81  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: ANO SA TINGIN NINYO KABAYAN, XRP and Bitcoin ATH na ba or May BIG WAVE pa? on: November 22, 2020, 10:15:05 AM
Nag pump yung bitcoin after Paypal allow it to enter their operations. Simula noon nag unti unti nang nagpump yung price niya at nagtuloy tuloy na nga. When it comes on the side of xrp, I don't know actually. Wala naman kasi akong nababalitaan na good news regarding dito which can cause a sudden hype. So I guess the best explanation I could offer is [/i]When btc pumps, the rest will follow[/i]. Yan ang nafi feel ko kasi alam naman natin na major influencer in the market ang btc. Kagaya na lamang nung ATH last 2017.

If I were you guys, wait pa kayo. Malay mo mag new ATH tayo sa December, who knows? Grin
82  Economy / Economics / Re: people stop complain about economy and ccovid on: November 22, 2020, 07:34:30 AM
Like what others have said. You can't blame them if they complain because it was complainable in the first place. No one deserves this pandemic because it wasn't all our fault. If you are not complaining then good for you, I presume that you are able to eat 3x a day, sleep in your cozy bed and still have a good quality life right now. But please, try put your feet on someone's shoe and hope you will understand the feeling of being ill/jobless/hungry. It doesn't wll about money. Showing compassion or at least offering a little prayer for the affected ones means a lot already. God bless us all Smiley, the vaccine is coming and let's hope that we can now make a brand new start as new year begins.
83  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: [UPDATE] Ano ang IWE? on: November 22, 2020, 02:44:20 AM
Update

Medyo matagal na siya nangyari actually, I think last October pa nung chinat ako ng kapatid ko na may pagiinvestan daw sya (which is IWE apparently) and her capital will get doubled in just 1 month. Syempre as an experienced investor, pinayuhan ko na itigil ang kahibangan nya dahil imposibleng magkaroon ng 100% ROI in just a short period of time. Buti naman at naniwala sakin kapatid ko kaya maliit lang nailagak nya dun (mga P500 siguro since nag uumpisa pa lang sya). I don't know lang kung nakuha nya pa yung capital nya after ko sya pagsabihan.

Ps: Seems that you are my kabayan dude Smiley. Nice meeting you. I'm so glad na may nakilala akong new btctalk member na taga dito sa atin. Dude tulungan na lang tayo siguro, medyo madali pa mauto yung mga tao dito satin kasi bago nga ang mga ganitong bagay sa kanila thus madali sila maengganyo.
84  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I have found a good Trading Course on: November 22, 2020, 12:30:50 AM
I have a glimpse of what he teach on one of his videos and guess what, I understand nothing lol. I can't comprehend on how and why he is connecting points. But well, I guess I need to start from the very beginning to understand everything. Instant subscription, I will check it later. Even though he only got little amount of subscribers so far, I still like him as I can sense that he is into technicalities and not more of a motivational stuff Smiley. We can definitely learn a lot of things from him.
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: [POLL] 2020, your last chance of owning 1 BTC on: November 21, 2020, 11:44:03 AM
Currently owning 1 bitcoin? Unfortunately no, and I am not confident that I already have the capability of generating such huge amount in at least a year or even shorter period of time. Especially this year; pandemic, calamities, inflation etc. Are happening at the same time. It's like a domino effect so I'm sure that huge portion of people here got their savings almost depleted Sad. It serve as a strong hindrance for us.

Ayway, if we will talk about the total btc I earned since the very first day then I might day that I already earned even more than 1. However, I wasn't able to utilized most of it because of some reasons (e.g. emergency expenses). Yeah it s*cks but I have no choice either. But well, I know I can do better next time.
86  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Are So Many Altcoins Worthless After a Little Time on: November 21, 2020, 04:47:47 AM
Investing just in the best 10 coins marketcap as I would see it is good for the future, particularly bitcoin (in light of the fact that this is the principle). Invest shrewdly and begin trading in the event that you have seen cautiously.
That's what I always advice on newbies and even old ones. It's not like that I hate new sprouting alts so much. I just choose to stay away from them because I know that the risks are even higher. However, not everyone got the same mindset as me Grin but I can't blame them tho. There are traders who really are willing to try experimental things in exchange of possibility to earn bigger. Well, good for them if they made a 3x to 4x profit but they lose more often and that's sad to know.

