801  Other / Archival / Re: [ANN] [banned mixer] | Best Bitcoin Mixer | Low fees | Fully automated on: September 12, 2023, 12:57:34 PM
I don't know if this captcha is for a user TOR only, but for a site that manages user funds is a good step for security. and, sometimes I have to do it twice because got a wrong answer, but I feel there is no fault I did before. I don't know if this is a TOR connection problem, or the captcha. But so far, I don't have a problem with the mixer as long as I use it.
Sometimes it's easy to miss other numbers in the captcha box because they are written in different colours so you have to be very keen especially if you have some colour blindness disorder.

I tried to recreate the same issue on Tor with 5 random orders, but I didn't get any issue solving the captcha on the first attempt. The captcha is definitely put there to avoid things like DDoS attacks, which are rampant on Bitcoin mixers lately.
802  Economy / Services / Re: [CFNP] Yo!Mix Bitcoin Mixer Signature Campaign| Reward up to $200/w on: September 12, 2023, 12:00:58 AM
Avatar and personal text updated..
Current post count including this one: 622

"After you upload your avatar, you might temporarily see the old avatar in various locations due to caching. The avatar below is your real current avatar."

You need to re-upload your avatar as it's been more than 2 hours since you updated it and it’s still appearing with your old avatar, which means the one you uploaded did not work. Try uploading it back and see what happens next. No matter the network situation or cache, it should have been available by now.

Maybe he is hoping he finished up the current weeks for Zenland  "➡ Week 2 (6 September, 2023 - 12 September, 2023) ⬅" to get pay and just decided to lie about having already uploaded the new avatar.
Lame move IMO. He should have just been open to his new campaign manager and informed him that his current signature campaign week ends today.
803  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC.com - The most advanced cryptocurrency exchange on: September 11, 2023, 11:53:55 PM
While I've come across lots of dirt on the exchange on the forum, for me it has been smooth and effortless, even as a beginner. I've KYC'ed (had some troubles due to their high standards to photos, totally understandable), made a deposit, swapped the coins, some of them traded... Everything looks fine. Support person Victor who helped me with KYC was really nice and helped me through the process.

I say never give up if you encounter anything puzzling and bug them in support - they're there for a reason
So your aim was to come here and try to shill about a shit exchange that has given hundreds or a thousand of customers heart aches because of the stupid and impossible KYC verification procedure?

Sorry to burst your bubble. We are well aware of shills here. If you think you are going to convince us with this random shit posts, You are wrong.
804  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin User Just Paid Half a Million Dollars for a Single Transaction on: September 11, 2023, 10:46:27 PM
1. It appears to be a legitimate mistake not trying to launder the money via mining which is mostly the other possibility.
The topic of laundering always comes up whenever we see such abnormal transaction fees whether on bitcoin network or other chains but to be honest, I would like to know how this works.

How does one Launder money via transaction fees if they don't even know the next pool or solo miner to confirm the block?

Kirito89

Like you know this is not a normal situation. The bets were live and the game ended regularly. I can't see why the bets are not released when even the provider has called them "won". In any case I have nothing to do with the provider, I have deposited at your site. You can press them on the situation and honor  your duties with your customer.

regards,
I believe if your bet is recognized as won, then give them some time. I know it sucks having to wait for that long for them to credit your account with the winnings, and you should note this so that next time, you try out some other service that does not use the same provider to avoid such inconveniences.

How long do you wait after the game was finished?
Must be over 12 hours now, given the time the complaint was lodged in.

807  Other / Meta / Re: Altcoin Wallet Board In Alternate Cryptocurrencies Needed - Why Admin Sleep ? on: September 11, 2023, 09:15:53 PM
If you like facts, check here market cup of Bitcoins and altcoins - https://coinmarketcap.com/.
Bitcoin - $488,641,112,069, and first TOP10 altcoins - ETH - $185,507,720,235, Tether USDT - $82,980,995,714, BNB - $31,595,128,368, USD Coin - $26,087,042,560, XRP - $24,977,298,271, Dogecoin - $8,453,108,756, Cardano - $8,453,108,756, Solana - $7,247,799,860, TRON - $7,247,799,860 with total market cup ~ $382,000,000,000.
Or something different - the total crypto market capitalization is currently $ 1.02T, Bitcoin market cap is $ 488.92B. BTC currently has a market dominance of 48.19% - so altcoin market currently win - https://coincodex.com/market-overview/

OK let say Bitcoin dominance is now down. So what? This is still Bitcointalk forum, not altcointalk or cointalk forum

Shouldn't those altcoins also be having their own community forums. Last I remember, Altcoins like Ethereum, Litecoin tried to have their own forums away from Bitcointalk after launching from here?

What happened to their forums? Dead?
That is where they can have boards dedicated to wallets that support their chains. In Bitcointalk, they will have to post in the service announcements (altcoins) board or their specified ANN threads.
808  Other / Meta / Re: posting in another board is it allowed? on: September 11, 2023, 09:09:03 PM
Learning about new things does not necessarily mean you must reply, unless if you are asking a specific question. I think there is no specific rule prohibiting anyone from posting in any local board, so long as they use the common language there.

