Intermilan needs some preparations to celebrate its winning the Scudetto this season since this is gonna be another trophy that will obviously win by intermilan and replace UCL trophy which is vanished after intermilan out from UCL. We have no more candidates in the UCL caused by they are all out because of the bad performances. It has indicated that these clubs are not yet strong enough to compete with clubs from other leagues. Napoli and Inter Milan are performing poorly at this stage which was also becoming a boomeraing for them.
They deserved to leave UCL before they could reach the quarterfinals since they played the game so badly. They deserved everything. It was caused by their poor performance, but there will be many critics to Intermilan because this club performed even worse than what they showed off in serie a which is very strange.

The fact that Intermilan was unable improving their performances and the result against Atletico Madrid gave club a lot of lessosns, and we must move on since there is a trophy awaiting for intermilan.
Intermilan was playing well, but not good enough to beat Atletico Madrid. The better for all Intermilan players to find out how to shoot properly from the penalty spot. I don't know if they're nervous or something but since they were professional players and they must have fully prepared to face any situation.
For the Italian teams at the moment, they'll be focusing their strength on the domestic Serie A league and they ought to be doing excellently well in it. Especially Juventus, they've even had a greater chance of being far ahead in the standings than the likes of Inter Milan because for others, after the league games, they'd still have to play the continental tournament and this will definitely affect players' physical capabilities too. Although, inasmuch as a weighty gap is expected of them, Inter Milan has made it difficult because they've also been in their best form. At thesame time, it'll not be hard to stay in shape to earn a ticket to next season's European contests.

They've been able to play resiliently and the results so far is fit to help them earn this ticket but the difficulty they may face this season is the trophy of the Serie A, the top contenders won't let it slip away from them, they're in their own way and end putting streanous efforts to ensure that they get the maximum number of points to keep the gaps and help them win the trophy. There's really no time to make a difference but they themselves know it's not going to be as easy as it ought to be considering the intensity in games this season. Inter are ahead with a reasonable point gap and undeniably, they're are proving to keep up with consistencies which if met, Juventus no matter what won't be able to catch up to them.

Inter  Milan are no longer faced with the European contest and so for inter Milan and Juventus, they've still got extra time to prepare ahead for the league games. Against Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan did well to stay in the game but it wasn't just well enough to help them advance in the contest. They've gained enough grounds this season and it's profitable to them considering how well and useful their position has been and will be for them in subsequent games and seasons too.
742  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: March 15, 2024, 08:36:28 PM

Kylian Mbappe is a star player and it is not easy for PSG to buy players who have the same level as Mbappe unless PSG recruits one of the players you mentioned above, they are also star players in their respective leagues but to buy them from that club is not easy because they are at a big club that is more promising than PSG. The only one that PSG can reach to get one of these strikers is Victor Oshimen from Napoli as long as PSG can meet the conditions from the club to recruit this player because Napoli is not a big club like Manchester City and Real Madrid so it is not difficult enough for PSG to buy the player.

If PSG doesn't buy a player who is equal to Mbappe, I'm not sure PSG can still defend the title in League 1 because in my opinion it is the Mbappe factor that makes PSG appear strong in League 1. When Mbappe not yet at PSG and was still in Monaco PSG had difficulty competing in League 1 and Monaco won the title while Mbappe was still there, therefore PSG bought Mbappe from Monaco and the impact was always to win the League 1 title because we know Mbappe's role is what is very important. If PSG aims to be at a level below Mbappe, I think PSG will have difficulty competing in League 1 and also the Champions League in next season.
Well a striker leaves a club especially one whose imapct is really great on the club, getting a replacement seems to be quite difficult as most players who could be at the level of the departed players might not be ready to offer their services to the club. This is the case for PSG who’s about to lose her key player because man wants to chase his dreams. Man is tired of playing in the French club and he’s had a long dream of playing in Real Madrid and that dream is about to be a reality because his contract agreement with the Spanish club will be announced soon.

This is a big move for the player as this signing will now bring him to the limelight for individual accolade. What then happens to PSG, this is one big gap that they’ve ought to fill really fast and that’s why you see them already scouting on players who’ll be able to fill up this void. The club will sure struggle if they don’t act fast as you can see how bad their performance has been recently when Kylian isn’t in the match. Getting a replacement at Kylian’s level might be pretty difficult but they can at least try to scout for one that could at least be close to the level of Kylian.

This will real help be the club though it could be difficult growing from the scratch but it can be done. The club wouldn’t want to go through the same phase they went when Mbappe was at Monaco and for that reason, I think they’ll be sure to get a good replacement for the lad who’ll at least offer great services to the club rather than being a liability. I wish them luck and I also wish the fans would be able to have the required patience needed for this kind of changes.
743  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: March 15, 2024, 08:25:49 PM

Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City all three still have a lot of games left with good teams in their remaining matches, not just Manchester City. It's just that the three teams above are the best among the others, and must be able to maintain their performance in the remaining matches so as not to widen the gap.
In my opinion, these three teams still have a chance to win in the remaining matches if they meet other teams besides the meeting of the three. And Manchester City's meeting with Arsenal is the same as Liverpool's meeting with Manchester City yesterday, if Arsenal wants to stay at the top of the standings. Arsenal must be able to get full points even though the possibility is small because they play at the Etihad Stadium and that will be Manchester City's advantage.
Or at least a draw will ensure that the distance between the three remains within a narrow margin so that they can still compete fiercely, only for Liverpool to benefit and be able to occupy the top of the standings.
The fierce competition in the EPL isn’t spoken about enough as week in and out holds lots of controversies especially for who will be winning the league at the end of the season. Talking about who wins the league in some leagues is already an old time story because the point between who leads the league and the 2nd is quite much.Well that’s not the case for the English League as taher we’ve got teams in serious chase and we have over 3 teams with very close point difference. The 3 teams are the main focus as we draw the league to a close and we look at those with better chances of winning the league.

