We have looked into having a gambling Dapp. I did considerable research on this two months ago when one of the XCR team desired to make a Video Poker Dapp. I am still working on it now.
First, we discovered that Apple and Google do not allow any apps that have real gambling. Gambling games must use dedicated in-game tokens, not real money or crypto.
Second, both Apple and Google do not allow any apps that allow the use of crypto currencys for in-game functions. They have allowed an app for a BTC wallet, and an app that tracks BTC and other crypto currency prices. They have refused to allow apps that use any crypto for ingame functions. They also have refused apps that allow Coinbase type purchases of crypto.
Third issue is the need for protection against government interference and funds confiscation. Presently, Crypti is based in Russia and/or Israel. Both countries are hostile to crypto and gambling activities. Mann is friendly to crypto businesses. I have had several conversations with the government there recently. The license to operate in Mann is $50,000 Euros per year, plus you need to hire a "local agent" to be your on-island presence. Mann is not gambling friendly. The Mann banks do not accept deposits from gambling businesses.
Fourth issue, is the ability to exchange crypto for fiat and then deposit this fiat in a bank. Banks are refusing to accept deposits from crypto exchanges, as well as other types of businesses (gun stores, legal marijuana dispensaries, legal brothels).
Fifth issue is the US currency laws. The US is demanding auditing rights of every account in any bank in the world that has a single account owned by a "US Person"; as well as legal jurisdiction of any transaction in USD anywhere in the world over $10,000 USD. Companies doing business in the US, that are not US based, are subject to a 30% tax on exported funds to ensure that they pay US income taxes on profits. They then must file an income tax 1040 form to get any refund due. Since most of the Crypti team is not in the US, they dont want to be subject to US banking laws and potential taxes.
So, you see Mal, we have several hurdles to jump over here.
We have a lot of potential, but we did not have a 2 million dollar IPO or Crowdfund. We can tackle these issues, but on our limited budget, it is a pay as you go situation.

Neither Android or Apple allow gambling apps. The casino apps you see there are token based, and are not using real money.
Gambling sites have to be accessed through a browser.

the REAL KILLER DAPP for XCR will be a HTML plug-in that processes micropayments for paywall websites.
Paywall web sites, as or now, require Credit Card or PayPal payments for monthly or yearly subscriptions. Problem with that, is that if the subscriber does not like the content, he has already paid for a month or a year. Also, sometime you only want to read one or two relavent articles, but now have to buy a full subscription and use a CC. This opens up the risk of CC fraud, and also exposes your true identity, which is recorded and subject to future use by the vendor, third party vendors, and the governments.
Micro payments are the future of paywall web sites. The DAPP would function by sending a small amount of BTC or XCR or any other alt currency to the website's wallet or payment service. Instead of a $40 yearly subscription, a customer can read the one or two relevant web articles for 50,000 sats or 10 XCR.

BTW, I have had many posts deleted from BTT. I troll several other sites, like Bitseed. And here, Litoshi is referring to trolling Bitseeds, the coin, not Bitseed, the ARM based Bitcoin Full Node. That is why I was trolling them, and they were deleting my posts.... not only did they steal Mikes brand, and copied his logo, but they have been a compete disaster. Premine of 100 Million coins, SHA 256 POW, with a 100 coin reward per block. They got slammed by an ASIC farm with a 130PH setup, that corrupted the KGW and resulted in millions of coins being mined in a day, instead of thousands. |

Btw, for everyone's reference, the other major project I am working on is the first major dapp to be featured for the crypti platform. It will be a game, it will utilize multiple custom block chains and smart contracts, and it will be for mobile platforms at first. We won't open source the game itself but we will open source and release the smart contracts as well as hopefully a small documentary style video series on how we built it and incorporated the technology for others hoping to do the same as well as to show off what crypti is capable of. We have been pushing hard on it and think it will be a great first example of what is possible and highlight some of the benefits of using crypti as a platform.
Eric, Karma and I are the core team behind the development studio we are launching to produce and release it as well as future dapps.

We almost finished it, i think we will publish it in one-two weeks. Boris has been writing some of it every day for two weeks. My job is to correct his grammer. Yesterday, the topics were about half completed. Actually, Boris's spelling is pretty good, but remember, the Google DOC has spellcheck. English is a hard language to get the grammer right. The main mistake is that English and the european languages use "the" and "a" and "an", which Cryllic and Asian languages do not. Also, English has the verb in the middle of the sentence, after the subject, whereas, most other languages have the verb at the end of the sentence. So verbs get misplaced by non-native speakers. Overall, though, Boris's English is above average. |

Here's something interesting to consider, ending in a few questions. I did a little research. Coinomat is a "Certified Exchanger" with a larger currency exchange network called Perfect Money. https://www.perfectmoney.com/PM has around 200 "Certified Exchangers": https://perfectmoney.is/business-partners.htmlThese all have a "Trust Score" assigned to them by Perfect Money. Coinomat is in the middle of the pack with a trust score of 226. Well Mal, I personally would stay away from any official association with a organization that I have 0 control of, and 100% liability from. CoinoMat is supposed to be an "instant Exchange", meaning they dont hold balances. So what happens when a fiat to XCR purchase goes wrong? They blame Crypti. Ditto for any other coin to coin exchange. Best to let them live and die on their own efforts or lack thereof. If they want to have XCR as an available coin, that is their right. Boris will be wiling to keep them updated with the latest wallets and provide any other help they need. |

I have several domains, all registered to my home address and REAL Email. Incorporation? If you are dealing with US dollars, no matter where you are in the world, you have to register as a financial services company with the US Treasury, and comply with their regulations, especially concerning transactions over $10,000 PER YEAR for any account. Coin Voting is being used by you for fund raising. If you wanted to add a coin to your "Instant Exchange", you could do it in a few hours and make your profit off the commissions. Also, you should have published the ending date for the coin voting, we were all guessing it was 2400 UTC 31 May, but could have been any other time zone. Now we find out it is not a monthly contest, but a 30 day contest.......THATS A BIG DIFFERENCE!! BTW, your BTC wallet is insecure. Other exchanges have been robbed of their BTC, because when a transaction goes through, the BTC wallet has to open. This allows a hacker access to the wallet and it can be drained. See AllCrypt. |

Why are you limiting votes to three per member per month, and only can be used for 3 diff coins?
Other sites have a daily vote allowed, or even hourly.
This is just a fund raiser obviously, and not a way to build a community.
If you are lacking funds, perhaps I should not trust you with my coins........ I already lost at MintPal and AllCrypt, and still waiting for Bter to give me back my BTC.

Back to the Coinomat vote... Now Crypti is currently way ahead of Bitshares but the "winning" Crypti votes came on June 1. https://coinomat.com/coinvoting.phpThe BitShares people are saying that they should become a part of the Coinomat family because they were "in the lead at the end of the month". However, Coinomat says (apparently) that the finish line to declare a winner wasn't "the end of the month" but instead at some unknown time in the future that has not really been defined yet. Anyway, Coinomat has since guaranteed that BitShares USD will be integrated no matter based on the current voting activity, but if they want other flavors of BitShares integrated, to keep voting. I think we should say if BitShares USD gets integrated immediately into Coinomat based on 4200 votes before a deadline or winner is declared officially, then Crypti should be integrated immediately too based on our current 5400 votes. They give each member 3 votes. BUT, you can only vote for a coin once in the monthly voting. SO your three votes have to be for 3 different coins, voting once in a month. You need to buy votes if you want to vote for a coin twice in a month or more. This shows that they are not interested in community, only $$$. |