About using translators like Google translator, I would like to let you know that they are not that perfect and a native of that specific language will easily know if you are using a translator to reply or not and it sort of makes the discussion quite hard to follow up. I think you have seen some folks try to translate their local language to English in these English boards using Google translator. Sometimes it's so hard to grasp what they are tying to put across. I bet that the same thing the locals will feel if you try posting in their local boards using google translator.
809  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Cloudbet - deceptive marketing to banned jurisdiction and refuses to refund on: September 11, 2023, 08:48:58 PM
I've reached out to the Curacao Gaming Control Board, Curacao Egaming, and various government officials in Curacao, but no one’s done anything about it.  This situation is beginning to raise concerns about the integrity of the entire operation, involving government officials, regulators, and licensees.

I've taken the step of filing a case with SBGOK, an organization based in Curacao that offers no-win-no-fee services for litigation against Curacao operators.

Furthermore, I've reported this matter to government agencies in my jurisdiction, including the one that issued a formal ban on Cloudbet's operations in Australia.

It will be interesting to see how this situation unfolds
I am so sorry for your financial loss and probably the resulting psychological stress.
Keep us posted on the new developments. I do hope you have enough legal representation, as this won't go down easily. Also, I do hope all the efforts won't go down in vain. I have a simple question though, Would you still sue them if let's say you made huge winnings out of the $40,000 deposits? Please be honest.
810  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: The story of Betnomi.com (Exit Scam) on: September 10, 2023, 11:40:48 PM
Well, the unprofessional team of Betnomi is showing their moves by staying silent. If you want to be in the distrust list of Betnomi representative, then leave a negative feedback on their representative account Grin
Better to post the whole BB code so that the other members also know what just happened. I had no idea what was going on until I just checked this thread. This shows that they know what they are doing and just refuse to update us what on what happened.

Did the offer expire before the date? Glitch on the website?

Sadly yes there was a limit since we made the promotion for only those from the forum. We had a 1000 usage max limit and didn't expect it to be used up this fast. A new promo code will be posted, I have communicated this to the team.
A thousand? With in just a day of announcing the promocode? Tell me, is it possible for 1000 real users/gamblers to use up the promocode within 24 hours of its announcement?

I doubt if so many real users used the promocode. Most definitely multi accounts and bots at play. unfortunately, the purpose of the promocode may have not been fulfilled as you expected

You remember when I commented this? - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5465617.msg62801017#msg62801017

You are welcome.

I have some BTC.

If you have not yet got a trade partner and wish to proceed with the transaction, please mention or quote my reply so that I can get a notification.
1. Transaction fees, can u cover that, not so huge lately?
2. What is your acceptable rate? (this will determine on whether we continue with the exchange or not)
816  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: KYC matter? on: September 08, 2023, 01:40:01 PM
What are the repercussions of failing to complete KYC on an exchange?
It depends on what kind of exchange you use and why the asked you for KYC

1. Some exchanges ask for users to undergo KYC verification so that they can hold onto their funds. Should you pass the KYC, they may ask for other new requirements from you. Should you fail the KYC, they will lock your account and keep the funds. This behaviour is common with scam exchanges like HitBTC

2. Other exchanges just let you withdraw the money out of your account should you fail their KYC verification. They then lock your account, and you won't be able to use any of their products. This happens at times in exchanges like Binance.

3. Certain circumstances such as suspicious transactions or as requested by law enforcement that your account is frozen and investigated. They may ask for KYC but won't release your funds until you pass KYC verification.
817  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Circulation review on: September 08, 2023, 01:14:17 PM
Bitcoin can be expressed into smaller units

For example
1 BTC = 100,000,000 Satoshi
0.001 BTC = 1mBTC = 100,000 Satoshi
and so on...

So you shouldn't worry about the lost Bitcoins or circulating supply, as the price goes higher. Owning 1 single Bitcoin becomes harder. Denominations of 0.1 BTC, 0.001BTC will become common and normal.
818  Economy / Gambling / Re: Richy.casino - iGaming & Sports Betting. 💰up to $20k deposit bonus, free spins on: September 08, 2023, 12:32:36 PM
Thank you everyone for the welcome messages, again you spoke and we listen and we now have a no deposit bonus for the community members. We value all your feedback and there will be more promotions in the future.

On the promo code of 200 freespins, this is what I got when I tried to use the promocode "Promocode not found"

Did the offer expire before the date? Glitch on the website?
819  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit disabling account and confiscating balance of $410 on: September 08, 2023, 11:31:53 AM
so did op got his money back or what?
If his money was not refunded or a common ground agreed upon, I am pretty sure he would have continued to bump this thread and not go quiet for all that time, which is a little over 2 months now. The unfortunate part is he did not come back to update us as he head promised, so we are just basing on the assumption that he was satisfied with the outcome.
If I get my money paid out I will ofcourse update this scam accusation and change it to resolved.
820  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Get a virtual Coinramp Visa card in USD and EURO on: September 07, 2023, 11:45:20 PM
Nice to see another virtual card service that supports crypto deposits, but the fee seems to be too much for my liking, especially those monthly charges and Card loading fee. Maybe because I currently use some virtual Mastercard service that also supports crypto doesn't have such fees.
Otherwise, different businesses have different ways of operating. That is just my feedback/observation.