The 3 teams all have some serious matches in the league and it’s not looking easy for any of them at this point. Liverpool main hope will be on Arsenal’s match at the Etihad as they’ll be hoping City gets maximum points in that fixture so that they can sit comfortably at top spot. Liverpool on the other end have some key matches with teams like Tottenham, Man United and Villa who are currently racing to either get a UCL spot or be safe for the UEL Spot and that means Liverpool should expect some tough fixtures from those matches.

The match at the Etihad also is one key match that Arsenal too st their own end will be fighting for all 3 points but I think this match might also end in a draw and that’ll Favour Liverpool as if they could get maximum point then they’ll be lonely at the top of the table. Arsenal are the team with more crazy fixtures amongst the 3 and I think getting an improved style of play should be the key for these players at this time. Well let’s see what the remaining 10 match weeks holds for us but I think the league chase will be trimmed to maybe 2 with about 4 match weeks to go.
744  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2023/24 Season on: March 15, 2024, 07:57:44 PM

Arsenal main focus at the moment is to improve their game, indeed so far Arsenal performance in the league has been very good and managed to score many goals, but for the Champions League it seems that they must be able to improve their mentality and performances to be even better because the competition in the Champions League is tighter, currently the Champions League League leaves a strong and experienced team,  So Arteta should have used the experience against Porto as a lesson, I think Porto was a slightly weak team in the last 16 yesterday but Arsenal had to work hard enough to beat him and get here, and now they are awaited by a team that is maybe 3 times stronger than Porto.

At the moment Arsenal should not talk about trophies or even qualify for the final, because indeed their position is a little difficult and better for Arsenal to continue to focus on improving their performance ahead of the quarter-final match later, because surely Arsenal will also not be able to avoid big teams like Manchester City and Madrid in the Champions League in drawing later.

The UCL is up and running and we’re already in the Quater Final of this phase and we’ve got some faces or teams we’ve not seen in a long while. Talking about the likes of Arsenal who’ve been absent from this competition in a while and haven’t been able to go past this phase in over 8 years and counting. Now this Arsenal team are in the last 8 after going past Porto on penalties they were able to prove why they should be in the last 8. You can see the jubilation from across the fans round the globe on their qualification.

This also shows how improved this squad has grown and that is a big commendation for Arteta for the job he’s done. The main target for this team is to win at least a trophy as they still have about 2 titles in chase that’s the League and the UCL. Our main focus is the UCL and Arsenals chances of winning the UCL this season. We all know how young this Arsenal’s squad is and sincerely I don’t think they have the expertise to go about winning the UCL. The UCL is the Elite competition between clubs in Europe and for a team like Arsenal, you can’t in any way see them as favorites.

We have got big teams like Real Madrid and Man City who are the favorites to win this competition this season. Well the Quater And Semi Final draws are out and we have the 2 favorites facing each other in the Quater Final with the winner to face whosoever wins the match between Arsenal and Dortmund. Yes, Arsenal can take out Dortmund but what’s the possibility of them being able to eliminate a team like Real Madrid who are the big boys of this competition with most of her players having huge experience. Arsenal just needs to focus on improving their play rather than starting to think of winning the UCL because that might not be a reality this season.
745  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Premier League 2023/2024 Discussion Thread ⚽ on: March 15, 2024, 07:48:58 PM

At this time I heard he had a re-injury again, and not called up by the Belgian national team coach to join to the squad, it looks like he still has problems with his hamstring. I am really sure with this situation, not many another club to interest to recruit him, I think Kevin De Bruyne It would be more suitable to stay in Manchester City until he retires, and maybe better to help coach as assistant until he got licences coach.

And don't forget, for this week, fulham vs tottenham, we have games Predict the minute of the First Goal Scored!, and you will get $50 for The closest prediction. enjoy it.
Well in every business around the globe, there’s always a retirement age as one can’t continue to fill a particular position forever. This is because due to age, his or her performance will sure decline and won’t be able to be more efficient like when they were much younger. This happens to all sphere of work around the globe talk more of football which is a contact sport and requires physicality. As a football player, there’s a time you get to and you won’t be able to run into some tackles anymore like you did when you were younger.

This is the reason why you see most of the players who were exceedingly wonderful at their prime, when they get old, they go and play in leagues that the style of football doesn’t require much strength and pace as it could affect their health. This is the case for Man City and KDB at this point. Yes we all know the effect KDB adds and bring to this city squad but we can’t just overlook his age and retirement drawing closer as this is one major factor to know if the Club should keep him. Yes, I’m with the club if they decide to keep him for one more season as his presence can help in training the younger generations and that way, one of the young lads can develop his or her football and start to perform like KDB.

Also his presence next season will be a big boost because a Man like KDB should be bowing out with winning the EPL as that way he’ll get a very loud applaud as it ought to be. Though even if he decides to leave now, I think he’s paid his dues to the club and he’s really deserving of so many accolades. The club can also consider keeping him to help out in training of young players but I don’t think this is very realistic as the dude still has potentials and could perform at his peak in the fast rising Saudi Premier league. For this season and next the club should still consider keeping him as it’ll do them more good to have that midfielder expert around than playing without him.
746  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: March 15, 2024, 07:32:29 PM

It was a very impressive win for the Bayer Leverkusen squad, because when Qarabag were down to 10 player but were able to score the second goal the camera was on Xabi Alonso's face and he looked quite frustrated at what was happening and to be honest I thought that this would be the game where Bayer Leverkusen's unbeaten record would be broken, but yes the patience and strong motivation of the players was able to turn a difficult situation into a very impressive victory, and so far the top teams have successfully advanced to the quarter-finals, Liverpool who played very well by scoring six goals and an aggregate goal of 11-2, and this is the biggest.

