years?

Every bitcoiner, either short term or long term holder will hope and expect that way. Who would want to increase their holdings when you just holding it anyway. Also, isn't that how holders expect that's why they keep buying and holding?
754  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I couldn't receive BTC on: November 22, 2023, 11:22:58 PM
That's really a common problem now, estimated btc fees as of writing cost $5, if the fees of the transaction you are concerned with is below of this digit, then probably you will be waiting another weeks or so lol.
Transactions are prioritized based on their fee rate (in sat/vbyte), not the total value of the fee.
It's possible that a transaction paying $5 worth of bitcoin as transaction fee has lower priority than a transaction paying $20 worth of bitcoin.
Yeah, i get that, it's just that a basic thing to say mentioning a fee instead in technical one. But it still somewhat that fee rate (in sat/vbyte) is proportional to a dollar based fee value, the higher the number in fee rate (in sat/vbyte) is higher cost im dollar. But of course, higher the fees are much more prioritize.
755  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I couldn't receive BTC on: November 22, 2023, 10:59:33 PM
I heard something like this before, withdrawals from autobuy shops fees are not prioritize, plus the network condition, could be a real problem.

lol, who else is waiting for btc transactions during weeks, wtf? What could be the problem??

756  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Who's next in line? on: November 22, 2023, 10:44:31 PM
And I'm not very confident in my skills to manage my own wallet (Ledger nano x) as a beginner.
Will you be more confident managing your own software wallet like electrum for a start?
He is using already a hardware which is the very best thing a holder can make, electrum's security and safety still matter on the users device unlike using HW.
Also, having electrum is not like managing your "own software", well, maybe because its open source but i wont call it like that.
757  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Changpeng Zhao (CZ) has resigned as Binance CEO. on: November 21, 2023, 11:49:49 PM
Tf that $4 billion, is there a public or private breakdown to it why that was the amount charged? If they will pay it for like installment/multiple payment or 1 payment only, if authorities have a terms like this. Obviously, i'm more concerned on the amount because it has domino effect from the institutional/business' investments towards binance to whales, to normal traders then next the crypto price e.g. BNB even bitcoin it already feel the effect.
758  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Bittrex is Closing Down on: November 21, 2023, 09:49:05 PM
I remember having an account there way back 2018 , i rarely use them only for certain coins but i stop using them after they asked kyc in stupid way.
But yeah, it is unfortunately sad to see another exchange shutdowns due to regulatory compliance and with more diferent reasons.
759  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: STAKE IS SCAM ($12,000) on: November 21, 2023, 08:55:51 PM
Stake scam my $12,000. I send 4 selfie, 3 proof address, 2 proof of funds. I keep doing everything they ask. I have no idea what to do. Anyone have idea?HuhHuh??
Tell us why they ask you to do KYC, or when they started asking KYC, or when they keep asking you selfies that it take 4 times already.
Don't ask us any ideas when you didn't even tell what completely happened, don't make us fortune teller by any means.
760  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: An Email from TradingView claiming they are airdropping $TRADE Tokens on: November 20, 2023, 11:54:47 PM
Here is their related tweet/post[1] about this although it doesnt mentioned the airdrop scam but the posted time says it all. There are also awareness reply/comment regarding the airdrop.

They mentioned that they wont use any domain other than tradingview.com so this email is probably spoofed and scam.
