BTC_China currently @ 760.02 Yuan = $122.00. The past several days it has followed BTC China every time.
I have found this to be a good indicator as well. I still haven't heard any intel on WHY btcchina is taking off. Was there some sort of buzz in China about BTC? Is it actual mainland Chinese that are using the exchange? I should have never given up studying Mandarin  I should have started to learn it! Not to my knowledge has there been any press or buzz but I am obviously not Chinese. BtcChina currently @ 789.00 yuan = $127.29. Damn, I shouldn't have sold at $114. This thing is going to explode by tomorrow! More bad news for you, btc24Euro is at 95.6Euro = 122.51USD No where but up. |

What? Can't tell if my connection is borked or what. I'm still seeing 113ish with 400BTC until 15. Or did it just happen so fast I missed it?? It did happen.. but went back... Seriously. We're hardly even dipping in the weekends anymore, at least for sustained periods of time. It's more like just a flat line until the rally continues the next day.

Despite a random bear showing up, we hit another ATH a 108.90. So close to hitting 109!

I don't have any evidence so the following is just speculation:
I think that MtGox being the oldest and largest of the exchanges has made it the prime target of bears and trading bots. Both of these are what keeps the price artificially low and also allows the other exchanges to move more freely.

Bids still climbing, asks still falling. $109 seems oddly hard to reach but we will get there.