However, what was most surprising was how Rangers actually failed in the second match, they failed to catch up with just 1 goal behind Benfica, this match was quite balanced but unfortunately the hosts failed to maximize all opportunities and Benfica was lucky enough to score a goal which decided them into the quarter-finals.
Bayer Leverkusen's last UEL round of 16 game was played and the results were very impressive. We saw the two big teams in the competition strive to make a good game. Although for Qarabag, yes they were very much competitive as in the first leg and they did their best to hold Leverkusen to a draw but this was not a justification to their qualification unto the next phase. Big ups to them still that they were able to perform unpredictably well last night. They did better in the first two goals in the first leg game and they definitely used their host advantage very well.

Bayer Leverkusen also did better in the second leg adding that they were the host and i believe they wouldn't want to tarnish their records so far this season, so I was very much  confident in their ability to score enough and secure the next phase ticket when they took on Qarabag in Germany.  Liverpool themselves proved their worth, class and relevance by going hard to win with enough goal margins against the first placed Sparta Praha in the first leg. It was a well deserved win for the English side and certainly a clear ticket to the quarter finals too.

This only shows how good the English and German side are this season and i must say that they are the two biggest sides this season in the UEL and it'll only be fair that the trophy goes to either of the teams. Liverpool at Anfield didn't have much work to do and Sparta Praha knew the team they were scheduled with and they came to terms with the fact that there's definitely no hope for them. It's safe to say that both Liverpool and Leverkusen are two teams amongst a few that have been able to be consistent in performances in both the domestic league and European games.
747  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: March 15, 2024, 07:23:45 PM

from the rest of this match the three teams still have the opportunity to get the top of the standings because if we look at the schedule of the match between Real Madrid, Barcelona and Girona seem to be more fair.
Girona will face ATM and Barcelona who will be the strongest challenger while Barcelona will face Real Madrid and ATM as the strongest opponents and Madrid will face Bilbao and Real Sociedad as the strongest challengers.
so it is very fair to see the schedule of the three teams of the team because they have their respective difficulties but there is something that makes us have to worry a little that Barcelona and Real Madrid have to spend a lot of energy and manage breading well in order to win the UCL and La Liga title or if not me Worried if Girona will take advantage of the opportunity again to win the top of the standings when Barcelona and Real Madrid are busy setting strategies in the UCL match.
In football, the outcome of each game is always a decider especially in the domestic leagues, it's either there's an advancement in the table or the team goes down from its position, here's one reason why every game should be played sternly. In the La Liga currently, Real Madrid are currently at the greater part of the league and they sure do know how to supercede other teams. They've had to play less than expected in passing weeks but still they were able to conquer their UCL opponent yesterday. This weekend won't be any different because their opponent has not really been consistent in the league.

Madrid on the other hand are very much vibrant and eager to net out the 3points one more time and keep making their stand on the league table solid. La Liga is definitely a competitive league and for the fact that against all odds, Girona have proven to stay in the top spot, it only means that there's definitely good fighting and resilient spirits in the teams there. The last weeks of the season games seems to be a walk over for Girona as they've in the first legs played to their best and have mastered rightly their strategies and the opposing team approaches, and so they've got better experience to countering the moves that'll be made.

Real Madrid is definitely of all the league teams be their toughest opponent but I believe that they'll definitely find the best way to counter the moves that'll be made. It'll be beautiful to see that Girona in a long time would get to have a ticket to the European cup next season, they're not aiming for the La Liga trophy, they're definitely going for next season's European ticket and so far, it's seeming like a finished task, we only have to wait for the last table result on the La Liga.
748  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 15, 2024, 06:05:28 PM

Bayern can at least prepare a long-term project under him, who understands better than Tuchel. I'd prefer Bayern Munich to give him a chance to be a new appointment. I knew that if it took a lot of consideration, why not? As long as Xabi can slowly show progress, there's nothing wrong with it.
He deserved a chance to be recruited by Bayern Munich, too, since he has also been a part of the club's golden history. I think that the club's owner knew so well how Leverkusen helped the club a lot when he was still a player. This is also the main reason why I was not even doubting his capability as a player.
I put all of my respect to the xabi alonso but he brings leverkusen to be a winner of bundesliga very fast. He did it in less than two years with an average budget to buy the players and the average quality of players in the club, too. TUchel got all what he wanted but he can't even believe a single trophy this season.
It makes sense if club will be recruiting him as a new player caused by he has history with this club. That's why Xabi is leaning toward Bayern Munich rather than Liverpool if he must choose which club to be his next destination. He was starting his career as a coach last year from leverkusen but xabi can achieve a lot with it in short time.
It shows how intelegence he was. Im not doubting if xabi can be recruited by bayern.

Alonso and his squad aren't giving up and weekly they put up a whole different energy towards that trophy race. Comparing Xabi's abiliy based on his performances with his team, it'll be fair to admit his superiority in skillset. Leverkusen when Xabi took over had to start from scratch to build up to where they are now. So far Xabi, he has been a good boss and his methods have worked perfectly for Leverkusen. One would wonder how he managed to put up such feat for the team considering the spot he picked them from. It's one quality that can definitely be found in a good manager.

Bayer Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good. Tuchel's presence in the team ought to make a significant impact to their endeavors all time and also Kane's performance needed to add a big advantage to them but so far, their recent games have turned out opposite of their normal and expected performance rate.

It'll only mean that their journey this season to a top spot is threatened and no one can say exactly if they'll be able to scale through it. They've not been encouraging and it's quite appaling that they remain depreciated week after week. Sadly though, Thomas Tuchel's stay in the club is seemingly threatened, his days are actually numbered and it's understandable that the management would want a switch for the coach position as they expected him to be better considering how much effort his put in recent times and even with flaws, they need not to keep overlooking it as it's unending.
749  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 15, 2024, 03:54:56 PM

Currently, Leverkusen is currently inseparable from the hot discussions that we almost always discuss in this thread all the time. as we know, Leverkusen is 10 points ahead of Bayern Munich. To catch up on the points difference from Leverkusen, it seems something difficult for Bayern Munich even though they swept through all the remaining matches with a win. except as I said, if Xabi Alonso's squad experiences a decline in performance and slips in the remaining half of the matches that will be tormented until the end of this season. thus, Bayern still has a chance to compete closely in the title race this season.