So if you are not sure on the project you are entering then better to stick with the proven ones. As simple as that.
87  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 20, 2020, 11:32:45 PM

From a boring performance in Game 1, Meralco bounces back in Game 2. But still, the overall game wasn't an intense game. Never seen an effort on Ginebra to make a rally after Meralco draining consecutive shots. Hmm..
What that "Hmm" means? lol... did you see some rigging kind of games happened in that game? Grin
Hahaha in my opinion, it was a clear loss. Even though I'm a solid kabaranggay, I believe that there's no under the table negotiations happened. It's just a bad night for them and Meralco did a great job, that's it.
Thanks to Ray Parks, he was out in the game for 6 personal fouls and that's where the Phoenix started to control the game. I have a feeling that this series will reach in game 5, and hopefully we will see a healthy Wright in the succeeding games.
And same way around. Thanks to Abueva's energy and courage to harrass Parks to fouled him out Cheesy. Parks did an outstanding job nonetheless. Props for him as he really carried his team last night.
88  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: November 20, 2020, 11:51:16 AM
I feel bad a little bit on Ginebra's loss. They choked on the late quarters Grin. But it's okay somehow because the longer the series the more exciting the matches would be. A clean sweep is so boring lol.

I bet on the Phoenix to win, I believe they'll bounce back and it seems like they are in a comfortable lead now, hopefully this will continue in the 2nd half.
I go for Phoenix as well bu their lead is slowly losing now. They should work harder especially knowing that Parks is on his Zone already hahaha. Good luck to them.
89  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: CHRISTIAN ALBERT GAZA a.k.a "Xian Gaza" Introduce his own coin on: November 20, 2020, 03:32:44 AM
I'm pretty sure if mahuli si Xian gaza ng mga pulis sobrang laking kawalan to sa project niya since isa siya sa pinaka backbone ng project nato.
If and only if. I mean, matagal nang nagtatago si Xian and until now hindi sya mahuli huli. Why? Dahil malakas na ang mga bossing na nasa likod niya. I used to read a lot of posts from his FB page and may nabanggit siya na bagong recruit siya sa isang huge cartel (correct me if I'm wrong ah). My bad, I gorgot the name. Yun siguro ang dahilan kung bakit masyado siyang madulas despite of being active on social media, posting different pics of him.

So guys mag ingat na lang tayo siguro. To be fair naman, may mga points naman sya na tama eh especially when it comes to advices about financing. However, once a scammer, always a scammer. Don't deal businesses with him Smiley.
90  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there really only 2 types of Altcoins from a Investor's view? on: November 19, 2020, 10:21:48 PM
Nice definition, but here's my own version of two types of altcoin. First is the True Altcoins and the Sh*tcoins (I may consider this as Degenerators as well). True Altcoins are those coins that shows resilience; it is well-known, got a real application and has a good price or at least maintain to be a good tradable asset throughout the years. While on the other hand is the rest of coins. Especially the product of ICO back on those days where after getting hyped, they are dump once and for all. No investors are willing to invest again thus its price remain stagnant at the bottom and slowly forgotten by everyone Grin.
91  Economy / Economics / Re: Coronavirus is very harmful to fiat currencies, not bitcoin on: November 19, 2020, 05:23:37 AM
A lot of positive vibes would come in once the world is cleared again from this virus. Lives will come back to normal and cash flow of most people will go back to normal again which could be in favor of bitcoin.
Look at this picture, crypto market continue being bearish before corona virus appeareed. And now, during the pandemic, all prices become bullish. So how sure are you that btc will soar further after we eradicate the virus? Why don't you think its the opposite? Oops! I'm not a pessimist. Just saying lol.

Nevertheless, I'm very glad that we can already say that we're already in the verge of ending the problem. The invention of vaccine is on its way (95% complete as Pfizer's claim) so let's keep on waiting. I wish that our Christmas this year is a lot merrier than ever Cheesy.
92  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any truly safe bets in sports betting? on: November 18, 2020, 11:41:42 PM
No sports betting is safe. The only exception is when you know about a negotiated match, but if the bookmaker finds out about it, he can cancel the match results.

I don't think this is true, have you already seen a sports that was cancelled because bookies believe that the it's a negotiated match or a fix match?

