The coming crash is going to be epic.
I agree. Only difference it seems is when we will crash and whether the post crash price will be higher than the current price or not. $31.9099 is the new $5 ? I'd like i to be so, but to be safe I think we'd have to sit there for like 4 months first

I should clarify, I mean the trend with relation to precious metals. I do not believe BTC will appreciate much farther against silver and gold. That's also what I meant by exit plan; in spite of new money, you can't eat bitcoins.
Looks like someone hasn't heard of the McCorvic index.

The coming crash is going to be epic. Might even need to go negative to compensate for this silliness. I agree with this completely, but it will probably be an upward crash where the price rises instead of falls. Hmm, maybe Proudhon has mtgoxlive open but his monitor is just upside down?

Somebody bought 1 million worth of btc and now giggles at all the dead bears.
I think it's a small move yet compared to what lies right ahead.
There is, of course, no way to tell why someone bought $1mil in one go (unless that person comes forward w/evidence of course), but I like to think anyone who buys $1mil USD in one go is either an OTC trader that turns around and sells it to others or a business that is going to start a new BTC venture of some sort. I really really have hard time thinking it's just one person who is really bored and wants to mess with the minds of people on on little forum

Oh, there are only 5 threads that cover this exact same topic already. I guess that I means I should go start another one.
But seriously, no bubble. My evidence is that bears have been saying this same thing since $15 and the bears' only evidence is the same thing they've been saying since $15.

Seriously, I am going to get real about converting about $10k of BTC into cash, gold (1oz rounds) , or junk silver if/when we get into the $50-$60 range. I too prefer to trade out my assets that are increasing in value and will continue to do so for assets that are rapidly decreasing in value. Wait, no I don't. That'd be stupid.

The coming crash is going to be epic. Might even need to go negative to compensate for this silliness. Clear sign that $35 is just around the corner.

Gentlemen, bayonets out and tin foil hats at the ready!
I know, right?! I once had hope that the bears would come back to Earth once they were proven wrong enough times, but it seems like they just double down and go for even worse theories. Theories even Alex Jones would be like, "Man, you be trippin'."

Maybe people who get it wrong so consistently should be limited to their own forum. Kinda like we do with the newbies I second this proposal.

Is Adam a bull again? Yeah, we need bears to slaughter. How about proudhon? lucif?
You rang? This is surely the top, and a bubble pop is probably just around the corner. Ok, I think I see where you're coming from. You believe in the "doughnut" shaped market and that we'll eventually go up from $30 and wrap all the way around back to zero. But as everyone else knows, a Proudhun posting is the clearest sign that we're still in rally mode.

That's very nice of you to sum up your entire post with the thread title.

bitcoin is very much and always has been undervalued, we all know it has the potential to go to 1000$ a coin due to moderate success, but prices have been kept low all this time because the perceived risk was crazy high and early adopters were cashing out a few million dollars, this perceived risk appears to be less and less of a concern these days... and investors (I'm taking real investors, not a bunch of little users buying 1000$ worth...) are now willing to come aboard...
we could very well see 1000$ bitcoins b4 the end of the year.
Uh oh. Are you becoming slightly bullish? I guess I need to sell my bitcoins now!

Are we going to find some stability around 32.40? I sure hope so. It'd make me a happy pizza roll.

This might be panic buying in order to close MtGox accounts.
If MtGox moves all accounts to the US (CoinLab), there will suddenly be a lot of people under IRS scrutiny. Much better to hold bitcoins and close the account...
I do wonder how much this will impact the market and how exactly.