Unfortunately something that is almost very difficult for Bayern, let alone expecting Leverkusen to overthrow in several of their matches. moreover, so far Xavi Alonso's squad has been undefeated throughout its various competitions. referring to what you said, theoretically I very much agree. moreover, a difference of 10 points with very few matches remaining will make it difficult for Bayern to defend its title in this competition. well, I just want to say, if only Xabi Alonso was able to consistently carry his team until the end of this season. this means that Bayern Munich's dominance so far has finally been broken. in fact, by a team that was not the favorite from the start to perch so far at the top of the Bundesliga standings. to be sure, let's just follow it until the end of this competition.
This season, there's been a switch in the dominance that occurs in the German league, the professor Xabi is one key threat to Munich who's in time past being the head and leaders of the league. Even though last season, there's been a trail behind from Dortmund, comparing all the years, only Leverkusen have been overtime been able to maintain the difference in standings on the contention battle. Tuchel knows that a serious tussle lies ahead and as the season draws to an end, there's greater chance to create growth opportunities too. I'll love to see how the end of the season will look like for the German clubs as it's highly expected that unlike Dortmund, Leverkusen would make the big difference. Even though it seems impossible for them to stay at the top three spot this season on the Bundesliga table, they can still make rounding difference in the goal gaps and dominance in games. They've only lost their position, but their intensity and pressurable performance on the pitch is still intact.

The Bundesliga trophy tussle as of now is majorly between Leverkusen and Munich and beyond every doubt, it all seems like it'll rest in Leverkusen's cubicle. They've being consistent this season, and all games played in all competitions, they've incurred just 5 draws. This is one record that Munich has failed to achieve this season as there's been couple of game week loopholes and losses and this has cost them their attaining the toppest spot on the league table. The remaining games in the league are very much rosy for Leverkusen considering the first leg performances and results and also judging based on their approach to games. It only shows how well they're set to perform till the season is rounded up and Munich themselves know it won't be possible to clinch the trophy this season and they just have to try out their luck next season.

Well testifyingly, it was a tough battle looking at how much both teams had to put in extra energy and efforts adding to the fact that they strived to give Leverkusen a few tough game weeks too. Well it's only sad that their efforts were not consistent enough and we all thought this battle would tarry on unto the final game in the league but well we now know the distances apart are clear enough and the probability for Leverkusen to secure the trophy is extremely high. Munich just have to cover up points to ensure that the point gaps so not go wider than it is already.
750  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: March 14, 2024, 08:12:46 PM

Yes, I was also very surprised because all the Italian League clubs taking part in the Champions League this year experienced defeat. Even Inter Milan, which has the best performance in Serie A, also lost to Atletico Madrid, which is only ranked 4th in La Liga, which was really beyond my predictions. Because before the match started, I felt that Inter Milan was capable of winning the match against Atletico Madrid. Because I always follow Inter Milan and Atletico Madrid matches in their respective leagues. And in my opinion, Inter Milan is indeed superior to Atletico Madrid. That's why I really believe that Inter Milan can definitely beat Atletico Madrid and qualify for the top 8 of the UCL. But in fact all my assumptions turned out to be wrong and Inter Milan had to suffer a dramatic defeat in the penalty shootout. So with Inter Milan's defeat, currently the clubs that have qualified for the top 8 of the UCL are dominated by Laliga clubs and not a single club from Serie A has qualified.

So currently clubs in Serie A have no other competition apart from the domestic league. However, the competition in Serie A at the end of this season will be even fiercer. Although basically the one with the greatest potential to win the Scudetto is Inter Milan, the competition for second to fourth positions can still be occupied by other clubs in Serie A.

And if we talk about Napoli, they are currently ranked 7th, 3 points different from Atalanta who is ranked 6th and 4 points different from AS Roma who is ranked 5th. So in my opinion this season Napoli will have difficulty reaching the top 4 in Serie A The reason is that Napoli's performance this season has dropped drastically and is not like last season. Apart from that, in this week's match, Napoli will also face Inter Milan, which will certainly make it very difficult for Napoli to win. So this season I personally will not expect more from Napoli.
Just 10 weeks left to the end of the season and Napoli are trailing below Atalanta and AS Roma, yes, they'd want to strive to gain enough points so as to get tickets unto next season's European contests but it'll be a difficult task for them because even if they managed to cover up the points gap now, how can they be so sure that these top places teams would sit back and be consistently poor in these last weeks. Last season, Napoli were a better side even in season's before last but this season, there's been a big switch to that and now it's seeming like a difficult task.

Most less active teams of before have now taken it up on themselves to make long lasting differences this season and they've sure been consistent at it. It'll be difficult to break small teams as they've just developed a hidden confidence and strength to maintain their stiffness and just keep being ahead this season. Napoli can only reduce the track of points gaps between the teams but I'll really be longing that they're able to outstand and come on top the table to ensure the ticket is kept intact. The Italian league seems to get tougher and teams are rapidly growing into high worth, quality and class. The growth is evident and enviable too.