Personally I have not seen such cases, but I do not bet on sports as often as many other people on this forum. Many bookmaker's offices reserve the right to cancel the results of the match if there is evidence that the match was negotiated. I can look for similar rules in their terms of use.
If such cases are possible then how the bookmakers able to find out if the match is negotiated? I mean, how can they present a strong evidence before the match even ended? Through whistleblowers? Do they have spies in the management of each teams? I'm a little bit curious because this is new to me Smiley.
93  Economy / Economics / Re: Look like covid is over Once we take loans on: November 18, 2020, 09:21:57 AM
All this fears and conspiracyy theories are not serious!
What?! So you are trying to say that the current pandemic and its effects on our life and economy are all hoax? Nah, I don't think so. How ironic that you tell it a conspiracy, how about your conclusions lol? Dude try to watch news and you will see the truth. My advice tor you is to have a reality check Smiley.
Taking loans is sounds goal because you can get money instantly from a loan shark or a banks and other government agency but what is the purpose of your loan? If you just take a loans and spend it without valid purpose then you still have no good job because of this covid then I think you just make another trouble in your life finding a way to pay your loans with high interest. That's not a goad way to move on unless you have a great plan for your loan like using for investment or to put up even a small business , but it is still not a guaranty that you can earn a lot, it is still full of risk. So, much better to avoid taking loans if not necessary.
Indeed. Getting loans should be everyone's last resort in these hard times. If you can get part time jobs, do it. If you can sell handicrafts, do it. If you can sell your talents then much better. Find other ways of earning first before going to loaning because that would only be a temporary solution. Your debts will go bigger and bigger if you depend on such way.
94  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: MARAMI PO AKUNG TANUNG? PAPATULONG LANG PO... on: November 17, 2020, 10:31:12 PM

95  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I just poked that GUY on: November 17, 2020, 11:10:02 AM
Well, I just have remembered that post and spent a few minutes to find that post and poked him the screenshot of 1 BTC equals to $16602. Guess his feeling now  Grin
What an epic comeback! Hahaha you're so mean Grin. But I will consider it as lawful evil because that man deserves it. Actually, a screenshot of the recent price isn't enough dude. If I were on your position, I'll add "In your face lol". How pity for the antagonists not only of btc but crypto in general. They are wasting the opportunity of earning just to because they are afraid to stay away from the norm. Exploring isn't bad.
96  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin do you think will become next Ethereum? on: November 17, 2020, 06:41:36 AM
We know that usdt is a stable coin and still hold his position. Therefore, usdt can be the next ethereum. It can be happened in future. But, ethereum is also a great coin from the beginning.
You are not thing straight here friend, USDT is stable coin you said that yourself but is ethereum a stable coin too? Ethereum is a smart contract platform and it's highly volatile unlike USDT, the difference between this two is very big, they should never be put head to head
Yeah! I guess the least we can do is to understand shushu9977. He is having misconception with regards to stablecoins and altcoins. But let me guess, maybe he thought that usdt will be the next because of its high price. Don't you think? Hahaha. Anyway, whatever hid reason would be, I reckon that usdt will not become 2nd. I'll go for BNB, I don't know Grin. I sense that it will boom as more and more are using their exchange.
97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Risks Of Bitcoin Going To Zero Has Gotten More Lower Than Ever on: November 17, 2020, 02:43:07 AM
With the current increase in the price brought about by the halving and much leser known factors, it is no wonder that bitcoin was able to secure itself from it's own volatile nature.
No offense mate but I think you were only able to say it because everything flows smoothly. All of us are floating in the cloud 9 that's why you tend to disregard the danger. We should know that it will not last forever. Still expect the worst and always learn to deal with it. I'm saying this because I'm just worrying for you as you may lead to wrong decisions due to being complacent later on.  Also, remember that bigger price not necessarily means greater adopters thus the volatility will stay Wink.

How funny to think that when btc price surge everyone reacts enthusiastically. And then when it drops, everyone panic and say "Bitcoin is dead" lol.
98  Economy / Economics / Re: The Difference Between Staking and Investing on: November 16, 2020, 11:39:52 PM

Today, investments in cryptocurrencies are very popular, which provide the user with the opportunity to participate in a liquidity pool, as well as in farming. In other words, this is an investment that brings you a constant income and at the same time maintains the liquidity of a particular cryptocurrency.
I've seen a lot of staking platforms failing due to network errors, developers and some members of the team disappears or resigns after the staking platform is launched, they know you guys will maintain the currency and they could just create another project. lmao.
Why would you choose the new and untrusted staking platform in the first place? Don't settle for less, you are already gambling your money so you should make sure that you are putting it in the right place for you to less the chances of losing. There are still good exchanges out there where you can invest. Kucoin, Coinbase and the best among the rest which is Binance. If you choose such names then your money will be secured.

I am now learning to appreciate staking unlike before. I thought simply investing of coins is good because you manipulate your own assets etc. But as I am getting busy, I realized that I won't have enough time to do trading so I think staking (which could give you a passive income) is not bad as others what think of. Avoid comparing the two and you will realize that they are profitable in their own ways Smiley.
99  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Legendary Eventually. on: November 16, 2020, 12:34:02 PM
It wasn't really an easy task to become a Legendary member after implement the merit system. I think some of you may know me how I struggle to become an established member of this forum.