This makes for the widespread fun in the league race too. It's not so easy to predict the outcome of the games too. Inter Milan too are in good form and these teams are lasting threats. The race for the trophy is tough and all teams are determined and unwavering at their goal. The strongest teams of the league are Juventus and Inter and the odds for the trophy for these teams are now very much different. Inter are ahead with a reasonable point gap and undeniably, they're are proving to keep up with consistencies which if met, Juventus no matter what won't be able to catch up to them. Inter are no longer faced with the European contest and same goes for Juventus, they've both still got extra time to prepare ahead for the league games.
751  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Saudi Professional League 2023/2024 on: March 14, 2024, 07:45:41 PM

Yes, in terms of attack, Al-Nassr is very good, but due to the imbalance between the front and back lines, of course Al-Nassr always concedes goals and makes it easier for the enemy to break through the defense, but lately I see that the players on Al-Nassr's front line are always less than optimal in their performance take advantage of the opportunity, but I hope Luis Castro can fix it, but the main factor in Al-Nassr's problems is the lack of strength in Al-Nassr's back line.

but if you compare it with Al-hilal, of course all Al-hilal players are very good because those in the front and back lines are very strong, that's why Al-hilal always consistently wins and I also like the appearance of Al-hilal defender K. Koulibaly because his appearance is very impressive. needed in defense.

but now Al-nassr is increasingly behind on points from Al-hilal. I think if Luis Castro can't make Al-nassr's defense strong, I think it will be difficult for Al-nassr to surpass Al-hilal on points. Yes, I also hope that in the future Al-Nassr can bring in a good defender to make Al-Nassr's performance even better.

Next we will see Luis Castro's troops against Al-Ahli. I think this will be a tough match for Al-Nassr, but of course it will be an exciting match, but I'm sure Cristiano Ronaldo and his friends will win the match and I want to bet on Al-Nassr's victory.

Need for balance in a football team can’t be underrated or overlooked because when one part of s football team is lacking optimal productivity then the team generally suffers it. This is one very big issue for teams especially when the defense line doesn’t seem to be at its best game. The defense line of every team should be at optimum level at least it’ll help the team concede less and not put the attackers under pressure to score much. With a balanced defense line, a team can go on to win the league.

A case study is Al-Nassr as we’ve seen them just eliminated from the Asian Champions League and even though it all happened during a penalty shoot out, you can’t fail to blame the defense from leaking and always conceding because the attackers did their job and got the optimal goals. The defense of this team makes this team look weak and feeble most times. This is the major difference between them and league leaders, Al-Hilal as we see how shaped the defense of Al-Hilal is and how strong they’re which is a major complement to the fierce attacking line. This is one big issue Luis Castro needs to fix before it costs him his job as the clock is ticking already.

He can request for funds and scout across Europe for a good and solid defender or 2 to help chair and lead the defense line as the weakness of his defense makes him concede cheap goals and make others mot see the efforts of the attackers. This weekend they’ll be back in action and I’m confident on the Al-Nassr team. Yes they’ll get the win to at least make up for the ACL lost during the week as this win will be dedicated to the fans. I’m confident of placing my money on Al-Nassr as they’re ready for some showdown this weekend.

Yes, only Monaco has the opportunity to compete with Brest for second place or runner-up in the Ligue 1 competition and of course this is really interesting competition because below them there are LOSC and Lens who have the same points namely 42.
Top 3 positions are at least hotly contested because they are related to UCL tickets, even though they have to go through the play-offs or qualifications, but for now it will be difficult to guess who can really defend it.
Currently, the standings from ranking 2 to 7 will have interesting competition because the difference in points from each ranking is quite small, I think shift in turn could happen in the future.
Even though they are not in competition for the top of the standings, they will still outperform each other and prove at the end of the season who can be superior to each other.

However, for the last few matches, Brest and Monaco have not appeared very consistent because they often experience unsatisfactory final results.
And of these two team I can't see who will actually come out as runner-up later, everything can be seen clearly if Ligue 1 only has the last two or three matches remaining.
The league is about wrapping up and now we’ve got teams all chasing up for a spot in the UCL next season. In some leagues, we’ve still got huge battles going down for who takes the league. The competition for going to the UCL is always one fun time as when clubs are tied with close points, the competition between them gets interesting and the pressure can either help the team or destroy their hopes by making them lose points. The UCL is one competition that so many want a participation because of how high players hold this competition. This is Europe’s most elite competition and most players consider a club playing in such competition as top priority before giving in to signing for the club. The funds also that comes for participating in this competition is also needed by most clubs too, as we know how essential funds are to building a club.

After all these said, we focus on the French League and shift our focus to those who want to go to the UCL. We already know Psg to win this league as they’re points clear off Brest who sits 2nd. The main competition is for the other 2 spots which we’ve got about 3-4 teams all in contention. This is the kind of competition we want to see and we wish it could be extended to competing for the league title. Currently we’ve Brest and Monaco in 2nd and 3rd respectively and closest competition happens to be Lens and Lile. Many would want to see Brest and Monaco already grabbing tickets but for me I feel the fight isn’t over yet. Yes I said so especially as we saw brest losing out to Lile over the weekend.

Loss of points like this can put Brest under massive pressure and they can be overtaken by Lens or Lile. Monaco too aren’t fully safe as they must try to be at optimum performance to be able to get a spot next season. The clubs must know that any point lost now will be jeopardizing their hopes of UCL football next season. I would want to see Lile and Monaco join PSG as French representatives as the UCL is one competition that requires expertise and these clubs have the expertise to at least put up a performance in the UCL as compared to Brest or Lens.

I also hope like you saw Liverpool beat the defending champions when they competed at Anfield, but Liverpool were unable to do it because Liverpool also felt that their opponent was not an easy opponent to beat, we all know what Manchester City's strength is like, especially now that Manchester City is playing. at full strength, with Kevin de Bruyne and Erling Haaland in the club, of course it is very difficult for Liverpool to beat Manchester City. Mohammed Salah also doesn't play full time so Liverpool are lucky to still be able to draw thanks of Alexis Mac Allister's penalty kick because if they fail Liverpool could lose that match.

In several leagues it is already clear who will win the title, such as the French League 1 PSG has widened the gap at the top of the standings, the Bundesliga Leverkusen is trying to break Bayern Munich's dominance with a fairly large point difference, La Liga it is certain that Real Madrid will win the league and also Serie A has been locked by Inter Milan while in the Premier League we can't yet see who will win the title this season because the top three clubs are still competing for each other but this is what is interesting so it makes it difficult for people to predict who will win the title.
Jurgen Klopp era at Liverpool is soon coming to an end and in with just few games to go in the league, you can see them tied on points with Arsenal at the top of the table with the huge goal difference for Arsenal being the major difference between them. A lot of us would love to see another team other than City win the league and yea that what I want to see. With the situation right now, we can’t real rely on Arsenal especially after seeing their performance during the midweek in their UCL show down. Now I’m camping with Liverpool to be able to get success in this league as that will be my major joy.

Not just for me but also the fans of Liverpool and also It’ll real be the best farewell for Jurgen especially after how he’s improved this club in his 9 years in charge. I can already imagine the loud roar at Anfield when this is a reality. The part would have already started if they were able to win City over the weekend at Anfield but nevertheless they still got a point which proved how much of a fighter they can be. That match saw Liverpool coming from behind to equal on City’s lead. Thy didn’t just end there, after getting the goal, they made sure they dominated City and put them under the pressure and that was a loud and clear warning to Arsenal who sits top of the table.

With the way they pressured City, I don’t think any of their remaining 10 matches will be a major challenge for them especially as they’re having just 1 big 6 team to face. City also were able to show that they are a big team to by enduring the pressure and trying to pressure back at every slightest opportunity. That way this match was fierce and you can’t be less satisfied with the scoreline from this match. The EPL still holds major competition unlike other leagues whom we already know the winners especially the Farmers League, Ligue 1 where PSG keeps dominating on that league. The Serie A too and La Liga we already know Inter and Real Madrid to take home the league title respectively.

Yes, Arsenal and Liverpool have the same points, of course this makes the competition even fiercer, but Arsenal is superior in terms of scores which makes them lead at the top of the standings. Of course we won't know from the results of the matches of the top 3 teams at the moment whether they will consistently win or not and of course we will watch how the match goes but I don't think there is anything to be afraid of Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City because these 3 teams are indeed the strongest. At the moment and if you look at it in terms of points earned, of course the 3 teams are safe, like the points gap between Manchester City and Aston Villa certainly has quite a large point difference, so I think the top 3 teams at the will continue to compete closely until the end of the season. But if the top 3 teams currently lose continuously, maybe we will see another team rising to replace their position.

Yes, in the 29th week of Arsenal's match against Chelsea, Arteta will have to be careful because Chelsea's strength cannot be underestimated, but I am sure that Arteta's troops will be able to beat Chelsea and it seems that if Arsenal wants to win a trophy this season, of course they have to win the match against Chelsea. Yes, I also have the same opinion that Manchester City will be able to beat Brighton.

Yes, if the top 3 teams currently make mistakes, I think it will cause tremendous regret and have the potential to fail to achieve their dream of becoming champions in the English League.
We’re approaching the close of the EPL and everyone seems to be focused on who will be taking the trophy home. Yes this is sincerely the most competitive league across Europe as you can see how fierce the competition is. We have plenty matches that could change the standings between the top 3 especially when we’ve got a match between Arsenal and City at the Etihad and this match is highly anticipated. Both teams will be going into this match with full confidence as any drop of points could result in the team saying bye bye to the league chase

Before GW 30, both City and Arsenal have very serious matches with Brighton and Chelsea respectively and yes you can argue that the 2 opponents aren’t on a good form but you can’t ignore the fact that the match between Chelsea and Arsenal is a London Derby and Chelsea have what it takes to stand strong. Arsenal who will real want all 3 points against Chelsea must be ready to fight hard for it. Any drop of point before they face each other or when they face each other should be considered a bye bye to the league. If you ask me, I’ll say Arsenal should bid the league goodbye already because of he crazy schedules they have.

Yes City too have some crazy schedules but their matches might not be as serious as Arsenal’s, as Arsenal still have major opponents like Chelsea, Man United and Tottenham to contend with. Moreso, they’re still participating in the UCL and I think that workload might be much for the squad and we know what rotation of a squad can do. City on the other hand yes are still in chase for a treble as they’re very much active in the FA Cup but the difference is in the league opponents, as they’re having no serious opponents other than Arsenal and Tottenham. I would love to see how the matches go for these teams in GW 29 and then 30 then I think we’ll know who and who are still in the chase for the league.

We have to admit how superior Arsenal rose in the second leg, even though Arsenal won with difficulty but in the end the fans could smile after so long they waited to be able to qualify again for the last 8 of the Champions League, Arsenal struggle I think was quite tough and even in that match it was seen throughout the game Arsenal continued to get great pressure from the Porto attackers and fortunately for Arsenal to have Raya under their crossgoal in the match

Arsenal also actually had many opportunities to score more than 1 goal in the match and even after winning 1 goal through trossard goals, Arsenal had actually scored through odeggard but unfortunately the goal was disallowed by the referee due to a foul , Porto extraordinarily solid defense made Arsenal attackers quite frustrated and even I saw Pepe was able to build a layered defense to maintain Porto's defense Stay tough throughout the game.
Quite happy to see Arsenal can continue their journey in the Champions League season and curious enough to see which strong team will be their next opponent later.

The UCL is the major elite competition with clubs across Europe participating and that’s why you see all clubs in that tournament always wanting to have top spot and top notch performance because of the kind of audience that competition holds. From that competition many players achieve their dream signings and have the opportunity to play for their dream clubs. The Round of 16 of this competition was rounded up this week and we saw some top notch performances that we didn’t expect or should I say that we consider to be upsetting the big teams. This is a norm in the UCL as we always see the least considered tean always doing the wonders and securing qualification past the major team.

In the match between Arsenal and FC Porto, little did we expect that match to go to extra time especially as so many of us thought Arsenal will be thrashing out Porto with some huge number of goals. Well Arteta boys got the win at 90 minutes but that wasn’t enough to end the game there. Porto too performed better than they did at their home as they came to give Arsenal a run for their money and that was one of the major reasons why we saw this match going to extra time and even to the penalty shoot out.

Arsenal need to be grateful to Raya who was able to pull up some saves in the match and also during the shoot out because him not being there could have been a different story already for the Gunners. Now they’re through to the last 8 and I think this is the first in over 14-15 years and you can see the joy from the fans. Well, I think the attack needs to be more productive in this phase cause now we’ve got the competition getting more stronger and top teams still remaining and ready to battle it. Congratulations to Arsenal for still staying top of the league and on their Quater Final Spot.

Yes, AC Milan really has to be careful in this match, because as you said, Slavia Prague will play with high intensity to make up for their deficit in the first leg and I am sure they will go all out in this match. AC Milan have to think in that direction but it shouldn't be a burden for them, because if it becomes a burden then they won't be able to escape in the game, and that's what's dangerous.
Playing carefully doesn't mean playing stiffly, they can play as usual but their concentration level must be increased again so they don't lose focus easily, and they also have to play as neatly as possible so they don't make unnecessary mistakes. They are already 2 goals ahead at the moment, this is a very good opportunity for them to qualify for the next round. Actually, they only need a draw to get through this round and hopefully they can do it very well. It would be very disappointing if they had to be comeback by Slavia Prague, it would be one of those painful matches that is not easy to forget.
Milan needs to put in extra work to their efforts. Their advancement in the European cup is very much a good push for them in terms of their confidence building but there's been times of less ball performances which takes till on them and it's causing setbacks in their Serie A race. This season though, they weren't really much of a strengthened team with increasing tempo as before but they tried to win games. All hope isn't lost for them as they've still got chances against lesser teams and their next league opponents. They're a good side but it'll take something extra to be a better side. For now, they've got to strive to stay in shape and in the right spot on the league table.

There are still weeks to go, no one knows if a change can be effected to the standings, one just has to look out for every team's performance. In all their strides, they never should forget that they're in huge competitive battle in the Serie A league and every moment and game count, so they've got no leisure to slack or relax or draw back in their efforts too.Though Milan's injury cases caused loopholes in the certainty of them progressing in the European contest. They have to fight to conquer the round of 16 phase and there's a neutral probability that they'll advance in the contest.

They're currently at a time that they'd need to put in more proactive solutions to help them out of their current predicament. In their domestic league as well, they have not really been up and doing as they're known for, their matches can't even be confidently predicted because they're lagging behind. They're not currently the Ac Milan that we know. The coach himself is experienced with them therefore there's a probability that he'd rectify the default in no time but they really have to up their game if they want to progress through this season without issue.

I shake my head when I see takes like this. How do you follow Pep's Manchester City and say he was successful only because he has financial backing? Do you know how that sounds?
Klopp has spent almost as much as Pep in Liverpool. Klopp has a net spend of about £900 million. Check how much Arterta has spent so far in Arsenal. What about Manchester United which has a net spend of over £1.2 billion post Alex Ferguson era?
Most recently we have Chelsea that have spent a billion on transfers in the last two seasons, yet all these clubs don't have Alf the success of Manchester City in the Pep era. So how do you say he's successful because the club grants him all the players he needs?

I know that you can't be successful without good players, but at the end of the day, it comes down to the wit of the manager. Pochettino has Messi, Neymar, and Mbappe in his team and struggled to win even the Ligue 1.
My point is, no matter how much a club spends on transfer, if they don't have the right manager they won't be successful.
Funny enough the players Manchester City but are not so expensive. Now they've gotten Savio from Girona if he comes to the team and turns into a beast, people will start talking about how Manchester City always signs good players. No manager in the top 6 would do what Pep is doing to Doku.
Give Pep his flowers, he's successful because he's good.
City's boss Pep is one good coach that has good foresight. His style of play, choice of players and combination of squad makes City formidable in all their displays. City themselves has a lot to offer in football, they're one team that are tough to encounter, this is because of Pep. How best can a team be with 3 different squads that are too good to face any rival. Even the youngsters are doing far better than old big Dawgs in other teams. The best thing that's ever happened to Manchester City is Pep Guardiola. Sometimes one would wonder if he'd be able to do these exploits with a different team, the answer is yes.

We've seen his works in the clubs he's been before City and we've seen that he's the right man for any club's managerial position.Liverpool on the other hand has experienced a push ahead in their stance since Klopp joined the team. They have been impactful in all areas of contests they find themselves. They've pulled through series of finals and have lifted a number of trophies too. The manager has been a positive addition to them and it's understandable if the club can't let go of him yet.

This season, he's aimed for a number of trophies too, first when they took on Chelsea in the EFL finals, definitely the boss was charged to win again. The European contests too is there. He's been able to put the team in the spotlight which they need to excel. The players he's worked with are definitely improving in their abilities too. Just like Pep in City, Klopp is been a savior to Liverpool and they'd definitely have to get to some greater heights before he exits the team soon.
758  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2023/24 on: March 14, 2024, 01:48:01 PM

You say it well. At the moment, I see Barcelona as an ungrateful team. If Barcelona weren't, they wouldn't have said what they said to Xavi at the outset. When Xavi joined the team, he managed it to the point where the team won the Laliga league, and they said nothing negative about him. However, this season, since the team's performance hasn't been good from the start, they have blamed him, saying that he is a bad manager and doesn't deserve to be in Barcelona. Did they forget that he was the one who had helped the team win the Laliga cup when he arrived? The Barcelona team and their supporters are truly inconsiderate.

Since the start of the season, I have maintained that Xavi is not Barcelona's problem, despite some people blaming him as the manager. Did Barcelona purchase any new players during the transfer window? No, they continued to complain that they were short on cash and that many of the players they were using were ineffective. Now that Xavi has chosen to leave the team, they are praising him after realising that he was performing well and helping the team advance to the Champions League quarterfinal, If I'm Xavi, I'll stick to my word and quit the team; I won't give in to pressure from them.
The financial situation of Barcelona at some moment didn't require an irrational spending. It required careful consideration and study too. Barcelona needed to get out of the situation fast and so they didn't n't dare trade their chances. They had eyes on some players who are or will also be willing to join them but they just couldn't squeeze out that funds because it'd have led to another jeopardy. It was so sad that for the time being, they were left with just free transfer options or low budgeted players. Adding a high rated player in the team also meant a careful study of his salary incentives and finding a plan that would befit this player and I don't think any player of that stance, would want his salary structure reviewed.

The best thing for Barcelona was just endurance whilst finding quick means out of the situation so they'd be back to acquiring the best guys in the game. Well in as much as they were battled with that magnitude of setback as a team, the Spanish side still strived towards gaining good game results which also fueled their progress and performances in competitions to come. But they'll need to learn from their mistakes this season and try to set things right in the upcoming season.

I won't say they did extremely well so far in the endeavors this season as definitely they had times of good news and good results and also times where they fell short of victory which was a negative effect to their journey so far this season. There's still a a few weeks left to the end of the season, but sadly I doubt that they can still make a wholesome difference, as Real Madrid and Girona would definitely give them a difficult time, they can also work towards staying in good shape for the UCL tournament games too and we'd see how good, well and far they'd go as weeks go by.
759  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: March 14, 2024, 11:16:24 AM

This season has 9 matches remaining and Leverkusen is at the top of the standings with 10 points adrift of Bayern Munich who are in second place.
It is clearly not an easy thing for Bayern Munich to achieve or even surpass Leverkusen points tally in just 9 matches. remaining.
Currently, many parties believe that the Bundesliga title is held by Leverkusen and of course this statement is also based on Leverkusen ability and playing quality which can be said to be truly stable.
There have been no truly fatal mistakes that have caused Leverkusen to lose and all team that have faced Leverkusen before have felt the pressure of how strong the defense is and how great the attack strategy Leverkusen has.
When talking about players, Bayern Munich is actually far superior with the presence of various great players who clearly have great qualities, but Leverkusen is much better at dealing with every situation and condition in every match.
This is one of Leverkusen advantages that Xabi has implemented this season.

In the previous away match the first leg against Qarabag resulted in draw, and this proves that Leverkusen can still play well even in away matches.
In the second leg match, Leverkusen will benefit from playing at home and of course this is big opportunity for Leverkusen to win and be able to qualify for the last 8.
I also hope that Leverkusen can become team that continues to survive in the Europa League and really fight for the title by reaching the final, this is one of the hopes and desires of everyone, especially Leverkusen fans.

Leverkusen have been impressive in all rounds and it's surprising that they're now better than some already grounded teams. It only means that Xabi has a unique managing quality which can be of essence in bigger teams too. I believe he's still got good plans for the German team, which will still be manifested good.Their last UEL round of 16 game was played and the results were very impressive. We saw the two big teams in the competition strive to make a good game.

Although for Qarabag, yes they were very much competitive and they did their best to hold Leverkusen to a draw but this is not a justification to their qualification unto the next phase. Big ups to them still that they were able to perform unpredictably well last night. They better in the first two goals in the game and they definitely used their host advantage very well. Leverkusen, would only have to do better in the second leg adding that they'd be the host and i believe they won't want to tarnish their records so far this season, so I'm very much  confident in their ability to score enough and secure the next phase ticket when they take on Qarabag in Germany.
760  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Europa League 2023/24 Season on: March 13, 2024, 09:23:14 PM

The second leg match will be a mission impossible match for Brighton, even though they play at home but it is unlikely that we will see Brighton able to create surprises in the match later, currently reversing the aggregate score of 4 goals without conceding something that is very difficult for a club like Brighton, even if they are able to score but maybe their percentage is only 10% in the game to qualify for the next round,  Moreover, Roma who come with high confidence, of course, do not only want to defend completely in the game and at least they will surprise Brighton again with their counterattack.

Brighton this season is actually still better than Potter coaching period in my opinion, when I saw Brighton game in the era of the two coaches I actually saw that Brighton had dared to dominate possession and make shots, I think it was only natural for Brighton to lose in the first leg because indeed their experience in the Europa League is very little different from Roma who have been quite experienced when playing in the Europa League, especially this season is first time for brighton played in European competition in the club history and Brighton must  thank to de zerbi regardless of the outcome of the Europa League second leg later.

The UEL game ended in Roma's favour as once again they ensured a clear 3points victory with a wide goal margin too. This only assures then of a bigger possibility ahead of the second leg clash which seems to be in Roma's favour. They did a good job putting Brighton in that tight corner even though majority of us thought Brighton would stand up to the fight and try to reduce the goal gaps regardless. Roma have been able to gather enough confidence ahead of their domestic league games. Even though the top 2 spot isn't assured to them, they've been able to fight to maintain relevance and as well ensure that they secure an European ticket next season, just their consistency matters at this point.

The advancement journey won't be easy, the forthcoming league games too won't be easy. But I believe De Rossi is set to give his best for the team judging from the result of their last two games. For Brighton specifically, they've been impactful and are striving to stay in shape in the Premier League, yes they've also had to fight hard to show relevance in the European trophy chase and this is one feat that they should be celebrated for. They've had a couple of EPL encounters with very much competitive teams considering the nature of the league and these encounters have a couple of times ended fairly and advantageous for them. Even though a few of the game outcomes caused their setbacks towards a better spot on the league table.

Still they're unfailing in their task of delivering good points at the end of games. For the past two seasons, they've made notable differences and this season has been the biggest difference made. It's good to see the smaller teams rise up to challenges, this and more is definitely changing the whole narrative of football as the years go by. I believe that there's still more to expect of this slowly turning dangerous side next season. They're good at what they do and reducing is not an option but rather improving and striving more to be better.
